Abstract

This community service program was conducted in the framework of strengthening the professional competencies of high school teachers in the application of Deep Learning strategies. The target audience were teachers of SMA and SMA Plus at Yayasan Al-Ashriyyah Nurul Iman Islamic Boarding School – Parung, Bogor. The problems found included the lack of understanding and implementation skills related to deep learning-based learning strategies and assessment instruments. Through workshops, mentoring, and collaborative coaching methods, the teachers were guided to design and apply deep learning-based assessments. The results indicated an improvement in teachers' understanding and ability to implement deep learning assessments, as reflected in positive feedback in the satisfaction survey, the increased post-test scores and formation of professional traits based on teachers’ self-assessment. This program contributes significantly to pedagogical strengthening and the quality of learning in the Merdeka Belajar curriculum context.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan akses permodalan bagi pelaku UMKM sehingga diharapkan para pelaku UMKM yang menjadi mitra adalah UKM Batik Bakaran Misih dan UKM Batik Bakaran Yuliati Warno. Tujuan pengabdian pada UKM Batik Bakaran Juwana adalah memberikan suatu pemahaman bagi pengrajin batik mengenai informasi terkait pengajuan kredit untuk akses permodalan usahanya. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini dengan narasumber mitra perwakilan dari Bank Jateng KCP Juwana, membahas terkait hal penting yang perlu dilaksanakan pelaku UMKM sebelum mendapatkan akses permodalan, yaitu: melakukan perhitungan modal yang dibutuhkan, memahami macam akses modal, fitur produk Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR), pendampingan dalam proses pengajuan kredit ke Lembaga Perbankan. Sehingga dengan kecukupan modal yang dimiliki mitra dapat mengembangkan bisnis, menghadapi tantangan keuangan dan krisis, serta dapat meraih peluang pertumbuhan kegiatan bisnis. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian ini di antaranya diskusi dengan mitra masalah yang dihadapi, Penyampaian materi mengenai akses permodalan dari Bank Jateng KCP Juwana, yang terakhir diskusi dan tanya jawab terkait materi yang belum dipahami oleh mitra. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini mitra dapat meningkatkan kapasitas produksi dengan tambahan modal, UMKM dapat memperluas kapasitas produksi, meningkatkan kualitas produk, serta memenuhi permintaan pasar yang lebih besar, Meningkatkan daya saing akses kredit bank yang relatif lebih murah dibandingkan dengan sumber pembiayaan informal (misalnya rentenir) membuat UMKM lebih efisien dalam mengelola keuangannya. Mendukung keberlanjutan usaha dengan adanya dukungan pembiayaan formal dari bank, UMKM lebih berkesempatan tumbuh berkelanjutan, tidak hanya bertahan tetapi juga berkembang menjadi usaha yang lebih besar.

Abstract

This study explores the validity of the Moral Competency Inventory (MCI) as a moral intelligence measurement instrument applied across cultural contexts. Based on a literature review of several studies, this study highlights the strengths, variations, and gaps in the validity of the MCI. The findings indicate that in general, the MCI has good validity in terms of internal structure and content, with four main dimensions of integrity, responsibility, compassion, and forgiveness being relatively stable across cultures. However, the adaptation of the MCI in different cultural contexts results in variations in the response process and the influence of demographic factors, such as age, gender, and cultural background. In addition, several studies show inconsistencies in the convergent and discriminant validity of the MCI, especially in relation to local instruments measuring morality. These gaps indicate the need for further research on the social impact of the use of the MCI across cultures. This study recommends cultural and linguistic adjustments in the future development of the MCI to improve the validity of this instrument as a universal moral intelligence measurement tool.

Abstract

The audit of Biological Assets is a systematic examination to assess whether the biological assets reported by the company have been presented reasonably free from material misstatement in accordance with Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (SAK). This apprenticeship report describes and discusses the process of conducting an audit of Biological Assets at PT AAL. The audit process starts with planning the audit, conducting the audit and reporting the audit. PT AAL is a company in the field of breeding and cattle fattening. The audit process was carried under the guidance of the Public Accounting Firm (KAP) Kanaka Puradiredja, Suhartono in accordance with the audit guidelines compiled by the KAP. Based on the audit process, that PT AAL has presented biological assets fairly in accordance with PSAK 69.

Abstract

The amount of employee expenditure burden in the State Budget (APBN) increases from year to year, the increase needs to be observed whether it is due to the rapid growth in the number of Civil Servants (PNS) or other causes such as recent government policies in terms of improving PNS income and welfare by adjusting PNS salary rates. This study aims to determine whether the increase in employee expenditure is more due to the increase in the number of PNS or PNS salary rates. The purpose of this study is to explain whether there is a significant influence between employee composition and salary rates on employee expenditure. This study is a quantitative study with statistical analysis. The data collection method used is through document and literature review methods, based on the source, the document is included in the secondary data category. The data testing method uses a normality test with the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test method. The data analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis and hypothesis testing uses Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of the study with a significance level of 5%, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) There is a positive but insignificant influence between the number of PNS group I on employee expenditure; (2) There is a positive but insignificant influence between the number of PNS group II on employee expenditure; (3) There is a positive but not significant influence between the number of class III civil servants on employee expenditure; (4) There is a positive and significant influence between the number of class IV civil servants on employee expenditure; (5) There is a positive and significant influence between class I salary rates on employee expenditure; (6) There is a positive and significant influence between class II salary rates on employee expenditure; (7) There is a positive and significant influence between class III salary rates on employee expenditure; (8) There is a positive and significant influence between class IV salary rates on employee expenditure; (9) There is a positive but not significant influence between employee composition and salary rates; (10) There is a positive and significant influence on the number of class I civil servants, the number of class II civil servants, the number of class III civil servants, the number of class IV civil servants, class I salary rates, class II salary rates, class III salary rates and class IV salary rates together on employee expenditure.

