Abstract

This study examines the relationship between students' self-concept and career maturity in terms of gender factors in which aspects of one's role, behaviour, expression and identity and the influence of self-concept components on career choice maturity are linked. This study uses quantitative research with a correlational type. The population of this study was class XII students with a sample of 100 students (50 female students and 50 male students) using Cluster Random Sampling as a sample. Data collection techniques used the self-concept scale from Rogers' theory and career choice maturity from Donald E. Super's career theory. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, product moment correlation analysis, and analysis of linear regression equations. The results showed that the self-concept of female and male students knew their self-concept, including perceptions of physical appearance and behaviour, behaviour based on goals, inspiration and values to be achieved, assessment of achievement according to the ideal self, ability to behave according to the environment, ability to master, respect for oneself, likewise, with the career choice maturity of female students and male students who are in the high category. Based on the correlation test results on variable X (Self-Concept) and Y (Career Choice Maturity) variables of female and male students, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between self-concept and career choice maturity of females 0.68% higher than male students. The self-concept component influences the maturity of career choices for both female and male students. The findings in this study are the effect of the self-concept component on the career choice maturity of female students 2.3% higher than male students, where female students are influenced by self-image and self-identity. In contrast, male students are influenced by their ideal self and self-esteem.

Abstract

The study aims to get the description of creative thinking skills, self-perception, and motives of personal actualization of students at the PPB FIP program and to examine the influence of self-perception and self-actualization motives (either independent or mutual ) on the student's creative thinking skills. This is a quantitative study with an ex post facto design. We involved 143 students selected using a randomized proportional method. Data were collected using a scale and were analyzed descriptively and inferentially using regression analysis. The findings are: (1) the student's creative thinking skills are generally rather low, while their personal perceptions are less positive, and students' self-actualization motivations are rather low. (2) self-perception positively influences students' creative thinking skills, (3) self-actualization positively influences students' creative thinking skills, and (4) self-perception and self-actualization (simultaneously) influence the creative thinking skills of PPB FIP students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peningkatan disiplin belajar siswa setelah dberikan konseling individual dengan teknik shaping. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan subjek penelitian terdiri dari 2 orang subjek. Penelitian ini menggunakan single subject research dengan desain penelitian A-B-A. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa teknik shaping efektif untuk meningkatkan disiplin belajar siswa

Abstract

This research is an android-based Circle guidance and counseling service development research at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar that aims to produce an android-based guidance and counseling service application for students who are victims of bullying as well as guidance and counseling teachers at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar. This type of research is called R&D (research and development). This research was conducted through seven main stages: (1) initial research and information gathering (research and information collecting), (2) planning (planning), (3) preparation of the initial model format (developing a preliminary form of product), (4) conducting initial field trials (preliminary field testing), (5) conducting main product revisions, (6) conducting field trials of main models (main field testing), and (7) revising the operational model (operational product revision). The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires, observation, and interviews. Application product testing was then validated by 1 material expert and 1 media expert. This study used 3 guidance and counseling teachers as subjects and 6 students at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar. The method used to analyze the data is a quantitative descriptive analysis technique with a predetermined distribution of scores and scale categories. Based on the results of the research, shows that the developed android-based application is valid and practical to use for the provision of guidance and counseling services by guidance and counseling teachers to students who are victims of bullying at SMK Negeri 10 Makassar

Abstract

Penelitian ini  bertujuan mengetahui: (1) Gambaran kebutuhan e-komik anti bullying dalam pemberian layanan informasi bagi siswa (2) Prototype e-komik anti bullying sebagai media informasi bullying bagi siswa (3) Tingkat validasi e-komik anti bullying dalam memberikan layanan informasi bullying pada siswa (4) Tingkat kepraktisan e-komik anti bullying dalam memberikan layanan informasi bullying pada siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang di modifikasi oleh peneliti dari 10 menjadi 7 tahapan pengembangan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas V UPT SDN 14 Batang sebanyak 20 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket analisis kebutuhan. Hasil penelitian diperoleh (1) Siswa membutuhkan layanan informasi e-komik anti bullying mengenai strategi pencegahan perilaku bullying, akan tetapi belum tersedia media dilingkungan sekolah. (2) Prototype media e-komik anti bullying terdiri atas 7 tampilan utama yaitu tampilan sampul komik, hak cipta, panduan penggunaan e-komik, isi cerita, pesan moral dan nilai karakteristik, lampiran berupa tips untuk menghindari bullying, dan tampilan video (3) Tingkat validitas media informasi e-komik anti bullying sebagai media informasi bagi siswa sudah valid untuk digunakan oleh siswa sesuai dengan hasil dari penilaian dua orang ahli, yaitu: ahli materi, dan ahli media, Akan tetapi masih perlu dilakukan perbaikan produk untuk menghasilkan produk yang lebih berkualitas untuk nantinya bisa diimplementasikan secara luas dilapangan (4) Tingkat kepraktisan media informasi e-komik anti bullying sebagai media informasi bagi siswa sudah praktis untuk digunakan oleh siswa sesuai dengan hasil dari penilaian wali kelas

