Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendiskripsikan aktualisasi nilai-nilai etik dalam membentuk keefektifan budaya organisasi di lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukan pendekatan studi kasus lembaga pendidikan yang berhasil mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etik dalam praktik sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September - Oktober 2024. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa madrasah secara aktif mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai etik dalam berbagai program seperti studi kampus, Khotmil Quran, dan kegiatan silaturahim. Inisiatif tersebut berhasil memotivasi siswa dan memperkuat karakter serta keterampilan sosial mereka. Kolaborasi dengan institusi eksternal dan kegiatan outbond juga mendukung pembelajaran yang partisipatif. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa MAS Abu Darrin Kab. Bojonegoro telah menciptakan budaya organisasi yang efektif, menghasilkan siswa berprestasi yang berakhlak baik dan siap berkontribusi positif di masyarakat.

This study aims to examine the innovation of the marketing mix of educational services in increasing competitiveness and customer value at SMP Ar Rahmat. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that SMP Ar Rahmat has innovated the marketing mix in several aspects, such as product innovation, price, promotion, and place. The innovation is directed to provide added value for customers and increase student and parent satisfaction. This research provides advice for SMP Ar Rahmat in innovating the marketing mix, such as improving service quality, expanding the reach of promotions, offering more varied educational programs, providing financial assistance, and collaborating with educational institutions or companies. This research can provide input for decision makers in the world of education to innovate the marketing mix as an effort to increase competitiveness and customer value in schools.

Information systems play a very important role in supporting the improvement of service quality in the current digital era, namely acting as the main foundation in service transformation, both in the public and private sectors. The challenges in managing administration and services at the Lubabul Fattah Tunggulsari Islamic Boarding School are still dominated by manual systems that are less efficient, resulting in delays in data processing, inaccuracy in managing information, and lack of transparency in Islamic boarding school management. This training is designed by providing practical guidance and technical simulations that can be implemented directly. This study uses the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method, which emphasizes the active involvement of participants in the process of identifying problems, designing solutions, and implementing and evaluating digital information system management training. The results obtained were an increase in participants' understanding and skills related to the use of digital information systems, especially the SIPonpes application, to support the management of administration and operations of Islamic boarding schools. Participants succeeded in integrating digital technology into their work processes, which include student data management, learning schedule management, and automatic creation of administrative and financial reports. Another result was the improvement of digital infrastructure through technical solutions provided to overcome obstacles during implementation, such as troubleshooting guides and direct technical assistance by the implementation team. Overall, this activity has succeeded in bringing about real positive changes in the modernization of Islamic boarding school services, while also providing a digital management model that can be replicated in other institutions.

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of religious character in higher education institutions which has been declining in recent decades, this is influenced by the social and social environment, academic and career pressures, exposure to technology and social media and the lack of adequate religious education. Student Islamic Boarding School (Ponpesma) is a solution related to the decline in morals and ethics of students by instilling character based on Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyah, this study will discuss how the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA in forming Religious Character Based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah, the results of this study indicate that: The form of the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA in forming Religious Character Based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah is in the form of formulating objectives as successors to the amaliyah salaf shalih, selecting content with the tricita of Ponpesma UNISLA, organizing synergy policies through UNISLA Chancellor Regulation No. 1 of 2019 Article 95, and evaluation based on graduate competency standards (Ubudiyah, Diniyah, al-Qur'an Practical Exams and Assessment of measurable and systematic religious attitudes. So it can be concluded that the results of this study indicate that the curriculum design of Ponpesma UNISLA based on Ahlussunnah wal Jama'ah an Nahdliyah has been able to form Character Religious students.

