Abstract

PT Barito Renewables Energy, Tbk (BREN) has emerged as one of the leaders in the renewable energy sector in Indonesia with a focus on diversifying energy sources, including solar and wind power development. The company utilizes advanced technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Big Data to improve operational efficiency and reliability of energy supply. Through strategic partnerships with global companies and collaboration with the government, BREN contributes to Indonesia's clean energy transition. Funding through an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2023 successfully raised IDR 3.13 trillion in capital to support expansion and innovation. Commitment to sustainability is reflected in environmentally friendly projects and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs that empower local communities. By continuously increasing production capacity and exploring new projects, BREN demonstrates real steps in change management that support business sustainability and competitiveness in the digital era. BREN's success serves as a model for other energy companies in facing global challenges and contributing to Indonesia's green energy transition.

Abstract

Tantangan dalam akses keuangan dalam Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) masih menjadi kendala utama bagi sebagian besar UKM yang dapat menghambat kemajuan bisnis mereka, yang dimana UKM memiliki peran krusial dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji pengaruh literasi keuangan dan akses keuangan terhadap inklusi keuangan di kalangan pelaku UKM melalui penggunaan Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). QRIS adalah metode pembayaran berbasis kode QR, yang dimana metode QRIS ini dapat membantu pelaku UKM dalam akses keuangan mereka untuk mendapati kemudahan pada transaski jual beli mereka. Penelitian ini menggunaan metode kualitatif, yang dimana data terkumpul kemudian diolah dengan teknik analisis deksriptif kualitatif dengan desain survey terhadap pelaku UKM di daerah Ciledug, Pondok Aren, Ciater, Bintaro, Pamulang, dan Ceger. Variabel yang di analisis terdiri dari literasi keuangan, akses keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan kepada pelaku UKM, masyarakat sekitar, dimana finance technology (fintech) diharapkan dapat mendorong inklusi keuangan melalui lietrasi keuangan yang matang bagi pelaku UKM mngenai akses teknologi QRIS yang diharapkan dapat mempermudah akses keuangan mereka dalam transaksi.

Abstract

More than in the previous era, after the COVID-19 pandemic, companies must build effective human resource management (HRM) to improve employee performance and work culture. This condition requires an organizational form and HRM system relevant to performance needs and demands. PT Gagah Putera Satria needs to transform employees' systems, processes, and work culture to increase their performance as a company engaged in the service sector. Improving and enhancing the performance of the human resource organization is the key to the company's success in achieving the expected performance. That is why the company developed a comprehensive HRM as a major project along with the change in the form of the company, which was initially a heavy equipment rental company, shifted to heavy equipment contractors in the mining industry in Kalimantan. This assistance aims to help the company improve HRM performance. The activities include mapping the actual conditions of the problems experienced related to the company's HRM, restructuring the human resource organization, and disseminating recommendations for HRM performance improvement programs to principals and employees of the head office and project office at the site. The results of the assistance are the formation of an integrated structure of the HRM system, the operation of the human resource management process with a streamlined structure and a more effective process, and the increased managerial skills of the HRM personnel of the company.

Abstract

Indonesia as one of the countries endowed with abundant natural resources drives the development of the mining, plantation and construction industries that contribute to economic growth and state revenue. In practice, both the mining and plantation and construction industries require heavy equipment to conduct their business operations where heavy equipment dealers supply this need. Heavy equipment dealers in addition to selling heavy equipment units, also provide after-sales services such as supplying spare parts and maintenance services ranging from routine maintenance to total maintenance services. In line with the development of technology, heavy equipment dealers need to conduct digital transformation to maximize business opportunities and optimize their business operations. For this, it is necessary to plan a business model by creating a comprehensive enterprise architecture, starting from the business aspects, application, the information, the technology, and core business processes. The paper will explain the process to develop the enterprise architecture using business model and further detailed with the three main revenues using the ArchiMate diagram to show the interaction between the business processes with the applications, databases, technology, and business actors who play a role in the process.

