Abstract

This research is conducted in order to find out the significance of the influence of Organizational culture, organizational commitment and Job satisfaction on teacher performance, implemented in SMK Warga Surakarta. With a total population of 65 teachers. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire through validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression, t test, F test and R2 test which was previously tested using the classic assumptions. The results of the analysis coefficient determination R2 = 0.550 test means that the contribution of organizational culture, organizational commitment and job satisfaction to the performance SMK Warga teachers 55% is influenced by other factors. The analysis result shows that: organizational culture, organizational commitment significantly influenced the job satisfaction. Organizational culture organizational commitment and Job satisfaction significantly influenced on teacher performance, Job satisfaction does not significantly mediate organizational culture on teacher performance, Job satisfaction significantly mediates organizational commitment on teacher performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to analyze the significance of the effect of leadership and working environment on working satisfaction, analyze the significance of the effect of leadership, working environment and working satisfaction on the State Civil Apparatus Performance and analyze the significance of leadership and working environment on the State Civil Apparatus Performance with working satisfaction as a mediating variable. This type of research is survey research. The population of this study is the State Civil Apparatus Special Class 1A Surakarta District Court as many as 110 people and all of them are used as samples by population research techniques or census. The source of data uses primary data and secondary data. The method of data collection used a questionnaire and literature. Data analysis techniques used path analysis. The results showed that leadership has a significant effect on the work satisfaction State Civil Apparatus. The work environment has a significant effect on the working satisfaction State Civil Apparatus. Leadership has a significant effect on the performance State Civil Apparatus. Work environment has a significant effect on the State Civil Apparatus. Working satisfaction has a significant effect on State Civil Apparatus. Work satisfaction mediates the effect of leadership on State Civil Apparatus. Work satisfaction mediates the effect the work environment on the State Civil Apparatus.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the significant influence between: (1) Job Stress on Job Satisfaction, (2) Compensation on Job Satisfaction, (3) Job Stress on Turnover Intention, (4) Compensation on Turnover Intention, (5) Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention of SMK Leonardo Klaten employees. This study also aims to determine: (6) the effect of Job Stress on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable, (7) the effect of Compensation on Turnover Intention with Job Satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population is the employees of SMK Leonardo Klaten as many as 62 persons. Sampling uses a sampling jenuh technique where all populations are taken as research samples, as many as 62 persons. Data collection techniques using questionnaires through validity test and reliability test. The analysis technique uses the classic assumption test, path analysis, and sobel test. The results of the analysis show: (1) A significant effect of work stress variable on job satisfaction. (2) A significant effect of the compensation variable on job satisfaction. (3) A significant effect of the work stress variable on turnover intention. (4) The compensation has no significant effect on Turnover Intention. (5) Job satisfaction has no significant effect on Turnover Intention. (6) Job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work stress on turnover intention. (7) Job satisfaction mediates the effect of compensation on turnover intention.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of achievement motivation and competence on the performance of the Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate. This research uses a quantitative approach. Sampling in this study used a sampling technique using saturated sampling, where all employees at the Inspectorate of Ponorogo Regency, amounting to 40 employees, were subjected to this study. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption test techniques, path analysis, hypothesis testing, F test and coefficient of determination test. From the results of the regression calculations performed, the results showed that based on multiple linear regression calculations showed achievement motivation and competence affected the performance of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP) in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate and while based on the t test showed that achievement motivation had no significant effect on performance and competence has a significant effect on the performance of the Government Internal Oversight Apparatus (APIP) in the Ponorogo Regency Inspectorate.