Abstract

SMK Widya Nusantara is one of the best vocational schools in the city of Bekasi whose students and teachers have the hope of creating independent and characterized people who are based on faith and piety. The main element to be able to realize the hopes of the Vocational High School is that it has collaborated with universities in training activities and improving knowledge from various fields, so that they can compete in the era of globalization. Currently strengthening the competence of students and teachers is the main thing, because later they will be able to compete with other developed countries. To strengthen these competencies, training and simulations on the development of creative interactive learning media were carried out at SMK Widya Nusantara. It begins with a survey, then it is analyzed and finally the training activities are carried out. The result of this community service is that students and teachers are able to understand the creation of creative interactive learning media such as the use of a mentimeter, classroom google, youtube and the use of powerpoint, examples and their application, so that students and teachers have special knowledge about this which is useful for increasing competence and global competition.

Abstract

Muara Gembong district is often the attention of the surrounding community, especially the people of Jakarta and Bekasi. Its location directly facing the sea makes this sub-district often visited by various parties for travel or for other activities such as mangrove planting. There is one small problem but it is often considered as a very important thing related to the pattern of life of the community and also supporting infrastructure to lift tourism potential. One of the important is the availability of infrastructure that can be used by residents for bathing, washing and toilet purposes. Likewise for tourists, because it requires the infrastructure available. The results of discussions, interviews and field observations get there are three points that are quite ahagia ative to be able to overcome existing problems. Through the construction of MCK / Toilet infrastructure for the community and tourists are expected to have an impact related to efforts to lift the potential of tourism in muara gembong subdistrict. MCK / toilet development program also has an impact on the formation of healthy lifestyle patterns, and minimize environmental pollution whose source comes from human wastewater. The benefits of the program require continuous action from the community. Such as in the form of a cleanliness management system and its care.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 pandemic, most educators used social media to deliver learning material files without verbal explanation, unlike face-to-face learning in class. Through these limited facilities, it has an effect between teachers and students experiencing interaction problems which can be used as a benchmark for the absorption of the material provided by the teacher and understanding of the material for students. Based on this problem, we took the initiative to make community service activities by providing training on the use of the Powerpoint Presenter-View-Recorder and Interactive Mentimeter applications as interaction media in online learning, which are still rarely used by teachers, especially at SMPN 264 Jakarta. The implementation of this training program aims to provide breakthroughs in teaching. Students are expected not to be bored while participating in learning activities. The innovation used is by optimizing the Powerpoint application in the form of Presenter-View-Recorder as well as using the Interactive Mentimeter application and directly uploading learning videos that have been made to the Google Classroom application and Youtube social media.

Abstract

Indonesia dikenal dengan negara kepulauan dengan memiliki keanekaragaman hayati terbesar. Salah satu wilayah di Bekasi yang memiliki potensi Bahari yang sangat tinggi adalah Muara Gembong. Hasil observasi, wilayah muara gembong saat ini masih dapat dikatakan terbelakang baik secara sosial, budaya maupun ekonominya. Mata pencaharian masyarakat mayoritas sebagai nelayan dan ketersediaan fasilitas sosial, Pendidikan, dan Kesehatan masih sangat minim. Dengan potensi pengembangan desa wisata berbasis magrove diharapkan dapat mengangkat wisata di Muara Gembong yang pastinya akan diikuti dengan peningkatan perekonomian dan kesejahteraan masyarakatnya. Terdapat permasalahan terkait dengan kondisi mitra yang perlu menjadi perhatian diantaranya a) Kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat tentang pemeliharaan fasilitas wisata (masalah sosial); b) Kurangnya promosi wisata dalam mengundang para wisatawan untuk datang berkunjung (permasalahan pemasaran). Keprihatinan ini yang menjadi dorongan bagi tim pelaksana untuk melakukan kegiatan pendampingan bagi para pemangku kelompok sadar wisata dan karangtaruna sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan kesadaran pemelirihana fasilitas wisata dan peningkatan sarana promosi sebagai upaya meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan. Metode pelaksaan yang digunakan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Evaluasi pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat diperoleh prosentase nilai 98% dengan demikian kegiatan ini memberikan dampak kebermanfaatan bagi mitra.

Abstract

One of the potentials that can improve the economy of local communities is development in the tourism sector. Kepulauan Seribu is an archipelago area in the north of Jakarta, this area has tourism potential in the form of a cluster of islands. This group of islands has different characteristics to be used as a tourist attraction, including marine tourism, historical tourism and nature reserve tourism (conservation). Islands that have historical tourism potential are the reason for conducting research related to the selection of tourist destinations in the Kepulauan Seribu, such as Kelor, Onrust and Cipir island. The obstacles of the community in finding the right tourism potential are still lacking information from the aspects of attractions, accessibility and facilities. To assist tourists in choosing a place, a decision support system is needed that can be completed using the Simple Additive Weighting method. There are five assessment criteria including scenery, photo spots, transportation, toilets and places to eat/resto. Determination of weights on criteria using a statistical approach from the questionnaire results. The result of the preferred tourist recommendation preference value is the island of Kelor because there are seven highest scores obtained by the island compared to Onrust and Cipir island.

