Abstract

This study aims to find scientific, social and environmental learning before the covid outbreak. Another goal is to find learning strategies during the Covid-19 period and learning priorities and challenges faced by teachers and parents during online learning. The research method approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected by in-depth interviews with Dahlia's early childhood education school teacher. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results were carefully examined through triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results showed that environmental learning was carried out to children through miniatures or animal sculptures in the classroom, then taking school children to the zoo to get to know the animals. When the teacher was in class, he asked again what he had seen in nature. The teacher also takes school children to nature to see the plants and animals in the surrounding environment. Meanwhile, to hone the social session, the teacher makes various games such as role-playing games to become a police officer so that there is a cooperation between students. Then, the teacher also uses outdoor games such as swings where there is social learning because they have to be done together. Another way is to play the role of a policeman and some other students play the role of criminals.

Abstract

Hipertensi kronik dalam kehamilan merupakan hipertensi yang sudah ada sebelum kehamilan terjadi. Hipertensi kronik ini menyebabkan kematian di seluruh dunia, yang secara jangka panjang dapat meningkatkan resiko penyakit kardiovaskuler, penyakit jantung koroner, stroke, gagal jantung, gagal ginjal, penyakit arteri perifer dan kematian. Diabetes melitus merupakan suatu kelompok penyakit metabolik dengan karakteristik hiperglikemi yang terjadi karena kelainan sekresi insulin. Pre existing diabetes melitus pada kehamilan merupakan kondisi wanita yang telah memiliki riwayat diabetes sebelum terjadinya kehamilan. Laporan kasus ini, seorang perempuan berusia 28 tahun dengan G4P3A1 gravida 37 minggu dengan hipertensi kronik dan pre existing diabetes melitus tipe 2, datang dengan keluhan pusing sejak 7 hari yang lalu, yang disertai pandangan kabur. Pasien memiliki riwayat hipertensi sejak kehamilan anak pertama dan riwayat diabetes melitus sejak kehamilan anak ke tiga. Pada pemeriksaan fisik, tekanan darah pasien 140/100 mmHg, dengan IMT 34.17 kg/m2. pada pemeriksaan glukosa 2 jam pp, pada pasien sedikit meningkat, yaitu 149 mg/dL. Kesimpulan dari kasus ini adalah Hipertensi dan diabetes termasuk kondisi yang sering terhadap ibu hamil. Oleh karena itu, kepada ibu hamil dianjurkan selalu melakukan skrining dan pemantauan untuk mencegan komplikasi yang bertambah berat.

Abstract

The obstacle experienced by most children with cerebral palsy is limited communication skills. This is due to disorders of the speech organs or limitations in receptive and expressive language abilities experienced by children with cerebral palsy. So, when communicating, you need alternative augmentative media or communication systems (AAC) that can help you communicate. This research aims to develop the Speakezio application as AAC media. The method used is the RD (Research and Development) research method with a qualitative approach. This research involves one subject (single subject) which is used as a model in developing applications. This research obtained results in the form of the Speakezio application which was developed based on the results of assessments on target subjects and trials of the application as a media for the AAC system. The trial results show that this application can improve children's receptive and expressive language skills. Apart from that, this application can help communication between children and parents so that parents can more easily understand the messages conveyed by children.

