Abstract

Tindakan operasi menyebabkan terjadinya perubahan kontinuitas jaringan tubuh. Nyeri yang timbul pasca operasi merupakan kejadian yang menekan atau stress dan dapat mengubah gaya hidup dan kesejahteraan psikologis individu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas teknik distraksi dan relaksasi terhadap tingkat nyeri pasien post operasi di Ruang Inap Bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, pre experimental design, mengunakan One-grup pretest posttest design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pasien post operasi di Ruang Inap Bedah. pengambilan sampel dilakukan teknik porpusive sampling sebanyak 15 orang. Penelitian ini telah dilakukan pada bulan 01 s/d 19 Juli 2022. Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nyeri pasien post operasi sebelum di lakukan teknik distraksi dan relaksasi adalah 6,73 dan standar deviasi 1,163. Rata-rata nyeri pasien post operasi sesudah di lakukan teknik distraksi dan relaksasi adalah 5,67 dan standar deviasi 0,900. Ada efektivitas teknik distraksi dan relaksasi terhadap tingkat nyeri pasien post operasi di Ruang Inap Bedah Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli nilai kemaknaan ρ= 0,000 dimana ρ < 0,05. Penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi pertimbangan oleh pihak manajemen Rumah sakit untuk membuatkan panduan/standar prosedur operasional termasuk peraturan untuk menjaga ketenangan selama pasien dilakukan kombinasi distraksi. Kata kunci :, nyeri, relaksasi, teknik distraksiThe operation causes a change in the continuity of the body's tissues. Pain that arises after surgery is a pressing or stressful event and can change the lifestyle and psychological well-being of individuals. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of distraction and relaxation techniques on the pain level of postoperative patients in the Surgical Inpatient Room of the Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli Regional General Hospital. This type of research is quantitative research, pre-experimental design, using the One-group pretest posttest design. The population in this study were all postoperative. Sampling was carried out by porpusive sampling technique as many as 15 people. This research was conducted from 01 to 19 July 2022. The results of the research that had been conducted showed that the average postoperative patient pain before distraction and relaxation techniques were performed was 6.73 and a standard deviation of 1.163. The average postoperative patient pain after distraction and relaxation techniques was 5.67 and a standard deviation of 0.900. There is the effectiveness of distraction and relaxation techniques on the pain level of postoperative patients in the Surgical Inpatient Room of the Tgk Chik Ditiro Sigli Regional General Hospital, a significance value of ρ = 0.000 where ρ <0.05. It is hoped that this research will be taken into consideration by the hospital management to develop guidelines/standard operating procedures including regulations to maintain calm while the patient is doing a combination of distraction and relaxation techniques. Abstract

This article is entitled The Role of Family Communication in Developing Early Childhood Reading Interests. This article looks at family communication which is very important in making children have a high interest in reading where both parents are the first school for children, especially early childhood. The method used is a literature study by taking references related to the role of family communication and the development of children's reading interests at an early age. The results of the study showed that fostering reading interest in early childhood is done by parents not only by giving orders to children but by providing the best example, namely parents showing great love for books, then the most important thing is to provide assistance when children read and answer correctly related to questions asked by children with language that is understood by children

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh berbagai jenis auksin terhadap beberapa konsentrasi terhadap pengakaran Piper colubrinum. Percobaan dilaksanakan di Rumah Kaca  Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung dari bulan Mei 2018 sampai Desember 2018. Percobaan menggunakan rancangan acak lengkap dengan 3 ulangan. perlakuan yang mengaplikasikan: kontrol, IBA 1500 ppm, IBA 2000 ppm, NAA 2000 ppm, NAA 750 ppm + IBA 750 ppm, NAA 1000 ppm + IBA 1000 ppm. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel jumlah akar primer di buku pada perlakuan NAA 750 ppm + IBA 750 ppm nilai rata-rata meningkat yaitu 21 helai dibandingkan kontrol 2,5 helai. Pada perlakuan NAA 750 ppm + IBA 750 ppm berpengaruh pada peningkatan  jumlah akar primer di penampang batang yaitu 14 dibandingkan dengan kontrol 11 helai. Demikian perlakuan NAA 750 ppm + IBA 750 ppm berpengaruh pada peningkatan  jumlah akar primer yaitu 34,3 helai dibandingkan dengan kontrol 13,5 helai. Untuk variabel bobot basah akar nilai rata-rata NAA 750 ppm + IBA 750 ppm yaitu 11,8 g, nilai rata-rata ini lebih tinggi dibandingkan semua perlakuan.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of financial risk management and its impact on improving the financial stability of companies. Financial risk management is a critical process for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks that may affect a company's financial health. In today’s dynamic and often uncertain market environment, effective risk management is essential for ensuring the long-term survival and profitability of businesses. This study focuses on various risk management strategies employed by companies, such as risk identification, analysis, mitigation, and monitoring, and explores how these strategies contribute to maintaining financial stability. Using a combination of quantitative methods, data was collected through surveys and analyzed using regression analysis to determine the relationship between risk management practices and financial stability. The findings reveal that companies with structured and proactive financial risk management systems exhibit higher levels of financial stability. This research provides valuable insights for business leaders seeking to improve their financial risk management practices and enhance their company's financial resilience.

