Abstract

Dunia sudah memasuki abad ke-21 atau yang disebut dengan era globalisasi. Pada era globalisasi ini membuat sumber daya manusia (SDM) harus ditingkatkan karena manusia bukan lagi bersaing hanya dengan manusia lainnya namun manusia juga bersaing dengan kemampuan Artificial Intelegent (AI). Untuk itu manusia harus memiliki kualitas yang memumpuni. Salah satu kemampuan yang dituntut pada abad 21 adalah kemampuan komunikasi. Dengan lancarnya komunikasi maka siswa akan lebih mampu dan mudah berinteraksi dengan lingkungannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi tulisan siswa melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah (Problem Based Learning). Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus pada kelas X dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 30 orang. Penelitian ini mengacu pada model Kemmis dan McTaggart, yang terdiri atas empat tahapan: 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi, dan 4) refleksi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diketahui bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan komunikasi tulisan siswa pada siklus I yaitu 54% dan pada siklus II adalah 73%. Dengan perbandingan diatas maka didapatkan bahwa kemampuan komunikasi tulisan siswa meningkat 19%. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan hasil kemampuan komunikasi tulisan siswa dengan menerapkan model problem based learning.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi dan hasil belajar kognitif fisika siswa SMP N 23 Pekanbaru kelas VII pada pelajaran suhu dan kalor. Metode penelitian yang digunakan merupakan pendekatan kuantitatif karena penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang motivasi belajar siswa dan hasil belajar kognitif siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner untuk variabel motivasi belajar. Pengumpulan data untuk variabel hasil belajar kognitif dilakukan dengan memberikan tes objektif tertulis. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata/mean motivasi belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 133,06 dan rata-rata/mean hasil belajar siswa kelas VII SMP N 23 Pekanbaru adalah 60,99. Dalam uji normalitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai uji normalitas motivasi belajar adalah 0,441 dan uji normalitas hasil belajar adalah 0,053. Dalam uji linearitas menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi linear sebesar 0,141 > 0,05. Hasil analisis korelasi diatas menunjukkan bahwa nilai korelasi person adalah 0,006 < 0,05, sehingga variabel motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar kognitif memiliki korelasi. Hasil analisis korelasi product moment dari Karl Person menunjukkan bahwa hubungan antar kedua variabel memiliki hubungan yang lemah.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan guru IPA dalam menggunakan Kit IPA dalam pembelajaran dengan metode eksperimen dan mengetahui dampak positif program pengembangan kompetensi guru dalam melaksanakan inkuiri eksperimen IPA bagi guru dalam kelompok MGMP IPA Rayon 1 Pelalawan. Kegiatan ini menggunakan metode simulasi/pemodelan, latihan, diskusi, dan real teaching. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan guru IPA dalam menggunakan Kit IPA terhadap pengelolaan eksperimen. Dengan adanya peningkatan tersebut, maka metode eksperimen dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran, sehingga siswa aktif dalam pembelajaran dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

The 21st century highlights the need for students to develop relevant abilities, such as collaboration and communication skills. Communication skills are critical for students to interact and express thoughts or ideas when solving problems. By communicating efficiently, students collaborate more easily, creating cooperation, responsibility, and concern within the group. This research aims to improve students’ communication and collaboration skills in science learning by implementing the time-token cooperative learning model. This research is a quasi-experiment with a single-group pretest-posttest design. The following is the information obtained in this research: 1) Time-token cooperative learning has an effect in improving students’ collaboration and communication skills; 2) Time-token cooperative learning has an effect in improving collaboration and communication skills for male and female students; 3) Male and female students’ collaboration skills increased after implementing the time-token model. There is an increase in communication skills in female students but not in male students, even though male students’ initial and final skills are higher than female students. Therefore, it is concluded that the time-token cooperative learning model increases students’ communication and collaboration skills.

