Abstract

A safe learning environment in early childhood education is an important aspect in supporting children's optimal development. This research was conducted to find out and analyze how early childhood education institutions have implemented a safe learning environment. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study method conducted from August to November 2024. The subject of this research is the class teacher, while the informants are the principal, accompanying teachers, and parents of MTA Bulu Kindergarten. The data collection methods used were observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of the research data, researchers used method and source triangulation techniques. The results showed that MTA Bulu Kindergarten has implemented several programs to create a safe learning environment. Some of the strategies that have been carried out include ensuring the safety of child-friendly buildings, compiling SOPs, making class agreements, implementing positive discipline, conducting regular safety talks and emergency drill activities, ensuring the availability of first aid facilities, implementing anti-violence policies, conducting bullying assessments, involving parents and related stakeholders, and forming violence prevention and handling teams.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui manajemen waktu dari dua subjek penelitian dalam menghafal Al Qur’an di PPTQ Griya Qur’an 7 Surakarta. Metode Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, pada umumnya pendekatan deskriptif digunakan dalam menganalisis fenomenologi social, atau membuat pencandraan mengenai kejadian-kejadian atau situasi-situasi. Dalam manajmen waktu terdapat aspek-aspek sebagai berikut: 1) Penetapan Tujuan, 2) Mekanisme manajemen waktu, 3) Kontrol terhadap, 4) Evaluasi. Kesimpulannya bahwa subjek dalam penelitian ini dapat memanajemen waktu dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan dosen dalam meningkatkan kualitas "Tri Dharma" dosen di UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis SWOT. Temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengembangan dosen dapat dirumuskan, yaitu: (1) Program pengembangan dosen mengikuti perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi serta visi, misi, dan tujuan UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta; (2) Penerapan pembelajaran berbasis integrasi; (3) Penyediaan dana untuk proyek atau inisiatif penelitian dengan pendekatan interdisipliner, termasuk program magang; (4) Bantuan untuk penelitian dan publikasi; (5) Penyediaan layanan masyarakat berbasis ilmiah; dan (6) Akselerasi program doktor dan promosi profesor.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the Qur’an learning program using the Ummi Method at SD Islam Diponegoro Surakarta through the CIPP approach proposed by Stufflebeam. The CIPP approach is utilized to assess the program based on four aspects: context, input, process, and product or outcome. This research employs a qualitative method with a case study design. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation to support the research stages. The findings indicate that the evaluation of the context aspect is in line with the school’s vision of improving Qur’an reading skills. The input evaluation shows that SD Islam Diponegoro Surakarta is fully supported by teachers certified by the Ummi Foundation, although the learning facilities still need improvement. The process evaluation reveals that the learning process runs effectively, with students grouped according to their abilities and required to take a series of level progression tests. However, the learning duration of 100 minutes does not yet align with the Ummi Foundation’s standard of 60 minutes. Finally, the product evaluation demonstrates that the Qur’an learning process successfully produces a Qur’anic generation proficient in reading the Qur’an, with the majority of students showing significant improvement in their level progression. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengevaluasi program pembelajaran Al-Qur’an Metode Ummi di SD Islam Diponegoro Surakarta dengan pendekatan CIPP yang dikemukakan oleh Stufflebeam. Pendekatan CIPP dimanfaatkan untuk menilai program melalui empat aspek, yaitu konteks, input, proses, serta produk atau hasil akhir. Penelitian ini menerapkan metode kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini meliputi observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi sebagai pendukung proses tahapan penelitian. Temuan penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa evaluasi terhadap aspek konteks selaras dengan visi sekolah dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca Al-Qur’an. Evaluasi masukan menunjukkan bahwa SD Islam Diponegoro Surakarta telah didukung sepenuhnya oleh tenaga pendidik yang memiliki sertifikasi resmi dari Ummi Foundation, meskipun fasilitas ruangan belajar perlu ditingkatkan. Evaluasi proses menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung dengan baik, dimana peserta didik dikelompokkan berdasarkan kemampuan dan mengikuti serangkaian ujian kenaikan jilid. Namun, durasi pembelajaran selama 100 menit belum sesuai dengan standar Ummi Foundation yang membutuhkan waktu 60 menit. Kemudian evaluasi produk menunjukkan bahwa proses pembelajaran Al-Qur’an mampu melahirkan generasi Qur’ani yang mahir membaca Al-Qur’an, di mana mayoritas peserta didik menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dalam kenaikan jilid.

