Abstract

This research is motivated by a lack of motivation in children in the process of learning activities at Madrasah Nurul Islam. For this reason, a study was conducted which aimed to find out teacher strategies in motivating children's learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah (MDTA) Nurul Islam, Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency. This research is a descriptive research with qualitative methods, and determination of informants by purposive sampling technique, collecting data by interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis with data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the findings of researchers at the research location through observation, interviews and documentation, it can be concluded that: the process of implementing learning at Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah Nurul Islam, Tabir Timur District, Merangin Regency begins with opening activities, core activities and closing activities. There are several obstacles faced by teachers in learning activities, namely, lack of support from parents (guardians of students), inadequate school facilities and infrastructure. The strategy used by the teacher in motivating children's learning at Madrasah Nurul Islam is by holding a competition, giving appreciation to students who excel. For this reason, it is suggested to teachers to improve learning strategies, to schools to fulfill school infrastructure, and also to need the participation of the government to provide assistance and contribute to the interests of education

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik guru dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kemampuan membaca intensif peserta didik kelas IV di Gugus IV Kecamatan Gunungsari. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 3 orang guru wali kelas IV dan 81 orang peserta didik kelas IV. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa tes dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi sederhana dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi pedagogik guru dan lingkungan keluarga terhadap kemampuan membaca intensif sebesar 5.6% dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.886. Terdapat pengaruh antara kompetensi pedagogik guru terhadap kemampuan membaca intensif sebesar 3.6%, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.747 untuk hasil linier dan sebesar 0.944 untuk hasil kuadratik. Terdapat pengaruh antara lingkungan keluarga terhadap kemampuan membaca intensif sebesar 4.8%, nilai signifikansi sebesar 0.673 untuk hasil linier dan sebesar 0.372 untuk hasil kuadratik. Kompetensi pedagogik guru dan lingkungan keluarga tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kemampuan membaca intensif peserta didik kelas IV di Gugus IV Kecamatan Gunungsari Kabupaten Lombok Barat.

Abstract

Tujuan perancangan ini adalah (1) mengetahui model rancangan perbaikan audio dari tempat sampah elektronik (E-trash) berbasis arduino uno. (2) mengetahui prinsip kerja dari modul MP3 Shield pada perbaikan tempat sampah elektronik (E-trash) berbasis arduino uno. Metode yang di gunakan menggunakan sumber data berasal dari hasil pengukuran tegangan  dan hasil pengamatan serta analisis data dilakukan oleh teman, proses perancangan ini jika ada sampah yang masuk pada tempat sampah maka sensor ultrasonik akan mendeteksi sampah, kemudian secara otomatis speaker pada tempat sampah akan mengeluarkan suara ucapan terimah kasih kemudian sensor ultrasonik dapat mendeteksi sampah yang mengeluarkan suara, sensor ultrasonik dapat mengukur ketinggian sampah untuk mengetahui apakah sudah penuh atau belum, serta sensor ultrasonik dapat mendeteksi objek yang ada di depan tempat sampah. Perancangan ini berlangsung di Workshop Jurusan Pendidikan Teknik Elektronika, dari hasil pengujian tersebut  dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pada perbaikan kualitas tempat sampah elektronik  (E-Trash) berbasis arduino uno yang telah dirancang sudah dapat bekerja dan berfungsi dengan baik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran Tema 1 Hidup Rukun melalui model Problem Based Learning (PBL) di kelas II SDN Sugihrejo 02 Kabupaten Pati tahun 2022/2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian ini peserta didik kelas II SDN Sugihrejo 02 yang berjumlah 18 orang. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan tiga siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Instrumen tes berupa tes tertulis berbentuk pilihan ganda. Instrumen non tes berupa lembar observasi keterampilan guru dan aktivitas peserta didik. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa: 1) keterampilan guru siklus I mendapatkan skor 38 dengan kriteria baik, siklus II mendapatkan skor 42 dengan kriteria sangat baik, siklus III mendapatkan skor 46 dengan kriteria sangat baik; 2) aktivitas peserta didik siklus I mendapatkan skor 32,83 dengan kriteria baik, siklus II mendapatkan skor 38,33 dengan kriteria baik, siklus III mendapatkan skor 42,67 dengan kriteria sangat baik; 3) hasil belajar kognitif siklus I mendapat rata-rata kelas 66,17 ketuntasan klasikal 55,56%, siklus II mendapat rata-rata kelas 74,22 ketuntasan klasikal 72,22%, dan siklus III mendapat rata-rata kelas 89,56 ketuntasan klasikal 94,44%.

