Abstract

Buku teks pelajaran pada dasarnya selalu digunakan oleh guru sebagai media pembelajaran utama dalam menyampaikan submateri manfaat keanekaragaman hayati. Namun, buku teks yang digunakan rata-rata berukuran relatif besar, materi yang terdapat dalam buku teks juga relatif panjang, dan hanya memuat informasi pemanfaatan keanekaragaman hayati secara umum. Oleh sebab itu, muncul gagasan untuk membuat buku saku keanekaragaman hayati berbasis pemanfaatan tumbuhan dalam upacara adat Melayu Ketapang di Kelurahan Mulia Kerta. Tujuan pada penelitian kali ini untuk mengukur validitas buku saku sebagai media pembelajaran yang akan digunakan pada submateri manfaat keanekaragaman hayati tumbuhan adat. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan 12 pengujian kriteria penilaian berdasarkan penilaian 5 orang validator sebagi ahli media. Berdasarkan hasil validasi, buku saku mendapat nilai koefisien V sebesar 0,81 (kategori baik) dan mendapat nilai reabilitas sebesar 0,611 (kategori baik) sehingga memiliki kelayakan yang baik untuk digunakan sebagai media penunjang proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Learning media is an essential element to support the success of learning activities. It is used stimulate the thoughts, feelings, attention, and interest of students to learn. Learning media can be developed by adding concepts and photos from the results of a research. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility of the encyclopedia of circulatory system diseases and disorders as a learning media. The content of encyclopedia contains the result from the inventory of medicinal plants for hypertension at Babane Village, Bengkayang, Indonesia. This study applied a research and development method. This development procedure refers to the Sugiyono development model, which consists of five stages namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, and design revision. The validity of the encyclopedia was obtained through content validation executed by five experts in the field of both biology and learning media. Encyclopedia validation is reviewed from four aspects: content, presentation, language, and graphics. Validation analysis applied the Lawshe's content validity ratio (CVR) and content validity index (CVI) approach. The results showed that the average of CVR was 1.00 which result in the CVI value of 1.00 in the "valid" category. Based on the result, can be concluded that the encyclopedia was feasible as a learning media

Abstract

The 21st-century education focuses on developing higher-order thinking Skills (HOTS). Higher order thinking skills are a problem at SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah Hulu. For example, class XI MIA students have never conducted HOTS analysis research before. The research aimed to determine the HOTS ability of SMA Negeri 1 Mempawah Hulu students in cell material. The saturated sample used was 130 students consisting of 37 male students and 93 female students. The method used is descriptive with a quantitative approach, with research instruments in the form of essays. The first step in the research was to provide test questions which were filled in for 45 minutes. The next stage is data analysis by calculating the average student score and then calculating the percentage of HOTS scores for all students from each question indicator. The final step is to analyze the answers to each question item. Based on the results obtained, the overall HOTS ability of SMAN 01 Mempawah Hulu students in cell material is still classified as very low with an achievement percentage of 15.24%. The results obtained from each HOTS indicator were analyzed at 25.23%, evaluated at 10.46%, and created at 11.66%. The implementation of HOTS must be applied at all levels of education.

Abstract

This study ained to describe the development and feasibility of a replica method in video tutorial on the structure and function of plant tissue submaterials for class XI SMA. The use of the replica method in this study was to find out the procedure for leaf printing to see the stomata. This study used research and development methods, namely 4D models but is limited to the first three stages (define, design, delevop). The instrument used in this research was a validation sheet and validators consisting of five people with 10 aspects and 23 assessment criteria. The results of the validation of the tutorial video media of them validion of CVI 1. Based on the CVI on validion achetment results, it can be concluded that the video tutorial media was valid and feasible to use in learning of the structure and function of plant tissue sub-materials. Key words: Video Tutorial, Replication Method, Submaterials Structure and Function of Plant Tissue   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjabarkan tentang pengembangan dan kelayakan dari video tutorial metode replika pada submateri struktur dan fungsi jaringan tumbuhan kelas XI SMA. Penggunaa metode replika dalam penelitian ini mengetahui tata cara pencetakan daun untuk melihat stomata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode riset dan pengembangan yaitu model 4D namun dibatasi pada 3 tahap pertama (define, design, delevop). Abstract

