Abstract

This research was conducted in the village of Talang Suka Maju in Rakit Kulim districts.This village was chosen, due to this village there is a new plantation which create new jobopportunities for men and women. The aim of this study was to determine what caused themotivation of women workers interested in working in PT Kharisma Riau Sentosa Prima and todetermine what factors influence the motivation of the women workers working in PT KharismaRiau Sentosa Prima.The population in this study were all female workers who work in PT Kharisma RiauSentosa Prima. Sampling in this study is the engineering method of census sampling techniquewhen all members of the population sampled.The research method of this research is to use descriptive quantitative method. Abstract

This study was conducted at Hospital Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous career development and job satisfaction. The number of samples in this study were 73 hospital nurses Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. From the results of the ttest with two-way career development is known that variable with a value of tcount> ttable or 6,475 > 2,00 so the career development of partial positive effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction variable with a value of t > t table or 4,576 > 2,00 and thus job satisfaction partially positive effect on organizational commitment. F test results with values of Fcount = 41,624 and Ftable = 3,13 so F value is greater than the F table and a significance value of F is 0,000 less than the α value of 0,05. Thus, simultaneous career development and job satisfaction affects organizational commitment RS Eka Hospital Pekanbaru. Advice can be given to the hospital is expected Eka Hospital Pekanbaru in order to instill cultural values of the organization, provide information clearly and evaluate career and rearranging the placement of the system to match the position of nurses and nurse expertise. Furthermore, nurses are expected to strive for in order to prioritize the organization's willingness to put the interests of the affairs of the hospital in advance rather than private interests, more daring in the face of challenging work and mutual support among nurses.Keywords: Career Development, Job Satisfaction, OrganizationalCommitment

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Influence of motivation and work environment simultaneously and partially on employee productivity at PT. Jalurpusaka Saktikumala Pangkalan Kerinci Kabupaten Pelalawan. In conducting this study the authors take the population of the entire production employees and as many as 79 people in the study population were sampled using census method. Data collection techniques in this study was through a questionnaire (questionnaire) and interviews (interviews). Analyze the data in this study using a descriptive method, also using multiple linear regression analysis. From the results of this study concluded that the motivation and the work environment influence on labor productivity at PT. Jalurpusaka Pangkalan Kerinci Saktikumala Pelalawan by 75%. The results of the simultaneous test (F test) showed that motivation and work environment simultaneously influence on employee productivity.While the partial test results (t test) showed that motivation and work environment have a significant effect on the productivity of labor at. Abstract

Abstract: This study discusses the poetry counsel in Sundanese traditional marriage bride sawer rokan district upstream semiotic studies. This study also discusses describe the signs, where signs contained in this research that icons, indexes and symbols on the poem in a customary marriage bride sawer Sunda. This study used a qualitative approach and descriptive method that aims to describe how the poem Sawer bride marriage advice in there Sunda. The research subject is the text sawer Sundanese culture. The results of this research is the identification, analysis and conclusions from each of its verses. From the research found that there are 100 stanzas sawer bride. From these results more icons to the data which is equal to 169, the data symbol 52, and index 6 data.KeyWords: Advice Poetry, Sawer Bride, Semiotic Studies.

Abstract

Abstract: the problem in this research is the lack of active involvement of students both in the ability to listen, argue, ask questions, communicate among others, discussion and attitude of responsibility between individual students so students are unable to express their opinions in front of the class and students do not master how to make questions and answer the question well. This study aims to determine the differences in student social studies learning outcomes and how much the increase in social studies learning outcomes of third grade students of SDN 004 Hidup Baru Kampar Kiri Tengan District, Kampar Regency between before and after the application of learning strategies everyone is a teacher here. This research method uses an experimental method with one group pretest-posttest research design. Data on social studies learning outcomes in this study were collected using a technique in the form of objective tests. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in social studies learning outcomes of third grade students of SD Negeri 004 Hidup Baru Kampar Kiri Tengan District, Kampar District between the pretest and posttest data. This can be seen from the initial test average of 57.68 to 81.25 with an increase in learning outcomes of 0.54 which is included in the medium interpretation. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the learning strategies of everyone is a teacher here can improve social studies learning outcomes of students in Class III 004 SDN Hidup Baru The District Of Kampar Kiri Tengah The Regency Of Kampar.Key Words: Learning strategies everyone is a teacher here, social studies learning outcomes