Abstract

The food delivery service application is a platform that provides services for people to order and buy food or drinks online. Delivery service applications such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood makes it easy for consumers to order food without having to visit the restaurant. Not only does it make it easy to order and purchase food, but the delivery service application also provides a variety of menu and restaurant choices. This research aims to identify factors that influence consumer purchase intention in food delivery service applications. Using qualitative methods with an approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research analyzes articles related to the influence of food delivery service applications on purchase intention. The study results show that factors that are significant in attracting consumer purchase intention include speed of delivery, menu variations, ease of ordering, payment, display of product photos, user reviews, perceived ease of use, brand image, price and product quality

Abstract

Fujifilm, which was founded in 1934, faced major challenges due to a significant decline in its photographic film business along with the development of digital technology. From contributing 60% of sales in 2000, this sector shrank to less than 10% in 2010. To survive and develop in the digital era, Fujifilm succeeded in carrying out a strategic transformation by shifting its business focus from photographic film to the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and digital technology sectors, and create new innovations. This research aims to analyze Fujifilm's transformation efforts using Kotter's 8 Step Change Model as a framework. The research method used is qualitative literature study using several sources in the form of e-books, industry articles and related publications. The research results show that Fujifilm's success in change management lies in their ability to adapt and innovate continuously, as well as building a corporate culture that encourages openness and transparency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi manajemen perubahan di PT Sido Muncul dengan fokus pada sinergi antara tradisi dan inovasi. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis bagaimana nilai-nilai tradisional perusahaan berinteraksi dengan praktik bisnis inovatif untuk mencapai kesuksesan di pasar yang kompetitif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, analisis dokumen internal, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan, komunikasi yang efektif, dan investasi dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia merupakan kunci dalam mengelola perubahan. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi dalam menjaga keseimbangan antara tradisi dan inovasi. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi perusahaan lain tentang pentingnya strategi manajemen perubahan yang holistik

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas bagaimana manajemen perubahan memainkan peran penting dalam membantu organisasi beradaptasi dengan tantangan dan peluang yang muncul akibat transformasi digital. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis pustaka, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa digitalisasi membuka peluang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, mendorong inovasi, serta meningkatkan fleksibilitas organisasi. Namun, tantangan utama yang dihadapi termasuk resistensi terhadap perubahan, kesenjangan keterampilan, dan ketidakpastian dalam penerapan teknologi baru. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, diperlukan strategi manajemen perubahan yang efektif, seperti komunikasi yang jelas, pelatihan karyawan, serta keterlibatan pemimpin dalam proses transisi. Temuan penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya kolaborasi antara pengelolaan teknologi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia untuk keberhasilan transformasi digital dan peningkatan daya saing organisasi.

Abstract

Transformasi bisnis telah menjadi elemen kunci bagi perusahaan untuk tetap relevan dalam era digital. Netflix, yang awalnya beroperasi sebagai penyedia layanan rental DVD, berhasil melakukan transformasi bisnis yang signifikan menjadi pemimpin industri streaming digital. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi keberhasilan transformasi bisnis Netflix menggunakan Model 8 Langkah Kotter, yang mencakup tahap-tahap seperti menciptakan rasa urgensi, membangun tim pemandu, mengembangkan visi dan strategi, mengkomunikasikan visi, pemberdayaan tindakan, meraih kemenangan jangka pendek, konsolidasi perbaikan, dan institusionalisasi perubahan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan analitik data yang efektif, inovasi teknologi, serta manajemen perubahan yang komprehensif memainkan peran penting dalam kesuksesan transformasi digital Netflix. Dengan pendekatan yang sistematis dan holistik, Netflix mampu menghadapi disrupsi teknologi dan tantangan pasar, menjadikannya sebagai studi kasus penting bagi organisasi lain yang ingin mencapai keunggulan kompetitif yang berkelanjutan. Studi ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan analisis data sekunder untuk mengevaluasi penerapan strategi perubahan secara bertahap oleh Netflix, yang menggarisbawahi pentingnya manajemen perubahan yang strategis dalam mewujudkan transformasi bisnis yang berhasil.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize the monthly production of five best seller menus in Ayam Penyet JU-PE MSMEs to maximize profits in the midst of limited resources, such as raw materials and production capacity. The Linear Programming (LP) method is used to formulate production problems into mathematical models consisting of objective functions and real constraints, such as raw material limitations, production time, and operating capital. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with business owners, while secondary data was taken from MSME literature and internal documentation. The results of the analysis using the Excel Solver application show that optimal production is achieved by producing 178 servings of tofu per month. This strategy provides a maximum profit of IDR 124,600 and remains within the time limit and available capital. The application of the LP method has proven to be effective in helping MSME actors develop production strategies that are more systematic, efficient, and data-based, so that they can be a reference for future production decision-making.
