Abstract

The rapid growth of online lending platforms in Indonesia has introduced significant challenges, particularly regarding predatory lending practices, lack of consumer awareness, and insufficient regulatory oversight. These challenges have raised concerns about consumer protection, the exploitation of borrowers, and the need for stronger legal frameworks to ensure fair and transparent lending practices. This paper explores the key legal and regulatory actions necessary to address these pressing issues. It examines the role of Indonesia's Financial Services Authority (OJK) in regulating online lenders and proposes potential improvements in licensing, supervision, and enforcement. The paper also suggests the introduction of clearer lending standards, such as interest rate caps and transparent fee structures, alongside stronger consumer protection laws to prevent harassment and over-indebtedness. Data privacy and security concerns are addressed, with a call for more robust protections around borrower data. Additionally, the paper advocates for financial literacy programs to empower borrowers with the knowledge to make informed decisions. The research contributes to the existing body of knowledge by providing an in-depth analysis of the legal gaps within Indonesia’s online lending market, offering comparative insights from other countries like India and the Philippines, and proposing actionable legal solutions. It also emphasizes the importance of integrating technology into the regulatory process to enhance oversight and consumer protection. Ultimately, this study aims to inform policymakers, regulators, and stakeholders in Indonesia’s fintech industry about the necessary legal reforms to create a more transparent, equitable, and secure online lending environment.

Abstract

Purpose – This study aims to examine the Learning-Oriented Assessment (LOA) model and its implementation to comprehensively and sustainably assess Qur'an reading and writing skills, as well as to identify the factors that support or inhibit its implementation.Methodology – This study employed the systematic literature review (SLR) method to analyze 24 articles published between 2020 and 2025 that focus on learning-oriented assessments for evaluating comprehensive and sustainable Al-Qur'an reading and writing skills. A thematic analysis was conducted to identify the main themes that emerged from the articles.Findings – The findings show that LOA is a participatory, reflective and process-oriented assessment approach, with five main models, namely 2D-LoA, EAT Framework, CSA-CT, Ecological LOA and ELOA, and five implementation patterns: self-assessment and peer-assessment, formative feedback and feedforward, authentic tasks and reflective projects, digital technology integration and collaboration in determining assessment criteria. Supporting factors include teacher competence and reflective orientation, active student participation, authentic and process-oriented task design, technological support, and an inclusive classroom climate and assessment culture. Meanwhile, barriers identified include the dominance of summative assessment and test culture, low assessment literacy among teachers, time constraints and administrative burdens, student resistance to new assessment practices, limited infrastructure and access to technology, and lack of institutional and policy support.Contribution–This research contributes significantly to the development of an assessment model that goes beyond traditional summative evaluation, with an approach that prioritizes continuous feedback and active student engagement in the learning process

Abstract

Terdapat dua jenis pola pikir, yakni fixed mindset dan growth mindset. Penelitian ini mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran matematika model Problem Based Learning (PBL) untuk mengubah pola pikir peserta didik. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan terdiri dari modul ajar dan LKPD. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan proses pengembangan, kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran matematika model PBL untuk mengubah pola pikir peserta didik. Penelitian merupakan jenis penelitian pengembangan yang dilaksanakan di MTs Negeri 1 Lamongan pada semester ganjil tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Subjek penelitian dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan tujuan memperoleh peserta didik dengan fixed mindset. Penelitian dikembangkan menggunakan model pengembangan Plomp yang terdiri dari tiga fase. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah teknik catatan lapangan, teknik validasi, kepraktisan dan teknik angket pola pikir peserta didik. Teknik analisis data kevalidan dan kepraktisan menggunakan metode Aiken’s, analisis data keefektifan menggunakan persentase hasil angket pola pikir sebelum dan sesudah pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada fase investigasi awal telah dilakukan analisis masalah, kurikulum, karakteristik peserta didik dan materi ajar. Perangkat pembelajaran disusun pada fase pembuatan prototipe. Pada fase penilaian, perangkat pembelajaran dinilai dan divalidasi, diujicobakan. Modul ajar dan LKPD memiliki tingkat validitas “sangat tinggi” , nilai rata-rata kevalidan modul ajar sebesar 0,9 dan nilai rata-rata kevalidan LKPD sebesar 0,8. Modul ajar dan LKPD juga memiliki tingkat kepraktisan “sangat tinggi”, nilai rata-rata kepraktisan modul ajar sebesar 0,8 dan nilai rata-rata kepraktisan LKPD sebesar 0,8. Keefektifan perangkat pembelajaran dikatakan efektif berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan angka keefektifan yakni sebesar 85,71%.

