Abstract

The study aims to (1) get the description of Guidance and Counseling Services in the covid 19 pandemic era during the Studying From Home implemented by schools in South Sulawesi; (2) to identify the types of activities related to guidance and counseling services in the Covid-19 Pandemic era; and (3) to identify types of counseling service in the covid-19 pandemic era during Study From Home implemented by schools in South Sulawesi. The research method is a survey heart distributed and filled in online by 224 Guidance and Counseling Teachers in South Sulawesi teaching at the levels of Junior High School, Senior High School, and Vocational High School. Based on the discussion, it is concluded that: (1) the Guidance and counseling service during the Covid-19 pandemic in South Sulawesi was carried out online and offline, and an online Guidance and counseling service plan was provided for the Covid- 19 pandemic; (2). The  Guidance and counseling service in Covid-19 pandemic era used applications including WhatsApp and Google meet, and it was generally carried out from school rather than from home. The most frequently used applications were Zoom meetings and Google Classroom. Innovation service like school LMS was also available for guidance and counseling service. Another media was the android-based Cybercounseling because it was more practical and saved the internet data, allowed teachers and students to make short videos in TikTok as Guidance and Counseling media, and offered Guidance and Counseling room application; (3) The counseling services were generally carried out by the Guidance and Counseling teachers by making a media that an operator can control, visiting students’ homes, and giving classical and individual guidance and counseling online and offline. The home visit was the most appropriate method because it allowed teachers to identify problems faced by students and consult their parents about the learning progress of their children during learning from home during the Covid 19 pandemic.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, guidance and counseling teachers in the field faced a difficult situation, forcing them to provide online services to students. This study aims to analyze the needs of guidance and counseling teachers for cyber counseling training. The research method used is a qualitative approach by applying empirical phenomenological research. Data were obtained through direct interviews offline and online (Whatsapp) with 9 (nine) research subjects. The data analysis technique used is Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA). The results of the study indicate that guidance and counseling (BK) teachers need cyber counseling training, analyzed in several aspects, including: (1) Barriers, which are indicated by (a) BK teachers have difficulty interpreting students' non-verbal language when providing online-based services; (b) constrained by the stability of the internet network; and (c) the minimum internet quota owned by students; (2) Insights and attitudes, which are indicated by: (a) BK teachers do not know anything at all and do not provide online-based services, (mainly by old BK teachers); (b) knowing but confused in starting and doing; (c) positive thinking, utilizing creativity, and daring to start even though they have not mastered the conceptual framework and praxis (mainly carried out by young BK teachers); (3) Needs, where the aspects needed by BK teachers for cyber counseling training include: (a) online-based individual counseling service construction; (b) how to make online assessments that are attractive to students; (c) how to provide effective and efficient services, starting from material preparation, media selection, approach selection, strategy, communication techniques, procedures, and service evaluation.

Abstract

Abstrak. MGBK Sidrap sebagai suatu organisasi profesi Bimbingan dan Konseling senantiasa berusaha meningkatkan kapasitas guru BK dalam pelayanan BK di sekolah melalui berbagai kegiatan workshop/pelatihan. Namun pada kenyataannya masih ada sebagian guru BK yang belum menguasai berbagai staregi dalam pelayanan BK di sekolah. Salah satu contohnya adalah Guru BK kesalahan prosedur dalam menerapkan teknik kontrak perilaku dalam menangani kedisplinan belajar siswa. Akibatnya teknik ini menjadi tidak efektif penerapannya.Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan mulai 25 Mei – 29 Juli 2022. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini berupa pelatihan (In-On-In) dan berbasis kelompok kepada guru BK yang tergabung dalam MGBK SMA/SMK Kab. Sidrap berjumlah 27 orang. Kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan pemberian informasi mengenai konsep dasar teknik kontrak perilaku, Analisis ABC dan praktik teknik kontrak perilaku. Berdasarkan hasil pretest menunjukkan hasil 40,74% (11 orang) memiliki kemampuan memahami konsep Kontrak Perilaku dan setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 85,19% (23 orang). Kemampuan guru BK dalam melakukan analisis ABC sebelum pelatihan menunjukkan hasil 48,15% (13 orang) dan setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 88,89% (24 orang). Sebelum pelatihan sekitar 51,85% Guru BK belum terampil dalam praktik teknik kontrak perilaku namun setelah pelatihan meningkat menjadi 92,59% (25 orang). Kata Kunci: Teknik Kontrak Perilaku, Layanan BK, Guru BK