Abstract

Ikhlas Waste Bank is a newly established waste bank in 2023, located in Perumahan Putri Tujuh II, Sidomulyo Barat Village, Pekanbaru City. This waste bank currently has a relatively small number of customers, comprising only about 24% of the households. Additionally, the activities at the waste bank are still in the early stages of sorting waste. Therefore, the development of the waste bank is expected to improve waste management, both in terms of increasing the number of customers and expanding the range of activities. The method for this initiative involves motivating and educating residents through outreach and socialization. The material includes encouraging residents to raise awareness about reducing waste at landfills (TPA) and turning waste into money by depositing it at the waste bank. Furthermore, training is provided on creative activities to utilize waste through 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) practices. The 3R waste utilization training is very popular among residents, as it provides new skills and knowledge and offers economic benefits. Various recycled products are made from waste, such as wallets, bags, laptop cases, tumbler covers, and more. These products can be used personally or marketed online. Thus, the waste bank not only collects waste from the community but also transforms it into useful items.

Abstract

Introduction: Stunting conditions at birth affect the development or growth of children so that stunting toddlers in the future will have difficulty in achieving optimal physical and cognitive development. Objective: To determine the relationship between vaccination status and the incidence of stunting. Methods: Analytical observational research with a case-control study approach. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling with a sample size of 99 respondents. Collecting data using observation sheets and MCH handbooks. statistical analysis using Chi Square Statistical Test. Results: From 33 toddlers 1-3 years old, there were 19 (57.6%) respondents who experienced stunting with a history of vaccination status in the incomplete category and 14 (42.4%) complete respondents. there is a relationship between vaccination status and the incidence of stunting in infants aged 1-3 years, the P value is 0.011 (smaller than alpha = 0.05). Conclusion: There is a relationship between vaccination status and the incidence of stunting in infants aged 1-3 years in the Work Area of ​​the Wates Health Center.   Pendahuluan: Kondisi stunting saat lahir berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan atau pertumbuhan anak sehingga balita stunting di masa dating akan mengalami kesulitan dalam mencapai perkembangan fisik dan kognitif yang optimal. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan status vaksinasi dengan kejadian stunting. Metode: Penelitian observasional analitik dengan penekatan  studi kasus control. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel yaitu 99 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi dan buku KIA. analisis stastistik mengunakan Uji Statistik Chi Square. Hasil: Diketahui dari 33 balita 1-3 tahun didapatkan yang mengalami stunting dengan riwayat status vaksinasi dalam kategori tidak lengkap sebanyak 19 (57,6%) responden dan lengkap 14 (42,4%) responden. ada hubungan status vaksinasi terhadap kejadian stunting pada bayi usia 1-3 tahun  diperoleh nilai P sebesar 0,011 (Lebih kecil dari nilai alpha = 0,05). Simpulan: Ada hubungan status vaksinasi terhadap kejadian stunting pada bayi usia 1-3 tahun  di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Wates.

Abstract

The development and desirability of a business and economic activity is highly dependent on effective financial management, which aims to maximize the value of research through strategic decision making. The transformation of PT Air Minum Sanggam Balangan from a Regionally Owned Enterprise (BUMD) to a limited liability company in 2023 through Balangan Regency Regional Regulation (PERDA) Number 1 of 2023 has brought significant changes to the company's operations and financial management. As companies navigate this transition, providing a comprehensive understanding of financial management and accounting practices will be critical to ensuring long-term desirability and success. Activities are carried out in three stages, namely initial survey, implementation and evaluation. This service takes a consultative and collaborative learning approach. The evaluation results after partner activities receive assistance, partners are able to understand and make better financial planning, manage cash more effectively, analyze financial performance, choose the right investment, manage loans and debts, manage assets and depreciation, and manage better financial risks.

