Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia have a very large contribution to the nation's economic condition. The current economic situation affected by the Covid-19 pandemic has almost affected all business sectors, especially the MSME sector. The problems faced by business actors are mainly in terms of marketing or marketing which usually relies on direct sales. Utilization of information technology is expected to be a solution in solving sales, marketing and financial transaction problems of MSME actors. Information technology turned out to be a new thing and very difficult for market traders or business actors. IT-based behavior change for both buyers and sellers requires training and assistance in the areas of sales, marketing and financial transactions. The problem faced by partners today is that partners do not master digital marketing, digital sales and digital financial transactions. The solutions offered are training and assistance in digital marketing, sales and financial transactions.

Abstract

The prevalence of third molar tooth impaction ranges from 20% – 30% in many populations in the world. The report of Berkah Pandeglang Hospital in 2023 shows that of the 1,706 patients who underwent examinations, men were more likely to experience a third molar impact (62.2%) than women (37.8%). Preliminary surveys showed that 6 out of 10 patients examined had a third molar tooth impact, with a diet dominated by fast food, sweets, and soft drinks. This study aimed to determine the relationship between modern diet and the occurrence of the third molar tooth impaction at Berkah Pandeglang Hospital, Banten in 2024. The type of research used was quantitative analysis with a case control design. A sample of 43 respondents with two groups. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis uses univariate and bivariate. The results of the study showed that as many as 50% experienced the third molar tooth impaction, 46.5% stated that they often followed a modern diet, 27.9% admitted occasionally and 25.6% stated that it was rare. There was a relationship between modern diet and the occurrence of the third molar tooth impaction at Berkah Pandeglang Hospital Banten in 2024, (p=0.000). It is hoped that the public will be more aware of the importance of a healthy and balanced diet, by reducing the habit of following a modern diet such as the consumption of processed foods and high in sugar and is encouraged to regularly check their teeth to prevent impact.

Abstract

Dental caries is one of the serious health problems of school-age children. Efforts to maintain oral health from an early age need to be done in preventing dental caries. Dental health maintenance behavior is by knowing the causes of caries and how to brush teeth properly. The purpose of this service is to prevent dental caries that occurs in elementary school children and early detection in children in posyandu through training of small dentists and posyandu cadres. This type of research is quantitative research. The research instruments are lectures, discussions, and demonstrations. The results of the implementation of education, there are two materials presented, namely about early detection of dental caries and the correct steps in brushing teeth. The counseling was attended by teacher representatives, children from Cimahi Mandiri Elementary School 1 to 5, and posyandu cadres. Children and posyandu cadres were taught about the problems that arise when not maintaining oral health and given a demonstration of how to brush their teeth properly. The conclusion of this service is that after receiving education on early detection of dental caries and how to brush teeth properly and correctly, it is hoped that these representatives of small dentists and posyandu cadres can demonstrate how to brush teeth properly and correctly and convey information about caries detection to the target. Abstract

Conflict, both internal and external conflicts, can cause problems in organizationbecause of differences in purpose, interests, personalities, experiences, perceptions,and motivations among individuals or groups in the organization. Every leader needsto apply conflict management to curb the excessive nature of competition andundermine the spirit of synergism organization. Through servant leadership style andorganizational culture, leaders are expected to be able to apply conflict managementin accordance with the circumstances in the organization. The research proves thatthere is an influence between servant leadership and organizational culture toconflict management in PT. Indonesia Power - UBH at Jakarta. The evident from theresults obtained from the calculation showed that there is a significant influencepartially and simultaneously of servant leadership and culture organization towardsconflict management. It can be concluded that the improvement, socialization andimplementation of servant leadership and organizational culture are important toimprove the leaders’ conflict management skills in PT. Abstract

Objective : This study aims to analyze and compare the influence of Transformational Leadership (TL) and Transactional Leadership (TR) on organizational innovation and ambidexterity (exploration and exploitation) in the digital era.   Methods : Using a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) guided by the PRISMA 2020 framework, this research reviewed 42 scholarly articles published between 2015 and 2025 from databases including Scopus, Web of Science, SAGE, and ScienceDirect. Results : The results indicate that transformational leadership supports explorative innovation, while transactional leadership strengthens exploitative innovation. Together, they create organizational ambidexterity that enables sustainable innovation and adaptability in the digital era.

Abstract

Abstract : Servant leadership emphasizes prioritizing followers’ needs, moral values, and the development of individuals within organizations.   Objective: This systematic literature review explores theoretical advancements, measurement instruments, and empirical evidence of servant leadership from 2010 to 2025.   Methods: The analysis covers antecedents, mediating mechanisms, and organizational outcomes, including performance, well-being, and innovation.   Results: The review finds consistent evidence of positive relationships between servant leadership and job satisfaction, trust, and organizational citizenship behavior, mediated by psychological safety and meaningfulness. Practical and theoretical implications are discussed.

