Supervision is an important service provided to teachers with the aim of improving the quality of the teaching staff. The implementation of supervision is very important to be carried out by the principal in order to develop the professionalism of the teacher himself. Teachers who are the spearhead of the success of an education are required to work professionally. Therefore, to make teachers professional, one of the efforts is to carry out supervision, both by the principal and supervisor. In carrying out supervision, supervisors are expected not to act as supervisors who are only looking for teachers in carrying out their duties. On the other hand, supervisors must be able to provide service assistance to overcome problems faced by teachers. Therefore, supervisors must be able and understand and master the objectives, techniques, functions as well as supervision methods, in order to obtain optimal benefits in the form of professional teachers.

Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran tentang “Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Supervisi Berbasis Pembelajaran Efektif”. Metode yang digunakan adalah library research, Yaitu dengan menggunakan sumber perpustakaan untuk memperoleh teori-teori yang relevan. Adapun fokus pada jurnal ini adalah; (1) Konsep Dasar Pembelajaran Efektif (2) Supervisi Pembelajaran (3) Evaluasi Pelaksanaan Supervisi. Quality of Education will succeed with the right strategic management. So far, management implementation has had several problems, including teacher professionalism, graduate competency standards, effective learning and programs without consideration. In order to get a complete picture, the researcher uses a type of qualitative descriptive research conducted at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah Trenggalek. The results of the study show that Islamic Elementary Darunnajah describes the vision, mission, goals, objectives and profile of madrasah resources. strategy implementation at Islamic Elementary Darunnajah is carried out through internal and external madrasa environmental activities which are described through the madrasah organizational structure, person in charge of activities, job descriptions, study days and times, financing budget, curriculum, school promotion, new student admissions, school culture, code of ethics schools, school policies, geographic, demographic, cultural and community appreciation, involvement of school committees, developments in science and technology, partner institutions and strategic implementation in meeting national education standards (MI). This step creates new awareness in schools about the importance of using quality standards in carrying out activities or programs. [Mutu Pendidikan akan berhasil dengan adanya manajemen strategi yang tepat. Selama ini, implementasi manajemen mempunyai beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya profesionalisme guru, standar kompetensi lulusan, pembelajaran efektif dan program-program tanpa pertim-bangan. Guna mendapatkan gambaran yang utuh, maka peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang dilakukan pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah Trenggalek. Hasil penelitian bahwa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah mendeskripsikan visi, misi, tujuan, sasaran dan profil sumber daya madrasah. implementasi strategi pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Darunnajah dilakukan melalui aktivitas lingkungan internal dan eksternal madrasah yang dideskripsikan melalui struktur organisasi madrasah, penanggung jawab kegiatan, job deskripsi, hari dan waktu belajar, anggaran pembiayaan, kurikulum, promosi sekolah, penerimaan siswa baru, budaya sekolah, kode etik sekolah, kebijakan sekolah, keberadaan lingkungan geografis, demografis, lingkungan budaya dan apresiasi masyarakat, keterlibatan komite sekolah, per-kembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, lembaga Mitra dan implementasi strategik dalam memenuhi standar (MI) pendidikan nasional. This study examines the development of entrepreneurial-oriented transformational Islamic educational institutions from a global perspective to determine the best strategies to establish Islamic educational institutions capable of making an excellent contribution to society and the world. This study concentrates on establishing entrepreneurial-oriented Islamic educational institutions to develop successful entrepreneurs and empower communities by acquiring skills and knowledge during the learning process. The library research approach was employed in this study. Researchers research books, publications, and materials directly connected to establishing transformational Islamic educational institutions from an entrepreneurial standpoint globally. Data collecting through offline and online searches for sources such as books, journals, articles, reports, papers, other relevant information sources, and existing research. An interactive qualitative model was used to examine the data from the literature review. This data analysis paradigm includes data collection, reduction, display, and conclusion drafting. According to the findings of this study, numerous factors must be addressed in the creation of transformational Islamic educational institutions from an entrepreneurial standpoint: improving teaching and research quality, extend the institution's reach and reputation, providing study programs and curricula that address global demands, develop pupils' creative and imaginative skills, establish a network with industry and businesses, and increase international collaboration.

This journal discusses with the learning supervision in boosting the spirit of teaching teachers. As for the focus on this journal is 1) the concept of learning supervision 2) the concept of teaching teacher 3) the implementation of supervision learning in raising the teacher's spirit. The purpose of this scientific journal is to describe the learning supervision in raising the teacher's spirit. it uses literature analysis methods that make use of library resources to obtain theories and restrict activities to library items and other factual references.