Learning media are tools for teaching and learning that facilitate students' understanding of topics and play an important role in the teaching and learning process. Students can easily understand and use Powtoon animation video media for online and offline learning because it is provided in a beautiful and straightforward way. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the powtoon animation video learning media for class X ferns and students' responses to the powtoon animation video learning media for the X class ferns. This is a Research and Development study with seven stages: potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design revision, product testing, and product revision. The Powtoon animation video media validation sheet validated by five validators, and student response questionnaires were used in this research. The participants of this research were grade X students of SMAN 1 Sungai Raya. The validation results on the powtoon animation video media which were assessed using the Aiken formula for media feasibility, material content feasibility, and language resulted in an average value of 0,90, so it was declared valid. The average value of student responses (cognitive, affective, and conative) in the small-scale trial was 87,8%, which was stated to be very strong. According to these results, it can be said that Powtoon animation videos on class X ferns can be used as an educational tool.

Abstract

Setiap ekosistem mangrove memiliki keanekaragaman vegetasi yang berbeda, demikian pula pada kawasan mangrove di Hutan Lindung Tanjung Prapat Muda, Desa Tanjung Harapan Kecamatan Batu Ampar. Penelitian inventarisasi tumbuhan mangrove dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi spesies mangrove penyusun kawasan Hutan Lindung Tanjung Prapat Muda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode jalur dengan kombinasi garis berpetak (desain transek-plot), sebanyak 3 jalur. Tiap jalur terdiri dari 10 plot yang diletakkan secara zig-zag (kanan-kiri). Setiap plot akan terdapat sub-plot yang ukurannya berbeda-beda mulai dari tingkat semai (2×2 m), pancang (5×5 m), tiang (10×10 m), dan pohon (20×20 m). Identifikasi dilakukan di lapangan dan laboratorium. Pembuatan herbarium dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi tumbuhan yang belum diketahui spesiesnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 7 spesies mangrove yang terdiri dari lima mangrove mayor (mangrove sejati), satu mangrove minor, dan satu mangrove asosiasi. Seluruh spesies mangrove yang ditemukan dapat digolongkan ke dalam 3 famili yaitu famili Rhizophoraceae, Pteridaceae, dan Moraceae. Pada famili Rhizophoraceae terdiri dari 5 spesies yaitu Rhizophora apiculata, Rhizophora mucronata, Bruguiera gymnorrhiza, Bruguiera parviflora, dan Ceriops tagal. Famili Pteridaceae terdiri dari 1 spesies yaitu Acrostichum speciosum. Famili Moraceae hanya terdiri atas 1 spesies yaitu Ficus retusa.

Abstract

In general delays in promotion to lecturer rank are caused by two things, namely factors from the lecturers themselves and administrative system factors that were less supportive. Even though the rank and position of a lecturer will affect the quality of learning in tertiary institutions, it will even affect the accreditation of study programs. The objectives of this activity are: To provide education to lecturers in the PMIPA department about the flow/procedure and calculation of the credit score for each component for promotions and positions. The methods in the activities are lectures, discussions and questions and answers. To determine the participants' understanding of the socialization material by distributing a questionnaire on Google Forms.From the results of the evaluation carried out on the content presented at the Operational Guide to Credit Score Assessment socialization the most satisfied the participants as well as the benefits and interesting and informative presentation of the material. The level of understanding of the participants on the socialization material was generally satisfactory. The lecturers enthusiastically participated in the socialization from the start to the end of the event and with the many questions asked. To make it easier to archive documents and administration for Tridharma activities that have been carried out from the start, they have been separated so that it is easy to find when proposing them. A team needs to be formed by the Faculty to assist in the administrative process of lecturer promotion so that it can motivate lecturers to apply for a rank.

