Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning at homeschooling Kak Seto Solo. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Phenomenology seeks to understand the meaning of events and their relation to people in certain situations. The phenomenological approach used in this study aims to understand the phenomenon of planning, implementing and evaluating the development of students' interests and talents at Kak Seto's Homeschooling Solo. The conclusions of this research are at the planning stage holding a working meeting (raker) together with leaders and tutors, compiling learning competency standards, compiling basic competencies, making syllabus, making a correct Learning Implementation Plan for tutors, making semester programs, making annual program designs and compose learning references. The implementation of learning at Kak Seto's homeschool is divided into two classes, namely community classes and distance learning classes. Community classes consist of 1-10 students with 1 tutor, while distance classes are independent face-to-face classes between students and teachers, either online or offline. Evaluation of learning uses written tests, oral and practical tests recorded in report cards and graphs. Keywords: Learning management; homeschooling; community classes, distance learning classes Abstrak: penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran di homeschooling Kak Seto Solo. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. fenomenologi berusaha memahami arti peristiwa dan kaitan-kaitannya terhadap orang-orang yang berada dalam situasi tertentu pendekatan fenomenologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan Evaluasi pengembangan minat dan bakat anak didik di Homeschooling Kak Seto Solo.  Simpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu pada tahap perencanaan mengadakan rapat kerja (raker) bersama dengan pimpinan dan tutor, menyusun standar kompetensi pembelajaran, menyusun kompetensi dasar, membuat silabus, membuat Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran yang benar untuk tutor, membuat program semester, membuat rancangan program tahunan dan menyusun acuan pembelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran di homeschooling Kak Seto terbagi menjadi dua kelas yaitu kelas komunitas dan kelas distance learning. Kelas komunitas terdiri dari 1-10 siswa dengan 1 tutor sedangkan distance class atau kelas jarak jauh merupakan kelas tatap muka mandiri antara siswa dan guru, bisa dengan online maupun offline Evaluasi pembelajaran menggunakan tes tertulis, tes lisan dan praktik yang dibukukan dalam raport dan grafik. Kata kunci: Manajemen pembelajaran; homeschooling; Kelas Komunitas, Kelas distance learning

Abstract

Children with special needs have the right to a proper education. The aims of this study were: 1) Knowing the characteristics and abilities of children with special needs in MI Tholabiyah Salary, 2) Knowing the development of children with special needs at MI Tholabiyah Salary, 3) Knowing the positive and negative impacts of children with special needs in MI Tholabiyah Salary. This research uses qualitative research with descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation and interviews. The results of this study are children with special needs have abilities below the average compared to others, but they still experience significant development. The presence of children with special needs has a positive and negative impact on their peers in the educational environment.

Abstract

Daily problems are often expressed in the form of math story problems. However, mathematics is often seen as scary because it is difficult to learn, causing errors in doing math story problems. The aims of this study is analyses the types of problem-solving errors in solving math story problems and analyses the factors that cause problem solving errors in solving math story problems. This research is a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were elementary school students in grade 5 with the object of research being student errors in answering math story questions. Data collection techniques using question answer sheets and interviews. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman interactive data analysis techniques. The results showed that reading errors were 39%, comprehension errors were 81%, transformation errors were 88%, process skill errors as much as 90%, and writing errors in the final answer (encoding errors) as much as 90%. Cognitive factors that cause problem solving errors in math story problems are: memory weakness; the weakness of understanding; and weak analysis. The non-cognitive factors that cause problem-solving errors in math story problems are how students learn and how to teach teachers. Based on the results of the study, teachers need to improve students' abilities to reduce process skill errors and writing errors in the final answer.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to determine how Jean Piaget's theory of development and its effects on elementary school students' development. A qualitative descriptive method with a literature study approach was used as the research methodology. Books, journals, articles, and other scientific works that are pertinent to the topic under study serve as the sources of information for the literature study. The findings demonstrated that elementary school-aged children's cognitive development varies depending on their age. According to Piaget's cognitive theory, children's cognitive development in the elementary school years is in the concrete operational phase (ages 7 to 11), which is a stage in which kids can think logically, rationally, scientifically, and objectively about something concrete or real. As a result, the teacher must present learning material that is empirical (real), not abstract or fictitious, during teaching and learning activities. The learning process must be grounded in reality, for instance, by providing concrete examples of the material being studied (modeling) and engaging in hands-on practice (experiments).

