Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the values of local wisdom and the implementation of the Seumapa tradition. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques using the stages of observation, interviews and documentation with the aim of studying the values of local wisdom in the seumapa tradition in the people of Bireuen Regency. The results of the study found that there are local wisdom values in the art of saying seumapa, namely the value of welfare and prosperity which consists of the values of hard work, discipline, education, health, mutual cooperation, gender management, preservation, cultural creativity, care for the environment, and values of peace or justice, consisting of politeness, honesty, social solidarity, harmony (conflict resolution), commitment, positive thinking, gratitude, gratitude to the divine. The local wisdom values contained in the seumapa tradition have been implemented in the daily life of the Acehnese people, especially in Bireuen District. This can be seen from glorifying the guests who attend our residence along with events at party receptions, where when going to the wedding party house and the funeral home, the whole village community will visit the party or funeral houses in their village and in neighboring villages. As long as it becomes an art of speech that has local Acehnese wisdom values that are in accordance with Aqidah and muamalah in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic Religion adhered to by the people of Aceh, especially Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to create competent teachers in their fields and keeping up with current developments in 6C-based education towards the 21st century. Current learning materials do not focus on mastery of the material but teachers must be able to provide value and character education. This is a current obstacle for teachers, so it is necessary for teachers to understand P5 in strengthening 6C competencies. This community service activity was carried out at Bina Ukhwah Pidie Kindergarten. The method of implementing activities was by providing knowledge of the implications of P5 in strengthening 6C competencies to Bina Ukhwah Kindergarten teachers to make teachers creative, innovative and follow independent learning. The stages of implementing activities were in the form of preparation, implementation and evaluation stages. The results of the implementation of the activities showed that teachers' understanding, creativity and innovation in the field of education in 6C are very important for learning in classes following P5. This community service activity can develop new theories and provide alternative problem solving solutions related to current educational issues, because it is a problem of lacking teacher competence and teachers being unable to realize 21st century learning. In the future, it is hoped that teachers will have the ability to strengthen the 6C competencies in order to create an environment learning based on Pancasila as well as active, creative and innovative learning.

Abstract

The World Health Organization on March 11, 2020 declared the Covid-19 outbreak a global pandemic. Tourism is one of the sectors most affected. The number of foreign tourist visits to Indonesia has decreased significantly, namely 64.11% in March 2020 when compared to March 2019. To restore this condition, it is very necessary to prevent the spread of Covid-19 and carry out certification for tourism business actors. The data for analysis was collected by searching for words that are closely related to the topic of research on the Google Search Engine to obtain the website followed by visiting the intended website that has the necessary data. Descriptive analysis used to describe data based on the number and type. There are three research questions to be answered: (1) What are the efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19? (2) Where is the distribution of tourism businesses that are certified by health protocols? (3) What percentage of the total number of certified tourism businesses out of 1,000 are targeted? More than 87.5% of certified tourism business actors obtained and a map of the distribution of the number and types of certified tourism businesses in Bali is compiled.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the forms of the Sumang language in community implementation in the Bener Kelipah Utara community, Bener Kelipah District, Bener Meriah Regency. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method using sociolinguistic studies. The data in this research are spoken words, sentences spoken by speaker 1 and speaker 2, while the data source is the conversation of speaker 1 and speaker 2 in everyday life. The data collection technique in this research uses the listening method followed by the free, skillful listening technique, recording technique and note-taking technique. The data analysis technique used is the matching technique with the power to select the determining elements and the comparison technique to equate and the comparison technique to differentiate. Based on the research results, 4 data were obtained which included various forms of Sumang. The results of this research show that the language attitudes of the people of Bener Kelipah Utara, Bener Kelipah subdistrict, Bener Meriah Regency are classified as negative language and there are 4 types of Sumang, namely Sumang, namely Sumang Perceraken (prohibition of words), Sumang Kenunulen (prohibition of sitting), Sumang Peangkaten (prohibition of travel) , and Sumang Penengonen (prohibition of sight). As a community of the Gayo tribe, especially the people of Bener Kelipah Utara, Bener Kelipah sub-district, Bener Meriah Regency who have Sumang customs as rules or procedures in life, these Sumang customs should be maintained and preserved in social life.