Abstract

Selama ini layanan yang diberikan kurang memadukan dengan media yang memudahkan siswa mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki. Tujuan Penelitian ini yakni mengetahui kebutuhan terhadap pengembangan aplikasi perencanaan dan pemilihan karier dan prototype pengembangan aplikasi berbasis android berdasarkan teori karir Holland yang bernama SI KANCIL. Metode penelitian menggunakan penelitian Research and development (R&D) dengan 8 tahapan pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kebutuhan terhadap pengembangan aplikasi sangat dibutuhkan dan pengembangan aplikasi SI KANCIL terkembangkan melalui uji kelompok kecil, uji validasi, dan kepraktisan sehingga aplikasi SI KANCIL dapat diterima dan layak digunakan sebagai media yang dapat membantu mengungkap tipe minat karier yang dimiliki siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Planned Happenstance Skill Profile of students of the Faculty of Education, the State University of Makassar based on study program, gender, region, and ethnic origin. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research type. The research subjects were 355 students spread across the Guidance and Counseling, PAUD, PGSD, PLS, Educational Technology, and Special Education study programs. The research instrument used instruments prepared by KIM etc using JASP showed that the reliability test by looking at the McDonald's value of 0.905 and Cronbach's alpha with a value of 0.907 and the validity of the analysis using a confirmatory factor analysis test, the validity test of the CMIN / DF value showed a value of 3246.919/231 with a significance of 0.01, or < 2.0 see the value of CFI: 0.955, TLI: 0.947, GFI: 0.919 and data analysis using ANOVA. The study results show that the Planned Happiness Skill of the Faculty of Education's students is in the very high category. The gender aspect indicates that there is no difference in student career planning seen from the gender variable, this is evidenced by p> 0.05. However, this is different from the aspect which shows a p-value <0.01, and a mean square of 17.114. So, based on these data it can be interpreted that there are significant differences in the aspects of student curiosity in career planning by chance seen from their gender. In September, age shows that there are no planned differences in student careers seen from various ages, this is evidenced by p> 0.05. Furthermore, on the aspect of regional origin, it shows that there is no difference in students' planned happenstance career seen from the regional origin variable as well as in the ethnic aspect, there is no difference in students' planned happenstance career. Furthermore, the results of the descriptive analysis seen from the study program aspect show that the Planned Happenstance Career Inventory of education faculty students is in the high category

Abstract

Penelitian ini didasarkan pada stress yang dialami oleh mahasiswa sebagai akibat dari belajar yang tidak lepas dari beban psikologis yang dirasakan karena faktor belajar. Tujuan penelitian ini, yakni menjelaskan langkah-langkah konseling pengungkapan diri melalui puisi pelipur lara dan untuk menjabarkan hasil penurunan stress belajar mahasiswa melalui teknik konseling puisi pelipur lara. Metode penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, quasi experimental dengan desain nonequlvalent pretest-postest group design. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat penurunan stress belajar mahasiswa, dilihat tingkat stress belajar pada saat pretes berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata 99.40 dan pada saat posttest tingkat belajar berada pada kategori sedang dengan nilai rata-rata 71.00. Taraf signifikansi yang digunakan dalam uji Wilcoxon signed rank test sebesar 5% atau 0,05, dengan nilai signifikan (P) = Asymp Sig< ɑ = 0,05 diperoleh nilaiZ yaitu -2.810b dengan nilai Asymp Sig 0,005. Hal ini bermakna bahwa konseling pengungkapan diri melalui puisi pelipur larasecara singnifikan dapat mengurangi stress belajar mahasisiswa.

Abstract

Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam mengenal karakteristik siswa sebagai korban, pelaku, dan saksi bullying melalui sebuah kegiatan pelatihan. Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan melalui aplikasi zoom meeting pada bulan April 2023 dengan tema Edukasi 5B (berbagi, bertemu, bermakna dan block bullying). Pelatihan ini dilaksanakan agar dapat meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam mengenali dan menangani kasus bullying di sekolah. Penelitian ini terdiri atas 4 tahap, yaitu tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, kegiatan, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada umumnya guru memerlukan pengetahuan untuk mengenal karakteristik siswa baik sebagai korban, pelaku dan saksi bullying sebagai upaya mencegah terjadinya bullying di sekolah. Pelatihan yang dilaksanakan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas guru dalam mengenal karakteristik siswa sebagai korban, pelaku dan saksi bullying agar dapat lebih berperan dalam proses pencegahan dan penanganan perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah.

Abstract

This research aims to develop career card media based on career information services and produce valid, practical, effective, and responsive media. The existence of the media is expected to help the career guidance process at school. The method used is the research and development method of the Borg and Gall model with steps: 1) potential problems, 2) data collection, 3) product design, 4) design validation, 5) design revision, 6) product trial, and 7) final product. The subjects in this study were seventh-grade students of SMP Negeri 51 Makassar. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire given to material experts, media experts, practitioners, and respondents (students) to see the feasibility of the developed media. The data analysis technique used is qualitative data analysis and quantitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that 1) an overview of the needs of career card game media to improve students' understanding of career planning. 2) description of the prototype of career cards game media in increasing students' understanding of career planning. 3) description of the validity and practicality of career cards media in increasing the understanding of student career planning career cards media developed by researchers have been valid and practical to use in providing counseling guidance services specifically on career guidance at the junior high school level at SMP Negeri 51 Makassar