Teachers have a very vital role in the world of education so teacher professionalism is needed to achieve educational goals. The problem that often occurs now is that many teachers are not updated with the latest developments in education. This indicates that teacher professionalism has begun to decline. One of the objectives of supervision is to improve the professional abilities of teachers so that the quality of teaching and learning situations can be improved. This research aims to understand the urgency of academic supervision, to determine the form of teacher professionalism and to determine the urgency of academic supervision as a foundation of teacher professionalism. The method used in this research is literature study. This research was conducted in September-December 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, there are several principles that supervisors must pay attention to and realize in carrying out academic supervision. There are four competencies that teachers must have, and there are several teacher development techniques that can be carried out by a supervisor. in increasing the professionalism of teachers in schools. Pesantren, as the oldest Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, faces the challenges of modernization and globalization that demand improvement in quality and competitiveness. This research aims to analyze change management at Pondok Pesantren Tahfidhil Qur’an Sirojul ’Ulum Semanding Tertek Pare and Pondok Pesantren Darussalam Sumbersari Kencong Kepung in order to enhance quality and competitiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach with a multisite design. Data was obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies, and then analyzed using the interactive model by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that change management in both pesantren encompasses four dimensions. First, visionary change policies: Sirojul 'Ulum integrates tahfidz education with formal institutions, while Darussalam implements a mu'adalah system and strengthens da'wah. Second, the implementation of changes is carried out participatively through curriculum innovation, learning methods, and community-based da'wah programs. Third, change control is managed through monitoring mechanisms, evaluation, as well as the use of technology and pesantren regulations. Fourth, improvement actions are conducted continuously through curriculum refinement, enhancement of teacher competencies, strengthening the economics of pesantren, and a more adaptive disciplinary approach. This study concludes that effective pesantren change management must integrate visionary policies, participatory implementation, technology and culture-based control, and continuous improvement actions. These findings have theoretical implications in the development of Islamic education management literature, as well as practical implications for pesantren managers and policymakers in supporting quality and competitive pesantren transformation.

To improve the quality of educational institutions, an effective strategy is needed so that the quality can improve significantly, which will ultimately strengthen the existence of the institution. One strategy that has proven effective is through educational marketing which aims to create high quality educational input, output and results. Jabal Noor Superior MA is one of the madrasas that has succeeded in implementing this marketing strategy well to improve the quality of its education. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative field research-based, namely a type of research that tries to describe the research madrasah-based education marketing strategy that has been carried out by MA Unggulan Jabal Noor in improving the quality of education as it is. The research results show that the research madrasa program is one of the superior initiatives of the Jabal Noor Superior Academy. This program aims to hone students' mindset and interest in conducting scientific research in order to produce new works and innovations that are beneficial to society and the development of science. Through this madrasa research program, MA Unggulan Jabal Noor succeeded in improving the quality of its madrasas by recording the achievements of the students. Apart from that, the research madrasa program is also an effective strategy in attracting the interest of prospective parents, which will ultimately increase the number of students significantly. ABSTRAKUntuk meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan, diperlukan strategi yang efektif agar kualitasnya dapat meningkat secara nyata, yang pada akhirnya akan memperkuat eksistensi lembaga tersebut. Salah satu strategi yang terbukti efektif adalah melalui pemasaran pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan input, output, dan hasil pendidikan yang berkualitas tinggi. MA Unggulan Jabal Noor adalah salah satu madrasah yang telah berhasil menerapkan strategi pemasaran ini dengan baik untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikannya. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif berbasis field research, yaitu jenis penelitian yang mencoba mendeskripsikan strategi pemasaran pendidikan berbasis madrasah riset yang telah dilakukan oleh MA Unggulan Jabal Noor dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan secara apa adanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program madrasah riset merupakan salah satu inisiatif unggulan dari MA Unggulan Jabal Noor. Program ini bertujuan untuk mengasah pola pikir dan minat siswa dalam melakukan penelitian ilmiah guna menghasilkan karya dan inovasi baru yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat dan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan. Dengan melalui program madrasah riset ini, MA Unggulan Jabal Noor berhasil meningkatkan mutu madrasahnya dengan mencatat prestasi dari para siswa. Di samping itu, program madrasah riset juga menjadi salah satu strategi efektif dalam menarik minat calon wali murid, yang pada akhirnya akan meningkatkan jumlah siswa secara signifikan.

The aim of writing this work is to analyze visionary leadership in increasing the competitiveness of transformative Islamic education. The library research method involves collecting and analyzing various relevant literature, such as books, scientific journals, articles and research reports that discuss visionary leadership, Islamic education and educational competitiveness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to identify key findings, connect theory with practice, and develop recommendations for effective implementation in the context of Islamic education. The results of this work show that the low ranking of education in Indonesia reflects the gap in educational quality and requires effective and sustainable intervention. Improving teacher quality through training and certification programs is very important to increase educational competitiveness. Visionary leadership is needed to direct and motivate teachers, staff and students in achieving better educational goals. School principals must be able to formulate and communicate a realistic and strategic vision, as well as adapt to changes and future challenges. The government and education stakeholders need to work together to improve the quality of teachers and ICT facilities in schools. Support from parents and collaboration between government, schools and industry are very important to ensure education in Indonesia is relevant to current developments and community needs.
