Abstract

This study aims to examine the entrepreneurship and agropreneurship education programs that are optimally implemented at Al-Itqan Islamic Boarding School in developing students' life skills. Through a qualitative approach, this study highlights several aspects that influence the successful implementation of the program, including the concept that combines salaf pesantren education with entrepreneurship education with the aim of being an education, teaching, and development of entrepreneurial potential so that students have a combination of religiosity and entrepreneurial mentality so that they are capable of becoming an entrepreneur by conducting skills training and managing Islamic boarding school business units with all students such as agriculture, fisheries, animal husbandry, sewing, aqiqah catering, and agropreneurship, plantations, fisheries, animal husbandry , sewing, aqiqah catering, and culinary as well as a gradual and integrated guidance system through various activities such as entrepreneurship workshops (entrepreneurship seminars), direct practice in the field, special mentoring, and Al-Itqan study tours. With this program, the pesantren succeeded in developing the life skills of santri which include vocational skills or entrepreneurial skills theoretically and practically, santri are able to manage businesses so that they become tenacious and responsible individuals. In addition, the Islamic boarding school can also develop the economy of the boarding school independently in supporting the daily needs of students. Abstract

The objectives of this research are to find out the types of English interrogative sentences and to explore the subtitling strategies used in translating English interrogative sentences into Indonesian subtitles in the Animal Kingdom movie. This research used a descriptive qualitative method. The data source of this research was a movie entitled Animal Kingdom meanwhile, the data of this research were the English interrogative sentences and the Indonesian subtitle of the English interrogative sentences. The results showed that there are five out of six types of English interrogative sentences identified in Animal Kingdom movie. There are 37 data of yes-no question, 73 data of WH-question, 120 data of declarative question, 1 data of tag question, and 4 data of rhetorical question. There are seven out of ten subtitling strategies found in Animal Kingdom movie, there were 9 data of expansion, 74 data of paraphrase, 78 data of transfer, 10 data imitation, 47 data of condensation, 10 data of decimation, and 7 data of resignation. It can be concluded that the most dominant subtitling strategy for translating English interrogative sentences into Indonesian subtitles in Animal Kingdom movie is transfer with the amount of 78 out of 235 data.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan suatu sistem yang teratur dan mengemban misi yang cukup luas yaitu segala sesuatu yang bertalian dengan perkembangan fisik, kesehatan, keterampilan, pikiran, perasaan, kemauan, sosial sampai kepada masalah kepercayaan atau keimanan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa sekolah sebagai suatu lembaga pendidikan formal mempunyai suatu muatan beban yang cukup berat dalam melaksanakan misi pendidikan tersebut. Kegiatan penyuluhan ini dilakukan di Desa Kalialo SDN Kupang 4 Kecamatan Jabon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo sebagai wujud program penyuluhan. Penurunan nilai moral pada generasi bangsa yang disebabkan oleh modernisasi, harus segera ditangani melalui pendidikan di sekolah untuk menumbuhkan budi pekerti dan nilai karakter bangsa Indonesia. Kegiatan ini memiliki tujuan utama untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pentingnya tata krama dan budaya 5S (Salam, Senyum, Sapa, Sopan, dan Santun) dalam kehidupan sehari-hari bagi murid SDN Kupang 4 Kecamatan Jabon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Program penyuluhan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode persuasif. Tahapan metode pelaksanaan program ini meliputi observasi, penentuan sasaran, program pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Penyuluhan dilakukan kepada siswa-siswi SDN Kupang 4 Kecamatan Jabon, Kabupaten Sidoarjo menggunakan media power point dan menggunakan games puzzle sebagai bentuk implementasi budaya tata krama dan budaya 5S (Salam, Senyum, Sapa, Sopan, dan Santun) yang telah dipelajari.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan pemasaran pada usaha Naisha Frozen Food dengan mengimplementasikan aplikasi GoBiz untuk meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan produk Naisha Frozen Food. Tujuan yang diharapkan pada pengabdian ini adalah memasarkan produk yang dijual oleh Naisha Frozen Food agar lebih mudah dijangkau oleh konsumen. Selain itu, pemasaran awal yang dilakukan secara online melalui whatsapp sangat kurang efektif, dimana pemasaran dilakukan menggunakan cara konvensial dan belum menggunakan media digital. Metode pelaksanaan pada kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan  implementasi media belanja online aplikasi GoBiz yang komprehensif untuk meningkatkan  penjualan produk. Kegiatan pengabdian yang dilakukan meliputi pendaftaran dan pendampingan usaha Naisha Frozen Food  pada aplikasi GoBiz, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan verifikasi dan aktivasi. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian yang berupa pendampingan implementasi media belanja online aplikasi GoBiz  memperlihatkan bahwa usaha Naisha Frozen Food telah menerima orderan dari konsumen dengan jangkauan wilayah yang lebih luas. Hal ini memberikan implikasi pada pendapatan usaha Naisha Frozen Food yang meningkat.

