Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan perangkat pembelajaran fisika dengan model Inquiry Training berbantuan media PhET yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep fisika di kalangan peserta didik. Dalam prosesnya, penelitian ini menghasilkan perangkat berupa silabus, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran (RPP), lembar kerja peserta didik (LKPD), serta instrumen tes pemahaman konsep. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan model pengembangan 4D, yang terdiri dari tahapan define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Validasi dilakukan melalui penilaian oleh para ahli dan praktisi, yang menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran ini sangat valid, dengan persentase kevalidan 89,5% untuk silabus, 89,3% untuk RPP, 87,4% untuk LKPD, dan 89,1% untuk instrumen tes. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran berbasis Inquiry Training yang didukung oleh simulasi PhET tidak hanya layak untuk digunakan, tetapi juga memiliki potensi yang kuat untuk memperkuat pemahaman konsep fisika peserta didik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik pada materi fluida dinamis di SMA Negeri 1 Kediri. Penelitian ini meruapakan penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain Nonequivalen Control Group. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XI di SMAN 1 Kediri tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling ditentukan sampel dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 1 dengan jumlah 28 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XI MIPA 2 dengan jumlah 28 peserta didik sebagai kelas kontrol. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa soal uraian. Sebelum instrumen tes diberikan terlebih dulu dilakukan uji coba instrumen yaitu uji validitas, reliabilitas, taraf kesukaran, dan daya pembeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor rata-rata kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing adalah 85,18 dan peserta didik yang diajarkan dengan model pembelajaran konvensional adalah 79,49 Hasil pengujian hipotesis yang menggunakan uji-t, yaitu t-test polled varians dengan taraf signifikan 5% atau 0,05 dan di peroleh nilai t_hitung sebesar 2,31 dan  t_tabel 2,01. Jika  lebih besar dari t_tabel , maka maka H_0 ditolak dan H_a diterima, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran model pembelajaran inkuiri terbimbing berpengaruh terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis  peserta didik.

Abstract

The governments programs which are principally related to developing of micro enterprise instance societies enterprise credit financing, PEN financing, and marketing aspect. However many people don’t apply the loan since they are afraid and unconfident not to be able to return it. There for it implies to the progress of their bussines. This study aims to determine the factors that influence the inhibition of the development of micro-entreprises in Lenek. This research was quantitative research and the subjects are business actors in Lenek. The results of this study based on primary data testing obtained from questionnaires and data analysis using multiple linier regression, it was showed that (1) the factors of limited capital, low quality of human resources, low market access and low partnership had a positive effect on the inhibition of micro-entreprise development in Lenek. (2) the factors of limited capital, low quality of human resources, low market access and low partnership have a positive effect with a percentage (89,5%) on the inhibition of micro-entreprise development in Lenek. (3) The factor of limited capital and low quality of human resources has the most significant influence on the inhibition of micro-entreprise development in Lenek.

Abstract

An important factor in encouraging employees to function their thoughts and feelings at work is the satisfaction factor at work or what is called by job satisfaction. However, job satisfaction is often ignored in its urgency in encouraging employees to provide their best performance for the organization. This study was conducted to determine the level of job satisfaction of employees of the East Lombok Regency DPRD secretariat using five dimensions, namely the job itself, compensation, superiors/leaders, coworkers and promotions. The method was used descriptive quantitative. The population amounted to 63 employees with the census technique in sampling the research. The results of this study indicate that the level of job satisfaction in the job dimension itself was in the satisfied category with a scale range of 255, the compensation dimension was in the moderately satisfied category with a scale range of 215, the leadership dimension was in the satisfied category with a scale range of 266, the coworker dimension was in the satisfied category with a scale range of 267, and the promotion dimension was in the 212 scale range with a moderately satisfied category.

Abstract

The application of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in the Education Profession course aims to develop the competence of prospective high school physics teacher students. This study uses a case study design with 28 class IIA students in the even semester of 2024 in the Physics Education Study Program, FKIP, University of Mataram as subjects. Data were obtained through a learning outcome test in the form of 10 descriptive questions which were analyzed to see individual and classical completeness. Individual completeness is achieved if the student's score is above 75.0 and classical completeness is achieved if 85% of students get a score above 75.0. The results of the study showed an average score of 85.2 with 100% of students meeting the individual and classical completeness criteria. These findings indicate that PjBL is effective in improving the competence of prospective physics teacher students through scientific article review activities. In other words, student competencies have been successfully developed through the application of the PjBL model. The scientific article review project has developed critical and analytical thinking skills needed by students to support 21st century learning. The implementation of PjBL in this course is not only relevant to the vision of the Physics Education Study Program to produce professional graduates, but also supports the achievement of national education goals. This study recommends the implementation of PjBL in other courses and the development of further research related to its effectiveness in improving the innovative skills of prospective teacher students.