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significance of the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction, the significance of the influence of internal marketing on employee engagement, the significance of the effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction and the role of employee engagement in mediating the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction on PT employees. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Solo Area. The population of this study is employees of the units of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk under the coordination of the Solo Area. Samples were taken as many as 97 respondents. Data obtained by distributing questionnaires to research samples. Analysis tool with research instrument test, classic assumption test and path analysis. While for the influence of mediation, testing uses Sobel test. The results of the study show that internal marketing has a significant effect on job satisfaction; internal marketing has a significant effect on employee engagement; employee engagement has a significant effect on job satisfaction and employee engagement does not mediate the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The success of a lecture process in the PGSD FIP Unesa Department can be observed from the success of students who take the lecture. The success of a lecture conducted by a lecturer can be seen from several indicators including; level of understanding, mastery of material and learning outcomes achieved by a student. The success achieved by a student is also influenced by several factors, one of which is the student's learning pattern. The purpose of this research was to identify and obtain various information related to student learning patterns before and during the Covid-19 pandemic, PGSD Department, FIP Unesa. This type of research is descriptive research. The population in this study were all students of the PGSD FIP Unesa Department and the sample used in the 2017-2018 class, this was because the two groups in the lecture were taught by researchers to make it easier to collect data. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The research instrument developed is related to learning patterns which have several indicators including; (1) planning learning activities, (2) participating in learning activities, (3) taking exams, and (4) learning evaluations. The data obtained will be analyzed in a descriptive qualitative manner which describes the learning patterns of students of the PGSD FIP Unesa Department before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. So far, it can be concluded that the research with the title of descriptive study of learning patterns before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in students of the PGSD FIP UNESA Department carried out by researchers ran according to the planned time. Student learning patterns have changed between before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is influenced by internal and external factors. According to the results and discussion in this study, it is necessary to suggest some activities that can be used in maintaining student learning patterns during the Covid-19 pandemic, namely packaging classroom learning using synchronous and asynchronous methods. Keywords: Learning Patterns, Learning, Covid-19 ABSTRAKKeberhasilan suatu proses perkuliahan di Jurusan PGSD FIP Unesa dapat diamati dari keberhasilan mahasiswa yang mengikuti perkuliahan tersebut. Keberhasilan perkuliahan yang dilaksanakan oleh seorang dosen dapat diketahui dari beberapa indikator diantaranya; tingkat pemahaman, penguasaan materi dan hasil belajar yang dicapai oleh seorang mahasiswa. Keberhasilan yang dicapai oleh seorang mahasiswa juga dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor, salah satunya pola belajar yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa. Tujuan penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendapatkan berbagai informasi terkait pola belajar mahasiswa sebelum dan selama masa pandemic covid-19 Jurusan PGSD FIP Unesa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh mahasiswa Jurusan PGSD FIP Unesa dan sampel yang digunakan angkatan 2017-2018, hal ini dikarenakan kedua angkatan tersebut dalam perkuliahan diampu oleh peneliti sehingga memudahkan pengambilan data. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni angket. Instrumen penelitian yang dikembangkan terkait dengan pola belajar yang memiliki beberapa indikator diantaranya; (1) merencanakan kegiatan belajar, (2) mengikuti kegiatan belajar, (3) mengikuti ujian, dan (4) evaluasi belajar. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif yang menggambarkan akan pola belajar mahasiswa Jurusan PGSD FIP Unesa sebelum dan selama masa pandemic covid-19. Sampai sejauh ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penelitian dengan judul studi deskriptif pola belajar sebelum dan selama pandemic covid-19 pada mahasiswa Jurusan PGSD FIP UNESA yang dilakukan oleh peneliti berjalan sesuai dengan waktu yang direncanakan. Pola belajar mahasiswa mengalami perubahan antara sebelum dan selama pandemic covid-19. Hal ini dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal dan eksternal. Sesuai hasil dan pembahasan dalam penelitian ini, maka perlu disarankan beberapa kegiatan yang akan dapat digunakan dalam menjaga pola belajar mahasiswa selama pandemic covid-19 yakni mengemas pembelajaran dikelas dengan menggunakan metode sinkronus dan asinkronus.Kata Kunci: Pola Belajar, Pembelajaran, Covid-19