Abstract

Tingginya persaingan di dunia bisnis menuntut setiap perusahaan perlu memiliki keunggulan kompetitif agar mampu bersaing dalam dunia bisnis, khususnya dalam persaingan di industriproperty. Rancangan strategi yang tepat merupakan salah satu keunggulan kompetitif yang harus dimiliki oleh sebuah bisnis.. PT. Tegel Soeryo cabang Surabaya merupakan perusahaan yang melayani penjualan produk tegel lantai dan keramik lantai. Dalam menjalankan kegiatan pemasarannya perusahaan ini masih sering mengalami kegagalan, kegagalan ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya adalah kualitas produk yang kurang baik, harga produk yang terlalu tinggi, distribusi produk yang lambat, atau promosi yang kurang baik dapat menjadi penyebab produk kurang diminati pasar dan konsumen. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui segmenting pasar, targeting pasar, postioning pasar pada produk Tegel dan Keramik di PT. Tegel dan untuk membantu mengembangkan strategi dengan algoritma Apriori dalam pengembangan strategi pemasaran. Hal ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode STP dan Algoritma Apriori. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian segmentasi diketahui bahwa berada pada segmen geografis dan demografi, targeting nya memiliki dua target dalam dua kelas yakni kelas atas dan kelas menengah dimana perbedaan dipengaruhi penghasilan, positioning yang diinginkan sebagai leader market dan berdasarkan algoritma apriori upaya peningkatan penjualan dengan memilih produk yang berpendukung dengan confidence sebesar 80% keatas dapat digunakan sebagai produk yang menjadi strategi prioritas untuk ditawarkan oleh PT. Tegel Soeryo.Kata kunci: Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning, Algoritma Apriori, Strategi Pemasaran, Peningkatan Penjualan.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the CIPP evaluation model at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. The research uses a type of library research with a content analysis method to explore data that has been collected through the Google Scholar database and books in online libraries related to the topic being studied. The research results show that the CIPP evaluation model is carried out comprehensively to understand the activities of a particular program, starting from the emergence of the idea to the results obtained from the program created. The basic concept of the CIPP model is to evaluate several components including context, input, process and product. The CIPP model has several objectives including context evaluation to serve planning decisions, input evaluation, structuring decisions, process evaluation, to serve implementing decisions, product evaluation, to serve recycling decisions. Compared to other evaluation models, the CIPP model has several advantages, namely being more comprehensive, having a holistic approach, having the potential to move in the area of formative and summative evaluation, being able to provide a good basis for making decisions and policies as well as preparing further programs. However, apart from these advantages, of course there are also disadvantages. The shortcomings of the CIPP evaluation model are that it is too concerned with where the process should be rather than the reality in the field, tends to focus on rational management, application in the field of classroom learning has a low level of implementation.

Abstract

Higher education becomes not only the center of knowledge but also a place to explore and improve all aspects of excellent service that can improve its image. Therefore, every university will be increasingly required to always provide good service because students are always looking for the one that provides the best service for them. Institut Teknologi Adhi Tama Surabaya, or ITATS, is the most complete and qualified engineering college in East Java. However, there are still deficiencies in service quality that need to be improved, such as the quality of service for new student registration. The registration service at ITATS is still quite complicated, inefficient, and ineffective. This study aimed to determine the attributes of service quality and improve service performance in the future. It employed the service quality (servqual) and quality function deployment (QFD) methods. The results of the ITATS service quality research indicated that the biggest gap was in the assurance dimension, with a value of -0.39. Meanwhile, theemployee was the attribute with the highest level of importance that could provideservices effectively and efficiently

Abstract

The rapid development of technology and time changes have made competition between companies increasingly fierce. It also happens in the HDPE PVC pipe industry, highlighting the importance of consumer assessment and consumer satisfaction. To achieve the company's success, Tjakrindo Mas Ltd. must understand consumer behavior, especially what consumers need or want. In addition, improving the quality of products and services becomes a concern for this company to realize the company's vision and mission, such as by maintaining and increasing market share. However, this company still has a decline in turnover in sales of PVC and HDPE pipes due to the large number of competitors who are almost similar to it. Therefore, this research aims to determine the attributes of services and improve service performance in the future by applying the Customer Satisfaction Index and Importance Performance Analysis methods. The results of the research indicated that customer satisfaction at Tjakrindo Mas Ltd. obtained a CSI value of 77.22%, or satisfactory. Furthermore, it reached an IPA value of 97.5%, meaning that it met consumer expectations

Abstract

One of the adverse consequences of spinal anesthesia is hypotension. Previous investigations regarding the correlation between post-spinal anesthetic hypotension and body mass index have yielded inconsistent results. This investigation predicted the Indonesian population using the body mass index computed according to the Asia-Pacific categorization. This investigation aimed to determine the correlation between body mass index and the frequency of hypotension following spinal anesthetic interventions for cesarean sections—quantitatively based on analytical observational research. 111 samples met the inclusion and exclusion criteria used in the study between May and August of 2022. An observation sheet is employed to obtain measurements of the patient's height, weight, and systolic blood pressure before and after spinal anesthesia. Type I obesity is associated with the greatest incidence of hypotension (25–30 kg/m2). Out of the 75 samples (67.6%) that were free of hypotension, 36 samples (32.4%) were affected by it. p-value of 0.322 for the Kruskal-Wallis test. In individuals who undergo spinal anesthetic treatments through cesarean sections, there is no significant correlation between body mass index and the frequency of hypotension. The results demonstrated that 36 samples (32.4%) experienced hypotension, while 75 samples (67.6%) did not. In individuals with a high body mass index and type I obesity (25–30 kg/m2), hypotension is most prevalent. There is no significant correlation between the frequency of hypotension following spinal anesthetic treatments and body mass index.
