Abstract

Lingkungan hidup merupakan tempat di mana makhluk hidup dan benda mati saling berinteraksi dan memberikan timbal balik satu sama lain.  Permasalahan lingkungan hidup yang banyak terjadi saat ini merupakan faktor dari perbuatan manusia yang hanya mementingkan kepentingan dan kenyamanan dirinya, yang dapat mempengaruhi kehidupan makhluk lain yang ada di dalamnya.  Oleh karena itu, manusia perlu mempelajari tentang lingkungan hidup dan pelestariannya, agar dapat tertanam sikap peduli dan bertanggung jawab terhadap kelestarian lingkungan hidup.  Edukasi lingkungan hidup telah diberikan melalui kurikulum pembelajaran berbasis lingkungan yang ada di sekolah mulai dari jenjang Sekolah Dasar (SD), dengan tujuan untuk menumbuhkan sikap peduli dan bertanggung jawab terhadap lingkungan sejak berada di usia SD.  Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, ada beberapa kendala yang terjadi, yakni permasalahan di dalam metode pembelajaran dan media pembelajaran yang digunakan, yang mengakibatkan anak mudah merasa jenuh dan kurang bisa menyerap edukasi dengan baik, sehingga sikap peduli lingkungannya belum terbentuk dengan baik.  Anak-anak di usia SD sangat erat dengan kegiatan bermain, dan bermain dianggap sebagai sebuah kegiatan yang menyenangkan dan tidak membosankan.  Dengan kebiasaan anak-anak yang sering menghabiskan waktunya dengan bermain, merancang sebuah board game edukasi lingkungan hidup dan pelestariannya dapat menjadi pilihan media yang mampu membuat proses belajar menjadi lebih menyenangkan untuk anak-anak.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam menghimpun data dan menganalisis hasil data yang akan digunakan dalam perancangan.  Perancangan board game ini melalui beberapa proses, yakni wawancara dan FGD dengan beberapa pihak terkait, studi literatur, validasi kepada beberapa ahli dan target audiens, serta perancangan konsep dan pengujian prototype board game.

Abstract

Pasar Lidah Ndonowati di Surabaya merupakan destinasi wisata kuliner bertema pasar tradisional yang mengangkat nilai budaya lokal jawa. Pasar ini menghadirkan suatu konsep destinasi wisata kuliner yang unik, seperti para pedagang yang menggunakan pakaian tradisional, pembayaran dengan koin bambu, dan menggunakan wadah ramah lingkungan. Namun, keterbatasan elemen desain grafis lingkungan (EGD), seperti signage dan wayfinding menimbulkan kendala navigasi bagi pengunjung. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang elemen EGD yang efektif untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas, kenyamanan, dan identitas pasar. Dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasilnya ialah desain signage dan wayfinding dengan pictogram bertema budaya lokal jawa untuk mendukung navigasi, memperkuat identitas visual, dan meningkatkan daya tarik pasar sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner tradisional.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sign sistem yang efektif untuk Kampung Kemasaan di Gresik, Jawa Timur. Kampung Kemasaan merupakan destinasi wisata budaya yang kaya akan sejarah dan tradisi. Namun, sign sistem yang ada saat ini belum optimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis SWOT, USP, dan strategi desain untuk mengembangkan sistem tanda yang mendukung pengelolaan dan pengembangan kawasan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sign sistem yang dirancang dapat memperbaiki alur navigasi, meningkatkan keterbacaan informasi, dan memperkenalkan identitas budaya lokal. Sign sistem ini terdiri dari tiga jenis: sign informasi, sign petunjuk arah, dan sign selamat datang. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan Kampung Kemasaan sebagai destinasi wisata yang lebih terorganisir dan ramah pengunjung.

Abstract

social life and storyline can keep up with the times. In Besutan Art, there are 4 figures with their own characters, namely Besut (protagonist), Rusmini (protagonist), Man Gondho (tritagonist), and Sumo Gambar (antagonist). The characters in Besutan's art become a medium for conveying character values ​​through animation with quantitative descriptive methods using interviews, observations and questionnaires. Researchers also revealed that there was a decline in character in junior high school students, this was based on the results of an interview with Mrs. Merien as a teacher at SMPN 3 Kabuh. The choice of Besutan Art as a medium for Strengthening Character Education for Junior High School students was based on the storyline of Besutan Art which follows current developments. and each character has its own character. However, with the development of the times, the audience's interest in Besutan Art has decreased, so animation has been chosen as a medium of delivery in terms of Strengthening Character Education. This is also supported by the results of questionnaire analysis which shows that 90% of the 70 respondents were interested in making Besutan's art an animation to strengthen character education.