Abstract

Penjurusan pada siswa SMA dilakukan ketika siswa berada dikelas X. Jurusan yang ada di SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang antara lain IPA, IPS dan Bahasa. Penjurusan berdasarkan kemampuan dan minat siswa. Penjurusan di SMA Negeri 1 Tumpang memiliki beberapa kriteria yaitu, nilai rapor, nilai UN, psikotes, angket dan wawancara. Keakuratan dalam perhitungan kriteria penjurusan sangat penting agar proses penjurusan sesuai dengan target. Dalam proses penjurusan guru BK mengalami beberapa kendala dalam mengkalkulasikan kriteriakriteria tersebut karena guru BK masih menggunakan bantuan Microsoft Excel dalam mengkalkulasi semua kriteria, sehingga dibutuhkan waktu yang lama dan ketelitian dalam proses perhitungannya. Pada Penelitian ini dibuat sebuah Sistem Pendukung Keputusan untuk membantu guru BK dalam menentukan penjurusan dengan mengimplementasikan metode SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dalam pengembangannya. Sistem ini menggunakan metode SAW karena dalam metode ini dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan proses perangkingan yang akan menyeleksi alternative terbaik dari sejumlah alternative. Dengan metode perangkingan tersebut, diharapkan penilaian akan lebih tepat karena didasarkan pada nilai kriteria dan bobot yang sudah ditentukan sehingga akan mendapatkan hasil yang lebih akurat terhadap penilaian penjurusan tersebut. Pengujian yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini membandingkan hasil dari Sistem Pendukung Keputusan dengan hasil manual selama 2 periode tahun ajaran. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan memiliki keakurasian 71.0462% pada tahun 2015 dan 71.6088 % pada tahun 2014.

Abstract

Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO), diarrhea is the second leading cause of death ininfants. According to the results Riskesdas 2007, diarrhea is the number one cause of death in children under five(25.2%). Based on PHO reporting cases of diarrhea DIY highest in Kulon Progo by the number of 25 491 diarrheacases were handled. Data from the Health Department Kulon Progo 2015. Most cases of diarrhea are at the healthcenter Sentolo 1, 2015 found 242 children under five.Objective: To determine the incidence of diarrhea in children under five in Puskesmas Sentolo I Kulon Progo during 2015.Methods: This study is descriptive quantitative, with retrospective time approach. Data collection tools using medical record using secondary data. The subjects all under five with diarrhea in 2015 amounted to 102 infants.Results: Of the 102 respondents mostly under five with diarrhea aged 1-3 years (77.5%), gender is male (52.9%),good nutritional status (73.5%), and had diarrhea without dehydration of (80.4%).Conclusion: Of the 102 respondents mostly children under five with diarrhea majority aged 1-3 years with malegender, good nutritional status and had diarrhea without dehydration.Keywords: Genesis Diarrhea, Toddler

Abstract

This article aims to find out how special education and services for children with intelligence or mental disorders. Education is the right of every Indonesian citizen, this is also the right of children with special needs to obtain special education. The term tunagrahita is used to refer to children or people who have an intellectual below average or can also be called mental retardasi and accompanied by an inability to adapt behavior. In the learning process, tunagrahita children experience obstacles in education so that curriculum modifications are needed according to their special needs. Children with disabilities need special education services and guidance in supporting their learning needs. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach and the method used in this article is library research, which means it is a technique that involves a series of actions in collecting various information. The results of this research are that education for mentally retarded children must pay attention to principles such as the use of simple language, appropriate placement in the classroom, repetition of material, and correlation with daily life, as well as ongoing evaluation to assess their individual development and needs.

Abstract

Human resources are important for the development of a country that wants its country to develop or progress. Human resource management is a part of management science that focuses its attention on regulating the role of human resources in an organization. In achieving its goals, of course an organization needs human resources as system managers. In order for this system to run, of course in its management it must pay attention to several important aspects such as training, development, motivation and other aspects. Human resources are a very vital organizational asset, therefore their role and function cannot be replaced by other resources. No matter how modern the technology is used, no matter how much funds are in the archives. However, without professional human resources, everything becomes meaningless. Abstract

Bhineka tunggal Ika is a great strength and the foundation of the Republic of Indonesia. The development of the times must still be accompanied by the cultivation of the basic values of Pancasila, especially in terms of tolerance of diversity through character education. The purpose of this research is to create learning media that integrates the cultivation of the values of the third principle of Pancasila with mathematics lessons. Adventure Of Algebra (AOA) is a solution that can be used as a learning media that is not only able to increase students' interest and learning outcomes but can be a space to instill Pancasila values, especially in the third principle of Pancasila, namely Indonesian unity. The implementation of learning is carried out offline in class for 3 hours of learning. The learning stages carried out begin at the planning stage, pre-test, demonstration of the use of learning media, post-test, and evaluation. Based on the results of the pre-test, it shows that the learning outcomes of students in algebraic material obtained an average of 78 while regarding the results of direct observation of initial knowledge related to Pancasila values show that only about 45% of the total number of students in class IX.5 who understand well the values of Pancasila. Meanwhile, based on the results of the post-test of students, the average learning outcomes of students increased to 86. And for the results of observations related to the tendency of students to understand the values of Pancasila increased to 85% which is described in the learning process that takes place actively and fun for students. With an active and fun learning process, you also have to adjust the learning media used with the sub-materials that students learn.

Abstract

Teaching modules are the most important learning tools because they contain learning plans thatwill be implemented by the teacher so that learning is more focused. This research aims todetermine students' abilities in compiling teaching modules based on the Merdeka curriculum.The type of research used is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The instrumentused is an instrument in the form of a test. In the teaching module there are main components thatmust be implemented. Of these three main components, it was found that students did notunderstand the knowledge about enrichment components and worksheets. The three maincomponents used as benchmarks are general information components, core components, andattachments. There is 1 student who has mastered the teaching module. 3 students who are verygood at making teaching modules, 2 students who are good at mastering making teachingmodules. When preparing teaching modules, students on average have included 3 components intheir modules, although there are still some students who experience several obstacles inpreparing them.
