Abstract

Diketahu secara luas bahwa performa special dari komposit dengan penguat skala nano ditentukan oleh morfologi dan distribusi dari partikel penguat. Titanium karbida (TiC) memiliki potensi yang sangat baik untuk dikembangkan, dan telah menarik perhatian dari banyak peneliti untuk dikembangkan. Morfologi partikel TiC dibagi menjadi tiga morfologi: one-dimensional nanostructure, two-dimensional nanosheets, dan three-dimensional nanopartikel. Selain morfologi, model distribusi dari TiC partikel patut dipertimbangkan sebagai sarana meningkatkan performa dari komposit. Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the influence of 1) motivation on mathematical problem solving skills with TTW strategy, 2) skills of understanding of mathematical problem solving skills with TTW strategies, 3) motivation and skills understanding of mathematical problem solving skills with TTW strategies. Data collection techniques using tests, questionnaires, and observations. The test instrument for problem solving ability amounted to 10 items, the questionnaire amounted to 30 items, while the observation instrument amounted to 15 items. Test instruments and questionnaires were first tested in the trial class to determine validity and reliability. Data analysis using a simple linear regression test and multiple regression, with a significance level of 5%. The results were obtained 1) motivation influences the ability of mathematical problem solving with TTW strategy with a degree of influence 60.59%, 2) comprehension skills affect the ability to solve mathematical problems with TTW strategies with an effect of 59.3%, 3) motivation and comprehension skills affect the ability to solve mathematical problems with the TTW strategy with a 65.99% effect.Keywords: Motivation, Understanding Skills, Mathematical Problem Solving Ability, Think Talk Write Strategy

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to describe the mathematical connection ability of students in working on stories on statistics material. This article uses aqualitative approach. The data collection was obtained from the method of documentation, tests, and interview. There are 2 students of class VIII semester II as subjects in this article. The analysis was obtained from the test results of students which consisted of 5 description questions and the results of interviews on 6 indicators of mathematicalconnection ability. The results of the study obtained that the twostudents were less capable of applyingmathematics in other fields of study or everyday life and the relationships between mathematical topics and between mathematics topics and topics outside mathematics. So it can be concluded that the two students have a poor mathematical connection ability in solving story problems on statistics material.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to design an Algebra Structure learning instrument based on recitation task to improve the students' validity, practical, and effective student process and activeness skills. Through the learning tools is designed a learning that makes students repeat and reread the concepts and related theorems before the learning process Algebra Structure starts with a guide module and student duty sheet. This type of research is development research according to Borg and Gall. Data analysis was done based on validation, observation, questionnaire, interview and test. The result of this research is learning device that has developed validation value more than four. Learning tools are said to be practice & effective, there is a difference in learning achievement between the experimental class and the control class.

Abstract

This study aimed to know if the X grade students of SMA Negeri 4 KotaTegal who were taught by using SAVI learning approach assisted problemcard were: (1) reach the learning target achievement, (2) there is a distinctionbetween students and the students who are taught by using SAVI learningapproach towards their liveliness and achievement, (3) the liveliness andachievement of students are better than the students who are taught by usingSAVI learning approach. The researcher conducted the study at SMA Negeri4 Kota Tegal in 2016/2017 academic year. The population under study was282 students. This study used quasi-experimental methodology whichconsisted of 61 students as the population sample. Cluster random samplingtechnique was used to determine the population sample. The Instruments ofthis study were observation on the students’ liveliness of mathematicslearning which had been passed validity testing by the expert and theachievement test of mathematic learning which had been passed validity andreliability testing. Furthermore, the researcher used proportion test, manovatest and T2-Hotteling test as the data analysis technique. The results of thestudy on the X grade students of SMA Negeri 4 Kota Tegal showed: (1) Thestudents who were taught by using SAVI learning approach assisted problemcard reached the target achievement, (2) there were differences between thestudents who were taught by using SAVI learning approach assisted problemcard and the students who were taught by using SAVI learning approach interms of students’ liveliness and achievement. (3) the liveliness andachievement of the students who were taught by using SAVI learningapproach assisted problem card were better than the students who were taughtby using SAVI learning approach.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the better mathematical connection capabilities between those taught using cooperative learning models of the type of Think Pair Share or Think Pair Square, and describe the mathematical connection ability of students taught by cooperative learning models of Think Pair Share and Think Pair Square types. The population in this study were all students of class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Adiwerna in the academic year of 2017/2018. Quantitative samples use 2 experimental classes. While the qualitative sample is 12 high, medium and low ability students. Data collection was carried out quantitatively, namely by tests, and qualitative by observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study showed that the mathematical connection ability taught with the Think Pair Share type of cooperative learning model was better than Think Pair Square, the mathematical connection ability of students taught by Think Pair Share and Think Pair Square learning models was partly achieved by the low group students , medium, and high.

