Abstract

This research aims to stimulate early childhood speaking skills through the use of paper puppet media based on fabled fairy tales. The subjects of this study are teachers, and students aged 5-6 years of KB Al-Adawiyah Tembilahan. The research method uses a qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation data collection techniques. The results of the study show that the use of paper puppets based on fables can stimulate speaking skills. Children are very enthusiastic about learning and pay attention to what the teacher is saying, can speak in simple words in their entirety, enjoy listening and retelling simple stories in order and easy to understand, understand the form of questions by using what, why, and how, can use prepositions: inside, outside, above, below, on the side, can participate in a conversation and do not dominate to always want to be heard. This is proven through the participation of children in retelling the stories conveyed as well as their ability to express ideas and emotions and actively participate in learning with the guidance of teachers. This study suggests that the media applied should be more varied as a way to stimulate early childhood speaking skills.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the effects of auxin types and their concentrations on rooting of the rootstock cuttings and BA on grafting. First, IBA, NAA or IBA+NAA, each at 0, 1000, 2000, and 3000 ppm were used as treatments to study rooting of Piper colubrinum. In the second experiment, BA (0 and 50 ppm) was applied to P. nigrum scion clones of Natar-1 and Petaling-2, before being grafted to the rootstocks. Results showed, that all types of auxins (IBA, NAA or IBA+NAA) induced rooting and shoot growth, and the increase of auxin concentrations led to the increase of rooting. However, their effectiveness was different. NAA and IBA+NAA were superior to IBA, and at 2000 ppm, IBA+NAA resulted in the best plant growth, as indicated by higher values of both rooting and shoot growth parameters. Compared to control, BA treatment on scions resulted in higher grafting success (80% vs. 93%) for Natar-1, and (73% vs.100%) for Petaling-2 clones.  BA treatment on scions also induced more calluses in the graft union and better shoot growth. To our knowledge, this is the first report on the use of BA to increase success of grafting between P. nigrum and P. colubrinum.

Abstract

Campak merupakan salah satu penyakit menular yang masih menjadi masalah kesehatan dan banyak terjadi pada bayi dan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat Keparahan Kejadian Campak Pada Balita 0-5 Tahun. Desain yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 44 ibu dikumpulkan secara purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan di di Wilayah Kerja Pukesmas Pidie Kabupaten Pidie pada tanggal 17 s/d 28 Mei 2023. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil univariat usia dominan pada kategori remaja akhir (59,1%), pendidikan dominan kategori SMA (63,6%), kelengkapan imunisasi kategori tidak lengkap (70,5%), tingkat kejadian campak kategori tidak campak (70,5%). Tingkat keparahan kejadian campak katagori sedang (63,6%). Hasil uji bivariat diperoleh ada hubungan antara kelengkapan imunisasi dengan tingkat keparahan kejadian campak (p value=0,007). Penelitian ini diharapkan bagi orangtua dapat lebih berpartisipasi aktif dalam program imunisasi. Serta bagi petugas kesehatan dapat melakukan sosialisasi lebih lanjut terkait bahaya campak

Abstract

Service post is a health effort managed by, from, for and with the community in order to empower and provide convenience in maternal, infant, and toddler health services Health cadres are the spearhead of the implementation of Posyandu in the community. There are still many cadres who do not understand in detail about the posyandu program. The purpose of this community service is to provide education about posyandu and its programs so that cadres will understand better so that they are finally able to play an active role in the implementation of posyandu activities. The method used in this counseling uses lecture-based counseling methods as a technique. A lecture format is used to introduce the topics in this exercise, followed by guided practice and assessment. The results obtained after this counseling activity increased the cadres' understanding of posyandu and its programs, this was shown by the evaluation process when the cadres were able to answer questions from the extension team.

Abstract

Backgroud : Posbindu PTM is a form of service that involves community participation through promotive and preventive efforst to detect and control early on the presence of PTM risk factors in an integrated manner. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the utilization of PTM Posbindu at the Jailolo Health Center, West Halmahera Regency. This type of research uses cross sectional approach with a cross sectional study. The population was 201 participants with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula,namely 134 pasticipants. Data obtained by conducting interviews using a questionnaire. Data analysis was univariate and bivariate with che square statistical test with a value of=0,05. Based oh the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge p-value=0,001<alpha (?=0,05), family support p-value=0,004<alpha (?=0,05), while the unrelated is attitude p-value=1.568<alpha value (?=0.05), health worker support p-value=1.249<alpha value (?=0.05) and PTM cadre support p-value=0.941<alpha value (?=0.05) on the utilization of PTM Posbindu at the Jailolo Health Center, West Halmahera Regency. It is recommended that participants take part in PTM Posbindu activities so that they can prevent PTM disease from an early age. Health workers and PTM cadres are more active in approaching or coordinating so that participants want to visit PTM Posbindu.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the startup industry in Indonesia has raised new legal issues related to the protection of minority investors in a dynamic and institutionally unestablished ownership structure. This study analyzes how the risk of information asymmetry in the relationship between founders and investors creates inequality in legal relations that weakens the position of minority investors. Through a normative juridical approach, this study examines the effectiveness of the provisions in Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies, especially Articles 61, 62, and 114, in providing substantive legal protection. The results of the study show that the existing legal mechanism is not fully adaptive to the complexity of the startup investment model, especially due to the weak application of fiduciary duty principles and the lack of application of good corporate governance principles. On the other hand, the practice of investment agreements often affirms the dominance of the majority shareholders through exploitative clauses. Therefore, a legal reformulation is needed that is able to bridge this normative vacuum, through the strengthening of hybrid legal instruments and responsive sectoral regulations. This research recommends legal policy reforms that emphasize the balance of interests, transparency, and substantive justice to create an inclusive, sustainable, and economically democratic startup ecosystem.
