Abstract

Based on data from Bank Indonesia, there are 1.67 million Indonesian migrant workers in Malaysia, both in the formal and non-formal sectors. One of the destinations for Indonesian migrants is Pulau Pinang, Malaysia. PERMAI stands for Pertubuhan Masyarakat Indonesia di Pulau Pinang Malaysia, which is a non-governmental, non-political NGO engaged in social education and culture. Efforts to apply occupational safety and health (K3) to workers are very important for workers when carrying out work activities. Especially for employees who work in a work environment that has high safety and health risks, work safety in the company is not only caused by the system that has been implemented by the company but also by the awareness of everyone to avoid work accidents. The purpose of this activity is to provide an introduction to occupational health and safety (K3) to business owners and workers who are in Pulau Pinang, Malaysia, and to equip business owners and workers to apply K3 in their work activities to prevent injuries, occupational diseases, or accidents. The method used in this activity is to provide health promotion counseling on occupational health and safety. This counseling uses media in the form of leaflets and provides pre- and post-tests in the form of questions and questionnaires to workers to determine their knowledge and understanding. The evaluation results show that the level of compliance with wearing personal protective equipment ("APD") is still low, with a percentage of 37%. Based on the IPA Cartesians diagram, variables X5, X6, and X8 are variables that have importance and good performance.

Abstract

This research aims to identify effective ways of integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology with innovative learning methods to improve students' creative thinking skills in various educational contexts. The bibliometric method, a quantitative and statistical approach to bibliographic data such as publications and citations, serves as the research method. Data were collected on July 2024, through the SCOPUS database using the keywords "creative thinking" OR "creative thinking skills" AND "creativity.". Data analysis was conducted in three stages: data collection, visualization, and analysis using software such as VosViewer. The results showed research trends, knowledge gaps, and potential new research areas relevant to technology integration in education. This research contributes to developing more effective and inclusive education policies and practices by ensuring all students have equal opportunities to develop essential skills in the digital age. Limitations of this study include limited access to technology in some areas and a need for teacher training in integrating AI into the learning process. Future research recommendations include focusing more on improving access to technology and teacher training to effectively use AI technology in education.

The research method approach uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected by in-depth interviews with Dahlia's early childhood education school teacher. The sample was selected through a purposive technique. The results were carefully examined through triangulation and source triangulation techniques. The results showed that environmental learning was carried out to children through miniatures or animal sculptures in the classroom, then taking school children to the zoo to get to know the animals. When the teacher was in class, he asked again what he had seen in nature. The teacher also takes school children to nature to see the plants and animals in the surrounding environment. Meanwhile, to hone the social session, the teacher makes various games such as role-playing games to become a police officer so that there is a cooperation between students. Then, the teacher also uses outdoor games such as swings where there is social learning because they have to be done together. Another way is to play the role of a policeman and some other students play the role of criminals.

Abstract

The construction process of the AKASA Serpong apartment building requires heavy equipment in the form of a tower crane to facilitate the construction work process, but in its implementation, there are still errors that cause work accidents. Factors causing work accidents such as human skills, geographical conditions, and crane instrumentation are the root of the problem, where the application of SOPs is not implemented properly and correctly. The purpose of the study was to analyze and identify the dominant factors that cause and minimize the risk of work accidents using quantitative descriptive methods conducted through interviews, perceptions of respondents, and questionnaire surveys of 60 workers at the research location, the results were analyzed using the SPSS version 24 program. The results showed that the crane instrumentation factor was more dominant, having a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. As for the t count, the value is 8.235> t table (2.003) so it is very influential on the performance measurement variable of the application of SOPs that are useful for reducing the risk of work accidents.

Abstract

Kata kunci: Automated People Mover System, Net Present Value, Internal Return Rate, Benefit Cost Ratio, Pay Back Period, Return On Investment

Moreover, this method was applied by playing so as make children more relax in studying. Generally, this research is aim for knowing the influence of usage Glenn Doman method to reading skills with the start moderately retarded children in 6th grade. The method that used is experiment method with types of SSR (single subject research).

Abstract

Children's motor development is very important because children are confident in their environment, including when playing with their friends, children who grow and develop without motor skills will become inferior in carrying out tasks related to their skills. The aim of this research is to provide illustrated abilities in completing certain motor tasks, to provide the ability to be able to train children's body movements during motor development and to hone children's fine and gross motor skills. The method used by the author is a literature review analysis. In the process of motor perception, environmental stimuli that are relevant to movement are recognized, appropriate movement information is sent in the form of output to the muscles to produce various types of movement. Up to the fine and gross motoric stages, perceptual motor skills are also very important in improving children's motor skills and academic abilities.
