Abstract

Abstrak: Meta-analisis ini bertujuan untuk merangkum hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh cooperative learning dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa sehingga dapat diketahui: besar effect size (ES) rata-rata, tipe cooperative learning yang mempunyai effect size (ES) paling besar dan konsisten dan hubungan antar variabel terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar matematika. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian survei. Jumlah hasil penelitian yang dirangkum adalah 22 skripsi mahasiswa pendidikan matematika FKIP Untan. Hasil analisis data menghasilkan bahwa sebesar 0,900 (berkontribusi sebesar 31,59%). Tipe cooperative learning yang menghasilkan pengaruh paling besar dan konsisten adalah Think Pair Share ( = 0,898, berkontribusi sebesar 31,33%). Dari hubungan antar variabel diperoleh bahwa pengaruh cooperative learning dalam peningkatan hasil belajar matematika siswa yang terbaik adalah penerapannya pada pembelajaran geometri dengan berbantuan LKS dan penggunaan pendekatan struktural di sekolah menengah atas. Kata kunci:Meta-analisis, Cooperative learning, Hasil belajar matematika Abstract: This meta-analysis aims to summarize the results of studies on the effects of cooperative learning in increasing students' mathematics learning outcomes that can be known: average of the effect size ( ), type of cooperative learning with the largest and most consistent effect size (ES) and relationships among the variables in increasing mathematics learning outcomes. The method of this research is descriptive research survey. The number of research results are summarized is 22 thesis of mathematics education students of FKIP Untan. The results of the data analysis yields that at 0.900 (contributed at 31.59%). Type of cooperative learning that generates the greatest and consistent influence is Think Pair Share ( = 0.898, contributed at 31.33%). Of the relationship between variables was obtained that the best influence of cooperative learning in increasing students' mathematics learning outcomes is its application to the study of geometry with the use of assisted LKS and structural approaches in high school Keywords : Meta-analysis, Cooperative learning, Mathematics learning outcomes

Abstract

AbstractThe research aimed to determine the effectiveness of the Cooperative Learning model in geometry subject in SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. The research method used was pre-experimental design with the research design was used one shot study design. The study sample were 30 students from class VII B of SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. From the results of the study it showed that the implementation learning with the Round Robin was good with an average of 3.4, the percentage of student’s learning activity was classified as very active with an average of 83,05%, the percentage of student’s learning outcome with an average 70% of students achieved minimal passing grade. It can be concluded that learning using the Round Robin Type of Cooperative Learning Model is not effective for class VII geometry subject in SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak. Keywords:  Learning Effectiveness, Quadrangles Subject, Round Robin

Abstract

Abstrak : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas belajar, respon belajar dan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa pada materi lingkaran di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Marau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah one shot study case. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 31 siswa. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa secara keseluruhan tergolong aktif dengan persentase sebesar 69,83 %, respon belajar siswa tergolong baik dengan persentase sebesar 79,23 %. Sedangkan ketuntasan belajar siswa hanya mencapai 55,17 % ( kurang dari kriteria yang ditetapkan yaitu % ). Hal ini menyebabkan siswa tidak tuntas secara klasikal. Kesimpulan umum yang diperoleh dari hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran generatif terbilang cukup efektif pada materi lingkaran. Kata kunci : generatif, aktivitas, respon, ketuntasan Abstract :This study aims to determine the activity of learning, response of learning and mastery learning outcomes on the circle material of class VIII in SMP Negeri 1 Marau. The method used pre experimentation with the design of the study is a one-shot case study. The sample was 31 students. Results of data analysis showed that the overall activity of students classified as active with the percentageof 69.83%, student response is quite good with a percentage of 79.83%, While mastery learning students only reached 55.17% (less than the criteria set at 85%). This causes the student does not complete in the classical style. General conclusions obtained from the analysis of the data showed that the application of generative learning model is quite effective in the circle material. Abstract

This community service activity began with the collaboration between Tanjungpura University and Nahdhatul Ulama University in West Kalimantan, especially in terms of infrastructure, teaching staff (lecturers) and student management. In responding to the new policy from the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology regarding the MBKM policy, a new curriculum development policy was made which was closely related to the ministry's policy. This form of service is a workshop or training on "Workshop for Assistance in the Development of the MBKM Curriculum at the Nahdlatul Ulama University, West Kalimantan". This workshop was attended by Lecturers, Education Personnel, and Students at UNU West Kalimantan as research subjects. The method for implementing this mentoring workshop includes: 1) drafting which will become an MBKM guide book, 2) making and delivering powerpoint materials delivered by resource persons, 3) mentoring workshops on curriculum development until it is finished. The activities are in the form of workshops. The product is in the form of a Guide Book which will serve as a guide for the University in implementing the Tri Dharma of Higher Education based on the MBKM curriculum. The technique of collecting data is by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. In the data collection tools in the form of observation sheets, interviews, and documentation sheets. The Service Plan activities are: 1) Preparation: determining the location and obtaining the implementation permit in this workshop activity; 2) Implementation: conducting workshops, analyzing test results, and mentoring in MBKM curriculum development workshops, conducting workshops in class; 3) Final: The output of this publication will be a service publication article published in a national journal. The result of this service is the implementation of curriculum development workshops and the establishment of an MBKM Curriculum Guide and the establishment of visiting lectures with UNU West Kalimantan

