Abstract

Abstract: The implementation of ukhuwah in reality is currently experiencing a shift when discussed in a neighborly frame where in reality many people are neighbors but it turns out they still don't relate to each other so it is very interesting to study. The aim of this research is to provide clarity regarding the study of the importance of strengthening ukhuwwah within a neighborly frame from the perspective of the Qur'an. This article uses the maudhu'iy method or thematic method. This article uses a normative approach. The interpretation analysis technique used is: content analysis technique. In the data collection method, researchers used two types of data, namely; primary and secondary. The collected data is then processed using the comparative method with content analysis techniques. The results of the research shed more light on the importance of strengthening and maintaining ukhuwah within a neighborly framework so that people can live in peace and love.Keywords: ukhuwwah; neighboring frames; Al-Qur'an perspective Abstrak: Implementasi ukhuwah pada realitanya saat ini mengalami pergeseran ketika dibahas pada bingkai bertetangga dimana realitanya banyak orang yang bertetangga namun ternyata masih tidak saling mengenal satu dengan lainnya sehingga sangat menarik untuk dikaji. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan kejelasan terkait kajian pentingnya mempererat ukhwuwah dalam bingkai bertetangga dari perpektif Al- Qur’an. Artikel ini menggunakan metode maudhu’iy atau metode tematik. Artikel ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif. Teknik analisis tafsir yang digunakan yaitu: teknik analisis isi. Dalam metode pengumpulan data, peneliti menggunakan dua jenis data, yaitu; primer dan sekunder. Data yang terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan metode komparasi dengan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian memperjelas lebih mendalam terkait pentingnya mempererat dan memelihara ukhuwah dalam bingkai bertetangga sehingga masyarakat dapat hidup dengan penuh kedamaian dan cinta kasih.Kata Kunci: ukhuwwah; bingkai bertetangga; perspektif Al-Qur’an

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal nama-nama malaikat Allah pada peserta didik fase fondasi di TK Al Hikmah melalui metode media audiovisual. Penelitian ini merupakan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK). Subjek penelitian adalah 10 peserta didik kelompok B di TK Al Hikmah Tahun Ajaran 2024/2025. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan media audiovisual dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menghafal nama-nama malaikat Allah. Sebelum penerapan media audiovisual, hanya 3 siswa (30%) yang mampu menghafal dengan baik, dengan nilai rata-rata 64. Setelah penerapan pada siklus I, terjadi peningkatan menjadi 5 siswa (50%) dengan nilai rata-rata 72, dan pada siklus II, meningkat lagi menjadi 8 siswa (80%) dengan nilai rata-rata 82. Penerapan media audiovisual membuat pembelajaran lebih menarik dan meningkatkan antusiasme serta partisipasi aktif peserta didik dalam menghafal

Abstract

Dynastic politics has always reaped pros and cons, the pro side thinks dynastic politics is not contrary to democratic principles, but the contra side regards dynastic politics as a tool for maintaining power. This study aims to find out how Islamic law views dynastic politics, especially in Balleanging Village, Ujung Loe District, Bulukumba Regency. The research methods used are field qualitative, with juridical, historical, and syar'i approaches. The results showed that historically, the leadership relay in Balleanging Village had used dynastic politics, especially during the Gallarang-an period. Meanwhile, when using a democratic system, it was recorded that there had been a transition of leadership in one lineage, namely from Bundu Boto (1965 - 1993) which was replaced through the election process by Djohan Boto (1993 - 2007), and both were considered village heads who succeeded in building Balleanging Village. The Quran and the leadership practices of the Messenger of Allah do not specifically regulate the ideal system of government, only affirm the basic principles of leadership such as siddiq, tabligh, amanah, and fathanah, and the political history of Islam after the leadership of the Prophet and the khulafaurrasidins, recorded as having used dynastic politics, namely during the reigns of the Bani Ummayah and the Abbasids.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mekanisme pengawasan terhadap warga negara asing di wilayah kerja Kantor Imigrasi Kelas 1 Makassar, dengan mengangkat beberapa permasalahan, yaitu bagaimana urgensi pengawasan warga negara asing dan bagaimana dampak atas kedatangan warga negara asing serta pandangan Siyasah Syar’iyyah terhadap keberadaan warga negara asing. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan kualitatif dengan pendekatan yuridis empiris dan normatif syar’i. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan terhadap warga negara asing tetap penting dilakukan, apalagi data tahun 2018 sampai 2019 tercatat beberapa pelanggaran dilakukan oleh warga negara asing, seperti overstay, ilegal entry/ilegal stay, tidak memiliki izin tinggal, penyalahgunaan izin tinggal. Dampak positif kedatangan warga negara asing seperti menambah devisa negara dan meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat didaerah wisata, sedangkan dampak negatifnya adalah berkurangnya lapangan pekerjaan bagi masyarakat lokal dan terjadinya pelanggaran keimigrasian. Pada prinsipnya, al-Quran tidak secara spesifik membatasi interaksi antar manusia sekalipun berbeda kewarganegaraan, karena sudah sunnatullah manusia diciptakan berbangsa-bangsa dan bersuku-suku agar saling mengenal dan saling memberi manfaat, seperti yang termuat dalam QS. al-Hujurat ayat 13, tetapi hubungan yang terjalin sebisa mungkin tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif.Kata Kunci: Imigrasi; Warga Negara Asing; Pengawasan; Siyasah Syar’iyyah

