Abstract

This research applies linear programming methods to optimize resource allocation in the UMKM Cimol Bojot AA. The main problems faced include raw material limitations and difficulties in determining the optimal production combination of four product variants with different profitability. Through a quantitative approach, mathematical modeling was carried out on decision variables, objective functions to maximize profits, and resource constraints. Data was obtained through interviews and direct observation of the production process. Analysis results using manual calculations and QM for Windows show that the optimal production combination is 0 portions of Original Cimol, 9 portions of Spicy Cimol, 13 portions of Cheese Cimol, and 13 portions of Chicken-Filled Cimol, with a maximum profit of IDR 128,958 per day. The research findings prove the effectiveness of linear programming in solving operational problems of MSMEs and providing a more measurable basis for decision-making. Further research can apply integer linear programming methods and sensitivity analysis to accommodate fluctuations in raw material prices.

Abstract

Article History Received: Revised: Published: Keywords: Company Culture, PURE Culture, Productivity, Job Satisfaction Abstract: This research examines the implementation of a corporate culture that includes Passionate, Fun and Care (PURE) values ​​in increasing employee job satisfaction and productivity in the Society 5.0 era which is dominated by information and communication technology. The research method used is qualitative with a narrative literature review to understand how the company culture is implemented and influences employee behavior. The research results show that the implementation of PURE culture has a positive impact on employee job satisfaction and productivity. Passionate values ​​emphasize the importance of commitment, integrity, intelligence and responsibility in completing tasks. The Fun value emphasizes the importance of being friendly and open in serving customers. Meanwhile, the value of Care means being proactive and respecting other people to achieve common goals. Although implementing a PURE culture has benefits, it can be faced by inhibiting factors such as lack of leadership commitment, limited resources, and lack of employee awareness. By paying attention to supporting and inhibiting factors, companies can implement a PURE culture more effectively, increase job satisfaction, employee productivity, and create a harmonious and productive work environment. KataKunci: Budaya Perusahaan , Budaya PURE ,Produktivitas, Kepuasan Kerja Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengkaji implementasi budaya perusahaan yang mencakup nilai Passionate, Fun, dan Care (PURE) dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan di era Society 5.0 yang didominasi oleh teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan tinjauan pustaka naratif untuk memahami bagaimana budaya perusahaan tersebut diimplementasikan dan memengaruhi perilaku karyawan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi budaya PURE memiliki dampak positif pada kepuasan kerja dan produktivitas karyawan. Nilai Passionate menekankan pentingnya komitmen, integritas, kecerdasan, dan tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas. Nilai Fun menekankan pentingnya bersikap ramah dan terbuka dalam melayani pelanggan. Sedangkan nilai Care berarti bersikap proaktif dan menghargai orang lain untuk mencapai tujuan bersama. Meskipun implementasi budaya PURE memiliki manfaat, namun dapat dihadapi oleh faktor penghambat seperti kurangnya komitmen pimpinan, keterbatasan sumber daya, dan kurangnya kesadaran karyawan. Dengan memperhatikan faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat, perusahaan dapat mengimplementasikan budaya PURE dengan lebih efektif, meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, produktivitas karyawan, dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang harmonis dan produktif.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to ascertain whether positive or negative internet reviews have an impact on consumer trust in a business. The methodology of this investigation is quantitative. 2019 active management students who have purchased Roughneck 1991 items on Shopee Marketplace form the population for this analysis. A total of 94 participants were surveyed for this analysis. Primary data collection was carried out by sending questionnaires, so this research relies entirely on this method. Multiple regression analysis in SPSS 25 was used to analyze the data in this research. The t-test findings of this study indicate that good online customer reviews significantly increase consumer trust, whereas online customer ratings do not. Consumer confidence in Roughneck 1991 products on Shopee Marketplace increased as a result of the positive and statistically significant feedback they received from other customer evaluations and ratings posted online. It is hoped that in the future academics will include more characteristics that theoretically also impact customer trust. Researchers can provide Roughneck 1991 marketing advice to improve the quality and quantity of their merchandise.