Abstract

Persoalan rendahnya budaya baca merupakan salah satu isu penting dalam memahami rendahnya tingkat literasi masyarakat Indonesia. Selain rendahnya minat membaca, minat siswa mengunjungi perpustakaan masih rendah. Hal ini dapat terjadi akibat kurangnya bahan bacaan, kemudian bahan bacaan yang tersedia tidak bervariasi sehinggal menyebabkan siswa malas untuk membaca. Sehingga perlu dibiasakan budaya membaca agar meningkatkan minat dimulai di kalangan anak usia dini. Mitra dari kegiatan ini adalah Kelompok Belajar di daerah Tambun Selatan. Dalam pelaksanaan terdapat lima siklus tahapan mulai dari observasi, penyuluhan, pelatihan, pendampingan dan evaluasi. Hasil dari kegiatan ini semua siklus melibatkan peran aktif antara tim dan mitra dalam mengembangkan pojok ruang baca. Antusiasme akan pojok ruang baca yang ada disambut dengan senang baik dari guru, siswa yang merasa terfasilitasi dan terwujudnya pojok ruang baca serta masyarakat umum di lingkungan sekitar lokasi mitra.

Abstract

Urgensi utama dari kegiatan ini yakni rendahnya literasi merupakan suatu masalah yang kompleks dan membutuhkan upaya pergerakan sebagai bentuk perhatian terhadap Indonesia. Oleh karenanya Indonesia perlu melakukan implementasi program Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dengan tujuan meningkatkan dan memajukan kesejahteraan manusia. Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPA) dijadikan sebagai mitra dalam pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Pemilihan mitra dikarenakan terdapat beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra kondisi saat ini, diantaranya a) Minimnya bahan buku bacaan sebagai media literasi; b) Tidak adanya program yang dapat dijadikan sebagai media untuk menumbuhkan budaya literasi untuk mewujudkan pendidikan berkualitas yang berkelanjutan. Solusi yang ditawarkan yakni berupa pengadaan buku bacaan yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan mitra, solusi kedua yakni dengan membuat program kegiatan yang nantinya dapat menumbuhkan budaya literasi di lingkungan mitra melalui mendongeng. Hasil dari kegiatan secara keseluruhan mitra merasakan kebermanfaatan dari program yang diusulkan dan dari hasil angket evaluasi prosentase yang dicapai 100%.

Abstract

The Community Literacy Movement is an initiative aimed at strengthening lifelong learning awareness by utilizing the collective abilities of the community. A reading corner is an example of using a small space to make books more accessible and encourage interest in reading. Establishing a reading corner offers wide-ranging benefits, as it is expected to stimulate the community's interest in reading. The partner for this initiative is the Quran Learning Center (TPA) in Tambun Selatan. The challenges faced by the partner include the lack of dedicated infrastructure to promote a reading culture and a shortage of reading materials as basic literacy resources. These factors contribute to the low literacy culture in the area. The proposed solution involves transforming a room into a reading corner by providing the necessary infrastructure to support literacy activities. Additionally, training sessions will be conducted as part of a knowledge-sharing effort to provide information on the use of information technology to enhance learning activities at the TPA. Overall, the partner has found the proposed program beneficial, with the evaluation survey results showing a 100% satisfaction rate.

Abstract

In the tour and travel business, creating, improving, and maintaining customer satisfaction is very important considering the increasingly fierce competition. One dimension that affects customer satisfaction is Customer Perceived Value, where companies strive to provide better value than competitors. This study aims to analyze the effect of Customer Perceived Value on Customer Satisfaction with Purchase Intention as an Intervening variable in religious tour package consumers in Bekasi. This study involved 300 tourists who had enjoyed religious tour packages provided by 10 Bekasi-based religious tour package providers, with 30 respondents per religious tour package operator. The data obtained from the results of questionnaires distributed to respondents were then analyzed using statistical methods. Statistical testing on the path analysis model was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results showed that Customer Perceived Value has a positive and significant influence on Customer Satisfaction. In addition, Customer Perceived Value also has a positive and significant influence on Purchase Intention. This finding shows the importance of Customer Perceived Value in creating customer satisfaction and increasing purchase intent in the context of religious tourism packages in Bekasi. The implications of this research can provide guidance for religious tour package providers in increasing customer satisfaction and obtaining higher purchase intentions.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has brought significant changes to various aspects of life, including the management of religious institutions such as mosques. Digital technology encompasses various computer-based and internet-based devices and systems that enable efficiency and effectiveness in communication, administration, and community services. In the context of mosque management, the implementation of digital technology can provide substantial benefits in supporting information dissemination and optimizing religious activities. In recent years, many mosques in Indonesia have begun adopting digital technology to enhance services for congregants. This demonstrates that digital technology can be an effective tool for managing mosques in a more modern and professional manner. Some technological implementations that have proven beneficial for mosques include social media as a platform for disseminating information related to mosque activities and important announcements, as well as live streaming of religious events to reach congregants who are unable to attend physically in study sessions or sermons. The implementation of this initiative aims to provide mosque administrators with greater digital literacy. The stages of execution include counseling, training, and mentoring. The results of the initiative indicate strong enthusiasm from participants regarding the presented materials, and evaluations show that 100% of the conveyed content was deemed beneficial for mosque administrators.