Abstract

Few researches on financial distress give different results of predicting a company’ s financial distress. Financial distress is an early warning of bankruptcy, that a company has a financial failure, so that if it is not quickly well handled and getting worse, it goes to bankruptcy. The objective of this research was to give empirical evidence about the effects of net income/equity, total liabilities/total assets, sales growth, cost of goods sold/inventory, sales/account receivable, account receivable/total assets on company’s financial health both partially and simultaneously. Thirty one financial data from 31 manufacturing emitents listing at Jakarta Stock Exchange were analyzed by by multiple regression analysis. The results show that cost of goods sold/ inventory ratio significantly have positive effect on company’s financial health. Net income/equity ratio insignificantly have negative effect on company’s financial health. While total liabilities/total assets, sales growth, sales/account receivable and account receivable/total assets ratios insignificantly have positive effect on company’s financial health. The results also show that net income/ equity, total liabilities/total assets, sales growth, cost of goods sold/ inventory, sales/ account receivable, account receivable/total assets ratios have significant effect on company’s financial health.

Abstract

Kurikulum 2013 merupakan kurikulum dengan penilaian autentik yang menyeluruh. Penerapannya juga dituntut untuk menggunakan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi serta karakter peserta didik. Permasalahan yang muncul yaitu di SD belum mengadakan penilaian untuk mengukur kemampuan tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan pengembangan dengan tujuan: 1.) mengembangkan instrumen penilaian autentik berbasis HOTS yang terintegrasi karakter yang layak digunakan, 2.) kelayakan instrumen penilaian,. Model penelitian yang digunakan yaitu dengan model penelitian 4-D (Define, Design, Development, dan Dessiminate). Pengumpulan data diperoleh menggunakan angket, wawancara, dan observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan  yaitu analisis uji validitas, reliabilitas, Berdasarkan penelitian dapat disimpulkan: 1.) Dihasilkan instrumen penilaian autentik berbasis HOTS terintegrasi karakter, 2.) Hasil validasi data secara keseluruhan mendapat  nilai 3,61 dengan kategori sangat layak serta mendapatkkan nilai 95,3 % pada uji reliabilitas dalam Pesentage Agreement sangat reliable.

Abstract

The principle of equality, contact, notar The juridical concept of the principle of equality in the perspective of contract law is based on a civil law system that conforms to the values of justice. Contracts based on a civil law system that are in accordance with the values of justice, actually in Indonesia the application of the principle of freedom of contract is not absolute, there are certain limitations regulated in the Civil Code and other laws and regulations. The restrictions on freedom of contract that are regulated in the Civil Code include that there are no defects in the agreement, namely coercion, error, and fraud. The form of the principle of equality of the parties in the construction work contract deed made before a Notary, regarding the authority of the notary in making contracts, in Article 15 of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning amendments to Law Number 30 of 2004 concerning the Position of a Notary, is a public official those who are authorized to make both authentic deeds and under-hand deeds as long as they are not specific to other public officials in accordance with statutory regulations or the wishes of the parties concerned to ensure that the rights and obligations of the parties are guaranteed and have legal certainty

Abstract

The general objective of this study was to examine and analyze the influence of leadership style, and work culture on organizational commitment, with job satisfaction as an ASN mediating variable at the Department of the Environment of Ponorogo Regency. Specific objectives are to test and analyze: (1) the influence of leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) work culture on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, (4) the influence of work culture on organizational commitment, (5) the effect of job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (6) job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, and (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of work culture on organizational commitment. The population in this study were all ASN Ponorogo Regency Environmental Services as many as 89 people. In this study using the census method. This research data is primary data by filling out the questionnaire by respondents. After the data has been collected, an instrument test consisting of the validity test and the reliability test with Cronbach Alpha. Then the t test, F test, R2 test, hypothesis test are performed. analysis techniques using linear regression, descriptif analysis, and path analysis.The results showed that 1) the influence of positive and significant leadership style on job satisfaction, (2) the influence of positive and significant work culture on job satisfaction, (3) the influence of positive and significant leadership style on organizational commitment, (4) the influence of positive work culture and significant on organizational commitment, (5) positive and significant effect on job satisfaction on organizational commitment, (6) job satisfaction mediates the influence of leadership style on organizational commitment, and (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of work culture on organizational commitment.