Abstract

This research aims to minimizing waste and improve product quality is the key of success in business. PT. Romi Violeta is a company industri Manufacturing that engaged furniture based Making To Order. The problem that become a foundation research conducted these are it is known that the percentage of defect product in PT. Romi Violeta the most dominant is product wardrobes with the value of precentage as 13%. The purpose of this research to minimize waste and improve quality process production wardrobes in PT. Romi Violeta by giving improvement recommendations. Through the application of approach Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Failure Mode and Effects Analtysis, as well as Fault Tree Analysis, waste can minimized and quality improvement. Results of this study reveals at PT. Romi Violeta found two waste the most effect namely waste defective product that get score of 3 and waste of delay that get score of 2,3. Solution fixes to minimize waste and quality improvement, by giving managerial implications against damage on the engine rip saw, and operator less scrupulous improvements that carried out effects occurrence non value added wardrobes of 6,25% become 3,59%.

Abstract

The position of the Vice President and the President is not equal, even though the President and Vice President are a single inseparable institution. The position of the President and Vice President which is not equal shows that the presidential institution is the organizer of a single government system. The position of the Vice President cannot be separated from the President as a unit of positions which are directly elected by the people through general elections. Then, the duties and powers of the Vice President in the 1945 Constitution do not provide regulation, because the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution only mention their duties as assistant to the President, even though the President and Vice President are a single unit of office elected by the people through general elections. The authority of the Vice President is the authority mandated by the President to assist the President in implementing laws so that the responsibility remains with the President. The authority of the Vice President as a substitute for the President is all the powers that are in the position of President. In the future, it is necessary to make a law as an elaboration of the provisions of Article 4 paragraph (2) of the 1945 Constitution

Abstract

This study examines Al-Jam'iyatul Washliyah's moderate da'wah strategy in strengthening national insight in the digital disruption era. Al-Washliyah, established in 1930, has historically served as a mediator between traditional and modern Islamic thought. In the digital disruption era, challenges to religious moderation have become increasingly complex with online radicalization, religious hoaxes, and social polarization. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with library research approach. The findings reveal that Al-Washliyah implements moderate da'wah strategies through four main pillars: education based on religious moderation, rahmatan lil alamin da'wah, inclusive social charity, and economic empowerment. In the digital era, Al-Washliyah transforms its strategy through social media platform optimization, religious digital literacy development, cross-organizational collaboration, and strengthening moderate cadre networks. These strategies have proven effective in maintaining interfaith harmony and strengthening Pancasila national insight. Abstract

The management of Islamic education learning based on digital technology, adapts to Islamic values, recognizing that religious education cannot rely solely on digital tools. Therefore, teachers still play a guiding role in providing direct support to students. This research aims to analyze the management of digital technology use in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Total Quality Management Perspective. The findings indicate that character-based PAI learning through digital technology encompasses four key elements: digital teaching modules and Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital technology-based learning infrastructure, teacher training, and support for character development in students. These four elements are accompanied by total quality management, so that PAI learning using digital technology accelerates the achievement of educational goals. This research is qualitative, descriptive, and analytical, utilizing a phenomenological approach. Primary data for this research was obtained directly from the Islamic Development Network (IDN) in Bogor.

