Abstract

Ikan Kakap Putih (Lates calcarifer) merupakan ikan karnivora yang dapat mengkonsumsi pakan alternatif seperti Tepung Cacing Tanah dan Tepung Maggot. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas Tepung Cacing Tanah dan Tepung Maggot terhadap laju pertumbuhan benih ikan kakap putih. Penelitian dilakukan di Laboratorium Perikanan, Fakultas Perikanan dan Ilmu Kelautan, Universitas Pancasakti Tegal, menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan empat perlakuan: (A) Tepung Cacing Tanah, (B) Tepung Maggot, (C) Campuran Tepung Cacing Tanah dan Tepung Maggot, (D) Kontrol, Setiap perlakuan dilakukan dengan tiga kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi laju pertumbuhan harian, pertumbuhan bobot individu mutlak, pertumbuhan panjang mutlak, tingkat kelangsungan hidup (SR), serta rasio konversi pakan (FCR). Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas, homogenitas, ANOVA dan dilanjutkan dengan uji Duncan. Hasil analisis tidak berbeda nyata secara deskriptif, hasil tertinggi perlakuan B dengan laju pertumbuhan harian 0,106 gram/hari, dan perlakuan terendah A sebesar 0,086 gram/hari. Pertumbuhan bobot individu mutlak terbaik juga ditemukan pada perlakuan B yaitu 3,00 gram, disusul C sebesar 2,73 gram. Pertumbuhan panjang mutlak menunjukkan hasil tertinggi pada perlakuan B sebesar 1,1 cm dan C dengan 0,96 cm. Tingkat kelangsungan hidup tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan B (93,3%), dan perlaukan terendah A (80%). Rasio konversi pakan tertinggi ditemukan pada perlakuan B (2,2). Secara kesimpulan, Tepung maggot dapat dijadikan pakan alternatif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan benih ikan kakap putih.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi serangan infeksi ektoparasit pada ikan mas (Cyprinus carpio) di Loka Perbenihan dan Budidaya Ikan Muntilan, Kabupaten Magelang, Jawa Tengah pada bulan Desember 2024 - Januari 2025. Sampel diambil secara acak (random sampling) dari beberapa lokasi berbeda. Pemeriksaan ektoparasit dilakukan pada bagian insang, sirip serta lendir secara scrapping. Identifikasi parasit dilakukan dengan cara pengamatan menggunakan mikroskop binocular dengan pembesaran 10×. Identifikasi parasit dilakukan dengan mencocokkan morfologi tubuh parasit dari gambar yang diperoleh dengan beberapa literatur acuan. Pengamatan data pendukung yaitu kualitas air yang seperti pH, DO, suhu,dan amonia. Data yang diperoleh dari sampel yang telah diperiksa, dilakukan perhitungan prevalensi dan intensitas menggunakan rumus. Hasil penelitian ditemukan 5 spesies ektoparasit yang teridentifikasi yaitu Trichodina sp, Trichodinella sp, Ichthyophthirius multifiliis, Dactylogyrus sp, dan Gyrodactylus sp. Tingkat prevalensi ektoparasit tertinggi pada kolam A yaitu Trichodina sp sebesar 68% dengan intensitas 14 individu dan prevalensi terendah pada kolam A yaitu Gyrodactylus sp sebesar 26% dengan intensitas 3 individu. Sedangkan tingkat prevalensi ektoparasit tertinggi di kolam B yaitu Trichodina sp sebesar 60% dengan intensitas 3 individu.

Abstract

Grounded in Vygotsky's sociocultural theory, Language Scaffolding Skills (LSS), which mediate learning within the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD), are essential for foreign-language acquisition. Although LSS has been extensively investigated in English as a Foreign Language (EFL), little is known about its distinctive features, applications, and effects in Arabic as a Foreign Language (AFL), particularly given Arabic's linguistic complexity and cultural demands. This systematic literature review (SLR) addresses this gap by mapping the historical foundations, contemporary characteristics, and emerging research needs of LSS in AFL. The PRISMA protocol ensured methodological rigor, and NVivo was used for qualitative data analysis. From an initial pool of 1,724 records, a final sample of 21 empirical studies (2015–2025) was identified from international databases. The findings indicate that LSS in AFL is most frequently manifested through Constructive Feedback (CF) and the promotion of Increased Student Autonomy (ISA), primarily within productive skills (writing and speaking). Receptive skills (reading and listening) remain significantly under-explored. This SLR proposes a contextualized typology of LSS in AFL and outlines a critical agenda for future research, emphasizing the need for AI-based scaffolding and the integration of 21st-century competencies.

