Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether empowerment can mediate the effects of servant leadership and perceived organization on employee loyalty. This study uses a quantitative approach that consists of two exogenous variables, such as servant leadership and perceived organization, one endogenous variable, namely employee loyalty, and one intervening variable, which is employee empowerment. The data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents, including as many as 143 members of the FPMPI Kopertais 4 association. The research instrument used a Likert scale of 1–5, while the data analysis used SEM diagram analysis, which was processed using Amos Structural Equation Modelling. The results of the study show that servant leadership, perceived organization, and empowerment have a significant effect on employee loyalty directly, while the indirect effect of servant leadership and perceived organization on employee loyalty through employee empowerment has a significant influence. These results indicate that empowerment is able to mediate exogenous and endogenous variables.

Abstract

Beverage cans are generally made of aluminum alloy and recyclable tin steel. Synthesis of aluminum formate metal organic framework (ALF-MOF) from waste cans, which has the potential to produce functional materials for gas storage, catalysis, and gas absorption applications. The solvothermal process involves the reaction between aluminum precursor solution from used beverage cans with organic ligands and solvents. This study aims to determine the effect of reaction time and temperature on the synthesis of ALF-MOF by solvothermal method. The research began by dissolving aluminum metal in beverage cans with NaOH and HCl to produce aluminum hydroxide. Then the synthesis of ALF-MOF was carried out following a one factor at a time (OFAT) experimental design with one variable. Aluminum hydroxide and formic acid were mixed with a mole ratio of 1:3. Next, ethanol-water solvent 1:1 was added as much as 30 mL. The mixture was reacted in an autoclave reactor with reaction time variations of 30, 60, 120, 360, 420 minutes and temperature variations of 80, 90, 100, 110, 120℃. Furthermore, the yield of ALF-MOF product was calculated and analyzed with FTIR instrument to determine the characteristics of its functional groups. The results showed that the optimal time was 360 minutes with a yield of 23.04%, while the best temperature was 100°C with a yield of 23.01%. FTIR analysis identified Al-O-Al groups at wave numbers 1089-1092 cm-¹, indicating the success of ALF-MOF synthesis.

Abstract

Stress is a common psychological problem experienced by pregnant women and can have negative impacts on maternal health as well as fetal development. Unmanaged stress may increase the risk of pregnancy complications, emotional disturbances, and even preterm birth. This study aimed to analyze the effect of psychoeducational videos and relaxation techniques on reducing stress levels among pregnant women at Pratama Larasati Clinic in 2025.Methods: This research employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group design. The sample consisted of first- to third-trimester pregnant women who met the inclusion criteria, selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument used a validated and reliable pregnancy stress scale questionnaire. The intervention group received psychoeducational videos about healthy pregnancy along with guided relaxation techniques delivered in several sessions, while the control group only received standard antenatal care. Data were analyzed using paired t- tests to examine within-group differences and independent t-tests to compare between groups. Results: The findings revealed a significant reduction in stress scores among pregnant women after receiving psychoeducational video and relaxation interventions (p= 0.03 < 0.05). In contrast, the control group showed no significant changes. Moreover, the difference in mean stress scores between the intervention and control groups was statistically significant, indicating the effectiveness of the intervention. Conclusion: The combination of psychoeducational videos and relaxation techniques was proven effective in reducing stress levels in pregnant women. This approach offers a simple, practical, and non-pharmacological alternative that can be integrated into antenatal care services. Its implementation should be considered by healthcare providers to improve maternal mental health during pregnancy

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the reconstruction of Islamic values in education management through a philosophical approach and a constructivist paradigm. Strengthening values such as trust, fairness, sincerity, deliberation, and itqan is becoming increasingly important because management practices in various Islamic educational institutions still show administrative tendencies that ignore spiritual, ethical, and humanistic dimensions. To answer these problems, this study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method with the PRISMA 2020 model, which selects scientific articles published in 2020–2025 from Google Scholar, Crossref, DOAJ, and Garuda. Of the 72 articles identified, eight met the inclusion criteria and were analyzed through thematic analysis techniques. The results of the study show that Islamic values have a fundamental position in building an educational management paradigm that is not only oriented towards efficiency, but also on the formation of organizational character and spirituality. The values of trust and fairness strengthen the integrity and fairness of decision-making, the values of sincerity and deliberation encourage participation and harmonization of working relationships, while the value of itqan emphasizes the importance of professionalism and quality culture in education governance. The integration of these five values philosophically forms an ontological, epistemological, and axiological framework for Islamic education management that is contextual and adaptive according to the constructivistic paradigm. This research contributes to providing a systematic conceptual mapping of the role of Islamic values in education management, as well as offering a philosophical framework that can be used as a basis for the sustainable development of policies, leadership, and governance of Islamic educational institutions.
