Abstract

Blasting is an important aspect of the mining process to improve the efficiency of mineral and coal recovery. PT AEL Indonesia, one of the blasting service companies, is committed to fulfilling its responsibility to customers by achieving performance targets and conducting safe blasting. Customer surveys show that customer satisfaction with PT AEL Indonesia's performance at KPC Site is below the minimum target of 80%. Employee performance is one of the contributing factors, indicated by a series of human error misfires, vehicle operation incidents and activities that do not follow the procedures. The company needs to pay attention to the factors of organizational culture, competence and work motivation as important factors that affect their performance. The purpose of this study was to provide an analysis of the mainstreaming of organizational culture and competence on employee performance with work motivation as an intervening variable at PT AEL Indonesia Site KPC East Kalimantan. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires. Sample determination is done by non-random sample method (non-probability sampling) with a saturated sample procedure (census) with a sample size of 158 people. The research data were processed quantitatively description with path analysis techniques and sobel test using SPSS ver 21. The results of the study concluded that (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (2) Competence has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, (3) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (4) Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) Indirectly, organizational culture through work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance, (7) Indirectly, competence through work motivation does not significantly affect employee performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Competency, Job Motivation, Employee Performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh pemanfaatan otomasi perpustakaan, Kompetensi Pegawai dan Kualitas Layanan terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka Pada Perpustakaan Umum Daerah kabupaten Probolinggo. Lokasi Penelitian adalah Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Kabupaten Probolinggo yang terletak di Jl. Imam Bonjol No.1, Kraksaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan data Primer dan Sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pemustaka yang berkunjung ke perpustakaan selama tahun 2020 sejumlah 3.532 orang dengan metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin sehingga didapatkan sampel sejumlah 98 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Analisis Regresi Berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variable kompetensi pegawai tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pemustaka, sedangkan variable otomasi perpustakaan dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan pemustaka. Secara simultan variabel Otomasi perpustakaan, kompetensi pegawai dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap Kepuasan Pemustaka Pada Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Kabupaten Probolinggo.

Abstract

This research is to find out the influence of website and brand awareness on purchasing decisions for products sold at www.MatahariMall.com. Types of causal research. MatahariMall.com consumer population, the sample used by 100 respondents with purposive sampling technique sampling. The technique of multiple linear regression data analysis. The results show that the website has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, reflected in the complete information displayed. Brand awareness seen from brand recognition has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this shows that the website and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for products sold at MatahariMall.com, seen from consumers deciding to buy after going through the process of selecting product brands offered at www.MatahariMall.com.

Abstract

In the business world, there is a competition to win the hearts of consumers. Creasingly difficult business competition demands businesspeople to maximize their performance, especially in the field of fashion products especially the Batik Gonggong typical of Batam City. One of the challenges is how to create purchasing decisions for Gonggong batik products so that customers want to keep using them instead of switching to other products. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of product quality, word of mouth, and events on consumer decisions to buy Batik Gonggong in Batam City. This research uses quantitative methods. The sampling method used was nonprobability sampling with a purposive sampling technique, namely consumers who purchased batik Gonggong. The sample or respondents in this study were 100 people from Batam City, and the data was collected using a questionnaire. The data was analyzed using the classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing, specifically the coefficient of determination, the t-test, and the f-test. The results of the research partially concluded that 1) Product quality has a significant effect on consumer buying decisions, 2) Word of mouth has a significant effect on consumer buying decisions, 3) Events have a significant effect on consumer buying decisions, and simultaneously conclude that 4) product quality, word of mouth, and events influence purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study focuses on analyzing employee performance at BPR Kawan Malang, by considering Key Performance Indicator (KPI), financial compensation, and reward system factors. Employee performance is the result of the effort and energy they put into work. To improve and maintain this performance, productivity assessment is carried out through appropriate indicators, using KPIs. In addition to KPIs, financial compensation and reward systems also have a significant impact on performance. Compensation, as a form of reward, includes a wide range of benefits for employees and the organization. This process of reward distribution has an important role in encouraging good performance. This study aims to analyze the impact of KPIs, financial compensation, and reward systems on employee performance at BPR Kawan. Performance appraisal involves evaluating the extent to which employees meet established standards and communicating that information to employees. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The method used is a quantitative approach with a sample of 33 employees of BPR Kawan Malang, selected through total sampling. The data analysis technique uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that KPIs have a significant influence on employee performance, as well as compensation and reward systems with a value of 0.000 sig each; 0,008; 0.000 < 0.05. This conclusion underscores the importance of these elements in stimulating and maintaining superior performance. This research reveals that KPIs, financial compensation, and reward systems play an important role in shaping a work environment that encourages high performance at BPR Kawan Malang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the proxies that facilitate the efforts formulated on the EODB ranking on new business formation and market capitalization. This research is conducted in low and middle countries, with the reach of low and middle countries covering 212 countries and spanning from 2010 to 2020. The methodology used in this research is the Generalized Method of Moment (GMM). GMM is used in this study considering the characteristics of the data in the form of a short data panel (short panel). In addition, regarding the characteristics of the data, the assumption of parallel data as one of the prerequisites for simple linear regression analysis as well as differences cannot be ascertained. In addition, the GMM method can be used to overcome problems where there is a risk of correlation between groups of results over the observation period which can lead to an underestimated standard error estimate. The results of this study indicate, among others: 1) there is an effect of the ease of doing proxies formulated in the EODB assessment on the formation of new businesses. 2) there is an effect of the ease of doing business proxy formulated on the EODB assessment of market capitalization