Abstract

This study examines the conceptual integration of the “curriculum of love” into Arabic language learning through the lens of Ki Hajar Dewantara’s educational philosophy. In the Indonesian context, Arabic serves not only as a linguistic medium but also as a means of internalizing Islamic values and character education. Nevertheless, Arabic instruction has largely emphasized cognitive and technical aspects, often overlooking learners’ emotional and spiritual development. Employing a literature review method, this study analyzes national and international scholarly works published between 2010 and 2025 concerning affective pedagogy, character-based Arabic education, and Dewantara’s educational principles—ing ngarso sung tulodo, ing madyo mangun karso, and tut wuri handayani. The findings propose a conceptual model of Arabic learning that integrates linguistic competence with affective-spiritual growth, positioning teachers as empathetic facilitators. This model promotes reflective, contextual, and student-centered learning, offering a culturally grounded and humanistic contribution to Arabic language pedagogy.

Abstract

Bias Gender sebagai gejala sosial tidak hanya muncul dalam tindakan nyata, tetapi juga secara halus melalui bahasa, termasuk dalam implikatur percakapan yang dapat mencerminkan ideologi patriarki dan bias gender. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bagaimana bias gender direpresentasikan dalam implikatur konvensional dan percakapan pada novel Granada karya Radwa Ashour dengan menggunakan teori Grice sebagai pisau analisis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, mengkaji teks terjemahan Indonesia novel tersebut. Data diperoleh melalui teknik baca dan katat, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan analisis model Miles dan Huberman dengan kutipan kutipan teks, prinsip maksim Grice, dan teori gender. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya berbagai bentuk bias gender, seperti stereotip perempuan sebagai sosok domestik, pembenaran terhadap subordinasi dan ketaatan perempuan, tujuanikasi perempuan sebagai pemuas hasrat laki-laki, dominasi laki-laki dalam pengambilan keputusan, serta pembenaran kekerasan fisik terhadap perempuan. Implikatur tersebut kerap tersembunyi dalam ujaran sehari-hari yang tampak biasa, namun sarat makna ideologi patriarki. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada kajian pragmatik dan gender, serta penerapan praktis dalam meningkatkan kesadaran kritis pembaca terhadap seksisme terselubung dalam wacana sastra. Penelitian ini memiliki keterbatasan karena hanya mengkaji satu novel. Penelitian selanjutnya disarankan untuk menelaah karya sastra lain guna memperoleh gambaran yang lebih luas.Kata Kunci :Bias Gender; Implikatur Grice; Novel Granada; Wacana SastraApa yang Harus Dilakukan Saat Ini? Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى وصف محتوى كتاب اللغة العربية للمرحلة الابتدائية (الصف السادس) الصادر عن مكتبة الإمام الشافعي، من حيث الجوانب اللغوية، وطريقة التدريس، وأساليب التقويم، ومدى توافقه مع معايير تقويم كتب تعليم اللغة العربية للناطقين بغيرها. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في دراسته التقويمية، وذلك من خلال تحليل مكونات الكتاب وفق معيار عبد الرحمن بن إبراهيم الفوزان، الذي يُعَدّ من أهم المراجع في مجال تقويم كتب تعليم العربية. وقد تم تحليل البيانات ميدانيًا باستخدام أداة التقويم التي تتضمّن مؤشرات كمية ونوعية لتحديد مستوى جودة المحتوى التعليمي. أظهرت النتائج أن النسبة المئوية العامة لتقويم الكتاب بلغت (69%)، وهو ما يشير إلى أن جودة الكتاب تُعد "جيدة جدًّا" من حيث المحتوى اللغوي، والمهارات، وطريقة العرض، والتقويم. كما تبيّن أن الكتاب يتميّز بتنوّع الأنشطة وتدرّجها، واحتوائه على صور وأمثلة تُسهم في تسهيل فهم المفردات وبناء التراكيب. غير أنّ بعض الجوانب تحتاج إلى تطوير، مثل عرض القواعد النحوية بطريقة أكثر وضوحًا وربط المهارات اللغوية بالتقويم المرحلي. ومن ثمّ، يوصي البحثُ بضرورة مراجعة بعض وحدات الكتاب لتكون أكثر انسجامًا مع معايير الفوزان، وباعتماد هذا الكتاب نموذجًا يُحتذى في إعداد كتب تعليم العربية للناطقين بغيرها في المراحل الابتدائية.

