Abstract

In this study using a sample of 63 employees, the type of data and data sources used in this study using primary and secondary data. The instrument test to test the appropriateness of the statement is the validity test and reliability test. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression analysis. . The results showed that the first hypothesis is known that the t-count of the work conflict variable is 1.183 with a sig value of 0.241. If tcount <ttable value (1.183 <1.670) with a significance of 0.241 greater than 0.05, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. Thus it can be concluded that partially work conflict has no positive and insignificant effect on stress levels. The second hypothesis is that the t-count value of the workload variable is 2.759 with a sig value of 0.008. If the value of tcount> ttable value (2.759> 1.670) with a significance of 0.008 greater than 0.05 then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that partially workload has a positive and significant effect on stress levels. The third hypothesis, it is known that the tcount value of the work environment variable is 4,946 with a sig value of 0,000. If the value of tcount> ttable value (4,946> 1,670) with a significance of 0,000 is greater than 0.05, then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that partially the work environment has a positive and significant effect on stress levels. The fourth hypothesis, it is known that the t-count value of the work motivation variable is 2.759 with a sig value of 0.008. If the value of tcount> ttable value (2.759> 1.670) with a significance of 0.008 greater than 0.05 then H1 is rejected and H0 is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that partially work motivation has a positive and significant effect on stress levels. The fifth hypothesis is known that the value of Fcount> Ftable value (15.413> 2.53) at significance (0.000 <0.05). In other words, work conflict, workload and work environment variables simultaneously have a positive and very significant effect on stress levels.

Abstract

E-commerce Shopee is one of the E-commerce in Indonesia which has a positive trend as the leader of the Indonesian marketplace. This study aims to determine how much influence discounts, free shipping, trust and consumer assessment ratings have on purchasing decisions for cosmetic products on Shopee application users by taking the research subject of the Labuhanbatu Regency community. The research method used is quantitative research and the data collection method used in this study is by distributing questionnaires in which there are questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sample in this study amounted to 150 respondents who used the shopee application with a distribution period of 3 months. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and data analysis techniques smartPLS 4.0 software model. The findings that respondents who buy or shop at E-commerce Shopee are respondents who have high motivation due to the age and education of respondents who are good enough to have experience shopping online at E-commerce Shopee. The results of hypothesis testing show that the variables of discounts, free shipping, trust and consumer assessment ratings are able to directly influence consumer decisions to shop at E-commerce Shopee.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work stress and career development on the performance of the employees of the Office of Population Control and Family Planning (DP2Kb) Labuhanbatu Regency. This study used a questionnaire with a measurement scale using a Likert scale which was analyzed using validity, reliability, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 20. The population in this study was 38 people and the sample in this study was the entire population of 38 people taken using Saturated Sample method. The results of this study indicate that work stress and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of the office employees Population Control and Family Planning (DP2KB) Labuhanbatu. With the value of Fcount> Ftable, namely 10.566> 3.27 and a significant value of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the relationship between the effects of mutations, punishments, and job descriptions on employee performance at PT. Milano Batang Seponggol in South Labuhanbatu Regency. In this study, four variables were used, namely the Mutation (X1), Punishment (X2) and Job Description (X3) variables as the independent variable and the employee's Job Performance (Y) as the dependent variable. The sample in this study amounted to 75 respondents. To obtain data in statistical form using SPSS software version 16. The results of data processing show that the results of the coefficient Y = 14,602 + 0,264 X1 + 0,263 X2 + 0,161 X3 show Mutation (b1 = 0,264), Punishment (b2 = 0,263) and Job Description (b3 = 0.161) the correlation coefficient value was 67.6% and the determinant correlation was 43.3%. Testing the overall hypothesis F test (Simultaneous Test) by showing the value of Fcount is 19.866 with a significance level of 0.000. Therefore, the calculation with a significance level of 0.000