Abstract

This study aims to explain how to implement Market Activity Day and Business Day in the business curriculum at SD Alam Aqila Klaten Central Java. The method used is a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection techniques through interviews, direct observation, and documentation. Data analysis is by data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of market day and business day activities in the business curriculum uses 3 stages, namely 1) The planning stage of market day activities in the form of holding work meetings to determine the implementation time, learning targets/achievements, regulations and themes at each level. 2 ) The implementation stage includes production, distribution and consumption process activities. The production process is carried out by students who can be assisted by parents at home, carried out in groups at school from the process of creating ideas, production to the end of making reports. The distribution process is carried out by individual students by instilling the principles of honesty, orderliness and responsibility, the teacher only observes and accompanies students during the activity. The consumption process is carried out by students, teachers and buyers by implementing eating and drinking etiquette and providing good experiences and habits , 3) The evaluation stage is carried out by the teacher providing reflection to students, observing the extent of students' success in achieving learning targets carried out in market day and business day activities and providing assessments using student portfolios.

Abstract

This field research is descriptive qualitative. examines the problem of Internal Analysis of Strategic Planning at SMPN 2 Ngawi with a SWOT perspective. The purpose of this research is to see the internal strengths and weaknesses at SMPN 2 Ngawi and to see the results of internal and external analysis using SWOT analysis in an effort to formulate a strategic plan design (renstra). Research data obtained using the method of observation, interviews. and archiving (documentation studies). Findings from this study: based on the final IFAS score: 1.80 and the final EFAS score: 0.80. Using the SWOT diagram analysis, the calculation results on the strength opportunity (SO) position support the aggressive strategy (SO) in strategic planning development. Strategic plans that need to be developed in an effort to realize the Adiwiyata school at SMPN 2 Ngawi: 1) Implementation of reliable PLH program management; 2) Integration of PLH insights on all subjects; 3) Establish partnerships with BPOM and related departments in the management of food safety programs; 4) Establish partnerships with the education office and the community in implementing PLH, 5) Capacity building of human resources in relation to PLH insights.

Abstract

In the mid-20th century, Indonesia underwent significant changes in politics, economy, and society, which greatly impacted the national education system. During the New Order era, education was considered a strategic tool for achieving national goals, including economic development and political stability. This study aims to consider the implementation and effectiveness of the 1968 and 1975 curricula in Arabic language learning in Indonesia. The 1968 curriculum was enacted as part of the post-G30S/PKI national policy, with an emphasis on strengthening the Pancasila ideology and basic mastery of Arabic. Five years later, the 1975 curriculum was enacted with a more flexible and student-based approach, adapting education to the development of science as well as social and economic needs. This research uses a qualitative approach with library research methods. Data were collected by documenting educational policies, official curriculum documents, and related academic studies. The results showed that the 1968 curriculum was more structural by emphasizing the mastery of grammar and vocabulary, while the 1975 curriculum was more interactive by incorporating cultural and religious aspects in Arabic language teaching. However, both curricula are faced with challenges in their implementation, such as limited resources and the readiness of teaching staff. Thus, this study provides insights into the development of Arabic language education policy in Indonesia and its implications for future curriculum development.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the suitability of the questions with KI-KD and its implementation in the Edmodo application. The research method used is the descriptive qualitative method. Data was collected through documentation, interviews, and observation. The results of this study indicate that the objective test questions are under KI-KD. Inputting questions into the Edmodo application requires a lot of time, however, this application makes it easy for students to answer questions at a time that has been prearranged by the teacher.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain an overview of the use of audio-visual media to make it easier for students to understand Arabic language material at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Surakarta. This research uses this type of researchmixed methods. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, documentation and tests.The results of data analysis from this research show that T count 2.411 and Ttable 2.040 which means that T calculated is greater than Ttable (2.411>2.040) which means that The use of audio-visual media in learning Arabic can improve students' understanding. The results of this analysis can also be seen from the student test results which show that average value of Arabic learning results (posttest) out of 28 students was 85,625 and 27 students achieved learning completeness with a percentage of 86% in the good category. From this percentage, it can be said that classically more than 75% of students achieved a complete score. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that in this research the use of audio-visual media as an effective means can improve students' understanding.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to evaluate the management of teachers’ spiritual competence in Surah Taha verses 9-47, through planning, organization, implementation, and control, from the prespective of Muhammad Ali Ash-Shabuni. The literature review was conducted using the libarry research method to obtain relevant data. The analysis showed that the planning and organization phase consists of five main parts, namely: 1) in verses 9-13, Allah SWT has chosen us, particulary the teachers, to carry on the message of Prophet Muhammad, just as Musa was selected as a prophet; 2) in verses 14-23, the text emphasizes the importance of worshipping Alalh SWT, believing in the Day of Judgment and accepting death as inevitable, acknowledging that all creations are the mercy of Allah SWT, and trusting only Him; 3) verses 24-36 underline the value of mutual cooperation and assistance when the need arises; 4) in verses 37-40, recall Allah’s blessings and favors, which inspire devotion and worship to Him; 5) subsequently, in verses 41-47, the teacher should prioritize ongoing learning. Verse 9 provides guidance fro implementation, while Surah Qaf verses 16-17 address control