Abstract

Mastery of life skills needed by young children aims to learn to be independent from an early age, so that they become people who are able to carry out all activities alone without the help of others. The use of media in the learning process is an important component in learning because it can influence students' psychology and make them more motivated in the learning process. This research aims to analyze the need to develop effective learning media in improving the life skills of students at the Alam Matoa School Kindergarten. This research is qualitative research with a survey method. Data collection techniques are interviews and document analysis. Based on the research results, the problems found include: 1)The life skills possessed by students are not yet proficient in several aspects of independence, 2)There is no effective learning media available to improve life skills, and 3)There is no visible habit of students to carry out life skills daily. Based on data analysis, effective learning media is needed to improve life skills by carrying out simple practices directly through busy books. This busy book learning media is able to increase independence, can be used with direct practice and used repeatedly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of company size, sales growth, and free cash flow on debt policy with profitability as a moderating variable in non cyclicals sector companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019-2021. This research used 90 samples were used with 30 companies using purposive sampling method and data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis and moderation regression analysis assisted by using E-views 10. The results of this research indicate that company size, sales growth, and profitability have a significant effect on debt policy, free cash flow does not have a significant effect on debt policy, profitability can moderate company size on debt policy, and profitability cannot moderate sales growth and free cash flow on debt policy.

Abstract

This study aims to empirically test what factors that have an influence on debt policy of non-cyclical consumer sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2021 period. The sample selection technique applied in this study was a purposive sampling technique. From purposive sampling method, 25 companies were obtained according to criteria that has been determined in this study. Data processing in this study was assisted with software from Eviews 10.0 and Microsoft Excel using multiple regression analysis with total sample for 4 years of 100 samples. The results of this study shows that profitability and managerial ownership have a negative and significant influence on debt policy. Meanwhile, institutional ownership and company growth do not significantly influence debt policy.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country that is rich in cultural diversity and has its own cultural characteristics in each tribe spread across various islands. Traditional clothing is one of the riches that Indonesia has which must be preserved by the nation's future generations. One of the main problems in the world of education is the lack of effective learning methods used by students. In improving the quality of education, innovation is needed in terms of student learning styles. Children not only sit quietly listening to lectures given by their teachers but they also actively interact with various materials, objects and other children around them. The development of dolls from time to time differs in terms of their physical form and function. Dolls in the current era have very broad functions seen from their physical form, ranging from accessories, furniture, toys, even learning media. The design of a doll design requires visual characters that have distinctive characteristics and personality, facial expressions to capture emotions, body language to convey a story or message.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find empirical evidence regarding the effect of leverage, liquidity, and institutional ownership on dividend policy with profitability as moderating variable. Purposive sampling method used in this research to find the total of 54 samples of consumer cyclical and non-cyclical companies registered in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019-2021. Data processing techniques used in this research are multiple regression analysis and moderatated regression analysis with the help of EViews 10 application. The results obtained through the data processing that leverage has positive and significant effect on dividend policy. While, liquidity, institutional ownership, and profitability have negative and insignificant effects on dividend policy. Profitability cannot moderate the effect of leverage and liquidity on dividend policy. On the other hand, profitability can moderate by strengthening the effect of institutional ownership on dividend policy. The implication of this study is the need to increase company’s leverage so that the company will give positive signal to the shareholders by paying higher amounts of dividends.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the effect of profitability, asset structure, free cash flow and leverage on financial distress in properties and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2019-2021 period. The sample used in this research is as many as 60 sample data selected by purposive sampling method which valid data was 20 companies. Data processing techniques in this study using multiple regression analysis and t test that helped by Eviews 12 program and Microsoft Excel 2010. The results of this study show that profitability and free cash flow have significant positive effect on financial distress, asset structure has insignificant negative effect on financial distress, and leverage has insignificant positive effect on financial distress. The implication of this study is the higher the profitability and free cash flow, will increase the chance of companies to avoid financial distress which will give investor a good signal.