Abstract

Dalam pengembangan pembangunan gedung secara kontrak, Kontraktor umumnya bertanggung jawab kepada Pihak Pengguna Jasa hingga selesainya masa perawatan, yang ditandai dengan Penyerahan Serah Terima ke 2. Setelah proses Penyerahan Serah Terima ke 2 ini, secara hukum Kontraktor sudah tidak lagi bertanggung jawab jika terdapat cacat pada bangunan yang dikerjakannya. Beberapa Kontraktor memberikan perbedaan pelayanan untuk memuaskan Pihak Pengguna Jasa dalam bentuk layanan pasca kontrak. Kebijakan ini bertujuan agar hubungan antara Pihak Pengguna Jasa dan Kontraktor tetap terjaga baik, sebagai bentuk tanggung jawab moral Kontraktor kepada Pihak Pengguna Jasa dengan harapan agar mereka menjadi pelanggan setia. Dengan adanya kebijakan pelayanan pasca kontrak, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan, menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas layanan dengan pengalaman pengguna jasa, kepuasan pengguna jasa dan loyalitas, serta mengevaluasi kinerja kualitas layanan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner digital sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Perhitungan kepuasan pelanggan dilakukan menggunakan metode Indeks Kepuasan Pelanggan (CSI). Objek penelitian ini adalah Manajemen Gedung dari 55 gedung yang dibangun oleh salah satu Kontraktor Besar Swasta Nasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai CSI senilai 87,39%, yang berarti sangat memuaskan.

Abstract

Optimizing tax revenues is difficult in Indonesia due to obstacles such as tax evasion and tax avoidance. It is closely related to an organization's compliance with tax regulations, known as the taxpayers risk profile. However, this mechanism does not accurately detect tax avoidance and tax evasion risks. To overcome this limitation, we use a multilabel classification machine learning method in this study, which classifies a single observation into one or more labels at once. The approach involves problem transformation (binary relevance and label powerset), algorithm adaptation (multilabel k-nearest neighbor (ML-kNN) and multilabel-adaptive resonance associative map (ML ARAM)), and ensemble (label space partitioning and random k-label sets with disjoint (RAkELd)). Based on the model performance comparisons, we discovered that the ML-ARAM method based on deep learning is the best, with an average F1-score of 95.5% and a hamming loss of 7.4%. We also examine the feature importance of the best model to reduce the dimensions of features so that we can identify the dominant factors that encourage a taxpayer entity to engage in tax avoidance or tax evasion. The findings of this study improve the accuracy of tax avoidance risk detection and tax evasion risk profiles using machine learning methods, ensuring maximum tax revenues in Indonesia.

Abstract

Berdasarkan Undang-undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 25 tahun 1992 tentang Perkoperasian, Koperasi didefinisikan sebagai badan usaha yang beranggotakan orang-seorang atau badan hukum koperasi demi kepentingan Bersama. Koperasi melandaskan pada kegiatan berdarkan prinsip gerakan ekonomi kerakyatan yang berdarkan asas kekeluargaan. Prinsip koperasi di Indonesia kurang lebih sama dengan prinsip koperasi yang diakui oleh Internasional yaitu adanya penjelasan mengenai Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Pasal 4 UU No. 25 tahun 1992 dijelaskan bahwa koperasi mempunyai fungsi dan peranan diantaranya yaitu mengembangkan potensi dan kemampuan ekonomi anggota dan Masyarakat, berupaya mempertinggi kualitas kehidupan manusia, memperkokoh perekonomian rakyat, mengembangkan perekonomian nasional serta mengembangkan kreativitas dan jiwa berorganisasi bagi anggota. Koperasi secara bersama-sama mendirikan satu organisasi Tunggal yang berfungsi sebagai wadah untuk memperjuangkan kepentingan dan bertindak sebagaI pembawa aspirasi koperasi diantaranya adalah melakukan Pendidikan perkoperasian bagi anggota dan Masyarakat (Pasal 58 UU No. 25 Tahun 1992). Ketika pengurus mempertanggungjawabkan apa yang diamanahkan oleh anggota dalam pengelolaan koperasi, anggota sudah bisa mengetahui dan memahai laporan keuangan yang disajikan oleh pengurus dan pengawas. Usaha yang akan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan kepengurusannya adalah: simpan pinjam, dan sektor perdagangan (waserda/mart). Sehingga dibutuhkan penguatan di anggota agar bisa mengelola koperasi dengan baik dan professional yang dapat mensejahterakan anggotanya sedangkan masyarakat yang lemah (khususnya anggota) secara bertahap akan memiliki sikap, perilaku dan nilai-nilai yang lebih cocok bagi kemajuan mereka sendiri maupun anggota secara seluruhnya

Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of deaf students in class VII Junior High School at SLBN Cicendo on animal metamorphosis material through ecoterm media. The method used was classroom action research with five learners as subjects. The research instruments included interview guidelines, observations, and written objective test adapted to the independent phase D curriculum on animal metamorphosis material. In the pre-cycle stage, learning using conventional media (videos) only achieved classical completeness of 20%. After the application of ecoterm media, the completeness increased to 40% in cycle I and 100% in cycle II. The written test results also showed a gradual increase. The ecoterm media proved to be effective because it provided a concrete learning experience that involved various sensory modalities, making it easier to understand abstract concepts such as animal metamorphosis. This study concludes that ecoterm media can significantly improve deaf learners' understanding of animal metamorphosis learning materials, helping them achieve more optimal learning outcomes.

Abstract

Children with learning difficulties experience obstacles in the learning process, one of which is in the process of learning to read. Based on observations in the field, there is a child with learning difficulties aged 8 years who does not recognize the letters of the alphabet. Beginning reading for children with learning difficulties should use methods that suit their needs. One of the reading methods that can be used in the beginning reading process is the Montessori reading method. For this reason, this research aims to develop a program to improve letter recognition skills for children with learning difficulties using Montessori reading techniques. This program is developed based on the child’s ability analyzed from the results of developmental assessments on cognitive and language aspects. This program is implemented by researchers accompanied by parents of children with learning difficulties so that parents can continue the program later. This research uses mixed methods so that to collect and analyze data using qualitative methods and quantitative methods. The type of this research is Single Subject Research (SSR). The results of this study indicate that the letter recognition program with Montessori techniques can improve the ability to recognize letters for children with learning difficulties.Keywords: Letter recognition, children with learning difficulties, montessori reading techniques

Abstract

Conventional construction methods have proven inadequate for meeting the accelerated development needs of IKN, highlighting the necessity for innovative approaches to expedite construction. Additionally, challenges related to material supply further exacerbate the situation. The Mobox method emerges as a promising alternative, offering potential to streamline project completion. This study compares time performance between conventional concrete methods, which typically require 7 months, and the Mobox method, which achieves the same in 4 months. The aim is to evaluate whether time and cost performance align with the project owner's expectations, using the Earned Value Management (EVM) method for a 4-storey building project utilizing Mobox modular construction. At week 16, the project’s time performance met expectations, as evidenced by a Schedule Variance (SV) of zero and a Schedule Performance Index (SPI) of 1. Cost performance also exceeded expectations, with a positive Cost Variance (CV) of Rp 11,784,790,045.29 and a Cost Performance Index (CPI) of 1.023, indicating cost efficiency. The Mobox method, coupled with the EVM approach, proves to be an effective and efficient alternative for construction projects, demonstrating the capability to complete projects on time and within budget while maintaining quality.

Abstract

Underpass is an infrastructure built by the government below the ground level to alleviate traffic congestion in large cities. The box culvert system serves as the construction for underpasses. The selection of this system has a significant impact on quality as it will affect the quality of work. The BSD underpass project on the Serpong - Balaraja toll road (Interchance Legok Area STA 9+800) needs to improve its quality because the results of the work do not meet the required standards. The aim of this research is to determine the most influential factors in the quality of underpasses and the implementation of lean six sigma. The research utilizes the Relative Importance Index (RII) method and the Lean Six Sigma method. From the research results, it was found that the most influential factor is ensuring that every incoming material meets the desired quality standards in the quality control variable. In addition, the analysis using Lean Six Sigma in Box Culvert work resulted in a DPMO value of 6058 per one million or equivalent to 4.133 sigma with a yield of 99.39%, thus requiring evaluation through the the DMAIC method Define – Measure – Analyze – Improvement – Control) to reduce defects and improve quality.
