Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether teacher competence is able to mediate madrasa heads and infrastructure on the quality of education. This study uses a quantitative approach, which consists of two exogenous variables of madrasa heads and infrastructure, one endogenous variable of education quality, and an intervention variable, namely teacher competency. The data obtained is primary data obtained directly from the respondents by dividing the questionnaires among the respondents. The research instrument used a Likert scale of 1-5, while data analysis used SEM diagram analysis which was processed using Amos Structural Equation Modeling. The results of the study show that teacher competence is able to mediate madrasa heads and infrastructure on the quality of education through teacher competence. These results indicate that teacher competence is able to mediate exogenous and endogenous variables.

Abstract

The industrial society 5.0 revolution in Islamic Religious Education Learning can create the synergy that accelerates humans to adapt to changes that occur, by utilizing technological advances in learning. The Islamic Religious Education Model in learning is an effort made to answer increasingly complex and complex educational challenges in the era of the industrial revolution society 5.0 which requires the world of education to better prepare students to face the real world. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature review method which aims to offer a model of Islamic Religious Education in the era of industrial society revolution 5.0. This learning model can help prepare students to face the real world, by directing students to the expectations they will achieve, the challenges they will face, and the abilities they need to master. So that the campus world can become a living laboratory for students in facing real life. Islamic religious education with this new model can be delivered flexibly (flexible learning) so that it will be more adaptive to changing times.

Abstract

This paper aims to analyze the principal's good strategy in improving the religious character of teachers and education personnel at SDN 2 Mimbaan Situbondo. This paper uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The data collection technique was carried out with participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. Data analysts follow the Huberman model. The findings of this article are: 1) Forms of exemplary principles in improving the religious character of teachers, namely; honest, disciplined, fond of worship, trust, and responsibility; 2) Implementation of exemplary principles in improving the Islamic character of educators with stages of value transformation, value transactions and value transinternalization. This research implies that the principal has a positive effect on all school members with the exemplary model that is exemplified.

Abstract

This research aims to explore teacher productivity which is influenced by work discipline variables and the compensation received by teachers. The question asked in this research is how work discipline and compensation influence teacher productivity partially or simultaneously. Second, which variable has the dominant influence on teacher productivity? The method used in this research is qualitative research with a causality approach or cause and effect resulting between the variables being measured. The data collection technique used a questionnaire obtained from 39 teacher respondents at the Ma'Arif Nahdlatul Ulama Talang Prigen Foundation, Pasuruan. The data obtained was subjected to classical assumption tests, as well as hypothesis tests, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results obtained are that work discipline and compensation have a dominant influence on teacher work productivity, but compensation has a more dominant influence as reflected in the compensation indicator which has a fairness value, making teacher motivation increase and also adequate compensation will increase the attractiveness of talents. new people who want to serve in the institution.

Abstract

Profit sharing was well known by mudharabah in Islamic worldview or cooperation done by two person and more were agreed on various sides. It's done between creditor and bussinessman or expertman. The main modal on this concept not only money and wealth but also honesty and social feels are more important. Helping each other and enjoying success and being responsible for the difficulties with working together to find solutions is part of the goal of the concept of mudaraba offered by Islam. With the concept of Muslims, especially business people can run their business with financial support from borrowers without having to be burdened with interest that binds and becomes a burden at the time of profit and loss, so that the economic wheel can be implemented in accordance with Islamic teachings and away from interest.

Abstract

The establishment of the company aims to get maximum benefit. Competition for maximum profit can be achieved if the company has good performance. Capital facilities and infrastructure, technology and applicable regulations require human resources Performance is closely related to human resources in the company. Human performance is greatly influenced by the work environment and motivation of an employee in carrying out their work. The influence of the work environment and one's motivation at work can be investigated through a quantitative approach that aims to find out how the influence of the work environment and work motivation on performance and find out which has the dominant influence of the two variables. In the research conducted at PT. Karya Mandiri, it addressed the results that one's work motivation has a more dominant influence on employee performance. It can be from a work motivation value of 0.523 while the influence of the work environment on performance is only 0.128. This primary data is obtained by distributing questionnaires to all employees and then the data is processed using software.

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to clarify the effect of the number of daily cases reported to have contracted the Covid-19 virus, the exchange rate of the rupiah against the US dollar and inflation on the movement of the Indonesian Sharia stock index (ISSI) during the Pandemic Covid 19 in the short term and long term. Data analysis methods that used is analysis Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) using Eviews software 10. The data collected is daily time series data starting from March 2, 2020 to May 31, 2021 so that the number of samples collected obtained as many as 283 samples . The results of the study stated that the addition of the daily number of reported cases of contracting the Covid-19 virus has a negative impact on The Indonesian Sharia Stock Market Index (ISSI) during the Covid-19 pandemic, so that encourage the weakening of the Stock Index both in the long and long term short. Likewise, the weakening of the rupiah against the US dollar will caused the fall of the sharia index during the Covid 19 pandemic, both in the long term and long and short term. However, the study found no effect inflation on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) during the Covid19 pandemic, good long term and short term

Abstract

This research was conducted to investigate the effect of financial performance as represented by Loan Deposit Ratio (LDR), Non-Performing Loans (NPL), and Net Interest Margin (NIM), as well as Inflation on profitability at National Private Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research adopts a quantitative approach with empirical analysis using panel data from 2017 to 2021. The sampling method uses purposive sampling, with 23 banks selected as samples. Data analysis was performed using the panel data regression method through Eviews software. The panel data estimation showed a significant influence between the Loan Funding Ratio (LFR) and Inflation variables on the Return on Assets (ROA) of national private commercial banks in Indonesia in 2017-2021. These findings provide a solid empirical basis for providing better financial policy recommendations to these banks in the future.
