Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman, pendidikan di Indonesia dihadapkan pada tuntutan untuk beradaptasi dan berkembang agar tidak tertinggal. Perubahan sistem pendidikan nasional yang tercermin dalam UU SISDIKNAS No. 20 Tahun 2003 bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Inovasi pendidikan, yang meliputi ide, konsep, atau gagasan baru, menjadi kunci dalam mencapai tujuan pendidikan nasional dan memecahkan permasalahan yang ada. Dalam konteks ini, modernisasi menjadi pendorong perubahan cara hidup masyarakat menuju kehidupan yang lebih kompleks, serta kemajuan teknologi yang cepat, menuntut penyesuaian dalam pengetahuan, keterampilan, nilai, dan sikap masyarakat. Pendidikan, sebagai bagian dari peradaban, harus mengikuti irama perubahan ini dan berperan dalam pembentukan peradaban manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang melibatkan observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis dokumen terkait Modernisasi Kurikulum di MA. Misbahul Munir Sentol Daya Pragaan Sumenep - Madura. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa modernisasi kurikulum pendidikan Islam di pesantren ini dilakukan dengan mengintegrasikan pendidikan agama dan umum, serta memperkenalkan teknologi dalam proses belajar mengajar didalam pondok pesantren.

Abstract

Dalam penggunaan Bahasa Indonesia, sering kali muncul berbagai kesalahan yang dapat mengganggu komunikasi efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali kesalahan umum yang sering dilakukan oleh penutur, baik dalam konteks lisan maupun tulisan. Kesalahan tersebut meliputi penggunaan tata bahasa yang tidak tepat, salah penempatan kata, serta pengucapan yang keliru. Dengan menganalisis faktor-faktor penyebab kesalahan ini, seperti kurangnya pemahaman terhadap kaidah bahasa dan pengaruh bahasa daerah, penelitian ini juga menawarkan solusi praktis untuk memperbaiki kesalahan tersebut. Solusi yang diusulkan mencakup peningkatan pendidikan bahasa, penggunaan media pembelajaran yang interaktif, serta praktik berbahasa yang lebih konsisten. Diharapkan, dengan memahami dan mengatasi kesalahan-kesalahan ini, penutur dapat berkomunikasi dengan lebih baik dan efektif dalam Bahasa Indonesia.

Abstract

The legal substance in the Government Regulation on Marriage Law Implementation, particularly on financial requirements for polygamy, allows the emergence of ambiguous interpretations for judges. Article 41, paragraph C, of that regulation, does not specify how judges should assess the financial strength of a husband who intends to engage in a polygamous marriage. Likewise, the Bantul Religious Court judges (who granted the most polygamy permits in Yogyakarta of 2021) have a different perspective on the requirements for financial ability in polygamy. In this context, this study examines how Bantul Religious Court judges deal with this legal ambiguity in their decisions. This study examines 14 polygamy verdicts. This research finds that the concept of financial ability in the polygamy case is the judge's way of measuring the justice of the husband. Justice primarily refers to the husband's capability to provide an adequate financial portion of the fair share to their wife (in the future). To know the husband's financial ability, judges apply a holistic approach that rests on a sociological lens.[Substansi hukum dalam Peraturan Pemerintah tentang Pelaksanaan Undang-Undang Perkawinan, khususnya tentang persyaratan keuangan untuk poligami, memungkinkan munculnya penafsiran ganda bagi hakim. Pasal 41 huruf C peraturan itu tidak mengatur bagaimana seharusnya hakim menilai kekuatan keuangan seorang suami yang hendak melakukan perkawinan poligami. Begitu pula dengan Hakim Pengadilan Agama Bantul (yang paling banyak memberikan izin poligami di DIY tahun 2021) memiliki pandangan yang berbeda tentang syarat kemampuan finansial dalam poligami. Dalam konteks tersebut, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana Hakim Pengadilan Agama Bantul menyikapi ambiguitas hukum tersebut dalam putusannya. Studi ini mengkaji 14 vonis poligami. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa konsep kemampuan finansial dalam kasus poligami merupakan cara hakim mengukur keadilan suami. Keadilan terutama mengacu pada kemampuan suami untuk memberikan porsi keuangan yang memadai dari bagian yang adil kepada istri mereka (di masa depan). Untuk mengetahui kemampuan finansial suami, hakim menerapkan pendekatan holistik yang berpijak pada lensa sosiologis.]

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the research trends on tax morale in taxation journals indexed in Indonesia from 2019 to 2024. The method used is a systematic literature review by collecting data from various journals accredited by the Science and Technology Index (SINTA). The results show a significant increase in the number of publications discussing tax morale, especially in 2020, influenced by the COVID-19 pandemic. Factors such as trust in the government, social norms, and strict sanctions were found to have a positive impact on tax morale and tax compliance. The study also found that tax morale can be an effective tool for improving tax compliance through a holistic approach, including tax education, tax audits, sanctions, and incentives. This study provides important contributions to the taxation literature by presenting an in-depth analysis of tax morale research trends and their implications for tax policy in Indonesia. These findings are expected to help policymakers design more effective and sustainable taxation strategies.