Abstract

Sistem navigasi udara sangat penting bagi pergerakan pesawat yang aman dan efisien, serta memberikan panduan penting selama berbagai fase penerbangan. Doppler VHF Omnidirect Range (DVOR) adalah perangkat navigasi yang diperlukan dan memiliki kemungkinan tak terbatas untuk mengarahkan pesawat ke bandara. Efek Doppler adalah pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Proses pengiriman informasi frekuensi yang dipancarkan DVOR ke pesawat menghasilkan frekuensi yang berbeda-beda akibat adanya efek Doppler yang disebabkan oleh sudut datang pesawat sehingga gelombang yang dihasilkan tidak berbentuk sinusoidal yang terlalu sempurna, namun frekuensi DVOR akan menghasilkan 112299595 Hz, dengan membentuk sistem OBS pada pesawat yaitu 187 derajat yang artinya menunjukkan posisi suatu bandara.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance digital competency skills at SMK Negeri I Jorlang Hataran. The method used in the implementation of this activity is training through the delivery of materials, practical training on the assembly and programming of IoT devices, and a question-and-answer session. The participants of this activity consist of 37 students from the 11th grade RPL (Software Engineering) major. The instruments used in this activity include participant feedback and activity documentation. The results of the implementation show that the participants' responses to the basic computer training were overall in the good category. The percentage of student responses reached 98.20%, which falls into the very good category.

Abstract

Abstract: This study investigates the relationship between students’ collaborative skills and their achievement in chemistry learning, particularly on the topic of acid–base concepts. Collaborative ability plays an essential role in supporting effective learning and knowledge construction, especially in cooperative classroom settings. The research involved 255 eleventh-grade students who completed both a collaborative skills questionnaire and a chemistry achievement test. The collaborative skills instrument consisted of 23 items covering 11 dimensions, while the achievement test assessed students’ understanding of acid–base concepts. Data were analyzed using Spearman’s correlation after confirming normality and identifying a non-linear relationship. The results revealed a positive and significant correlation between collaborative skills and learning achievement (r = 0.501; p < 0.001), with a determination coefficient of 25.1%. These findings indicate that students with stronger collaborative skills tend to achieve higher levels of conceptual mastery in chemistry. Overall, the study emphasizes the importance of developing collaboration competencies to enhance academic performance in science learning.

Abstract

Problem-solving in chemistry is a multifaceted process influenced by both cognitive and social factors, including students’ interpersonal communication skills. This study aimed to examine the relationship between students’ interpersonal communication skills and their problem-solving ability in chemistry learning. A quantitative correlational design was employed, involving 157 eleventh-grade students from SMA Labschool Jakarta, Cibubur, and Cirendeu. Students’ problem-solving ability was measured using a multiple-choice multiple-answer (MCMA) test, while their interpersonal communication skills were assessed using the Interpersonal Communication Competence Scale (ICCS). The results showed a significant but weak positive correlation (r = 0.294) between the two variables, indicating that students with stronger interpersonal communication skills tend to perform better in solving chemistry problems. Although the contribution of interpersonal communication was relatively small, it suggests that social interaction and communicative engagement play a meaningful role in supporting cognitive performance. These findings underscore the importance of fostering interpersonal communication within chemistry education to enhance students’ problem-solving outcomes.

Abstract

Technological developments have also led Islamic Bank Indonesia to increase the efficiency of banking services by offering various digital transaction alternatives. The aim of this research is to analyze customer behavior and what factors influence customer behavior in using the Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) and BSI Smart in Langsa City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to explore the behavior of Bank Syariah Indonesia customers with Cash Deposit Machine (CDM) and BSI Smart services in Langsa City. With the participation of 10 informants using the Snowball Sampling technique, primary data was obtained through interviews, supported by secondary data from journal literature. Data collection uses observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that the behavior of Sharia Bank customers in Langsa City towards the use of Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) and BSI Smart shows adaptation to modern technology in financial activities. A total of 6 customers prefer CDM because of its speed, practicality, privacy and security. CDM user customers appreciate easy access to daily transactions. Meanwhile, 4 customers chose BSI Smart because of its flexibility in being able to carry out transactions in various locations without dependence on CDM machines. Factors that influence customer behavior using Cash Deposit Machines (CDM) and BSI Smart in Langsa City include security and privacy, perception of technology, personal factors and psychological factors. This research has a significant contribution to Bank Syariah Indonesia in developing optimal digital service strategies.