Abstract

Abstrac: This study aims to describe students’ cognitive learning outcomes after the implementation of the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy assisted by Truth or Dare card media, as well as to identify differences in cognitive learning outcomes between the class using the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy assisted by Truth or Dare cards and the class that continued to use conventional methods. The research was conducted at MTsN 2 Kuantan Singingi from April to September 2025. The method employed was a quasi-experimental design with a non-equivalent posttest-only control group design. The data were obtained from the posttest results of both classes. Data analysis was carried out using descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that the average cognitive learning score of the experimental class was 74.4, categorized as good, while the control class achieved an average score of 63.4, categorized as fair. Inferential analysis using a t-test produced a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, indicating a significant difference between the experimental and control classes. It can be concluded that the implementation of the Everyone is a Teacher Here strategy assisted by Truth or Dare card media is proven to be effective in improving students’ cognitive learning outcomes. Abstract

This research aims to develop open media in a booklet on diversity of ferns in Taman Wisata Pulau Kumayan Bengkulu City for class X SMA. This is Research and Development (R&D) with the Borg and Gall model which is limited to stage 5, namely stage (1) Research and initial information gathering, (2) Planning, (3) Initial product development, (4) Initial Field Trials Stage, and (5) Main Product Revision Phase. Sampling of ferns using the exploration method was carried out at the Taman Wisata Pulau Kumayan Bengkulu Bengkulu City. The booklet suitability test was carried out by material expert validators, media experts and practitioner experts (teachers), and the readability test was carried out by 30 class X students at SMAN 8 Bengkulu City. The results show types of ferns found in Taman Wisata Pulau Kumayan Bengkulu City numbered 10 families, with 15 types. The Eligibility Booklet received very appropriate criteria with a validation percentage of material experts 95.8%, media experts 87.5% and practitioner experts 93.75%. The percentage of students' readability tests on the booklet s developed received very good criteria by obtaining a score based on the presentation aspect of 98%, material 92%, and benefits 95% in the decent category.

Abstract

Poverty of fishermen in Malang Village Meeting is a common phenomenon that often occurs. In a situation like this, some fishermen need a tauke who has a large capital. that's where the client patron relationship occurs. This study aims to evaluate the government's strategy to overcome the patron-client relationship (case study of the relationship between fishermen and businessmen in Malang Village Meeting, Bintan Regency). The theory used in this study uses William N. Dunn's Policy Evaluation which states that to measure the success of a program evaluation can be measured through 6 variables, namely Effectiveness, Efficiency, Adequacy, Equity, Responsiveness, Accuracy. This research uses descriptive type method with a qualitative approach. The informants of this study were the Bintan Regency Fisheries Office, Malang village head Meeting, the head of the fishermen group, the secretary of the fishermen group, the local community / fishermen and the tauke. The data analysis technique was done by collecting data, presenting data, drawing conclusions and verifying data. The results of this study indicate that the government's strategy to overcome the patron-client relationship in MalangRapat Village is: 1. The effectiveness of beneficiaries is very beneficial for fishermen because it can increase their catch and can help with family finances. 2. Efficiency, namely regarding the aid budget. The government has the budget and has the authority to meet the needs of fishermen. 3. Adequacy that the community is greatly helped by the assistance, but lacks in Human Resources (HR). 4. Equitable distribution, namely the distribution of aid cannot be said to be effective, because there are still fishing communities who have not received assistance. 5. Responsiveness, namely the response of the fishing community is very positive for assistance and support, care, and understand well the purpose of the assistance. 6. A stipulation that this assistance program is appropriate to run because the purpose of this program is very valuable for poverty alleviation for fishing communities. In conclusion, the patron-client relationship cannot just be broken, because of the hereditary relationship between the tauke and the fisherman. but this relationship can be reduced with the assistance that has been provided by the government.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Booklet berdasarkan hasil keanekaragaman tumbuhan lumut (Bryophyta) di kawasan Air Terjun Sengkuang Kabupaten Kepahiang Materi Plantae Kelas X SMA/MA. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah lembar observasi dan lembar validasi/angket. Uji kelayakan booklet dilakukan oleh tiga orang validator ahli yaitu ahli materi, media dan praktisi pendidikan. Uji keterbacaan dilakukan kepada 15 orang siswa SMA Negeri 1 Kepahiang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan 14 spesies tumbuhan lumut yang terdiri dari 1 spesies lumut tanduk (Anthocerotopsida), 9 spesies lumut daun (Bryopsida), dan 4 spesies lumut hati (Hepaticopsida). Spesies tersebut yaitu: Polytrichum juniperinum, Hypnum plumaeforme, Vesicularia dubyana, Lophocolea bidentata, Philonotis turneriana, Leucobryum javense, Bryum billardieri, Fissidens bryoides, Neckera douglasii, Tortula ruralis, Dumortiera hirsuta, Marchantia emarginata, Marchantia polymorpha, dan Anthoceros punctatus. Kelayakan Booklet  tumbuhan lumut (Bryophyta) oleh 3 orang validator yaitu ahli materi 94,3%, ahli media 91,6%, dan bidang praktisi 95,5% dengan hasil rata-rata sebesar 93,8%. Presentase uji keterbacaan siswa terhadap Booklet sebesar 96% dengan kategori sangat baik. Kesimpulan hasil pengembangan Booklet berdasarkan hasil keanekaragaman tumbuhan lumut (Bryophyta) di kawasan Air Terjun Sengkuang Kabupaten Kepahiang Materi Plantae Kelas X SMA/MA sangat layak digunakan sehingga Booklet dapat diujicobakan dalam pembelajaran Biologi.

