In order to enhance human resources within the IM Division, all company activities must be aligned with the company's objectives. Effective communication is crucial in achieving these goals and obtaining information to inform decision making. The Brio system is an example of technology acceptance, as it provides data on liquefied gas usage and tank levels to customers. The system must be reliable in sending this data to the distribution department to effectively analyze customer needs. The information gathered through effective communication and technology acceptance through the Brio system can then be utilized as data for making well-informed and low-risk decisions. These two independent variables, communication and technology acceptance, along with decision making as the intervening variable, play a significant role in improving employee performance. They assist management in the process of enhancing employee performance within the company.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and empirically prove the influence of the company's external and internal factors of market capitalization with profitability and dividend policy as intervening variables of State Owned Banks. The research period of 2011-2020, with the sampling technique is saturated sampling, in which all members of the population are used as samples. The analytical tool used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) supported by AMOS software. The results of the study show that the market capitalization of State Owned Banks is influenced by profitability, dividend policy, economic growth, BOPO and Loan at Risk (LAR). LAR besides having an effect on market capitalization, also has a direct effect on profitability and dividend policy. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide input for banks in maximizing the steps that must be taken to improve the company's performance and market capitalization.

Research on the influence of the work environment, work culture and job satisfaction on employee loyalty is a literature review research article. The purpose of writing this article is to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables, which will later be used in further research, within the scope of human resource management. The article writing method is the library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Garba Reference Digital, Sinta Journal, and DOAJ. Where this research is based on the results of previous research, thereby producing a research hypothesis. The results of this literature review research are as follows: 1) The work environment influences employee loyalty; 2) Work culture influences employee loyalty; and 3) Job satisfaction influences employee loyalty. The purpose of writing this literature review article is to build a research hypothesis on the influence between variables. Methodology/approach – The method for writing literature review articles is the qualitative library research method, which is sourced from online media such as Google Scholar, Digital Reference Garba, Sinta Journal, and DOAJ. The findings and the results of this literature review research are as follows: 1) The work environment influences employee loyalty; 2) Work culture influences employee loyalty; and 3) Job satisfaction influences employee loyalty.

Penelitian ini menganalisa pengaruh kerjasama, kompetensi SDM dan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja UMKM yang dilakukan di Kabupaten Bekasi terhadap UMKM makanan dan minuman Halal yang ada di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif dan pengolahan data menggunakan Smartpls. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 110 pelaku UMKM makanan dan minuman Halal di Kabupaten Bekasi. Penelitian ini semakin memperkuat temuan dari penelitian sebelumnya dimana kerjasama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 sehingga Hipotesis 1 pada penelitian ini diterima. Kompetensi SDM berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan nilai p- value sebesar 0,045 sehingga hipotesis 2 diterima dan Teknologi Informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM dengan nilai p value sebesar 0,000 dimana hipotesis 3 diterima. Penelitian ini memberikan kebaharuan dimana variabel yang digunakan mencakup lingkungan internal ( Kompetensi SDM dan Teknologi Informasi serta lingkungan eksternal (kerjasama). Selain itu objek penelitian ini sangat spesifik yaitu pelaku UMKM Makanan dan Minuman Halal di Kabupaten Bekasi.

Many factors influence Firm Value in a company, including good corporate governance, corporate social responsibility disclosure, green intellectual capital, economic, social and environmental. This research aims to analyze and evaluate empirically the influence of good corporate governance factors on Firm Value with corporate social responsibility and green intellectual capital as mediating variables. Research data was taken from telecommunications companies listed on the BEI (2017 -2022) based on the purposive sampling method. The research results prove that good corporate governance (GCG) has a positive effect on corporate social responsibility dislosure (CSRD), green intellectual capita (GIC), and firm value (FV). Corporate social responsibility dislosure and green intellectual capital indirectly mediate the influence of corporate governance on firm value, although the indirect influence is smaller than the direct influence of GCG on FV. This is because management cannot invest appropriately in developing the company's resources and social environment.

Sebagai Upaya meningkatkan pencapaian visi dan menjadikannya sebagai fokus bisnis dalam retail finance, Bank Komersial menjalankan Business Process Reengineering (BPR) pada usaha yang memiliki yield tinggi bagi Bank tersebut dengan menerapkan Document Management System (DMS) melalui proses sentralisasi pembiayaan BPR terkait dengan segmen Consumer Unsecure Loan secara bankwide yang diawali dari Financing Operation Group, Pelayanan Aplikasi IT, Retail Risk Group dan Consumer Financing Group, yaitu dengan pembentukan Financing Factory untuk proses analisa dokumen, verifikasi nasabah, persetujuan permohonan, pembuatan akad pembiayaan hingga pencairan yang terintegrasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat dampak dari proses sentralisasi pembiayaan unsecured loan di Bank Komersial dibandingkan sebelum sentralisasi pada kualitas pembiayaan yang telah diputus, kecepatan approval aplikasi dan kecepatan proses pencairan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dan analisis studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses kredit melalui BPR sentralisasi pada Consumer Unsecure loan telah berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan perusahaan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan melihat hasil dari intermediate aset dan organizational effects yang ditimbulkan.