Abstract

Indonesia is a multireligious country with a majority muslim population. This research aims to find out how Islamic law views religious freedom in Indonesia, especially in the reform era. The type of research used is a type of literature research with normative juridical approaches, syar'i, and phenomenology. The results showed that religious freedom in Indonesia as a country of law has been very much considered by the government, and is in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. While in terms of regulation, the foundation of religious freedom has been very supportive, even guaranteed by the constitution and there are sanctions available for those who violate the rights of others in religion. Some conflicts involving religious people and discriminatory treatment from the government are caused more by low levels of legal awareness.

Abstract

The existence of wild animals in Selayar Islands Regency reaps various polemics, ranging from disturbances of order, public comfort, destruction of agricultural land and destruction of public facilities. This study aims to determine how effective Regional Regulation Number 20 of 2009 concerning Livestock Rearing in Selayar Island Islamic Law Perspective. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, with normative juridical and syar'i approaches. The results showed that Regional Regulation Number 20 of 2009 has not been implemented optimally in carrying out supervision and control of wild livestock due to lack of public awareness and government indecision in implementing sanctions for livestock owners. Islam allows keeping livestock for the purpose of obtaining benefits, but it is also expressly stipulated that every farmer is obliged to keep and care for his pets to prevent damage (inconvenience) caused by pets.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the judge's code of ethics from the perspective of siyasah syar'iyyah. The problem of this research is the number of judges who violate the judge's code of ethics. This research uses a type of qualitative field research with a normative (Syar'i) approach and a juridical approach. Data collection methods were carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that judges are state judicial officials who are authorized by law to adjudicate. The emergence of a discourse on the professional code of ethics for judges arises because it departs from the reality of law enforcers (especially judges) who ignore moral values. Even though we already have a professional code of ethics for judges as a moral standard, it turns out that it has not had a positive impact, because in implementing the code of ethics for judges there are still many professional judges who violate this code of ethics, as has happened at the Makassar District Court.

Abstract

This is a reminder for all beings, from Allah, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, the One who sent down the Qur'an to His servants. With this holy book, which is well-clarified with an explicit verse Allah SWT set forth the principals to a religion for mankind, the faith that he ensured people held and to which path they should walk on. In so many clear or muhkam verses, the Qur'an itself is bayan (explanation) and hudan (guidance). Moreover, the Qur'an is a miracle and greatest piece of literature in human history, its verses are mutasyabih (ambiguous) and they have not been explored or analyzed in depth. This research is a literature review with qualitative method when the researcher refers to various papers to obtain further understanding and registering that muhkam verses are verses whose intentions and definitions are clean and not uncertain and mutasyabih are verses whose intentions and definitions are not certain and require further tracking to search their initial meaning.

Abstract

The Qur'an is the primary guidance for Muslims and holds a crucial role, especially among scholars. However, within the field of Islamic studies, there are views suggesting that certain verses in the Qur'an seem textually contradictory. This phenomenon has led to the study of nasikh-mansukh, a theory aimed at understanding verses perceived as conflicting by explaining the concept of abrogation or replacement of rulings in divine revelation. Nonetheless, the concept of nasikh-mansukh is not universally accepted by all scholars or Qur'anic experts. Most agree that the Qur'an is a perfect holy scripture without revisions. These differing views reflect the diversity of perspectives within the Islamic scholarly tradition. This study employs a qualitative method using library research. It analyzes the concept and types of naskh, evidence for its establishment, differing opinions about naskh, its scope, controversies among scholars, and the wisdom that can be drawn from studying this theory. The findings indicate that differences of opinion among scholars are often rooted in foundational issues, such as perspectives or interpretative methods applied. By understanding the theory of nasikh-mansukh, Muslims can gain deeper insight into how seemingly contradictory verses can be reconciled. Moreover, this study underscores the importance of knowledge in interpreting sacred texts, thereby strengthening faith in the Qur'an's perfection as the final revelation of Allah SWT.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the fawatihus suwar in the Qur'an as an important element in establishing divine communication. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on literature analysis, referring to tafsir books, linguistics texts, academic journals, and other scholarly sources. The main focus of the study is to explain the function of the surah openings in introducing themes, capturing attention, and reinforcing the overall message of the surah. The analysis results show that fawatihus suwar play a significant rhetorical role, including conveying symbolic meanings, strengthening the emotional connection with the audience, and introducing the Qur'anic narrative structure. This study contributes to the development of understanding the linguistic dynamics and communication functions within sacred texts, while also enriching the academic literature on Qur'anic studies.
