Abstract

The purpose of this research is toto study and analyze the form of police discretion in dealing with children in conflict with the law. In this writing, the author uses a normative legal method with research specifications in the form of descriptive analysis. Investigation of a child by the police is a measure of the child's personality, he can be good or otherwise, therefore a special police unit is needed that is trained in serving and handling children. Discretion as one way to handle child cases is one of the authorities of the police in using their discretionary authority. Discretion is expected to minimize the number of children who must experience detention and all forms of rules in positive criminal law or create children as victims of criminal behavior of children. In the Child Criminal Justice System Law, discretion is given to investigators to be able to seek diversion. This can be seen in Article 29 of the Child Criminal Justice System Law, namely: Investigators are required to seek diversion no later than 7 days after the investigation begins; The diversion process as referred to in paragraph 1 is carried out no later than 30 days after the start of the diversion.

Abstract

The general public's understanding of taxation is critical. Taxation is one of the most important sources of state revenue for infrastructure development and social welfare. There are numerous reasons why citizens refuse to pay their taxes. Educating people on the need for paying taxes can help. This study takes the problem formulation, namely, what is the role of social media in optimizing awareness of paying taxes for Small to Medium Enterprises (SME's) or MSMEs, and while the goal is to discover what the role of education is in educating about optimizing awareness of paying taxes and knowing how social media plays a role in educating taxation for MSMEs to increase tax awareness. It is believed that this research would provide educational understanding. A qualitative technique is used in this investigation. Secondary data was obtained through interviews and direct observation of MSMEs, as well as indirect and literature studies through books, journals, DJP websites, and various other sources. Because the number of social media users increases year after year, tax education is performed through social media. As a result, if it is supported in the future, it will be quite effective. This will have a significant impact on the increase in tax awareness among MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the reasoning ability in the field of learning Qowaid Arabic in the ALAC (Afternoon Lesson Advisory Council) program. The learning taken here is using Qowaid Arabic, Qowaid here is nahwu which is paired with shorof, so that it becomes nahwu shorof, which is a science that reviews the grammar (basics) of Arabic grammar. In other words, the discussion of Qowaid Arabic cannot be separated from these two terms. Therefore, learning using Qowaid Arabic is the right way. The research method used is a qualitative method and data collection is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The subjects of the study were all students at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-tarbawiyah putri, totaling 51 people. In this study, Qowaid Arabic Learning is not like other lessons, namely the teacher tells students to write in good and correct Arabic writing. This learning process is an assistance provided by educators so that the process of acquiring knowledge, mastery of skills and habits, and the formation of attitudes and beliefs in students can occur. the results of this study can be concluded that in the Implementation of Qowaid Arabiyah learning in improving the quality of students in understanding Arabic at Madrasah Ummul Quro At-Tarbawiyah putri Plakpak Pagantenan Pamekasan. namely starting with First, the opening filled with Nadzoman. Second, class attendance. Third, introduction of the material by reading the material to the students first, after that the teacher reads one by one either in the form of small or easy mufradat as Qowaid material such as examples after that students are asked to write in their respective books and provide positions in the examples. Therefore, it is necessary to have a program in learning Qowaid Arabiyah, namely the ALAC (Afternoon Lesson Advisory Council) program. ALAC (Afternoon Lesson Advisory Council) is a learning program that is implemented in the afternoon where the ALAC program is focused on studying Qowaid-Qowaid Arabiyah.

Abstract

Sosis adalah makanan olahan dari daging yang dicincang, dihaluskan dengan bahan lain dan rempah-rempah, kemudian dimasukkan ke dalam selongsong. Sosis termasuk produk fast food karena memiliki kalori dan lemak yang tinggi dan rendah serat. Daun katuk dapat digunakan sebagai bahan tambahan dalam pengolahan daging karena daun katuk memiliki kadar serat yang tinggi dan baik untuk ibu menyusui. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persentase penambahan tepung daun katuk yang terbaik pada fortifikasi sosis ayam yang ditinjau dari kualitas fisikokimia dan mutu organoleptik. Sosis ayam dibuat dari daging ayam pedaging dengan penambahan tepung daun katuk sesuai perlakuan yaitu 0% (P0), 1% (P1), 3% (P2), dan 5% (P3). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode percobaan laboratorium dengan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan 4 perlakuan dan 4 ulangan. Variabel yang diamati meliputi kadar serat, pH, DIA, dan mutu organoleptik. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) single-factor dan dilanjutkan dengan Uji Jarak Berganda Duncan (UJBD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan tepung daun katuk memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata (P<0,01) terhadap kadar serat dan organoleptik, namun tidak memberikan pengaruh yang nyata (P>0,05) terhadap pH dan DIA. Nilai rata-rata kadar serat yaitu 0,11-0,60%, pH 6,24-6,25, DIA 45,49-49,76%, warna dengan skor 1,67-4,44, aroma dengan skor 1,82-4,48, rasa dengan skor 1,79-4,27, dan tekstur dengan skor 2,44-3,46. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil perlakuan terbaik ditunjukkan pada perlakuan penambahan tepung daun katuk pada sosis ayam sebanyak 5% (P3) berdasarkan kualitas fisikokimia, namun P1 lebih banyak disukai oleh panelis karena tidak berbau langu dan tekstur masih kenyal.