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Stres kerja pada perawat dapat terjadi jika perawat yang bertugas mendapatkan beban kerja yang melebihi kemampuannya sehingga perawat tidak mampu memenuhi atau menyelesaikan tugasnya. Metode: Metode yang digunakan kuesioner dengan Total-Sampling, insfrumen yang digunakan kuesioner Depresion Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS) yang terdiri dari 42 petanyaan. Hasil: Perolehan data tingkat stress perawat berdasarkan unit, poisisi, dan jenjang karir dihitung menggunakan rumus mean, hasil uji statistik pearson rho tingkat stres perawat berdasarkan unit, posisi, dan jenjang karir yang signifikan dengan tingkat stress, tingkat stress tertinggi di unit IGD dengan tingkat sfres berat (30,62) dan tingkat stress terendah adalah tingkat stress di Unit NICU ringan (14,07). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat stress tertinggi di posisi supervisior dengan tingkat stress sedang (24,67) dan tingkat stress terendah adalah head nurse dengan tingkat stress sedang (19,94) sedangkan tingkat stress tertinggi berdasarkan jenjang karir lama kerja 1-5 tahun mengalami tingkat stress yang berat (25,59) dan tingkat stress terendah yaitu jenjang karir 1115 tahun mengalami tingkat stress ringan. Diskusi: Membuat sfrategi untuk mengurangi dapak stress yang timbul pada perawat yang bekerj di tuang perawatan kritis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan deiksis di dalam acara Mata Najwa di Trans7 Episode April 2020 (Jokowi Diuji Pandemi) dan implikasinya terhadap pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Terdapat tujuan deiksis dalam percakapan acara Mata Najwa, meliputi deiksis persona dengan tujuan mengarah sebagai objek, subjek, dan kepunyaan. Tujuan deiksis ruang hanya menunjukkan keterangan tempat dan objek. Tujuan deiksis waktu hanya mengacu pada keterangan waktu lampau, kini, dan lalu. Selain itu, tujuan konteks penggunaan deiksis antara lain didasari oleh topik pembicaraan, situasi, status sosial seseorang, hubungan kekerabatan, formalitas, kebiasaan penutur, serta penunjukkan suatu objek; 2) Terdapat implikasi pada penelitian ini yaitu, berdasarkan Kurikulum 2013 sesuai dengan Kompetensi Dasar: siswa menyajikan data informasi dalam bentuk berita secara lisan dan tulis dengan memperhatikan ciri kebahasaan, yaitu penggunaan kata ganti orang (pronominal), penggunaan kalimat langsung dan tidak langsung serta penggunaan keterangan tempat dan waktu yang sesuai dengan konteksnya. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengunaan deiksis memiliki implikasi dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia di sekolah. Kata Kunci: Deiksis, Mata Najwa Trans7

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD terhadap motivasi belajar dan hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Hu’u. Jenis penelitia quasi eksperimen. Populasi adalah peserta didik kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Hu,u tahun ajaran 2019/2020 sebanyak 5 kelas berjumlah 149 siswa, pemilihan sampel penelitian menggunakan tehnik cluster random sampiling, kelas X IPA1 yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran langsung (direct intruction) dengan jumlah 27 siswa dan kelas X IPA2 yang dibelajarkan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan jumlah siswa sebanyak 27. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini yaitu angket motivasi belajar dan soal pilihan ganda 25 soal. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil analisis datan menggunakan rumus t test diperoleh nilai sebesar 27,0 > 1,674 dengan nilai signifikasi 0,05 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran STAD terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar peserta didik SMA Negeri 1 Hu,u tahun pelajaran 2019/2020

Abstract

Research had been taken to see Student’s Soft Skill Profile of University on Developing Biology Education Program Lecture, on 2010/2011 Academic Year, through March until June 2011. Total Sample for this research is all of the students on the University who were taking Developing Biology Education Program Lecture that consist of 43 students (40 students are female and 3 students are male). Parameter of this research is Soft Skill describe in 7 indicators which are creativity, self-confidence, independent, motivation, critical thinking, time management and team-work. Instruments that were used are Soft Skill score base on the process using the all of seventh soft skill indicators and scoring work performance using 2 indicators from all of seventh Soft Skill. The result of the research shows Soft Skill score base on process is average 67.26% (enough). On RPP and LKS process the average score 65.41% (enough), on Mikro Education average score 62.94% (enough), on media presentation process average score 75.29% (good), and from all of the seventh Soft Skill indicators, the highest score is team-work indicator with average 88% (very good), whereas the lowest score is critical thinking indicator with average score 68% (enough). Soft Skill Profile score on team-work indicator is average 73.72% (enough), on the RPP work performance is 60.91% (enough score), on the LKS is 62.80% (enough), on educative media 85.79% (very good), on teaching material is 85.40% (very good), among two Soft Skill indicators the highest score is critical thinking indicator whose score is 74.19% (enough), meanwhile, the lowest score is creativity with score 73.26% (enough). By totally, Soft Skill Profile of university student score base on process and work performance on Developing Biology Education lecture is 70.49% within enough category.Keywords : Education Program, Soft Skill,

Abstract

Seborrheic dermatitis (SD) occurs due to excessive sebum production resulting in the growth of the fungus Mellasezia sp. on the skin becomes uncontrollable. Some of the receptors that play a role in SD regulation are Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) protein, Lanasterol 14-α Demetylase enzyme, and Lipase enzyme. This study aims to determine the potential compounds of the endophytic fungi Trichoderma sp. as an antiseborrheic and knowing the interaction between ligands as inhibitors in SD regulation. The research was conducted with computer-based molecular docking. The results showed that there were two inhibitor candidate compounds based on the selection by binding affinity value, namely Chloromycetin and Benzyl benzoate. Based on the results of docking with VINA autodock, the potential compounds were Benzyl benzoate on LDL protein with binding affinity values of -7.3 kcal/mol, compounds were Chloromycethin on Lipase enzyme with binding affinity values of -7.3 kcal/mol and Lanasterol 14-α demethylase enzyme with a binding affinity value of -7.6 kcal/mol. These compounds form hydrogen bonds and hydrophobic bonds. Based on the prediction of Lipinski's rule of five, the two compounds are effective orally used as anti seborrheic dermatitis drugs