Abstract

character values contained in religious culture. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The research location was Elementary School (ES) 26 Sawang, North Aceh Regency. The research subjects are school principals, teachers, and students. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Technique the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. Data analysis using data reduction, data display, and conclusion. The research results show that 1) the formation of student character through religious culture is carried out through praying before and after learning, reading Yasin every Friday, reading Asmaul Husna every Thursday, and dhikr activity every Friday; and 2) The meaning of this religious culture is the formation of religious and moral student character glorious. The religious culture developed at ES 26 Sawang has character values such as the values of faith and piety, Akhlakul qarimah, discipline, responsibility, mutual respect, and cultur smiles, greetings, greetings, politeness.

Abstract

The aims of this research are (1) To analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style on the professional competence of teachers in State Elementary Schools in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency, (2) To analyze the influence of organizational culture on the professional competence of teachers in State Elementary Schools in Meureubo District, Regency West Aceh, and (3) To analyze the influence of the principal's transformational leadership style and organizational culture on the professional competence of teachers in State Elementary Schools in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. This research uses quantitative methods with a descriptive approach, population of 101 people, 80 subjects, simple random sampling technique using the Slovin formula with a margin of error of 0.05%, Likert scale questionnaire data collection technique and multiple linear regression data processing technique. The research findings were partially obtained, (1) The principal's transformational leadership style had an effect on teacher competence by 0.607 or 60.7% and (2) Organizational Culture had an effect on teacher competence by 0.301 or 30.1%. Meanwhile, simultaneously it was found that the principal's transformational leadership style and organizational culture had an influence on teacher professional competence with a constant value of 9.986. The findings in this research have practical implications, namely that improving the transformational leadership style of school principals and organizational culture can result in increasing the professional competence of elementary school teachers in cluster II, Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. Advice to all school principals that this transformational leadership style and organizational culture have been tested for suitability and the results show that this transformational leadership style and organizational culture are very relevant for implementation in schools, so that they can be taken into consideration in the process of formulating programs or policies, both in schools , school supervisor and West Aceh Education and Culture Service.

Abstract

The research objectives are 1) To determine the managerial influence of elementary school principals in West Aceh Regency on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency; 2); To determine the influence of school organizational culture on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency and 3). To determine the influence of school principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods. According to Marwan, et al (2023) quantitative research involves and collects numerical data with control variables. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires which are distributed to research samples. Meanwhile, data processing and analysis techniques use parametric statistical methods and tools. Population 449 people, sample 82 people, determining the number of samples in this study using the Taro Yamane formula. using an error acceptance of 10%. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of managerial principals, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in West Aceh Regency. Almost half of them answered that there is an influence of managerial principals, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 Meureubo District in West Aceh Regency. This can be seen in the results of the average percentage of respondents who agreed, which was 41% and the percentage who answered very influential was 34%. Furthermore, a small number of respondents said it had no influence with a percentage of 10% of answers, 10% said it had very no influence and 5% answered doubtfully that there was an influence of the principal's managerial, organizational culture and principal performance on the quality of elementary school education in cluster 1 of Meureubo District. in West Aceh Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the process of creative thinking, including analytic, evaluative, applicative, and interpretative students in scientific work. The scientific works studied were in the form of Student Creativity Program, State University of Malang, Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with a content analysis method. This research data in the form of paragraphs, paragraph clusters, and full text. The data source of this research is the scientific work of students. The research data collection technique was carried out by survey and documentation study. The process of data analysis is grouped into three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The findings of this study indicate that the process of creative thinking in writing scientific papers can be done with four stages (1) the analytic stage in scientific work looks at the examination of arguments. (2) Evaluative in scientific work looks at the assessment of arguments in accordance with the topic of study. (3) Applicative in the work appears in arguing according to procedure. (4) Interpretations in scientific work appear in the clarification of meaning, so that the meaning conveyed is clear and directed. The findings of this study contribute to an author's understanding of the importance of using creative thinking processes in scientific writing. However, for further research it is recommended to examine the process of creative thinking with different objects.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the use of reference as markers of propositional relations in essays written by junior high school students. This study employed a qualitative method in data collection and data analysis. The population and research samples were 94 eighth-grade students from SMP Negeri 1 in Balikpapan, Indonesia, ranging in age from 13 to 14. Data collection in this research was carried out using the listening method after the essay as a source of research data obtained from the research sample.The data analysis in this study consisted of three stages that were completed interactively: data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. This study suggest that participants utilized three distinct kinds of reference to denote propositional relations in their essays: third-person pronoun, non-person pronoun, and demonstrative pronoun. The third person pronoun was found to be widely used but did not vary significantly among participants. Meanwhile, participants’ usage of non-person pronouns resulted in numerous interpretations, and it was discovered that derived demonstrative pronouns were overused. These findings demonstrate the participants’ strengths and shortcomings in using reference to connect one proposition to another.

Abstract

Penelitian ini tentang penerapan metode DiscoveryLearning pada materi menulis teks negosiasi melalui media gambar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode discoverylearning pada materi menulis teks negosiasi melalui media gambar terhadap siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan tahun pelajaran 2020/2021, yang berjumlah 4 kelas dengan jumlah siswa 102 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah dua kelas, yaitu kelas X IPA-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan menggunakan metode pembelajaran Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif sedangkan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh penerapan metode discoverylearning pada materi menulis teks negosiasi melalui media gambar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 1 Peusangan Kabupaten Bireuen. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis diperolehyaitu 3,82 > 1,68 maka hipotesis ditolak, dan hipotesis diterima. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode discovery learningsangat efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam menulis teks negosiasi melalui media gambar.
