Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan latar belakang ingin membantu dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan manajemen keuangan bagi UMKM di Desa Kemasan, Sawit Boyolali. Tujuan Pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menyelenggarakan pembukuan sederhana bagi UMKM Desa Kemasan, Sawit, Boyolali. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik langsung. Target luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah UMKM di Desa Kemasan mampu melaksanakan pembukuan sederhana atas kegiatan usaha yang mereka laksanakan sehingga dapat menyusun laporan keuangan sederhana dengan benar. Abstract

Job satisfaction is an attitude or emotional feeling felt by employees and how they view their work, whether it is a pleasant or unpleasant feeling that can be reflected from how someone does their job. The existence of employees in carrying out their duties and obligations cannot be separated from the influence of internal factors and external factors that lead to changes in employee job satisfaction. In order to improve employee job satisfaction, we need to know the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study is to analyze workload, work family conflict and social support on employee job satisfaction. This study is a survey of employees of the Surakarta City Regional House of Representatives Secretariat. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary. The population in this study were employees of the Surakarta City Regional House of Representatives Secretariat. The number of samples used in this study was 58 employees. The sampling technique used the census technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that workload had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work family conflict had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, social support had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results showed that the coefficient was 0.783. This means that the contribution of the influence of the independent variables Workload, Work Family Conflict and Social Support to Job Satisfaction is 78.3%.

Abstract

Along with the development of technology, a set of abilities is needed to master the 21st-century skills which are often referred to as 4C, namely Critical Thinking, Communication, Collaboration, and Creativity and Innovation. The purpose of this research is to develop online web learning with ethnomathematics content on self-regulated learning. The development model in this research is to develop online web learning with ethnomathematics content on KPK and FPB material for elementary schools with the Lee and Owen model design (2004). The development model consists of (1) analysis, (2) design, (3) development, (4) implementation, and (5) evaluation. After discussing the findings, this study produces several conclusions. First, in order to achieve learning outcomes and learning objectives, content from the etomathematics aspect is needed in the KPK and FPB materials so that students do not only get mathematics but understand how elements of local culture can foster a love for local culture. Second, to foster student interest, it requires the use of images, audio and video more than text. Third, applications can be used to support learning. This is due to the limited time that the researcher has. In the future, products that have been made large group trials and tests on student self-regulated learning.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of life skills of elementary school students in social science subjects through the development of life skills education. Learning Social Sciences Education certainly gets the spotlight related to the role of the teachers and the conditions of the students. The teacher still holds power in learning, while students can only follow all directions given by the teacher. As a result, students only memorize and do the teacher's orders. Conditions like this must be changed because it is in accordance with the changing times in the kurikulum merdeka. Learning Social Sciences in schools at various levels of educational development needs to be based on aspects of the curriculum, philosophy and learning theory, as well as various aspects in accordance with the nature of social studies education.. This study uses a research and development (R & D) approach that begins with a preliminary study, followed by limited trials and wider trials, and ends with model validation tests. Limited trials and wider trials which were carried out repeatedly at an elementary school in Tegal City and accompanied by revisions at each trial; and model validation tests were carried out at three elementary schools as the experimental group and three elementary schools as the control group without the presence of the researcher. The focus of development is social studies learning carried out by teachers of class V SD in Tegal City. Data were collected by interview, observation, questionnaire, and learning achievement tests. The model design test is carried out through limited trials and wider trials. Validation of the model design developed using a quasi-experimental design. Data analysis was carried out descriptively, and t-test statistical analysis. The results of the study show that the life skill learning model in social studies learning has improved learning outcomes and students' life skills so that the profile of Pancasila is strengthened.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out how the implementation of the development of a microlearning module containing Culturally Responsive Teaching at Candi Singasari can improve students' problem solving abilities. The development model in this study refers to the ADDIE development model. The study involved one media expert, one material expert, and the research subjects taken came from class X students in Malang class X students. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and questionnaires analyzed using qualitative and quantitative methods. The average total validation score from experts is 91.4%, which indicates that the Containing Culturally Responsive Teaching loaded microlearning module is very valid. The overall average product trial results reached 83.8% which is included in the valid category. The results of the Paired Sample t-test and Post test were 0.000 <0.05, so there is an effect of the microlearning module containing Containing Culturally Responsive Teaching on improving mathematical problem solving abilities and an increase in mathematical problem solving abilities before and after the use of the microlearning module containing Containing Culturally Responsive Teaching by looking at the average value of the pre-test 6.1694 and post-test 24.2788. So it can be concluded that the Containing Culturally Responsive Teaching loaded microlearning module has been successfully developed and validated so that it is suitable for use to improve mathematical problem solving abilities in the material of trigonometry comparisons in right triangles.