Abstract

Aim of this research to describe: 1) There are difference between math learning stake and ability solution to math problem which taught by Course Review Horay method Adobe Flashes aided, 2) Math learning stake and ability solution to math problem which taught by Course Review Horay method Adobe Flashes aided better than only Course Review Horay method. Data analysis technique that used are Right Side Proportion Test, T-tes One Right Side, Manova Test, and τ^2- Hotelling. Result of this research are: 1) There are difference between math learning stake and ability solution to math problem which taught by Course Review Horay method Adobe Flashes aided with only Course Review Horay method, 2) Math learning stake and ability solution to math problem which taught by Course Review Horay method Adobe Flashes aided better than only Course Review Horay method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: (1) whether the learning achievement using the google classroom application reach the KKM target beyond 55%. (2) whether the google classroom application can improve student learning achievement. (3) how active students are in using the google classroom application. The data collection methods used were tests, observation, and documentation. The research population was the students of class XI. The research sample was XI IPA 3. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The results showed that: (1) The learning achievement that were taught using the google classroom application, whose value exceeds the KKM is more than 55%. (2) The learning outcomes of students taught using the google classroom application are better with students who are taught using direct learning. (3) The level of active learning of students using the google classroom application is good.

Abstract

Globalisasi  tidak  dapat  dielakka  oleh  semua  individu,  organisasi  maupun Negara,  ia  tidak  mengenal  batas-batas  komunitas.  Untuk  itu  dalam  menghadapi globalisasi,  organisasi  harus  memeprsiapkan  diri  dengan  sebaik-baiknya  karena menyangkut  banyak  kepentingan.  Guna  memperoleh  perubahan  organisasional yang  efektif  perlu  dilakukan  beberapa  cara  yaitu  dengan  mempersiapkan scenario  manakala  terjadi  penolakan  oleh  anggota  organisasi,  adanya  pengaruh individu, bagaimana mengelola perubahan melalui kelompok.   Kata kunci :  Perubahan, Organisasional, Efektif

Abstract

Penelitian  ini  bertujuan  untuk  mengetahui  pengaruh    prestasi  di  SLTA,  motivasi mahasiswa,  kualitas  mengajar  dosen  terhadap  prestasi  akademik  mahasiswa  AAS  secara parsial dan secara bersama-sama. Adapun  populasi  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  mahasiswa  STIE  AAS  Surakarta  yang aktif  mengikuti  kegiatan  belajar  mengajar  pada  saat  penelitian  ini  dilakukan.  Penelitian dilaksanakan di semester gasal tahun akademik 2013/2014 pada bulan Mei – Juni 2014. Jenis instrument yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kuesioner. Untuk menguji apakah daftar angket yang dibuat , sahih (valid) dan andal (reliabel) maka digunakan dua alat uji yaitu uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.  Uji t digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh masing – masing variabel independen (prestasi di SLTA, motivasi mahasiswa, kualitas mengajar dosen terhadap variabel dependen (prestasi akademik mahasiswa AAS). Uji statistik F bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh semua variabel independen atau bebas (prestasi di SLTA, motivasi mahasiswa, kualitas mengajar dosen) secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen atau terikat (prestasi akademik mahasiswa AAS). Uji ini dilakukan dengan program SPSS 17. Uji R (Koefisien determinasi) dilakukan untuk mengetahui berapa besar pengaruh variabel prestasi di SLTA, motivasi mahasiswa, kualitas mengajar dosen terhadap variabel prestasi akademik mahasiswa AAS. Dari hasil uji F diketahui bahwa Prestasi di SLTA, motivasi mahasiswa dan kualitas mengajar dosen secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa STIE AAS Surakarta. Dari hasil uji t diketahui bahwa Prestasi di SLTA, motivasi mahasiswa dan kualitas mengajar dosen secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa STIE AAS Surakarta.Kata kunci: Prestasi di SLTA, motivasi mahasiswa, kualitas mengajar dosen , prestasi akademik mahasiswa
