Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of corporateimage on WOM dan customer loyality. The population in this study were allcustomer of Bank BPD Bali at Denpasar city. Sampling method used is purposivesampling, in order to obtain as many as 130 respondents. Analysis technique usedis Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results showed that the corporate imagehave a significant positive effect on WOM, dan corporate image have positive dansignificant effect on the intention to customer loyalty dan WOM have significant effecton customer loyalty. With this study, expected to be useful for the party leadership S2FE program Unud in enhancing the corporate image of the Bank BPD Bali, positiveWOM Bank BPD Bali, dan customer loyalty.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact on many businesses, including the “Nasi Jinggo” micro business in Denpasar City, especially the Nasi Jinggo angkringan located on Jalan Gajah Mada, Denpasar. The amount of sales that can be achieved, the operating profit that can be earned, and the number of customers that can be served have decreased. Therefore, it is necessary to consider alternatives that can be employed to address existing issues. One approach to do this is to create a promotional model that integrates several relevant social media platforms. The purpose of this community service is to develop Nasi Jinggo's entrepreneurs' abilities to promote social media and create social media promotion media such WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook to communicate their products. This service includes training on the importance of social media promotion and also guidance or consultation on how to make social media promotions through WhatsApp. This project takes place on Jalan Gajah Mada, Denpasar City, which is a member of the micro business group or Angkringan Nasi Jinggo. After the activity was carried out, the Nasi Jinggo micro business owner who had agreed to use the business name "Nasi Jinggo Bu Kojek" was able to promote using social media in several available platform options such as Instagram, Facebook, Whatshapp. Sales performance may improve as a result of the development of this social media campaign, and the Nasi Jinggo angkringan "Bu Kojek" brand is strengthened. It is hoped that in the future this community service activity can be sustainable by offering other social media platforms

Abstract

The background of this research is the phenomena of increasing competition intensity in the industry of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) in Bali. These phenomana will decrease the performance achievement of BPR compared to other micro financial institutions like Lembaga Perkreditan Desa. It is expected to overcome the problem of performance achievement degradation by implementing partnership strategy. This research is aimed to analyze the relation between variables, so that this can be grouped as explanatory research. This research takes place in Bali Province with the populations target are Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR). The population of this research are 143 BPR in Bali Province by using non proportionate random sampling. There are 105 BPR in Bali province are choosen as the samples based on Kracjie and Morgan Table. The respondents are Head Director of each BPR, who understand about the industry competitive environment, partnership strategy, and performance. The statistic analysis used to analyze the hypothesis is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of analysis shows that tight industry competition will decrease the corporate performance; meanwhile this negative influence can be diminished if the partnership strategy is applied by the corporate.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pad.a wilayah Kata Denpasar. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Non Probability Sampling yaitu teknik penentuan sampel yang memberikan peluang yang sama bagi setiap unsur populasi untuk dipilih menjadi sampel. Pengumpulan data di/akukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert 5 pain untuk mengukur 12 indikator. Responden penelitian yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel adalah 120 orang. Pe ran sikap dalam memediasi pengaruh kepedulian lingkungan terhadap niat konsumen membeli dianalisis dengan analisis path. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepedulian lingkungan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik terhadap sikap konsumen maupun niat konsumen untuk membeli sayuran organik di Kata Denpasar. Penelitian ini juga berhasil membuktikan bahwa sikap secara signifikan memediasi pengaruh kepedulian lingkungan terhadap niat konsumen untuk membeli sayural} organik di Kata Denpasar.

Abstract

Service quality has significant influence on customer satisfaction, image and positive word of mouth. This has been demonstrated by the majority of research . However, only few research that focus on the service quality of the higher education institution which aiming at identifying student satisfaction. The purpose of this research is to discover the influence of service quality on student satisfaction, image and positive word of mouth of Bali State Polytechnic. The research is conducted by utilizing quantitative method. Data is gathered by administering the questionaires to 170 students of Bali State Polytechnic which are determined by purposive proportional sampling method. Data is analyzed by applying the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) computerized by AMOS Version 21 The result of this research reveals that service quality has positive and significant influence on student satisfaction, image of Bali State Polytechnic and positive word of mouth. The Bali State Polytechnic students satisfaction has positive and significant influence on Bali State Polytechnic image and positive word of mouth of Bali State Polytechnic. The image of Bali State Polytechnic has positive and significant influence on positive word of mouth Bali State Polytechnic. This research has the implication to the service provided by Bali State Polytechnic. The research finding contributes to maintain and improve Bali State Polytechnic image. Recommendations for Bali State Polytechnic are the necessity in improving the library collections, improving the cleanliness of the toilet, improving the staff competency in delivering the service, and improving the willingness of staff and lectures to provide excellence service to the student.