Abstract

This study aims to determine numeracy literacy in the material equations and inequalities of the absolute value assessed from the emotional intelligence of students at SMA Panca Setya Sintang. The method used in this research is descriptive with a case study research. The subjects in this study were students of grade X IPA 3 with a total of 17 students. The object to be researched is numeracy literacy in the material equations and inequality of the absolute linear value of one variable assessed from the emotional intelligence of students. The techniques used in data collection are questionnaires, numeracy literacy tests and interviews. The results obtained from this study that there were four students who had high levels of emotional intelligence and tended to have high numeracy literacy, eleven students had moderate emotional intelligence and also varied numeracy literacy with one student with good numeracy literacy, six students with good numeracy and four students with poor numeracy, and two students who had low levels of emotional intelligence and had low numeracy literacy. Keywords: Numeracy Literacy, Emotional Intelligence, Equations And Inequalities Of The Absolute Value

Abstract

Based on the pre research at SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa, there was only 6 of 32 overall students categorized as active in mathematics class and the percentage of the number of students who passed the grade in trigonometry was only 59,37%. The solution for the problem above is try to apply problem posing approach in the class. The aim of this research is to explore the effectivity of problem posing approach in Sines and Cosines Rule at class X SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa. The research method used in this research is experimental method in the form of pre-experimental design. Based on the result of the research, learning implementation was categorized as good with the average score is 3.48. Students learning activity was categorized as active with the average percentage is 75.58%. Students learning passion grade was not classically satisfied with the percentage is 36% based to the number of students who successfully pased the passing grade. Lastly, students responds to learning process with the approach is considered positive with the percentage is 92.86%. It can be concluded that learning implementation with problem posing approach in Sines and Cosines Rule at class X SMA Taruna Bumi Khatulistiwa was not effective.Keywords: Effectivity, Problem Posing Approach, Sines Rule, dan Cosines Rule

Abstract

There are facts obtained through interviews and observations of students' answers that the VII grade students of SMP LKIA Pontianak are suspected of having misconceptions. Based on theses facts, the purpose of this research is to reveal the form of misconception based on Mason stages and the causes of the misconception. The subjects involved in this research were fifteen students. This research is a case study research with a descriptive method. Data collection tools used modified CRI diagnostic tests and interviews. Based on data analysis, the misconceptions experienced by students in completing set operations consisted of notation misconceptions, generalization and specialization. Researchers found out of the three forms of misconception, the most common is notation misconception. In the problem solving stage according to Mason consists of three stages, namely  entry, attack, and review, students who experience misconceptions in two stages, namely at the entry stage, students experience notation misconceptions and at the review stage, students experience misconceptions of notation, generalization, and specialization. Researchers found the causes of misconceptions consisted of three factors, namely students' associative thinking, incomplete / wrong reasoning, and wrong intuition. Researchers found out of the three forms of misconception, the most common is wrong intuition.            Keyword: Causes of Misconceptions, Mason Stages, Misconceptions

Abstract

Habits of mind are one of the many factors that influence mathematical critical thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to describe students' mathematical critical thinking skills on straight line equation material studied based on habits of mind. The results obtained: 1) There are 3 categories of habits of mind that appear, namely 29.73% high categories with the ability to think critically mathematically can provide statements in the form of reasons; evaluates gradient values; make a statement and consider it; provide a coherent and detailed explanation; set the strategy to be used, 51.35% of the medium category with the ability to think critically in mathematics can provide a statement in the form of reasons; evaluates gradient values; make a statement and consider it; just write down the steps without explanation on the written test; have a strategy to solve the questions but not according to the indicators and 18.92% low category with the ability to think critically mathematically can give statements in the form of reasons evaluates gradient values, but calculations are wrong; unable to make a statement and consider it; just write down the steps without explanation; do not have a strategy to solve the problem. Keywords: Critical Thinking, Habits Of Mind, Straight Line Equations

Abstract

Setiap anak yang sekolah pasti telah mengenal matematika yang diajarkan dari jenjang pendidikan Dasar dan Menengah baik di sekolah umum maupun di Madrasah. Tujuan Pembelajaran matematika di sekolah adalah menekankan kepada kemampuan menalar dan pembentukan sikap peserta didik.  Oleh karena itu dalam proses pembelajaran dikelas guru harus memperhatikan kompetensi dan karakter siswa. Kompetensi siswa yang berkaitan kemampuan dan penguasaan materi (aspek kognitif dan psikomotor), Sedangkan karakter yang berkaitan dengan pembentukan sikap (aspek Afektif) yang memuat nilai-nilai Pendidikan Karakter . Penanaman ini dapat dilakukan melalui proses pembelajaran matematika di kelas yang menperhatikan kebenaran dari isi, penggunaan media, dan LKPD dari materi yang disampaikan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh gambaran dan kejelasan penalaran mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika tentang konsep-konsep grafik, yaitu pemahaman menginterpretasi data pada grafik, pemahaman mentransfer data ke dalam bentuk diagram dan grafik, dan mentransfer fungsi ke dalam bentuk grafik. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa umumnya mahasiswa semester I memahami konsep grafik dengan baik, memiliki pemahaman membaca data pada diagram atau grafik, dan memiliki pemahaman menginterpretasi data pada grafik. Sebagian mahasiswa kesulitan memprediksi simpulan berdasarkan data yang tersedia. Pemahaman mahasiswa semester V tentang grafik lebih beragam dan belum tepat, belum memiliki pemahaman membaca data pada grafik, dan sebagian besar kesulitan memprediksi simpulan berdasarkan data yang tersedia, atau kesulitan memberikan pendapat yang bersifat argumentatif. Umumnya mahasiswa sudah memiliki pemahaman mentransfer data ke bentuk diagram atau grafik. Namun ketidakmampuan melengkapi grafik berdasarkan data yang diberikan masih dialami sebagian mahasiswa, khususnya pada semester V. Mahasiswa semester I sudah memiliki pemahaman fungsi pada grafik dan pemahaman dalam mentransfer suatu fungsi ke dalam bentuk grafik. Tetapi pemahaman ini cenderung kurang dimiliki mahasiswa semester V