Abstract

Pada aras empirik bahwa fenomena yang terjadi di Batam antara kawasan bonded dan hinterland mencerminkan proses industrialisasi dan modernisasi tidak berjalan yang linier. Di sebagian besar masyarakat bahkan kurang menikmati hasil percepatan modernisasi dan industrialisasi; sekalipun harus pula diakui bahwa sebagian masyarakat sangat diuntungkan dan mampu memanfaatkan peluang-peluang yang terbuka dari proses industrialisasi dan modernisasi.Hasil temuan dalam penelitian ini memberikan konfigurasi dan pemetaan karakter sosiologis, sosial, budaya yang ada dan berkembang di kawasan hinterland Batam.  Baik dengan pendekatan observasi yang disertai dengan wawancara mendalam dengan para elit masyarakat lokal maupun pendekatan survei dengan menanyakan langsung kepada masyarakat melalui kuesioner, diperoleh beberapa temuan yang dapat diacu sebagai kesimpulan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini di Lakukan di Dinas Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh karyawan yang ada di Dinas Koperasi Kabupaten Labuhanbatu yang berjumlah 33 Karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data penyebaran angket, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwasanya adanya pengaruh ekonomi Nasional terhadap wawasan lingkungan,adanya pengaruh Demokrasi Ekonomi terhadap wawan lingkungan, dan Prinsif Kebersamaan Efesiensi berkeadilan terhadap wawasan lingkungan. Abstract

The implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the future tends to use strategy and competitive advantage as benchmarks in a management approach that aims to touch long-term success. The purpose of this study is to analyze the main factors influencing the company's superiority which is closely related to Total Quality Management (TQM) as well as a novelty in this study to provide an accurate picture of Total Quality Management (TQM) as an internal investment in facing business competition in North Sumatra. This type of research is a descriptive quantitative research using secondary and primary (questionnaire with google form). The population of this study refers to the Maximum Likelihood Estimation (MLE). The number of samples in the survey ranges from 100-200 pieces. So the author's sample set of 100 models, where the sample being researched is a leader/manager/supervisor who works in various manufacturing companies, plantations, banking services, and others. The right sampling technique in this study uses purposive sampling with the criteria of the leader/manager/supervisor of the company who can represent the research representative. The data analysis technique used in this study is Smart PLS v 4.0 to predict the relationship between one construct and another. The results of the study indicate that the indicators used in this study are sufficient to support the results of the research, the research respondents targeted are companies through the description or profile of the targeted sample respondents, most of them are respondents with supervisory positions, branch heads, and plantation clerks so that they understand well the implementation of Total Quality Management (TQM), the overall hypothesis testing results are well received because it has a t-statistic greater than 1.96 and has a p-value less than 0.05 and the test results have the highest influence value, namely Total Quality Management (TQM) has a significant effect on Business Strategy with a t-statistic value of 32,048 > 1.96

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product variation, digital promotion, word of mouth, and store atmosphere on purchase decisions and their impact on customer satisfaction at Garda Elektronik Store in Rantauprapat. The research employed a quantitative approach with a sample size of 96 respondents. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with the help of SmartPLS software. The results indicate that product variation (X1), digital promotion (X2), and word of mouth (X3) do not have a significant effect on purchase decisions. In contrast, store atmosphere (X4) has a significant effect on purchase decisions. Furthermore, purchase decisions significantly influence customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of store atmosphere in shaping both purchase decisions and customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh persepsi produk dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan keunggulan bersaing sebagai variabel intervening pada pengguna sepeda motor Honda Scoopy di Panai Hulu. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 100 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling berbasis Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi produk dan persepsi harga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selain itu, keunggulan bersaing terbukti memediasi hubungan antara persepsi produk dan persepsi harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan persepsi konsumen terhadap kualitas produk dan harga yang kompetitif akan memperkuat keunggulan bersaing dan mendorong keputusan pembelian. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi bagi produsen untuk terus meningkatkan kualitas produk dan strategi harga guna mempertahankan posisi kompetitif di pasar.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pilihan konsumen di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi oleh harga, suasana toko, servicescape, dan variasi produk. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pelanggan Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat. Karena populasi dalam penelitian ini tidak diketahui, maka penulis menggunakan rumus untuk mengambil sampel penelitian (Hair et al., 2019). Oleh karena itu, 120 responden merupakan ukuran sampel yang akan diteliti. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM), yang berbasis pada Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) dan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat, harga secara signifikan dan positif memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen. Keputusan pembelian di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh suasana toko. Keputusan pembelian di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi secara signifikan dan positif oleh Servicescape. Keputusan pembelian di Toko Alda Grosir Rantauprapat dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan oleh variasi produk.