Abstract

Latar Belakang:Tekanan darah merupakan pengukuran fundamental bagi kesehatan sistem  kardiovaskular yang dapat menjadi indikator penyakit hipertensi kardiovaskular yang merupakan penyebab utama kematian dan kecacatan pada tahun 2017. Riset Kesehatan Derah (RISKESDAS) pada tahun 2018 menunjukkan adanya kenaikan prevalensi hipertensi menurut pengukuran pada penduduk yang umurnya >18 tahun di dapatkan 25,8% menjadi 34,1%. Hal tersebut menjadi latar belakang dari penelitian ini untuk skrening hipertensi pada pekerja di Rumah Sakit  Ukrida dengan analisa heart rate variability. Metode: Pengambilan data dengan consecutive  purposive sampling. Didapatkan sebanyak 81 sampel penelitian yang telah memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Setiap sampel dilakukan pemeriksaan tekanan darah dan Heart Rate Variability (HRV)  sebanyak tiga kali dan dilakukan nilai rerata. Hasil: Mayoritas subyek penelitian adalah perempuan sejumlah 43 subyek (53,1%) dengan kelompok usia kelompok 20-30 tahun tertinggi, 44 subyek (54,3%). Kategori pekerjaan terbanyak adalah perawat sebanyak 29 subyek (35,8%) Subyek yang   memiliki tekanan darah yang normal, yaitu 41 responden (50,6%), prahipertensi 35 subyek ( (43.2%) dan hipertensi 5 subyek (6.2%). Uji korelesi pada subyek pra hipertensi didapatkan nilai SDNN nilai 20-30 ms (awareness) sebanyak 16 subyek (19,8%) dengan nilai korekasi 0.510 (korelasi sedang). Evaluasi nilai RMSDD pada subyek pra hipertensi didapatkan nilai 10-20 ms (awareness) sebanyak 13 (16,1%) subyek dengan nilai korelasi pearson 0,471( korelasi sedang). Kesimpulan: Tekanan darah mempunyai korelasi positif dengan pengukuran HRV ( nilai SDNN dan RMSDD ) pemeriksaan HRV  dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu metode untuk deteksi dini pada penderita pra hipertensi pada pekerja RS UKRIDA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis defenisi teori pendidikan Ali Syariati, konsep pendidikan menurut perspektif Ali Syari’ati, Problema/permasalahan dalam pendidikan Menurut Ali Syari'ati, pengaruh konteks sosial dan budaya pemikiran oleh Ali Syari'atidan penerapan teori Ali Syari’ati dalam pendidikan modern. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode pustaka (library research) adalah salah satu pendekatan penelitian yang dilakukan melalui pengumpulan dan analisis data atau informasi yang bersumber dari literatur tertulis, seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, artikel, dan sumber pustaka lainnya. Dalam metode ini, peneliti tidak mengumpulkan data langsung dari lapangan, melainkan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang tersedia dalam berbagai referensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; 1) Syari'ati memandang pendidikan sebagai proses yang tidak hanya membebaskan manusia dari kebodohan, tetapi juga membawa manusia kepada kebangkitan spiritual dan sosial berdasarkan prinsip Islam; 2) Konsep pendidikan menurut Ali Syari’ati adalah pendidikan yang membebaskan, holistik, berbasis tauhid, dan berorientasi pada transformasi sosial; 3) Ali Syari'ati menekankan pentingnya pendidikan sebagai alat untuk membangkitkan kembali semangat dan nilai-nilai Islam, yang dapat menjadi kekuatan pembebasan dalam masyarakat Muslim; 4) tokoh ini dipengaruhi oleh perjuangan melawan penindasan, namun konteks sosial dan budaya yang Syari'ati hadapi di dunia Islam yang berhadapan dengan kolonialisme Barat sehingga membentuk pandangan mereka yang unik tentang peran pendidikan dalam pembebasan manusia; 5) Penerapan teori pendidikan Ali Syari'ati dalam praktik pendidikan modern dapat membawa pendidikan ke arah yang lebih kritis, reflektif, dan berorientasi pada perubahan sosial. Syari'ati menekankan pada pentingnya pendidikan berbasis nilai spiritual dan moral, yang dapat mempersiapkan individu untuk menghadapi tantangan sosial melalui panduan nilai-nilai agama.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter memiliki peranan penting dalam membangun individu yang bermoral, berintegritas, dan mampu berkontribusi bagi masyarakat. Kajian ini mengeksplorasi relevansi teori pendidikan karakter yang diajukan oleh dua tokoh besar, Imam Al-Ghazali dan John Locke, dalam konteks generasi Alpha yang lahir antara tahun 2010 hingga 2025. Generasi ini menghadapi tantangan besar, termasuk meningkatnya perilaku bullying, di mana 43% anak-anak terlibat dalam perilaku tersebut, baik secara langsung maupun online. Selain itu, terjadi penurunan nilai empati dan peningkatan perilaku agresif akibat pengaruh media sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif terhadap pemikiran Al-Ghazali dan Locke mengenai pendidikan karakter, melalui studi literatur dan analisis dokumen. Integrasi prinsip pendidikan karakter yang didasarkan pada moral dan pendekatan empiris menjadi penting dalam konteks ini. Melalui pemikiran tokoh besar ini, pendidikan karakter dapat memberikan fondasi yang kuat bagi generasi Alpha dalam menghadapi tantangan di era digital.