In the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the development of digital technology is growing rapidly and has become one of the main drivers of business transformation in various sectors, especially technology sector stocks. The difference in the development of technology sector stocks from before and after the pandemic is something that needs to be considered in investment decisions. The indicators used for fundamental analysis are CR, DER, TATO, ROE. Then for technical analysis using stock prices and for analysis of company prospects using PER and PBV. While in investment decisions using ROI and CAPM indicators. Quantitative methods are used in this study, where the data used for the period studied is the period before the pandemic, namely 2018-2019 and the period after the pandemic, namely 2021-2022. The results of this study are: 1) Fundamental analysis only CR shows a significant difference to investment decisions, while DER, TATO and ROE do not show a significant difference to investment decisions, 2) Technical analysis using stock prices shows a significant difference to investment decisions, and 3) Analysis of company prospects using PER does not show a significant difference to investment decisions while PBV shows a significant difference to investment decisions.

Perilaku Herding adalah fenomena yang terjadi dimana jika sebuah kelompok bergerak secara kesatuan dengan motif yang irasional. Secara spontan, dapat disebabkan oleh emosi kolektif yang timbul karena sosial shock yang ekstrem, atau dapat dimanipulasi oleh orang yang mempunyai keahlian menggiring kearah yang sama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh imbal balik pasar terhadap penyebaran imbal balik yang diukur dengan metode Cross-Sectional Absolute Standart (CSSD) dan Cross-Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD). Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang melakukan IPO dari 2020-2021 berjumlah 104. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Variabel independen imbal balik pasar memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel dependen penyebaran imbal balik yang diukur dengan metode Cross-Sectional Absolute Standart (CSSD) dan Cross-Sectional Absolute Deviation (CSAD). Pada periode pengamatan menunjukan tidak adanya indikasi perilaku herding yang terjadi pada tahun 2020-2021.

The background for writing this thesis is that the sale and purchase of land is a legal act in the form of surrendering land rights to another party forever (the right to the land is transferred to the party receiving the surrender), this is stated in Article 20 paragraph (2), Article 28 paragraph (3), and Article 35 paragraph (3) of Law Number 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Regulations which states that property rights, building use rights can be transferred and transferred. Property rights and building use rights can be transferred by deed made by PPAT. Authority Land Deed Making Officer is a public official who is authorized to make authentic deeds regarding certain legal actions regarding land rights or ownership rights to flat units. Then in the Explanation to Article 45 of Government Regulation number 24 of 1997 concerning Land Registration it is also emphasized that the PPAT Deed is a tool to prove that a legal act has been carried out. The research in writing this thesis is a qualitative research. This research is field research or empirical research with a sociological approach. Characteristics of socio-legal research methods. Socio-legal research is carried out by researching in the field (field research) by interviewing respondents which is primary data and examining library materials which are secondary data and is also called library research. This research aims to analyze or explain the responsibilities of Land Deed Drafting Officials (PPAT) regarding land sale and purchase deeds that are canceled by Sale and Purchase Deeds. The legal action is annulled or annulled, the relevant PPAT deed no longer functions as evidence of the legal action. Therefore, a legal action is canceled by the parties concerned, even though the legal action has been registered at the Land Office, the registration cannot be cancelled. There are two main problems in writing this thesis, namely: What are the legal consequences of the sale and purchase deed made before the Land Deed Making Officer during the registration process at the Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency office which is canceled by the sale and purchase deed and the responsibility of the Notary regarding the Sale Deed Purchase that was canceled with a Deed of Sale and Purchase. The results of this thesis research explain how the process of buying and selling land, payments and calculating SSPD BPHTB, is implemented.

This study aims to analyze the influence of corporate governance, corporate performance, and corporate value on sustainability reporting in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The phenomenon of increasing awareness of sustainability issues and the demand for public transparency has driven companies to present sustainability reports as a form of social and environmental accountability. Although the adoption of sustainability reporting has become more widespread, its quality and consistency still vary, making it important to review the factors influencing these reporting practices. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with a systematic literature review of various academic articles from the period 2020–2025. Analysis was carried out using thematic and comparative approaches to examine the relationships between variables based on previous research findings. The study's results show that corporate governance (Good Corporate Governance) has a positive impact on the quality of sustainability reporting through increased transparency and managerial oversight. Corporate performance also positively influences sustainability reporting, as companies with high profitability and efficiency have a greater capacity to implement and report sustainability activities. Meanwhile, corporate value is positively related to sustainability reporting, where sustainability reporting serves as a signal of trust for investors and the public, while enhancing the company's image and reputation. Overall, this research confirms that corporate governance, performance, and value play complementary roles in driving credible sustainability reporting practices. Academically, it enriches the literature on the integration of governance, performance, and firm value aspects in the context of corporate sustainability, while practically, the findings encourage public companies to strengthen governance systems and expand sustainability disclosures as a strategy for long-term value enhancement.