Abstract

Physics learning, especially on heat, often faces various obstacles, such as low student literacy and limited interactive learning media. Mobile pocketbooks come as one of the solutions to overcome these problems. This application-based digital learning media is designed to provide easy access to students ' learning materials through mobile devices. The mobile pocketbook is an application-based digital learning media designed to facilitate students' flexible access to learning materials through mobile devices. Using the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in the mobile pocketbook supports Active Learning, where students solve real problems to improve concept understanding and science literacy. This research aims to develop and test the validity and practicality of the product in the form of a mobile pocketbook as a medium to support physics learning, especially on heat material. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate). However, due to time and cost constraints, this research did not reach the dissemination stage. Product validity was evaluated through assessments from experts and practitioners. The results of the expert assessment showed a validity level of 92.50%, while the practitioner gave a validity value of 96.25%, which indicated that the product was very valid. In addition, the product practicality test was evaluated through a questionnaire given to students and teachers. The questionnaire’s results show that this media is very practical, with a practicality value from the students' response of 90.76% and the teacher reaching 96.47%. Thus, the mobile pocketbook was designed using a problem-based learning model to improve students' physics science literacy. The results showed that this media is valid and practical for enhancing students' understanding of physics material, especially the concept of heat, as evidenced by the average practicality value of 93.61%. Therefore, this mobile pocketbook is expected to be one of the learning media innovations that can improve the quality of physics learning in schools.

Abstract

Salah satu masalah serius yang terjadi dalam dunia pendidikan di Indonesia adalah meningkatnya kasus perundungan atau bullying. Data pada tahun 2023 menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 87 kasus perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah. Angka-angka ini merupakan jumlah kasus perundungan yang terlapor dan berhasil didata oleh KPAI. Diyakini, jauh lebih banyak lagi kasus real yang terjadi di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, perlu penjadi perhatian khusus bagi pemerintah dan pihak-pihak terkait untuk menekan angka kasus perundungan yang terjadi di sekolah. Salah satu program pemerintan terkait dengan pencegahan kasus perundungan di lingkungan sekolah yang melibatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam pengimpelementasiannya yaitu program Roots. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk melakukan sosialisasi program Roots bagi siswa di SMPN 1 Terara Lombok Tengah, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Kegiatan ini dilakukan pada hari rabu, 31 Januari 2024 dan diikuti oleh 32 siswa yang merupakan pengurus osis di SMPN 1 Terara. Kegiatan sosialisasi secara umum dilakukan dalam 4 (empat) tahapan yaitu; (1) pemilihan siswa sebagai agen perubahan, (2) penyampaian materi, (3) pelatihan membuat materi kampanye, dan (4) membentuk struktur organisasi. Seluruh kegiatan berjalan dengan baik. Sebanyak 100% peserta menyatakan bahwa mereka siap melakukan pencegakan perundungan di sekolah.

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan informasi kepada peserta tentang berbagai inovasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam dunia pendidikan. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan secara daring (on-line) melalui Zoom Cloud Meeting pada tanggal 30 September 2023 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 89 orang. Peserta kegiatan didominasi oleh mahasiswa calon guru. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan penyampaian materi dan dilanjutkan dengan tanya-jawab. Hasil kegiatan: Materi yang diberikan yakni tentang jenis keterampilan yang dibutuhkan siswa pada abad 21, kompetensi yang dimiliki guru profesional, pengembangan keprofesian berkelanjutan, 5 trend pendidikan 2023 (Artificial Intelligence, Pembelajaran Hybrid, pendidikan vokasi, Virtual Reality & Augmented Reality, Soft Skill dan STEM), inovasi berupa program MBKM, inovasi berupa Kurikulum Merdeka, inovasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5), dan inovasi bahan ajar sains bermuatan kearifan lokal yang dikemas secara digital. Pada sesi tanya-jawab, peserta diberikan kesempatan bertanya kepada pemateri terkait inovasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam dunia pendidikan. Kegiatan ini telah memberikan tambahan ilmu pengetahuan bagi peserta tentang berbagai inovasi untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dalam dunia pendidikan.

Abstract

This article presents a literature review on misconceptions of static fluid material in high school students, which is an important issue in physics learning. These misconceptions often stem from improper understanding of basic concepts, which can hinder students' academic achievement. Research shows that students often misunderstand key concepts such as hydrostatic pressure, Pascal's law and Archimedes' law, which negatively impacts their understanding of more complex physical phenomena. Through an in-depth analysis of 348 Google Scholar indexed publications from 2015 to 2024 with help from search tools such as Publish or Perish and Dimensions AI. This article identifies the causes of misconceptions and offers a constructivist approach as a solution to improve student understanding. By integrating findings from various studies, this review aims to provide a more comprehensive insight into the phenomenon of misconceptions and the strategies that can be applied to overcome them, so as to improve the effectiveness of physics learning at the high school level. Abstract

One of the physics materials that students often experience misconceptions is vibration and wave material. Students who often experience misconceptions in vibration and wave material have several factors including abstract material concepts, from everyday experiences, difficulties in connecting the concepts of vibration and wave material, and learning method models. This study aims to identify forms of misconceptions that commonly occur in grade VIII students related to the concept of vibration and waves. Through a literature review, it was found that misconceptions that often arise include misunderstandings about the relationship between period and frequency, wave properties, and the differences between transverse and longitudinal waves. Using interactive and varied learning media can also increase student learning motivation and reduce misconceptions. The three-tier diagnostic test is an effective instrument for revealing student misconceptions in depth. The results of this literature review are expected to be the basis for the development of more effective diagnostic instruments and learning strategies to overcome misconceptions in vibration and wave metrics.