Abstract

Abstrak. Faktanya saat ini banyak guru BK di Sulawesi selatan terkhusus guru BK yang tergabung pada MGBK SMA/SMK Kab. Sidrap belum memahami proses dan sistematika problem solving dalam membantu siswa menyelesaikan masalah yang dialaminya. Guru BK selama ini hanya sekedar mengetahui masalah yang diperoleh dari berbagai narasumber tanpa melakukan proses identifikasi yang lebih detail dan melakukan diagnosis yang mendalam, penanganan masalah yang dialami oleh konseli selama ini hanya berfokus pada masalah yang tampak secara permukaan dari yang dialami siswa tanpa mengobservasi secara mendalam masalah yang sebenarya dialami oleh konseli/siswa. Masalah utama yang dialami oleh guru BK saat ini adalah guru BK kurang terampil dalam strategi penanganan masalah siswa terutama dalam proses identifikasi kasus, masalah dan proses diagnosisPelaksanaan pelatihan Bimbingan dan Konseling pada MGBK SMA/SMK Kab. Sidrap terlaksana sesuai dengan rencana. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan berjalan selama satu hari yaitu pada tanggal 25 Mei 2022. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui luring di SMKN 1 Sidrap dimana peserta yang mengikuti kegiatan ini merupakan guru BK di kabupaten Sidrap yang tergabung pada MGBK SMA/SMK dengan jumlah peserta 27 orang. Pelatihan keterampilan problem solving menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru BK menyelesaikan permasalahan siswa di sekolah sebagai bentuk altenatif solusi mencapai tujuan BK di sekolah. Dari lembar kerja yang dibagikan melalui google form kepada peserta tergambarkan bahwa hampir secara keseluruhan guru BK  35% memiliki kemampuan memahami konsep problem solving dan setelah pelatihan menjadi 75% kemudian 45% menjadi 90% guru BK memahami cara melaksanakan tahapan problem solving mulai dari identikasi kasus, masalah, diagnosis, prognosis, treatmen dan tindak lanjut serta 85% guru sudah mampu memahami berbagai strategi pelaksanaan problem solving atau pemecahan masalah yang dapat diaplikasikan dalam pelaksanaan layanan Bimbingan dan konselingKata Kunci: Problem Solving, Layanan BK, MGBK Sidrap

Abstract

Transferable skills are abilities and knowledge that can be used in various jobs and career paths and is related to the career development of students in the era of disruption. School counsellors need to understand student profiles related to these basic skill sets in order to be able to design career development programs that are relevant to today's career dynamics. This study aims to construct a transferable skill scale that can be used as a guidance and counselling assessment tool for student career development. The construction of this scale goes through the stages of 1) aspect construction based on literature studies, 2) item creation, and 3) pilot test. The construct validity test used Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA). The results of the CFA show that several dimensions of transferable skills require modification of the model until a fit model is obtained.. Thus the scale has a suitable model for measuring transferable skills, which consist of aspects of 1) Communication Skills (7 items), 2) Management Skills (9 Items), 3) Numerical Skills (5 Items), Creativity Skills (6 Items), Social Skills (6 Items), Critical Thinking Skills (5 Items), and Business Skills (6 Items).

Abstract

Pelatihan dukungan Kesehatan mental dan psikososial memiliki peranan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. Kesehatan mental dan psikososial penting adanya. Jika Kesehatan mental seorang guru terganggu, siswa akan merasa tidak aman dan nyaman dalam proses pembelajaran yang nantinya akan menghasilkan jiwa seorang pemimpin yang kurang baik. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode pelatihan (In-On-In) dan berbasis kelompok kepada Guru Paud dan SD kelas awal di Kabupaten Bone dan Bantaeng. Kegiatan pelatihan Dukungan Kesehatan Mental dan Psikososial Guru PAUD dan SD Kelas Awal di Kabupaten Bone dan Bantaeng menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam mengupayakan Kesehatan mental dan psikososial guru PAUD dan SD kelas awal. Hal ini tergambarkan sebelum dan setelah pelakanaan kegiatan dilakukan. Dari lembar kerja yang dibagikan melalui google form kepada peserta tergambarkan bahwa hamper secara keseluruhan guru PAUD dan SD kelas awal 45% memiliki kemampuan memahami Kesehatan mental dan psikososial dan setelah pelatihan menjadi 90% kemudian 55% menjadi 90% guru PAUD dan SD kelas awal memahami cara mengupayakan Kesehatan mental dan psikososial baik serta 90% guru sudah mampu meningkatkan dan mengembangkan Kesehatan mental dan psikososial yang baik untuk dirinya dan lingkungannya.