Abstract

character values contained in religious culture. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The research location was Elementary School (ES) 26 Sawang, North Aceh Regency. The research subjects are school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Technique the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research results show that 1) the formation of student character through religious culture is carried out through praying before and after learning, reading Yasin every Friday, reading Asmaul Husna every Thursday, and dhikr activity every Friday; and 2) The meaning of this religious culture is the formation of religious and moral student character glorious. The religious culture developed at ES 26 Sawang has character values such as the values of faith and piety, Akhlakul qarimah, discipline, responsibility, mutual respect, and cultur smiles, greetings, greetings, politeness.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the values ​​of Islamic art in the wedding ceremony process in Aceh. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, data collection techniques using observation, interview and documentation stages with the aim of examining the religious values ​​contained in society in Aceh. The results of the research show that the messages conveyed through Seumapa art include poetry, namely when the Seumapa poet recites poetry and the poetry that is sung gives advice to the people of Aceh about the rules of Allah SWT and relationships with society. From the poetry that the poet sings, the opening greeting to the ending of a similar art. Such art has values, namely aesthetic, ethical and spiritual and almost all the poetry sung by dancers gives a message, the message conveyed is related to aqidah, mumalah and morals in aesthetic, ethical and spiritual values. The aesthetic value of the seumapa has a unique poem for the bride and groom as well as a typical chant of the poem with a typical Acehnese twist which is sung in a swinging tone. The ethical values ​​contained in art, such as living in a household, must be honest with each other, not fulfilling bad desires, and also relating to people with mutual respect and always maintaining friendship. Spiritual values, especially relationships with God and humans. Regarding the relationship with Allah, namely the way of life in a household, there must be knowledge of the Islamic religion, for men and women there are procedures for choosing a potential life partner in accordance with the teachings of the Islamic religion or Shari'a, as a man you must be able to recite the Koran correctly and do not miss prayer. and prayers. It is hoped that this research will be able to instill these values ​​in future generations and continue to be preserved.

Abstract

The research objectives are 1) To determine the managerial influence of elementary school principals in West Aceh Regency on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency; 2); To determine the influence of school organizational culture on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency and 3). To determine the influence of school principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. According to Marwan, et al (2023) quantitative research involves and collects numerical data with control variables. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires which are distributed to research samples. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques use parametric statistical methods and tools. Population 449 people, sample 82 people, determining the number of samples in this study using the Taro Yamane formula. using an error acceptance of 10%. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of managerial principals, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in West Aceh Regency. Almost half of them answered that there is an influence of managerial principals, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency. This can be seen in the results of the average percentage of respondents who agreed, which was 41% and the percentage who answered very influential was 34%. Furthermore, a small number of respondents said it had no influence with a percentage of 10% of answers, 10% said it had very no influence and 5% answered doubtfully that there was an influence of the principal's managerial, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District. in West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

Changes in the pharmaceutical business paradigm, one of which is pharmacies, happened because of the Public Medical coverage program. Progressions might affect pharmacies, such as decreasing prescription acceptance, thereby potentially losing consumers. Data from Cipayung District, East Jakarta, for 2017-2022 shows 40 pharmacies, 28 pharmacies (70 percent) stayed standing, and 12 pharmacies (30 percent) closed. The research aims to determine the influence of the marketing mix and service quality on purchasing decisions and their impact on pharmacy consumer loyalty—Quantitative Research Methods. Sampling used a simple random sampling method; data was processed using Smart PLS. The sample determined using the Slovin formula was 100 respondents utilizing a survey. Research results show that marketing mix influences purchasing decisions. Service quality affects purchasing decisions. Marketing mix influences consumer loyalty. Service quality influences consumer loyalty. Purchasing decisions influence consumer loyalty. Marketing mix influences consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions. Service quality affects consumer loyalty through purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in social studies. The research method used is quantitative research. The design in this study is correlation research, by looking at the existing variables, namely the correlation of two independent variables, namely emotional intelligence and student learning motivation and one dependent variable, namely student learning outcomes. Furthermore, the description as an illustration of the research design is to find out the perspective or a frame of reference and view a theory proposed in the research of hypothesis testing and to find out whether or not there is an influence between variables. The data collection technique used in this study was a planned interview with student respondents in the research area. While data that cannot be collected by interview, this study also uses observation techniques. The results of the study showed that the magnitude of the influence of emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously (at the same time) on social studies learning outcomes can be seen from the results of the determination coefficient, which is 0.726. Thus, the magnitude of emotional intelligence and learning motivation simultaneously on social studies learning outcomes in elementary schools in Cluster 2, Pegasing District is 72.6%. However, for further research, it is recommended to expand the research object.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe (1) the implementation of the school literacy movement program at the Kute Panang District Elementary School, and (2) the obstacles faced by the school in implementing the school literacy movement. The research method used in this study is qualitative research. Qualitative research in this case aims to understand social phenomena (students, teachers, principals, committees, and those involved in this study) or human behavior through in-depth interpretation and analysis of non-numerical data. Data collection was obtained from valid and accountable informants, the success of the study depends on the data collection technique itself. So the techniques that will be used in this study are 3 techniques, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings of this study indicate that the components in the implementation of the school literacy movement, namely planning and implementation. This study has the addition of two components in the implementation of the school literacy movement. The addition is in the form of organizing and controlling components. Then, the obstacles faced in the implementation of the school literacy movement can be overcome with comprehensive and sustainable efforts from all related parties. By overcoming these obstacles, it is hoped that the school literacy movement can run effectively and achieve its goals of increasing reading interest and literacy culture in schools.