Abstract

One of the thinking skills is reasoning ability, which includes the process of connecting facts to existing ideas. Each understudy needs great thinking abilities, particularly in the area of SCIENCE so understudies can all the more effectively associate an occasion with the ideas they have learned. The motivation behind this review was to uncover the degree of thinking capacity of the Center and Secondary School Understudies at the Badan Karya Keuskupan Sanggau Establishment. Understudies' thinking skills were estimated utilizing the Lawson Study hall Test Logical Prevailing upon 12 sets of answer-reason things introduced in various decision structure. During the 2021/22 school year, the entire middle and high school population in the Badan Karya Keuskupan Sanggau Foundation's Mathematics and Natural Sciences class served as the research sample. Questions are given online through Google structure. The study revealed that junior and senior high school students in the Badan Karya Keuskupan Sanggau Foundation's Mathematics and Natural Sciences class had reasoning abilities that were still very low on each indicator, falling into the very poor category. The majority of students can only develop concrete reasoning patterns.Key word : Resioning, Lawson's test

Abstract

Basic movement skills are the skills needed to explore the body’s ability to move as a result of learning to respond to stimuli. However, the learning process is still focused on mastering the skills but does not include the cognitive abilities. The research aims to measure the success of implementing field games in stimulating elementary school students' fundamental movement skills. The experiment adopted the one-group pretest and posttest designs. It was conducted in three consecutive stages: pretest, treatment, and posttest. The study involved a sample of 126 students who were randomly taken from elementary schools in Pontianak. The data on fundamental movement skills were collected through the Test of Gross Motor Development-2 (TGMD-2) instrument, which was analyzed descriptively. The results of the study showed that there had been an increase in the average TGMD-2 score of students on the posttest when compared to the pretest. The t-test between pre- and post-test showed that the scores were significantly different, as suggested by the calculated t-value having a greater value than the t-table. This result indicates that the implementation of field games can stimulate fundamental movement skills. It is concluded that applying field games can improve students' fundamental movement skills and can be used as an alternative for teachers in carrying out motion learning at school.

Abstract

The learning media that lacks support can hinder communication between teachers and students. Engaging and innovative learning media can enliven the atmosphere during the learning process. Documentary film based on the malnutrition case in Jungkat Village is expected not only to enliven the atmosphere in the learning process but also provide information about important issues in society such as the Stunting case, which is currently a national topic. This study to develop and test the validity of a documentary film media addressing the topic of Stunting. The development of the documentary film media "Jungkat Grows Against Stunting" follows the ADDIE model limited tthree stages: analysis, design, and development. The assessment of the documentary film by five validators on aspects of format, content, language, and effectiveness with seventeen indicators using the CVR and CVI formulas. The validation results indicate documentary film media is valid in terms of content, and the development process can proceed the implementation stage with both limited and extensive trials. The results developing documentary film media are expected provide input tteachers regarding types, concepts, and steps of making documentary films according to the desired learning targets as well as the enrichment of information addressing important cases in society.AbstrakMedia pembelajaran yang kurang mendukung bisa saja menggagalkan komunikasi antara guru dan peserta didik. Media pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif dapat menghidupkan suasana selama proses pembelajaran. Film dokumenter yang diangkat dari kasus malnutrisi di Desa Jungkat diharapkan tidak hanya mampu menghidupkan suasana dalam proses pembelajaran namun juga bisa memberikan informasi mengenai permasalahan penting dalam masyarakat seperti kasus Stunting yang sedang menjadi topik nasional saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menguji validitas media film dokumenter yang mengangkat topik Stunting. Pengembangan media film dokumenter “Jungkat Bertumbuh Melawan Stunting” mengikuti model ADDIE yang dibatasi pada tiga tahapan yaitu analysis, design, dan develop. Penilaian media film dokumenter oleh lima orang validator pada aspek format, isi, bahasa, dan keefektifan dengan tujuh belas indikator menggunakan rumus CVR dan CVI. Hasil validasi menunjukkan bahwa media film dokumenter ini dinyatakan valid secara isi dan proses pengembangan dapat dilanjutkan ke tahap implementasi dengan uji coba baik terbatas maupun luas. Hasil pengembangan media film dokumenter ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan kepada guru terkait jenis, konsep, dan langkah-langkah pembuatan film dokumenter sesuai dengan target pembelajaran yang diharapkan serta pengayaan informasi yang mengangkat kasus-kasus penting di masyarakat.