Abstract

Vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) has a fast growth rate, good tolerance to a wide range of salinity and temperature, and resistance to several common shrimp diseases. Vaname shrimp has an efficient feed conversion making it more economical to cultivate, and its international market demand is high. The research method used four treatments of fermented soybean meal doses, namely 0% (control), 15%, 25%, and 35%, each with 3 replications. The feed was formulated using Pearson’s Square method targeting 35% protein, and the soybean meal was fermented using tempe yeast method. The observed parameters included daily growth rate (%), absolute weight gain (grams), survival rate (%), feed utilization efficiency (FUE), and feed conversion ratio (FCR). The results showed that the treatment with 25% fermented soybean meal dose gave the best results with a daily growth rate of 6.42%, absolute weight gain of 0.22 grams, survival rate of 90.66%, and the highest feed utilization efficiency of 0.66.

Abstract

The white shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is one of the popular marine shrimp species in aquaculture due to its adaptability to various environmental conditions, including a wide range of salinity, and its omnivorous feeding behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of different combinations of stocking density and salinity on the growth rate and post larval survival of vaname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei). The research was conducted using factorial planning based on two factors namely stocking density (3, 6, and 9ekor/L) and salinity (15 ppt and 25 ppt). Parameters measured included daily growth rate, absolute weight, survival rate, feed utilization efficiency, and feed conversion ratio (FCR). Water quality observations were also made during the study period including temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, salinity, and total ammonia. The results showed that the combination of stocking density of 3 fish/L with salinity of 25 ppt gave the best results with a daily growth rate of 0,00664 gram and a survival rate of 86%. This treatment also produced the best feed utilization efficiency of 0.87 and the best FCR value of 1.27, indicating the most efficient use of feed. Water quality parameters during the study were within the appropriate range to support the growth of vanamei shrimp.

Abstract

This study examines the development of an Outcome-Based Curriculum (OBC) in the Arabic Language Education Study Program (PBA) at IAIN Pontianak through an epistemological analysis grounded in Rusdi Ahmad Thuaimah’s thought. The research was motivated by the need to reconcile competency-based higher education reforms with the philosophical and pedagogical foundations of Arabic language education. Using a qualitative descriptive case-study design, data were collected from curriculum documents, interviews, observations, and institutional records, and analyzed through interactive qualitative analysis to identify structural, epistemological, and pedagogical patterns. The findings indicate that the PBA curriculum has evolved into an integrated OBC framework encompassing curriculum foundations, graduate profiles, CPL, and a tiered course structure aligned with national standards and Islamic sociocultural values. Epistemologically, it reflects Thuaimah’s view of Arabic as communicative, cultural, and cognitive practice, operationalized into measurable competencies, multidimensional graduate roles, and constructive alignment between learning design and authentic assessment—demonstrating compatibility between OBE principles and Arabic curriculum epistemology. The study concludes that meaningful curriculum reform in Arabic language education depends on the systemic integration of epistemology, curriculum design, and assessment practice rather than structural redesign alone. Practically, the integrative model requires strengthening communicative-experiential learning, performance-based assessment, lecturer pedagogical capacity, and institutional quality assurance. Future research should empirically test the model across institutions, track graduate outcomes longitudinally, and explore digital integration within OBE-oriented Arabic curricula to support adaptive curriculum development in Islamic higher education.
