Abstract

Istilah agroindustri telah dikenal selama kurang lebih 30 tahun belakangan ini. Sejak diperkenalkan sampai sekarang istilah ini telah diterima dengan baik di masyarakat terbukti dengan adanya unit-unit kerja bidang agroindustri di sejumlah institusi baik pemerintah maupun swasta. Penerimaan istilah agroindustri yang luas ini menunjukkan peran dan fungsinya yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan pertanian dan ekonomi. Tetapi, pembahasan yang komprehensif tentang definisi dan pengertian agroindustri yang tepat sangat terbatas. Hal ini mungkin disebabkan oleh anggapan bahwa pembahasan definisi agroindustri telah selesai karena mudahnya istilah itu dipahami masyarakat sebagai industri yang mengolah bahan baku hasil pertanian. Artikel ini mengupas tuntas tentang lemahnya definisi agroindustri yang selama ini banyak dianut terutama di beberapa kalangan akademisi. Penelaahan definisi agroindustri dalam artikel ini difokuskan pada kritik terhadap definisi agroindustri yang dipublikasikan oleh The Economic Development Institute of the World Bank pada tahun 1992. Hasil kajian ini menemukan bahwa definisi agroindustri dalam publikasi tersebut bisa bias dalam mengklasifikasikan suatu industri kedalam kelompok agroindustri atau tidak. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan backward tracking, pembahasan dalam artikel ini telah berhasil merumuskan dan menghasilkan definisi yang tepat dari agroindustri. Ketepatan definisi agroindustri diuji terhadap produk-produk agroindustri dengan definisi dari Bank Dunia tersebut sebagai pambanding.The term of agroindustry has been known at least in the last 30 years. It is a well accepted term in the society as indicated by the establishment of a board of control in organizations both in the government and private institutions. The proliferation of this term is believed due to its important role and function to the agricultural and economic development. Nevertheless, a comprehensive discussion of the accuracy of definition of the agroindustry is very limited. It is presumable that the term has been clear, self explained, and understandable explained by the terms agro and industry which mean the industry that processes the agricultural raw materials. This article argues that in spite of the above supposition, the agroindustry definition contains a fundamental error that leads to a bias in classifying of certain industry as to whether or not it is of agroindustrial group. The article criticizes a well establishes agroindustry definition published by The Economic Development Institute of the World Bank. By using the termed method or approach called backward tracking, the article successfully results a more appropriate and precise definition of the agroindustry term. This article also presents the proof of some flaws in the old definition that some products which are incorrect to be classified by old definition to be determined otherwise by the new formulated and established definition of agroindustry.

Abstract

This article discusses the right to draw up a sale contract according to Indonesian civil code and the law compilation of Islamic economy. This right includes a statement that everyone is free to draw up a contract as long as it is not against laws, norms, and social order. The right to draw up a contract is stated in Indonesian civil code, article 1493 in connection with article 1338 clause (1). However, the contract must be based on conditions mentioned in article 1320. Meanwhile, according to the law of Islamic economy, the right to draw up a contract (Huriyyatul Aqad) must be in accordance with social system, ethics, and sharia - in other words, a contract drawn up against sharia is unacceptable. Abstract

The cover and headband is a testament to the intelligence, perseverance, and skills of the people of South Sumatra. Cultural elements of covering and headbands in real life have various functions that are in accordance with the messages of cultural values. The purpose of this research is to carry out research or study of museum collections in an effort to provide information about the preservation and preservation of objects of historical and cultural value. The literature study method is a technique of collecting data through various literature, such as books, magazines, journals, articles, papers related to the cover and headband of South Sumatran men as well as other supporting data, such as photo and historical documentation related to the field of study. The results of the research based on the function of the museum then the preservation of the museum collection becomes the duty and responsibility of the museum manager. Preservation of the Covering and Headband of men's Headband collection of the State Museum of South Sumatra, in general, can be classified into three, namely: 1) Protection; 2) Development; and 3) Utilization.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kajian potensi pengembangan wisata buatan yang ada di jakabring sport city. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Jalan Gubernur H.A Bastari Kota Palembang yang letaknya tidak jauh dari pusat kota Palembang, Dimana yang menjadi informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengunjung yang berkunjung ke Jakabaring Sport City. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tehnik Observasi, Angket (Kuisioner), dan Dokumentasi, setelah data terkumpul kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskritip-kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa  Jakabaring Sport City ini  pada masa pandemi Covid-19 ini mengalami penurunan pengunjung yang signifikan, Bulan Januari berjumlah 3.060 pengunjung dan di bulan April - Juli pengunjung di JSC berjumlah 0 pengunjung  karena pada bulan ini Covid-19 sedang memuncak seluruh tempat wisata di Indonesia di tutup termasuk Jakabaring Sport City masa Covid-19 sedang memuncak dan pada bulan agustus - november adalah New Normal dimana masa ini masyarakat sudah bisa mengunjungi tempat wisata namun  tetap harus mengikuti protocol kesehatan dan memakai masker  untuk masuk ke JSC ini merogoh kocek hingga 7 ribu sampai 10 ribu, 7 ribu untuk kendaraan bermotor dan untuk kendaraan mobil mencapai 10 ribu dan di JSC ini memiliki banyak fasilitas yang telah dijadikan wisata favorit bagi pengunjung destinasi andalan JSC yakni Lapangan Tembak/Shooting Range tempat ini kerap dikunjungi masyarakat untuk besantai di hari weekend dan melepas penat setelah 1 minggu bekerja.