Abstract

This study examines the influence of leadership on personnel performance through work motivation at the South Sulawesi Regional Police (POLDA Sulsel). The research adopts a quantitative approach using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to analyze the relationships among leadership, motivation, and performance. The sample consists of 81 police personnel, selected using Accidental Sampling. Data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that leadership has a significant and positive effect on work motivation (β = 0.958, p < 0.05) and personnel performance (β = 0.911, p < 0.05). However, work motivation does not significantly affect personnel performance (β = 0.223, p > 0.05), and its mediating role between leadership and performance is insignificant (β = 0.155, p > 0.05). These findings suggest that leadership is a key determinant of personnel performance, whereas motivation alone is not a primary driver of performance in a structured law enforcement environment. The study recommends that POLDA Sulsel enhance leadership development programs to optimize personnel performance. Future research could explore additional factors such as organizational culture, job satisfaction, and institutional policies to further understand the determinants of performance within law enforcement agencies

Abstract

Vanda Douglas orchid is the one of tropical famous plant especially in Indonesia. The beauty of Vanda Douglas orchid is attract people’s attention as an artifial plant, cutting flower, garden decoration and public facility. The aim of research to learn more about : KNO3 fertilization, cytokinin ZPT application which is using Benzyladenine (BA) with or without Thidiazuron (TDZ), detect if there is an interaction or no interaction between application of KNO3 and ZPT cytokinin, also shoot decapitation on the flowering of Vanda Douglas orchids. Research was held in Sanggar Bunga Douglas Kelurahan Sumur Putri, Kecamatan Teluk Betung Utara, Kota Bandar Lampung started from November 2021 to February 2022. First attempt did using a Group Random Design (RAK) with three repetation. The treatment was arranged using factorial 2x5 and the first factor was KNO3 which was K0 (no fertilizer) and K1 (10 g/l of KNO3), and second factor were variant concentrate of BA and TDZ (mg/l) : no ZPT as a control, 200 BA, 400 BA, 200BA+15 TDZ and 400 BA+15 TDZ. Each treatment combination was repeating for three times and every single research consisted of 10 Vanda Douglas orchids and the number of whole plants reach 300 of Vanda Douglas orchids. Second attempt was a factorial research with Group Random Design (RAK) consisted of 2 factor. The first factor was no shoot decapitation (P0) and with shoot decapitation (P1). Second factor were variant concentrate of BA : 0, 200, 400, 200 mg/l + 15 mg/l TDZ, and 400 mg/l + 15 mg/l TDZ. Each treatment combination was repeating for three times and every single research consisted of 10 Vanda Douglas orchids and the number of whole plants reach 300 of Vanda Douglas orchids. Data analyze did by using variant analyze and if showed the significancy, it would continued by BNT test on 5% level. Observation of first attempt started on second week after KNO3 and ZPT sprayed. Observation of second attempt started in week 24 ( or week 12 after shoot decapitation). Variable that observed were : percentage of flowery plant (%) grain length (cm) and number of bud. The result of research showed that combination between KNO3 fertilization and ZPT gave the tiny effect to Vanda Douglas orchid flowering. Application of ZPT (BA or BA+TDZ), shoot decapitation and interaction between both factors was effecting to flowery plant percentage. Only for average of grain length variable and number of bud, the variant analyze did for single factor which was ZPT application. It was caused by no shoot decapitation treatment the whole plants (120 plants) wasn’t flowery. The variant analyze showed that ZPT application had real effect to grain length and bud.

Abstract

Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is widespread throughout the region, especially in areas with tropical and warm climates. Not only Indonesia, but dengue virus infection also causes high mortality and morbidity throughout the world. The Pidie Health Service (Dinkes) recorded 288 cases of dengue fever (DHF) in the period January to December 6 2022. The highest cases were recorded in November 2022, namely 61 cases. The number of dengue fever cases in Pulo Pisang village, Pidie District, Pidie Regency in 2023 from January to May is 2 (two) people. This research uses a descriptive cross sectional design method. The population in this study was the people of Gampong Pulo Pisang, Pidie District, Pidie Regency, totaling 225 people with a sample size of 69 people. The aim of the research is to determine the overview of environmental sanitation and the incidence of dengue fever in Gampong Pulo Pisang, Pidie District, Pidie Regency in 2023. The results of the research show that the lack of knowledge in the community is 68.1%. The Attitude Variable shows that 89.9% of respondents have attitudes in the category not good. The Action Variable shows that the respondents interviewed were more respondents whose actions in maintaining environmental health were less than 94.2% in Gampong Pulo Pisang, Pidie District, Pidie Regency in 2023. Respondents who had experienced dengue fever were 4.3% or 3 people in Gampong Pulo Pisang, Pidie District, Pidie Regency in 2023. These results prove that the incidence of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever is related to the sanitation of the surrounding environment. It is hoped that the community health center will collaborate across programs and across sectors to provide innovations that will break the chain of Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DBD) in Gampong Pulo Pisang, Pidie District, Pidie Regency in 2023.Keywords: Environmental sanitation, dengue fever