Abstract

The high-income countries are leading to higher consumption of plastic, despite prominent contribution to the global problem of plastic pollution. The high quantities of plastic wastes are extremely threatening to harm the environment and inhabitants due to mismanagement such as ingested in the fish and also harmful to human health (cancer is a major disease) if such consuming a fish. This review paper explored a solution to treating plastic waste to improve the sustainability of the environment. The use of recycled plastic wastes as a component has been found to be the most beneficial as it can be used to replace all solid components.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan mahasiswa teknik komputer dalam menyelesaikan materi limit fungsi aljabar dengan berbagai teknik penyelesaian dalam limit fungsi serta menemukan faktor-faktor penyebab kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan soal limit fungsi aljabar. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif  yang mendeskripsikan kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaiakn materi limit fungsi aljabar. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu mahasiswa teknik komputer. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini teknik triangulasi yaitu dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah subjek mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami dan menerapkan konsep limit fungsi aljabar, kesulitan ini disebabkan oleh kurangnya pemahaman terhadap konsep dasar limit, yang merupakan pondasi penting untuk bisa memahami limit. Akibatnya subjek menggunakan teknik penyelesaian yang tidak tepat seperti hanya mengandalkan teknik subtitusi langsung. Selain itu subjek tampaknya tidak mampu menterjemahkan soal yang memerlukan penyederhanan lanjutan untuk menemukan penyelesaian dari soal limit tersebut.Kata kunci: Limit Fungsi Aljabar, Kesulitan Mahasiswa, Teknik Komputer

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of local taxes, regional revenues, balancing funds, and regional financing on capital expenditure in regency and city governments in West Java Province during the period 2020–2023. Capital expenditure is a crucial indicator that supports regional infrastructure development and is influenced by various sources of local government funding. This research employs a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis. The population consists of all regencies and city governments in West Java Province, totaling 27 local governments (18 regencies and nine cities). The sampling technique used is purposive sampling based on the availability of complete regional budget realization data for the 2020–2023 period. Based on these criteria, a total sample of 108 observations was obtained. The results show that local taxes and regional financing have a significant effect on capital expenditure, while regional retributions and balancing funds have no significant effect. These findings indicate that increases in capital expenditure are more strongly influenced by the optimization of local tax revenues and the financing strategies adopted by local governments.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh modul pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan konstruktivis yang didukung oleh Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) dan perangkat lunak Quizwhizzer terhadap tingkat math anxiety siswa, serta untuk menganalisis perbedaan rata-rata tingkat math anxiety siswa antara modul pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan konstruktivis dengan modul standar sekolah pada materi garis dan sudut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode quasi-eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest control group untuk mengukur pengaruh perlakuan pada dua kelompok, yaitu eksperimen sebanyak 31 siswa dan kontrol sebanyak 33 siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah SMP di Kota Malang pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan instrumen angket math anxiety, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Analisis data didasarkan pada hasil angket math anxiety yang diperkuat oleh temuan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai pre-test pada kelas eksperimen 67,71 dan kelas kontrol 71,67 dan post-test pada kelas eksperimen 62,21 dan kelas kontrol 69,18, dan pembahasan mengungkapkan bahwa uji Paired Sample T Test menunjukkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001, lebih kecil dari 0,05, serta nilai statistik uji memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan. Hasil uji Independent Sample T Test menunjukkan tingkat signifikansi sebesar 0,036, lebih kecil dari 0,05, yang mengindikasikan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan secara statistik. Hasil dari penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Modul pembelajaran berbasis pendekatan konstruktivis yang didukung oleh Lembar Kerja Peserta Didik (LKPD) dan perangkat lunak Quizwhizzer berpengaruh terhadap math anxiety siswa. (2) Rata-rata tingkat math anxiety siswa berbeda antara modul pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan konstruktivis dengan modul dari sekolah.

Abstract

Pendidikan merupakan bagian yang penting dalam kehidupan manusia. Tanpa disadari dalam kehidupan ini tidak pernah terlepas dari pendidikan. Pendidikan tidak hanya sebuah transfer pengetahuan, namun dengan pendidikan kita dapat menumbuh kembangkan kepribadian dan karakter yang baik. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengedukasi, menambah wawasan, dan pengetahuan untuk generasi milenial khususnya siswa sekolah pendidikan dan orang tua tentangpentingnya pendidikan. Selain itu agar siswa sekolah dasar dapat menyikapi perkembangan teknologi dengan positif sehingga mencerminkan nilai pendidikan karakter. Kegiatan sosialisasi dihadiri oleh siswa kelas VI SD Negeri 3 Srigading sejumlah 27 siswa, 27 orang tua atau wali murid, dewan guru, dan Kepala Desa Srigading. Dengan kegiatan sosialisasi ini diharapkan kesadaran dan motivasi bagi siswa untuk melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi dan kesadaran orang tua/wali tentang pentingnya pendidikan agar tumbuh generasi yang berkualitas sebagai penerus bangsa, memberikan peran sebagai fungsi sosial di masyarakat, dan membawa kemajuan bagi desa di tengah perkembangan teknologi yang semakin canggih.
