Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklan dan celebrity endorser terhadap minat beli konsumen pada e-commerce blibli.com. jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, dengan alat analisis regresi linier berganda. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner yang dibagikan ke 65 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen. Sedangkan celebrity endorser berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 150 karyawan dengan teknik random sampling sebanyak 150 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, wawancara dan dokumenter. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda yang diuji dengan menggunakan SPSS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa teamwork, perilaku inovatif dan motivasi kerja secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Teamwork, Perilaku Inovatif, Motivasi Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

Human resources are a very important thing and must be owned in an effort to achieve organizational or corporate goals and most importantly to achieve a goal in the company. The most basic thing in achieving this goal is how the company is able to direct employees in a positive direction, namely by paying attention to the attachment of its employees, it can produce human resources that are able to be qualified and human resources that are able to compete. This type of research uses statistical analysis methods through the application of SPSS Vers. 28, this sampling used a random sample technique with a total sample of 86 respondents. This study aims to test, review, and obtain the results of the influence of Organizational Culture, Job Characteristics and Transformational Leadership on PT Employee Engagement. Yan Jin Indonesia. The results of this study show that: (1) there is no partially significant influence between employee organizational culture and employee engagement of PT employees. Yan Jin Indonesia. (2) does not have a positive effect on the employee engagement of PT. Texttile Indonesia. (3) There is a positive and significant influence on transformational leadership with PT. Texttile Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji pengaruh Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Kepuasan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada perusahaan konstruksi. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan situasional tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sebaliknya Kepuasan Kerja dan kombinasi Kepemimpinan Situasional dan Kepuasan Kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan. Temuan ini menyoroti pentingnya memperhatikan Kepuasan Kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, manajemen perusahaan harus secara efektif memantau dan mengelola kepuasan kerja karyawan serta menerapkan strategi kepemimpinan yang sesuai dengan situasi untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan dan memberikan panduan bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam mengembangkan strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Oleh karena itu, perhatian terhadap Kepuasan Kerja menjadi penting, dan manajemen harus mengintegrasikan pendekatan kepemimpinan situasional untuk mencapai hasil kinerja yang lebih baik. Studi ini tidak hanya membantu dalam memahami dinamika di balik kinerja karyawan tetapi juga memberikan panduan praktis bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merumuskan strategi yang efektif. Perusahaan konstruksi dapat mengoptimalkan kinerja karyawannya melalui pendekatan Kepuasan Kerja dan Kepemimpinan Situasional yang tepat. Temuan penelitian ini memperjelas bahwa untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang optimal, perhatian yang seimbang terhadap kepuasan kerja dan strategi kepemimpinan situasional sangatlah penting. Penelitian ini juga membuka wawasan baru tentang bagaimana faktor-faktor tersebut dapat diintegrasikan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih baik

Abstract

This research aims to find out how successful application use is and what factors influence the successful use of online shopping applications. This research uses quantitative methods. Users of online shopping applications in Jabodetabek were given a questionnaire via Google Form as part of the data collection method used in this study. Users of online shopping apps made up the study's population. Purposive sampling was the method used to choose the study's sample. In this study, a sample of one hundred respondents was used. The two types of data analysis are statistical analysis and demographic analysis. The results of the conducted research support the notion that the presence of online shopping applications is beneficial, and that user perceptions play a significant role in the success of an application's use. Respondents can shop online with convenience and utility thanks to the services offered by online shopping applications. User satisfaction with net benefits is the most significant factor, according to the path coefficient and t-test values. This indicates that consumers are happy with the online shopping app and are inclined to accept the advantages it provides. Consumers believe that an element that can raise the net benefit value of online shopping applications is user satisfaction. According to the path coefficient and t-test values, service quality is the factor that has the least impact on users' perceptions of its usefulness. This indicates that consumers believe the usefulness value they perceive from online shopping applications cannot be enhanced by the quality of those services. So, improvements need to be made so that the success of using the application increases.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the complex relationship between inequality and income levels, as well as between education and wage inequality. The analysis will employ a random sample from the population, gathered through surveys and observations. With a sample size of 100. Data analysis uses regression. These findings suggest that other factors may also play a role in determining inequality trends and the need for a more contextual approach in formulating effective economic policy. The analysis highlights the complexity of labor market dynamics in the relationship between education and wage inequality. The findings reveal that factor such as the population's educational structure, the quality of education, and unobservable factors, in addition to the level of education itself, influence the effect of education on wages. Overall, the results of the analysis show that education has a very important role in determining income distribution and economic equality. Increased education can reduce wage inequality between individuals with different levels of education, with several contributing factors including improvements in the quality of the workforce, greater opportunities for individuals to obtain qualifications that suit labor market needs, and changes in the way society and the labor market.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach (Lestari & Ghaby, 2018). The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from Financial Services Authority employees spread throughout Indonesia as many as 5000 employees. The data were obtained from an online questionnaire and analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the following hypothesis. The result in this article show the Education Level variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance because it is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.045. This means that the higher the education of an employee, the more it can influence employees to be more careful in understanding superiors' directions, working intelligently, and solving every problem that exists well, which ultimately improves Employee Performance.. In the next line, the researcher's hypothesis can also be proven if the Training variable can strengthen the influence of the Education Level variable on Employee Performance because the direction of the relationship is positive and the ebrad is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.021, which is more significant than direct testing of 0.05. Thus, the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide an explanation of the theory of operational management related to the production process in a company. To achieve this goal, the research method used is a literature study approach and a theory development approach based on the work of Richar L. Darft on operational management and Jay Heizer and Barry Render on production. The data collection method uses documentation research. Data processing methods involve reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The method for ensuring the validity of data uses source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that operational management is the process of managing and utilizing resources for the benefit of the company's work services, production is the process of producing goods and services desired by people who work in the company and operational production management is a way of utilizing resources owned to make products that are valuable to the company. This includes planning the production process, which means planning materials and the process of making products, organizing the production process, which means dividing equipment, materials, and labor, directing the production process, which means creating standard operating procedures and product quality, and controlling the production process, which means evaluating work and product results.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality, key opinion leader strategy, and digital promotion on consumer repurchase intention in the context of digital business. In the era of digital transformation, companies increasingly rely on technology-based marketing strategies and social media to retain customers and increase repeat purchases. Two hundred people who have shopped online are surveyed for this quantitative study. Multiple linear regression techniques were employed for the data analysis. Concurrently, the data demonstrated that digital promotion, Key Opinion Leader approach, and service quality all significantly impact repurchase intention. One of the most important factors in determining whether or not a customer will buy from a company again is the key opinion leader approach. The results demonstrate the significant impact that public figures' trust and influence can have on consumers' perceptions and decisions. By emphasizing the importance of service quality and collaborating with relevant key opinion leaders, this study offers practical implications for online business actors looking to build efficient marketing strategies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan abnormal return dan trading volume activity sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19 di Indonesia pada sektor barang konsumsi non primer yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sumber data sekunder berupa data laporan penutupan saham harian dan laporan aktivitas volume perdagangan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi non primer yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 57 perusahaan dari sektor barang konsumsi non primer yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif pada periode sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19. Uji normalitas yang digunakan adalah uji Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis uji beda wilcoxon signed rank test. Setelah dilakukan uji beda, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat perbedaan abnormal return dan trading volume activity sebelum dan selama pandemi covid-19