Abstrak: Membangun gerakan mutu pendidikan tidak hanya pada satu aspek saja, akan tetapi mencakup segala aspek yang berkaitan dalam proses pendidikan .Mutu pendidikan menjadi bagian pertama yang dilihat dalam pemberian kritik saran perbaikan dan pemilihan lembaga pendidikan untuk dijadikan tempat menimba ilmu pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaiman SMK AL FALAH WINONG membangun gerakan mutu dalam penjaminan kualitas lembaganya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan catatan lapangan. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : 1).Gerakan mutu yang dilaksanakan di SMK AL â€“FALAH Winong mencakup gerakan mutu input, proses dan output yang pelaksanaannya menjadi tanggung jawab semua warga sekolah. 2).Pembangunan gerakan mutu dalam menjamin kualitas lembaga pendidikan islam SMK AL-FALAH WINONG berpedoman pada Sistem Manajemen Mutu berbasis IS0 9001 : 2015 . 3).Keberhasilan pembangunan gerakan mutu dalam menjamin kualitas lembaga pendidikan akan tercapai jika fungsi-fungsi manajemen dalam lembaga pendidikan berjalan secara sistematis. Tulisan ini memberikan kontribusi signifikan baik secara teoritis maupun praktis. Secara teoritis, menambah temuan baru tentang â€œMembangun Gerakan Mutu Dalam Penjaminan Kualitas Lembaga Pendidikan Islamâ€ yang relevan untuk diimplementasikan di Indonesia. Secara praktis, memberikan pemahaman baru kepada kepala dan para stakeholder dalam mengelola lembaga pendidikannya sehingga dapat mewujudkan lembaga pendidikan islam yang bermutu dan berkualitas.

Setiap lembaga pendidikan tentu mendambakan setiap guru di lembaganya memiliki produktivitas kerja tinggi. Melalui produktivitas kerja guru yang tinggi, diharapkan tercipta kualitas pembelajaran terbaik yang pada giliranya mampu melahirkan para peserta didik yang berprestasi sesuai dengan bakat dan potensi yang dimiliki. Tulisan ini dikembangkan berdasarkan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, melalui teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Perwanida Kota Blitar pada bulan Desember 2022. Berdasarkan analisis data lapangan, didapati bahwa pelaksanaan supervisi oleh kepala madrasah dapat meningkatkan priduktivitas kerja guru, khususnya dalam menyusunan dokumen administrasi pembelajaran, pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran, penilaian proses dan hasil pembelajaran, serta pemenuhan dokumen administrasi kelas. Tulisan ini menyarankan agar setiap kepala madrasah melaksanakan kegiatan supervisi secara konsisten sesuai dengan ketentuan, dilaksanakan secara positif, dan terus dievaluasi dengan tujuan utama yakni meningkatkan mutu dan kualitas pembelajaran di setiap satuan pendidikan, sehingga diharapkan kepercayaan dari masyarakat maupun pemerintah terhadap satuan pendidikan tersebut dapat dijaga dan terus ditingkatkan dari waktu ke waktu.

Teachers have a very vital role in the world of education so teacher professionalism is needed to achieve educational goals. The problem that often occurs now is that many teachers are not updated with the latest developments in education. This indicates that teacher professionalism has begun to decline. One of the objectives of supervision is to improve the professional abilities of teachers so that the quality of teaching and learning situations can be improved. This research aims to understand the urgency of academic supervision, to determine the form of teacher professionalism and to determine the urgency of academic supervision as a foundation of teacher professionalism. The method used in this research is literature study. This research was conducted in September-December 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, there are several principles that supervisors must pay attention to and realize in carrying out academic supervision. The professionalism of teaching staff is very closely related to the quality of education, because the learning process as the core of education will depend heavily on professional teaching staff and the quality of learning outcomes is the spearhead of the quality of education. In this study the discussion will focus on the coaching carried out by the head of the Nganjuk MAN 1 madrasah in increasing teacher professionalism. It is hoped that with the development of professionalism for teachers, it can improve the quality of learning in a good class. The data collection technique used in writing this article is a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. This article is reviewed with the hope that it will be able to provide comprehensive facts about the importance of fostering teacher professionalism in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract: A madrasas that has good education, will create charismatic that is good in the eyes of the community. Because the quality of madrasas is an issue that has always been a serios study in the world of education from time to time. Various approaches have been taken by the goverment and administrators of educational institutions to improve the quality of madrasas. One approach is caracter education at MI Miftahul Huda Lamong Badas, and MI Al Ifadah Ngunut Tulungagung,two institutions that both are also instilling character education foe all schoolchildren, especially students. This reasearch is aimed at finding answers to three basic questions; a) how is the manajement planing to improve the quality of madrasas based on character education, b). How to implement character education based madrasah quality improvement manajement, c) How to evaluate character education based madrasah quality improvement manjement, in MI Miftahul Huda lamong Badas and MI al Ifadah Ngunut Tulungagung. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type af multi site study. Sources of data are informants, events locations, and document. Data collection techniques with participant observation, in depth interviews and documentations. Dat analysis unsed of the data ins done through peer discussion, triangulation of data sources and triangulation of methods. Research findings 1) Madrasah quality improvement planning is a process of determining strategic target and program in improving the quality of madrasah based on character education; 2) the implementation of madrasas quality improvemen manajement is an act of learning and habutuation of character-based curiculum, extra program and madrasas program; 3) Evaluation uses an approach to achieving the madrasas vision and mission indicators. The results of the study suport Sallis’s opinion that the steps for quality improvement are identivication of customer , produc development. Also Sallis’s opinion that quality madrasas are madrasas that have high moral / character values, excellent test results, and care concern for student.