Abstract

Keanekaragaman lumut di kawasan wisata memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan sebagai bahan ajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan jenis-jenis tumbuhan lumut di kawasan wisata Danau Mas Harun Bastari, Kabupaten Rejang Lebong, serta menilai kelayakan dan keterbacaan E-Book materi Plantae yang dikembangkan berdasarkan hasil keanekaragaman tumbuhan lumut tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE yang dibatasi hingga tahap development. Pengambilan sampel tumbuhan lumut dilakukan secara purposive sampling di 3 titik lokasi dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi habitat dan parameter lingkungan yang mendukung pertumbuhan lumut. Uji kelayakan produk dilakukan menggunakan angket validasi oleh ahli media, ahli materi, dan praktisi pembelajaran (guru SMA), sedangkan uji keterbacaan dilakukan melalui angket respons peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ditemukan 16 spesies tumbuhan lumut, terdiri atas 10 spesies lumut daun (Bryopsida), 5 spesies lumut hati (Hepaticopsida), dan 1 spesies lumut tanduk (Anthocerotopsida). Hasil validasi E-Book menunjukkan kategori sangat valid, yaitu 93,8% oleh ahli media, 97,7% oleh ahli materi, dan 98% oleh praktisi pembelajaran. Sementara itu, uji keterbacaan memperoleh persentase 94,2% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, E-Book tumbuhan lumut yang dikembangkan dinyatakan sangat layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran biologi materi Plantae submateri Bryophyta.

Abstract

Background: SMAN 2 Manna, South Bengkulu, has teachers with a high level of educational background and adequate school facilities; however, technology has not yet been optimally integrated into the teaching and learning process.Objectives: This community service activity was conducted to improve the understanding and skills of teachers at SMAN 2 South Bengkulu in using Google Sites for teaching.Methods: This community service activity was carried out at SMAN 2 South Bengkulu with 30 teachers as participants. The training program consisting of three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation.Result: The implementation of this community service program significantly improved the knowledge and skills of teachers at SMAN 2 Manna, South Bengkulu. Based on the evaluation results obtained through the questionnaire, the score increased from 20.67 in the pretest to 92 in the posttest, with an N-gain value of 0.90, which is classified in the high category.Conclusion: The training program was highly effective in enhancing teachers’ competence in utilizing digital technology in learning. Therefore, it is expected that teachers will be able to implement website-based learning using Google Sites in their teaching practices, thereby supporting the realization of digital transformation in the school.