Abstract

Latar belakang dalam masalah penelitian ini adalah nilai siswa tidak mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal (KKM) yaitu 75 sehingga kegiatan pembelajaran IPS kurang menarik dan monoton. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu apakah  model pembelajaran creative  problem solving dan model project based learning efektif terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII SMP Negeri 15 Palembang tahun pelajaran 2020/2021?. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas model pembelajaran creative problem solving dan model project based learning terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII SMP Negeri 15 palembang tahun pelajaran 2020/2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan Metode Deskriptif Kualitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas VII 1 dan kelas VII 2 yang berjumlah 64 siswa. Data di peroleh melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penyajian data, reduksi data, verifikasi atau kesimpulan data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran crative problem solving dan model project based learning  sangat efektif terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPS kelas VII SMP Negeri 15 palembang

Abstract

The College Library is the most important supporting facility to support the activities of the Academic Community. The purpose of establishing the Library is to be able to fulfill information needs in the form of printed media in the form of books that can be accessed by everyone In this sophisticated age, doing work manually might be somewhat lacking in updates. Because of this era of globalization, the design of information systems with computerization has mushroomed in the world. At Tri Mitra Karya Mandiri Polytechnic Library, data storage for students who borrow or return books is still manual, the weakness of Human Resources can be one of the factors that will neglect employees about the importance of the archive. But basically a good relationship between library users with a good attitude will make the library space pleasant. So the solution is given to be able to manage the archive properly, the author chose Mrs. Access to design databases with Access-based filing systems. With the hope that this information system can provide convenience in managing book circulation, book maintenance and member data. So that the reports needed will take place quickly. And this solution is given to improve the service and performance of librarians in terms of managing library administrative data and speeding up borrowing and returning books from students of Tri Mitra Karya Mandiri Polytechnic.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how to influence the implementation of employee training on PT Jamsostek (Persero) Region VIII Office of Makassar and find out what the obstacles faced in the implementation of employee training in PT Jamsostek (Persero) Region VIII Office of Makassar. Data collection techniques used were: questionnaires, the data collection techniques through questionnaires filled out by respondents' own interview, which is a technique of collecting data through direct questioning by informants that existed at the company in order to obtain the information needed. The results showed that the process of conducting training in PT Jamsostek (Persero) Region VIII Office of Makassar executed well, and has a significant influence on employee performance penigkatan, but still needs to be improved

Abstract

Saat ini penggunaan alat automasi di perkantoran sudah merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang cukup vital terutama dalam hal dokumentasi data yang akan membantu mempercepat proses pencarian data ataupun pembuatan laporan.Kegiatan dibagian Inventory banyak melakukan pencatatan data barang, dan pemberian identitas barang. Untuk mempermudah kegiatan tersebut dibuat suatu sistem serta aplikasinya diterapkan dalam kegiatan dokumentasi data inventory, sehingga dapat membantu petugas dalam melakukan pencarian data dan pembuatan laporan yang dibutuhkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan literatur. Perancangan yang digunakan yaitu dengan flow map, entity relationship diagram, normalisasi, relasi diagram, diagram konteks dan data flow diagram. Sehingga dengan menggunakan sistem berbasis web ini, perusahaan dapat mempermudah dalam pekerjaan dan dapat diakses dimanapun sesuai dengan kebutuhan.

Abstract

Reverse logistic has become an important topic for the organization due to growing environmental concern, government regulation, economic value, and sustainable competitiveness. Uncertainty is one of the key factors in the reverse supply chain that must be controlled; thus, the company could optimize the reverse supply chain function. This paper discusses progress in reverse logistic research. A total of 72 published articles were selected, analyzed, categorized and the research gaps were found among them. The study began by analyzed previous research articles in reverse logistic. In this stage, we also collected and reviewed journals discussing about the reverse supply chain. Meanwhile, the result of this stage shows that uncertainty factor has not been reviewed in detail. The most common theme as the background research in reverse logistic is environmental and economic aspect. Uncertainty in Close Loop Supply Chain is the most widely used approach, followed by the usage on reverse logistics, reverse supply chain and reverse Model. The most used approach and method on uncertainty are Mixed Integer Linear Programing, mixed integer nonlinear Programing, Robust Fuzzy Stochastic Programming, and Improved kriging-assisted robust optimization method. Customer demand, total cost, product returns are the most widely researched aspects. This paper may be useful for academicians, researchers and practitioners in learning on reverse logistic and reverse supply chain; therefore, close loop supply chain can be guidance for upcoming researches. Research opportunity based on this research combines total cost, quality return product, truck capacity, delivery route, remanufacturing capacity, and facility location got optimum function in uncertainty. The research method and approach for MINLP, IK-MRO and RSFP provide many opportunities for research. For theme and area in reverse logistic, close loop supply chain is the theme that provides the most research opportunities.