Abstract

The need for digital-based teaching materials is crucial for students in today's new normal era, including in the religious approach guidance and counseling course. This condition is very prominent and is supported by the teaching lecturer evaluation (TLE) results, which show the low availability of teaching materials (library) for students. For this reason, this service is carried out to accommodate the needs of these students instead of being a form of actualization and responsibility of the author in carrying out the tri dharma of higher education. The service method used is participatory action research, with activity steps including; 1) Student Needs Analysis; 2) Preparation of Teaching Materials; 3) Making Guidance and Counseling E-Modules with a Religious Approach; 4) Dissemination of Guidance and Counseling E-Modules on a Religious Approach. The impact of dedication shows that: 1) Students need an introductory learning video and evaluative exercises on each material topic in the digital module; 2) The development of the E-Module received important input from the teaching team, guidance and counseling experts, and learning media experts as well as students during socialization; 3) Students respond positively to the presence of the Religious Approach Guidance and Counseling E-Module and are interested in programming and participating in these courses in the coming semester. Finally, this dedication has positive implications for the availability of digital-based teaching materials that can be used by guidance and counseling study program students.

Abstract

Academic emotion is a psychological condition experienced by students before, during, and after carrying out academically demanding activities. The academic emotions experienced by PPG students are divided into positive and negative. This study aims to determine the academic emotions of Pre-service PPG students in terms of gender, origin from PT, and regional origin and find out the dynamics of academic emotions seen from the causes and effects of the emotions that occur. This research uses descriptive quantitative using the Achievement Emotions Questionnaire (AEQ) instrument developed by Pekrun, which is modified into 62-item statements that measure groups of academic emotions (positive-activation, negative-activation, and negative-deactivation) and observation. The instrument was validated using confirmatory factor analysis and reliability tests on JASP. The research sample was Pre-service PPG Students in the Guidance and Counseling study field, totaling 36 people. Data analysis used descriptive analysis and ANOVA. The study results show that students' academic emotions are high. PPG students have types of positive emotions and negative emotions. In the gender aspect, female students show negative emotions more quickly than men and positive ones. However, in the aspect of regional origin and PT, there is no significant difference. The positive and negative emotions experienced by students are caused by many internal and external factors that affect academic success in undergoing Pre-service PPG

Abstract

Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman Guru BK dalam melaksanakan layanan BK di sekolah sebagai bentuk profesional dengan mempelajari dan mempraktikan layanan dasar, responsive, perencanaan individual dan dukungan sistem. Metode yang digunakan adalah: ceramah, praktek, tanya jawab, dan pendampingan langsung pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling. Materi yang diberikan adalah Konsep Bimbingan dan Konseling MTs, Program Bimbingan dan Konseling MTs, Implementasi Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling MTs, Layanan peminatan dan perencanaan Individual, Penilaian Bimbingan dan Konseling MTs, Pelaporan Kegiatan Bimbingan dan Konseling MTs dan Penelitian Bimbingan dan Konseling. Hasil Pengabdian yaitu (1) hasil pelatihan 96% peserta menyatakan pelatihan ini memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dalam  peningkatan pemahamana dan kemampuan pelayanan bimbingan dan konseling guru BK di MTs. (2) Setelah dilakukan pelatihan terdapat peningkatan kemampuan guru BK di MTs dalam pelaksanaan layanan BK di sekolah. Terdapat 60 orang atau 91% peserta sudah sangat mampu memahami konsep BK dan mampu melaksanakan layanan BK berupa implementasi Teknik-teknik konseling yang sesuai dengan permasalahan yang dialami siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan ini memberikan pengaruh yang sangat besar dalam membuat meningkatkan kemampuan guru BK dalam pelaksanaan layanan BK di sekolah

Abstract

Pengembangan perangkat Rencana Pelaksanaan layanan (RPL) dasar diyakini sebagai panduan dalam melaksanaakan rencana layanan BK.  Rencana pelaksanaan layanan BK merupakan uraian detail dari program yang menggambarkan struktur isi program, baik kegiatan di sekolah maupun luar sekolah, dan untuk memfasilitasi siswa mencapai tugas perkembangan atau kompetensi. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh peserta sebanyak 27 orang. Pelatihan pengembangan perangkat RPL berbasis HOTS bagi guru MGBK di Kabupaten Majene. Kegiatan pelatihan diawali dengan pemberian informasi mengenai konsep pengembangan perangkat RPL, membuat Tujuan berdasarkan SKKPD dan kata kata operasional yang menunjukkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi, selanjutnya Menyusun langkah-langkah kegiatan yang dilakukan berdasarkan topik dan Teknik/metode yang dikembangkan. Pelatihan pengembangan perangkat RPL berbasis HOTS dalam meningkatkan kemampuan guru BK Menyusun program BK dan menjadi dasar melaksanakan berbagai layanan BK di sekolah. Hal ini tergambarkan dari hasil analisis angket dan lembar kerja yang dibagikan peserta melalui google form, dimana secara keseluruhan. Keberhasilan ini terlihat dari sebelum dan sesudah pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan. Dari lembar evaluasi yang dibagikan secara online menunjukkan 74% peserta telah sangat memahami materi pelatihan yang diberikan dan 26% peserta cukup memahami materi yang diberikan