Abstract

The research was carried out by means of a library study, filling out questionnaires with purposive sampling technique methods. In this study, it was determined that the population of patients who underwent medical procedures at the Orthopedic Center of EKA BSD TANGERANG Hospital was 696 patients, through the Slovin formula, a sample of 87 patients was obtained as respondents. The research data was then processed by quantitative methods with Multiple Linear Regression Analysis using SPSS 25. The results showed that each of the variables studied, namely Price, Promotion and Service Quality, each had a significant effect on the patient's decision to take medical action at EKA Hospital BSD Tangerang.

Abstract

Marriage and birthdays are sacred moments and important celebrations. One tradition observed during wedding or birthday parties is the cake-cutting tradition. A fake wedding cake is also a good option if you want to showcase a large and beautiful cake but have a smaller guest list. The purpose of this research is to determine and analyze: 1) the influence of product quality on consumer repurchase decisions, 2) the influence of service quality on consumer repurchase decisions, 3) the influence of product quality on consumer satisfaction, 4) the influence of service quality on consumer satisfaction, 5) the influence of consumer satisfaction on consumer repurchase decisions, 6) the influence of product quality on consumer purchase decisions, and 7) the influence of product quality on consumer purchase decisions, mediated by consumer satisfaction on Tokopedia. The research method used in this study is path analysis; the researcher used path analysis (SPSS ver. 26) to determine cause-and-effect relationships. To obtain reliable research results, validity and reliability tests. The hypothesis results show that 1) product quality has an influence but not significant on consumer repurchase decisions, 2) product quality has a significant influence on consumer repurchase decisions, 3) product quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, 4) service quality has a significant influence on consumer satisfaction, 5) consumer satisfaction has a significant influence on consumer repurchase decisions, 6) product quality does not influence consumer satisfaction through consumer satisfaction, and 7) service quality does not influence consumer satisfaction through consumer satisfaction. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of brand image and advertisement on Samsung brand smartphone purchase decision either partially, simultaneously, and dominantly. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents by using purposive sampling technique and the respondents in this research are STIE AsiaMalang students. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression method, Determination Test (R2), Test t, F Test, and Dominant Test. Results of multiple linear regression analysisobtained results the independent variables that have the most influence on the dependent variable are brand image variable with Beta (β) 0,465 value followed by advertisement variable with Beta (β) 0,400. Result of t test to prove the variable of brand image and advertisement have positive and significant influence to decision of Samsung brand smartphone purchase, with t value of each variable of advertisement equal to 5,258 with signification level 0,000 and brand image variable equal to 6,100 with 0.000 significance level. F test results also membutktikan that independent variables of brand image and advertising simultaneously affect the decision of Samsung brand smartphone purchase with the value of F arithmetic amounted to 50.695 with a significance level of 0.000. From the results of this study indicate that the independent variables are able to explain 51.1% of Samsung brand smartphone purchase decisions, while the remaining 48.9% is explained by other independent variables that are not examined.Keywords: Brand Image, Advertisement and Purchase Decision.

Abstract

Fenomena Kota Malang semakin aktif sebagai kota metropolitan yang tentunya berdampak pada bertambahnya banyak bisnis baru, salah satunya adalah bisnis kafe. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan baik secara langsung maupun kepuasan pelanggan sebagai variabel intervening terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang pernah berkunjung ke AKA Coffee Malang minimal dua kali dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dan loyalitas pelanggan, 2) terdapat pengaruh signifikan kepuasan pelanggan sebagai media intervening kualitas layanan, kualitas produk, dan harga terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.