Abstract

In college, the willingness of students to start or run a business is still relatively low. This study aimed to analyze the role of entrepreneurial self-efficacy in mediating the effect of entrepreneurship education and financial support on entrepreneurial behavior. This research is a type of causality research. Data collection was continued by distributing questionnaires in Google Form to several WhatsApp groups. This study's population is active university students who already have online businesses in Bali. The sample size used is 210 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The analytical technique used is Path Analysis using SEM-PLS. The results showed that entrepreneurship education positively and significantly affected entrepreneurial behavior. Financial support also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial behavior. Furthermore, entrepreneurship education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy; financial support also has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial self-efficacy, and entrepreneurial self-efficacy affects entrepreneurial behavior. In addition, entrepreneurial self-efficacy can mediate the effect of entrepreneurship education and financial support on online business entrepreneurial behavior.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role attitudes to mediate the relationship between environmental awareness with the purchase intention eco-friendly cosmetics “The Body Shop” in Denpasar. Samples taken were 105 respondent, used purposive sampling techniques. This study used SEM analysis and the Sobel Test. The results showed that, the higher the environmental awareness tent to increase purchase intention of consumers to buy eco-friendly cosmetics brand “The Body Shop.” However, consumer attitudes did not affect the relationship between environ­mental awareness with the intention to buy eco-friendly cosmetic products. This suggested that eventhough without any positive consumer attitude. The higher en­viron­mental awareness could enhance the purchase intention towards eco-friendly cosmetic products “The Body Shop.”

Abstract

The phenomenon of the Islamic economy recently is a principal part of the global economy. The brands and services with halal/sharia concept in many products have become increasingly trending in the global economy, including in the tourism industry. Opportunities for the development of halal tourism are widely open as the rapidly growing Muslim population in the world. This study aims to analyse the potential of halal tourism from the educational aspect and the number of tourist visits to Bromo Tengger National Park. Primary data were collected through distributing questionnaires to Muslim tourists, in which the judgment sampling method was used for the selection of respondents. The number of respondents who filled out the questionnaire was 250 people. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using the exploratory multivariate method. Tourist education and the number of tourist visits to Bromo Tengger act as aspects that can influence tourist perceptions in providing an assessment of the potential of halal tourist destinations. The results showed that the tourists gave a pretty good perception for every aspect of measuring halal tourist destination. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the Bromo Tengger destination has the potential as a halal tourist destination.Keywords: halal tourism, potential, tourists.

Abstract

The concept of satisfaction is being practiced worldwide at very large scale and has drawn significant attention from academics and practitioners, because it played an important role in company marketing strategies and it was recognized as driving force of loyalty. Although the antecedent of satisfaction was widely learned, the antecedent of satisfaction is still debate by the researcher. The aim of this article is to develop more integrative constructs of satisfaction and its consequences and how the correlations among constructs that form the satisfaction. By understanding the factors that form the satisfaction and its consequences, is expected to be composed of a marketing strategy that can be implemented in an effort to increase the satisfaction and loyalty of tourist destinations. This article also gives direction for future study and managerial pointers for setting up a construct of satisfaction.

Abstract

Covid-19 has had a major impact on the tourism sector. It is difficult for foreign tourists to enter Bali due to strict government regulations in an effort to prevent the spread of Covid-19. Therefore, Bali is currently very dependent on the visit of domestic tourists. The SILA'S Agrotourism is one of the tourist destinations in Bali that has been around for a long time, and has a potential tourist attraction and is able to attract tourist visits, especially domestic tourists. However, currently it is not optimally able to attract tourist visits, because many new tourist attractions have begun to emerge. This study aims to explain the effect of service quality on satisfaction and intention to revisit at The SILA'S Agrotourism. The type of research used is associative research, with sampling using non-probability techniques with purposive sampling method, on respondents who are tourist visitors to The SILA'S Agrotourism. Quantitative data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study provide several conclusions that the overall hypothesis formulation has a significant effect, service quality has a positive and significant effect on satisfaction, service quality has a positive and significant effect on revisit intentions, and satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on revisit intentions.