Abstract

Saliva is instrumental in the health of the oral cavity. Saliva serves for tissue lubrication in the oral cavity, protects the tissues in the oral cavity so as to avoid abrasion as the zhevanijam progresses, and Saliva also helps maintain the stability of the buffer system in the oral cavity. Elderly tend to have less saliva volumes due to the degenracy of organs in the saliva gland. In saliva secretions less than 0.06 ml/min (3 ml/h) will arise dry mouth complaints. The study aims to figure out the description of the saliva volume in the elderly. The method used in this research is the study of literary studies, which is research conducted through the collection of data that is library. The data taken for this research is secondary data from some research. The results of this study showed that the higher the age of saliva volume will continue to decline. Key words: elderly, saliva

Abstract

The International Standard on Quality Management (ISQM) represents a fundamental reform in global audit quality governance, replacing ISQC 1. This study uses a Systematic literature review (SLR) approach, following the PRISMA 2020 and SPAR-4-SLR methods, to examine 25 scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 that discuss the relationship between ISQM implementation and audit quality. The study results show that ISQM consistently contributes positively to improving audit quality through a risk-based approach, continuous monitoring, strengthening human resource competencies, and organizational leadership. ISQM implementation has also been shown to enhance auditor accuracy, timeliness, and independence. However, ISQM effectiveness is strongly influenced by organizational contexts such as firm size, technology adoption, and quality culture. The findings also identify research gaps, particularly the lack of studies from developing countries, limited models of relationships between variables, and the absence of longitudinal and qualitative approaches. Theoretically, ISQM represents a Knowledge-Based View (KBV) approach and dynamic capability in audit organizations. Practically, the results of this SLR emphasize the importance of fully adopting ISQM as a proactive strategy to improve the accountability and reliability of financial reporting. This study provides a theoretical basis and strategic direction for regulators, academics, and practitioners to strengthen audit quality systems globally, particularly in developing countries such as Indonesia.Standar Internasional Manajemen Mutu (International Standard on Quality Management/ISQM) merupakan reformasi mendasar dalam tata kelola mutu audit global yang menggantikan ISQC 1. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan Systematic literature review (SLR) dengan metode PRISMA 2020 dan SPAR-4-SLR untuk mengkaji 25 artikel ilmiah terbitan 2020–2025 yang membahas hubungan antara penerapan ISQM dan kualitas audit. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ISQM secara konsisten berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kualitas audit melalui pendekatan berbasis risiko, monitoring berkelanjutan, penguatan kompetensi SDM, dan kepemimpinan organisasi. Implementasi ISQM juga terbukti meningkatkan akurasi, ketepatan waktu, dan independensi auditor. Namun, efektivitas ISQM sangat dipengaruhi oleh konteks organisasi seperti ukuran firma, adopsi teknologi, dan budaya mutu. Temuan juga mengidentifikasi kesenjangan penelitian, khususnya kurangnya studi dari negara berkembang, keterbatasan model hubungan antarvariabel, serta minimnya pendekatan longitudinal dan kualitatif. Secara teoretis, ISQM merepresentasikan pendekatan Knowledge-Based View (KBV) dan dynamic capability dalam organisasi audit. Secara praktis, hasil SLR ini menekankan pentingnya adopsi penuh ISQM sebagai strategi proaktif dalam meningkatkan akuntabilitas dan keandalan laporan keuangan. Studi ini memberikan dasar teoritik dan arah strategis bagi regulator, akademisi, dan praktisi dalam memperkuat sistem mutu audit secara global, khususnya di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif, dengan menggunakan bentuk penelitian eksperimen. Metode penelitian eksperimen diartikan sebagai metode penelitian yang digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perlakuan tertentu terhadap perlakuan lain dalam kondisi yang dapat dikontrol, dengan cara memberikan perlakuan tertentu pada kelompok eksperimen dan memberikan kelompok kontrol sebagai pembanding. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 3 Mnaisrenggo Klaten. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling karena diambil dari dua kelas dengan memilih berdasarkan pertimbangan dan memperoleh kelas IXa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IXb sebagai kelas kontrol karena kedua kelas tersebut hampir sama kualitasnya.. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan test dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik statistic t ( Uji-t ).Berdasarkan analisis data dari penelitian dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode pembelajaran menggunakan aplikasi English Language Speech Assistent (ELSA) Speak berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris. Hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi English Language Speech Assistent (ELSA)  Speak lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan siswa yang menggunakan pembelajaran konvensional. Peningkatan kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata di kelas eksperimen berada pada kategori sedang, sedangkan rata-rata di kelas kontrol berada pada kategori rendah. Hal ini juga ditunjukkan dari hasil uji t posttest siswa dengan diperoleh nilai posttest Sig. (2-tailed) lebih besar dari nilai alpha penelitian, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa H0 penelitian ini ditolak dan H1 diterima. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan aplikasi English Language Speech Assistent (ELSA)  Speak untuk pengajaran kemampuan berbicara bahasa Inggris dalam mata pelajaran Bahasa Inggris kelas sembilan di SMP Negeri 3 Manisrenggo, Klaten efektif.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of self-efficacy, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance through work motivation in textile and garment companies in West Java. Methodology/approach: This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with 370 respondents from an unknown population. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS through validity and reliability tests, inner and outer model evaluations, and hypothesis testing to ensure accuracy and reliability of findings. Results/findings: 1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on motivation; 2) Work discipline has no effect and is not significant on motivation; 3) Compensation has no effect and is not significant on motivation; 4) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 5) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 6) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 7) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; 8) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation; 9) Work discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation; and 10) Compensation does not have a positive and significant effect on employee performance through motivation. Conclusions: The study reveals that self-efficacy significantly enhances work motivation and performance, with motivation mediating this effect. Work discipline improves performance but not motivation, while compensation has no significant influence. Only self-efficacy indirectly boosts performance through motivation, highlighting motivation’s pivotal role in driving employee effectiveness and productivity. Limitations: This study is limited to Employee Performance and Work Motivation. Contribution: This study contributes to the understanding of factors that influence employee performance, focusing on factors such as self-efficacy, work discipline, compensation, and work motivation.
