Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine whether the influence of venture capital and business duration on business income in creative economic actors in the fashion sub-sector in Malang City. The variables used by researchers are venture capital and business duration (dependent variable) and business income (independent variables) this study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling uses a saturated sample method. There are 43 business actors that meet the sample category. Furthermore, multiple regression analysis is used to analyze and test hypotheses with the t test with the help of SPSS version 14. Based on the results of the study indicate that business capital affects income. And the length of business has an effect on income. This explains that businesses can manage finances well and are able to maintain their business so they can increase income. Keywords: Business Capital, Duration of business, Operating Income.

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to determine the effect of motivation, creativity and startup courses on students' interest in building startups partially. This research is a type of explanatory research that explains the causal relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable through a hypothesis. The population used in this study were active students of the 2018 class of management study program, FEB, Islamic University of Malang, amounting to 518 students. In this study using a sample of 84 respondents, the sampling technique used in this study was a purposive sampling technique. This study uses quantitative methods, data acquisition using primary data with data collection using a questionnaire method through distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale as a measuring tool for respondents' answers. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on student interest in building startups, creativity has a positive and significant effect on student interest in building startups and startup courses have a positive and significant effect on student interest in building startups in management study program students batch 2018 Faculty of Economics and Business Islamic University of Malang. Keyword: Motivation, Creativity, Startup Courses On Student And Interest In Building Startups

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to empirically examine the influence of Islamic stocks, Islamic bonds, and Islamic mutual funds on the reaction of the capital market in Indonesia, 36 samples used in this study. Quantitative research uses data collection techniques in this study using secondary data and the data used are in the form of financial statements, joint stock price indices, Islamic stock indices, Islamic bond indexes, and Islamic mutual fund indexes. Data analysis methods used include morality test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing.The results of the analysis show that Islamic stocks and Islamic mutual funds partially have a significant positive effect on the reaction of the capital market in Indonesia and Sharia bonds partially have a significant negative effect on the reaction of the capital market in Indonesia. Simultaneous testing of Islamic stocks, Islamic bonds, Islamic mutual funds has a significant positive influence on the reaction of the capital market in Indonesia.Keywords: Sharia Stocks, Sharia Bonds, Sharia Mutual Funds, and Capital Markets.

Abstract

AbstractThe study aims to analyze the  influence of taxpayer attitudes, tax knowledge and quality of service on the compliance of private taxpayers on creative economists of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. The sample used in the  study used purposive sampling techniques so that the number of samples obtained was as many as 40 respondents who met the criteria. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that taxpayer attitudes, tax knowledge and service quality simultaneously have a significant influence on the compliance of private taxpayers on the creative economy of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. Variables in taxpayer attitudes have a significant and positive effect on the compliance of private taxpayers in the creative economy of the blended fashion and culinary sub-sector in Sumenep City. Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine and analyze the effect of mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah financing on profitability in sharia commercial banks in Indonesia in 2011-2017 both partially and jointly. Population is all public banks. Data collection goes through Indonesia as many as 12 while a sample of 5 matches the existing criteria. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 16. The sampling technique using purposive sampling and data testing techniques used in this study include descriptive tests, normality tests, classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis, autocoleration test, heterocedasticity test, simultaneous and partial test.The results of the analysis show that partially financing with mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah funds does not have a significant effect on profitability performance. Whereas together or simultaneously shows that financing with mudharabah, musyarakah and murabahah influences significantly on profitability.Keywords: Mudharabah, Musyarakah, Murabahah and Profitability Financing

Abstract With the rapid development of technology and human lifestyles, they also experience developments or lifestyle improvements that ultimately have an impact on people's behavior that is too extravagant and always keeps up with the times, especially among students who always follow their ego in making decisions in considering their needs and needs. his desire to live a hedonistic life that makes students unable to manage their financial resources and manage their finances well, most students have not been able to control the expenses they make, leading to dependence on quality of life on individual capacity to manage financial affairs, the computerized economy in Indonesia is encountering extremely quick turn of events. particularly in monetary innovation (fintech). Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted with the aim. 1) To Find out and analyze the effect of profitability on the value of real estate companies. 2) To find out and analyze the effect of dividend policy on the value of real estate companies. 3) To find out and analyze the effect of debt policy on the value of real estate companies. 4) to find out and analyze the effect of manajerial ownership on the value of real estate companies proxied by return on investment, dividend per share, debt to equity ratio, manajerial ownership and price earning ratio as the dependent variable Explanatory Research type research. The data used is secondary data. Obtained by documentation techniques. Namely by searching and collecting data on annual reports obtained from the website. The population used in this research is real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sample selection in that study used a purposive sampling method, based on the criteria obtained by 10 companies. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis testing using WU. That partially the debt policy has a significant positive effect on company value while the profitability ratio of dividend policy and manajerial ownership has no partial effect on the value of the company. Keywords:     Profitability, Dividend Policy, Debt Policy, Manajerial Ownership, Company Value

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of CAR, NPF, FDR, and BOPO on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative which focuses on the management of numerical data. The populations in the study used all Islamic banks registered in the Financial Services Authority in 2014-2016 as many as 13 banks that met the criteria of 10 banks. Data collection methods using documentation and literature study. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique by considering the completenes of quarterly data from the research variables presented on the official website of the Financial Services Authority. Independent variables are CAR, NPF, FDR, and BOPO. While the dependent variable is profitability which is proxied by ROA.Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results obtained included: 1) CAR has a significant effect on ROA. 2) NPF has no significant effect on ROA. 3) FDR has no significant effect on ROA. 4) BOPO has a significant effect on ROA.Keywords: CAR, NPF, FDR, BOPO, ROA and Syariah Commercial Banks.

Abstract

ABSTRACT            This study aims to find out which financial performance is better between Distro Club creative economic actors and creative economic actors BSM Distro in Malang. The data used are primary data by collecting data through interviews. The tool used to analyze the financial performance of creative economic actors is using financial ratio analysis. The analysis shows that the financial performance of BSM Distro creative economic actors is better than the financial performance of Distro Club creative economic players in terms of profitability ratios and solvency ratios, while in terms of liquidity ratios the results show that Distro Club has better financial performance than BSM Distro.Keywords: Actors of Creative Economy, Ratio Analysis and Financial Performance

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe aim of this study is to know the level of effectiveness and how huge the contribution restaurant, hotel, advertisement tax toward original income in Malang regency during three years ago (2016-2018). This study used descriptive qualitative data. The researcher gets the data with documentation method obtained from Regional Revenue Agency (Badan Pendapatan Daerah). The result of this study showed that (1) the effectivess of the restaurant tax 2016-2018 is very effective criteria. The effectiveness of the hotel tax 2017-2019 is very effective. And effectiveness of advertisement tax 2017-2019 is very effective. The effectiveness of retributin region is very effective. (2) The contribution of revenue restaurant tax 2016-2018 is very less. The contribution of hotel tax 2016-2018 is very less and the region contribution 2016-2018 is very less criteria.Keywords: local tax, regional retribution, local original income, effectiveness, and contribution