Abstract

Implementation is one of the activities or actions that are planned and made in detail to obtain a certain goal, and learning media is a tool in learning and teaching activities intended to convey messages from teachers to students in the effectiveness of learning and teaching. Problem-based learning is a learning approach that uses world problems or a real project in solving problems as a context for thinking critically in problem-solving skills in obtaining new information. This study uses a qualitative method in the form of a literature study by finding various relevant sources, reading them, and evaluating them. The results of this study, namely: (1) Definition and characteristics of problem-based learning which characteristics include orientation, student-centered, and interdisciplinary, (2) Implementation of problem-based learning, (3) The role of educators in the implementation of problem-based learning with competencies that must be possessed by educators and obligations for the application of problem-based learning, (4) The advantages and disadvantages of problem-based learning which focuses on students as the main object.

Abstract

Audiovisual media includes various forms such as images, videos, animations, and audio. This diversity allows educators to present learning materials with a more dynamic approach, facilitate understanding of abstract concepts, and create a deeper learning experience. Along with that, students can more easily visualize learning materials, strengthen memory, and increase learning motivation. The use of audiovisual media in learning also opens up space for the formation of critical and analytical skills in students. They can be invited to think creatively, develop media literacy, and understand messages conveyed through various forms of visuals and sounds.

Abstract

In a teaching and learning process, two very important elements are teaching methods and learning media. These two aspects are interrelated. Choosing a particular teaching method will influence the type of learning media that is appropriate, although there are still various other aspects that must be considered in choosing media, including teaching objectives, types of tasks and responses that students are expected to master after teaching takes place, and the learning context including student characteristics. Learning media is the media used in learning, which includes teacher aids in teaching as well as means of conveying messages from learning sources to recipients of student learning messages. As presenters and distributors of messages, learning media in certain cases can represent teachers presenting learning information to students. If the media program is designed and developed well, then this function can be played by the media even without the presence of a teacher. History is events, processes, and history is the movement of change. Meaning, which is not an event, which does not describe a process, and which does not analyze change, is not history. Assembling historical material with a structured model, the first step in its application can be using a table of movement of change with basic patterns of development by studying historical facts, concepts and principles or causality.

Abstract

Learning media are all tools used by teachers as intermediaries to convey learning materials so that students learn effectively and correctly. Digital learning media is an intermediary or medium that displays tools (means) to convey the learning process digitally. This study aims to determine the challenges and opportunities of digital-based history learning media in high schools. This media can be visual, audio, or audio-visual media. The research method used is descriptive method and literature study. The concept of learning media should consist of two components: hardware and software. Abstract

Education in Indonesia faces the challenge of making learning more interesting and interactive, especially in the subject of Islamic Cultural Studies (SKI). This article discusses learning innovation using Prezi-based media at Yadika Lubuklinggau High School. A descriptive qualitative approach was used to gain an in-depth understanding of the implementation of the innovation. Through interviews with teachers, principals, and students, the results show that the use of Prezi in SKI learning successfully increased students' interest. The implementation steps involved identifying learning needs and objectives, planning the Prezi presentation, and introducing Prezi media to students. Teachers and principals gave full support to this innovation, despite technical constraints such as limited devices and internet connectivity. However, the use of Prezi enabled active student participation, improved their focus and understanding of the SKI material. The observation shows that Prezi creates learning that is engaging, dynamic, and interactive. Students feel more interested and enthusiastic in learning SKI, especially with the use of multimedia elements such as images, videos and audio. Full support from the school principal is key to the success of this innovation. Although there are technical constraints, continuous implementation and ongoing training for teachers are needed to maximize the potential of Prezi in SKI learning. In conclusion, the use of Prezi in SKI learning effectively increases students' interest, strengthens participation, and creates a more interesting and interactive learning environment.

Abstract

This study aims to develop and implement local environment-based visual media in history learning. The visual media developed is expected to improve students' understanding of historical materials in a more interesting and contextual way. In writing this scientific paper, the author uses literature studies and uses reference sources through books or journals that are relevant to the topics discussed. The results of the study indicate that the use of local environment-based visual media is quite effective in increasing students' motivation and understanding of historical materials. This media also helps students relate subject matter to their surroundings, so that learning becomes more relevant and meaningful. Thus, the use of local environment-based visual media can be an effective alternative in history learning in schools.