Abstract

Abstract Teaching and learning activities at the elementary school level are not the same or different from teaching and learning activities at other levels of education, because teaching and learning activities at the elementary school level pay attention to various aspects, including physical, cognitive and psychosocial. This results in the process of teaching and learning activities being less suited to these characters, thus teaching and learning activities that are not appropriate will result in the quality of teaching and learning activities being developed less than optimal, therefore it is necessary to study the best possible character of elementary school development. With the three aspects of development, both physical, cognitive and psychosocial, there will be a need that forms the basis for elementary school teachers in developing quality teaching and learning activities. Keywords: Stages, Character, Teaching and Learning ActivitiesAbstrakKegiatan belajar mengajar ditingkat sekolah dasar tidak sama atau berbeda dengan kegiatan belajar mengajar pada jenjang pendidikan lainya, karena kegiatan belajar mengajar tingkat sekolah dasar memperhatikan berbagai aspek antara lain fisi, kognitif dan psikososial. Hal ini berakibat proses kegiatan belajar mengajar menjadi kurang pas dengan karakter tersebut, dengan demikian kegiatan belajar mengajar yang tidak sesuai tersebut maka kualitas kegiatan belajar mengajar yang dikembang akan kurang maksimal, oleh karena itu perlu dikaji yang sebiak-baiknya karakter perkembangan sekolah dasar. Dengan ketiga aspek pengembangan itu baik fisi, kognitif dan psikososial maka akan tercipta kebutuhan yang menjadi dasar bagi guru sekolah dasar dalam pengembangan kegiatan belajar mengajar yang berkualitas.

Abstract

Technological advances are increasingly complex and evolving. This has various implications on human life, including mentality and behavior. Gadgets are one of the technical innovations that have an impact on the human mind. Gadgets are electronic devices used for modern communication. In Indonesia, most children spend their time playing with electronic devices. Of course this has an impact on children's development, especially in terms of social interaction. The term "social interaction" refers to the relationships that occur among individuals who engage in social communication and activity. The purpose of this research is to examine how far the social interaction ability of elementary school students can be influenced by technology. The research strategy of qualitative descriptive research methods was applied in this study, and a review of various relevant reading materials according to the topic being investigated. According to research results, gadgets have an impact on the mind set and behavior of adults, as well as the behavior of children. Gadgets have a significant impact on the development of elementary school children and the development of their social interactions. Children's dependence on this technology due to prolonged use of devices, devices that are played for a relatively long duration and repeated every day, children will tend towards antisocial personality.

Abstract

One aspect that must be known by an elementary school teacher before carrying out the learning process is the emotional development of students, so that they can make lesson plans that are in accordance with their emotional conditions. Therefore, information is needed that discusses the emotional development of students in elementary schools. Writing of this article aims toward discuss of emotional development phase in elementary school students. Research method with a literature study of 15 journals related to the characteristics of the emotional development of elementary school students, which is then used as a reference to determine the characteristics of the emotional development of elementary school students. There are four aspects that can affect the emotional development of elementary school students, namely: student conditions, learning aspects, learning conditions as well as guidance and supervision in learning and the family environment.

Abstract

Probelm Based Learning merupakan salah satu model pembelajaran inovatif yang perannya dapat memberikan dampak lingkungan belajar yang aktif terhadap peserta didik. Pembelajaran yang didesain secara aktif akan menyuguhkan suatu pengalaman belajar sacara nyata untuk peserta didik tentunya konteks pembelajaran ini masih berkaitan langsung dengan permasalahan yang muncul pada lingkungan sekitarnya. Pada dasarnya PKn merupakan pelajaran yang cara penerapannya menekankan pada pengembangan dari nilai-nilai luhur serta moral yang mengacu pada nilai budaya bangsanya, PKn juga berupaya dalam menyatukan pribadi individu ke dalam suatu bingkai yang seutuhnya. Implementasi Problem Based Learning pada pembelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan guna menanamkan karakter peserta didik sekolah dasar harapannya kelak para peserta didik ini nantinya bisa mengedepankan nilai-nilai yang telah di pelajarinya semasa duduk di bangku sekolah tentang nilai karakter nasionalisme dimana bisa meminimalisir terjadinya konflik berdarah seperti konflik pertikaian antar suku yang pernah terjadi di pulau Kalimantan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru dalam menyikapi perkembangan seksual siswa sekolah dasar. Ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru sekolah dasar negeri di Surakarta. Data berupa pernyataan guru dikumpulkan dengan wawancara. Selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan tahapan reduksi data, tampilan data, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukka bahwa : 1) Pada siswa kelas bawah guru mengajarkan tentang menjaga kebersihan dan kesehatan tubuh serta organ reproduksi dan memberi pemahaman tentang bagian-bagian tubuh yang boleh dan tidak boleh disentuk oleh orang lain. 2) Pada siswa kelas atas disela-sela materi tentang pertumbuhan dan perkembangan guru memberi pemahaman tentang aturan bersosialisasi dan batasan-batasan yang reditati dalam berinteraksi dengan lawan jenis. Orang tua dan guru dapat berkolaborasi dalam pendidikan ini misalnya dengan kegiatan parenting dan sharing. Kata kunci: peran guru, perkembangan seksual, siswa sekolah dasar

Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the need of android-based game learning media as an elementary thematic learning medium. This is qualitative research with an R D (Research and Development) approach. The the ADDIE model was also used at the analysis stage. The samples of the study were 3 teachers and 37 students of 6th grade in Wonogiri elementary school. The sample was chosen using purposive sampling method. The data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and semi structured interviews. The data then analyzed using percentage system and then narrated descriptively. The results of this study show that there is a need for android-based game-based learning development as an elementary thematic learning medium, especially 6th grade students. Some development also needs to be done to be customizable to particular criteria and specifications. The development of game-based learning media with various applications and multimedia will be able to produce learning innovations, which ultimately realize a quality learning process in the classroom, so that learning goals can be achieved.
