Abstract

By combining the Merdeka Curriculum with the unique Muhammadiyah curriculum, this research attempts to examine the PAI curriculum at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung. The main focus of this research is on the curriculum development process and the results of its implementation, which combines the unique ideals of Muhammadiyah Islam with the adaptability and creativity exemplified by the Merdeka Curriculum. Field research methods were used in conjunction with a qualitative descriptive approach. In-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis were used to collect information. Eleventh grade students, curriculum administrators, and Islamic Religious Education teachers at SMA Muhammadiyah 2 Bandar Lampung were the subjects of the research. The results of the research showed that the development of Islamic personality, religious description, and 21st century skills of students were successfully strengthened through this curriculum integration. Through continuous training and increased cooperation between schools and Muhammadiyah organizations, problems including limited human resources and teacher competence were overcome. This study supports Muhammadiyah's learning objectives to produce a generation of people who are religious, pious, and have global capabilities, while also participating in and producing a religion-based curriculum that is relevant to the demands of the era.

Abstract

Strengthening and mastering financial literacy can increase the ability of MSME actors in managing their business finances. The activity of utilizing the Cashier Application on a cellphone can also facilitate financial recording, so that MSME actors can easily see the reports they need such as, Profit and loss reports, receivables, payables, and others contained in the Irea Lites Post Cashier application. This activity is also an actualization of the Chatur Dharma of Higher Education in the field of community service in responding to the low level of community literacy in the era of the rapidly developing digital world. The goal to be achieved from this community service activity is to increase the financial literacy of MSME actors in Lembar Selatan Village and to be able to improve their businesses. The results of this community service activity are the delivery of information related to how to record business finances, using the Cashier application, how to read financial reports in the Post Cashier Application.

Abstract

The Bromo Tengger Semeru National Park (BTSNP) area has a very large area (50,276 ha) covering 4 districts in East Java Province, so it is still necessary to conduct research on frog and toad species that are members of the Anura order in order to contribute to adding and completing databases that have been previously documented. The study aims to measure the diversity, uniformity, and dominance of frog and toad species belonging to the Anura order in several areas that are still included in the BTSNP area, namely Senduro Resort, Ireng-ireng Block, and Ranu Darungan. Observations were made using direct observation methods using Visual Encounter Survey (VES) combined with roaming techniques on transect lines. The results showed that 11 species of frogs and toads of the Anura order were found in the 3 research zones. The species diversity index value in Senduro Resort is in the low category (0.598), while in Ireng-ireng and Ranu Darungan Blocks it is in the medium category (1.183 and 1.006). The species evenness index in the 3 research zones showed moderate values (0.863; 0.85; 0.517), the dominance value obtained was in the low category (0.142; 0.027; 0.010). It was concluded that although the diversity index of frog and toad species was moderate in the 2 research zones, as well as the acquisition of species richness values of 11 species of 138 individual frogs and toads, the overall data of this information has meaning in supporting the management and conservation of frog and toad species members of the order Anura in BTSNP.

Abstract

Salah satu cara menerapkan teknologi pada proses pembelajaran yaitu menggunakan pendekatan TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content KnowIedge). pembelajaran yang dapat di gabungkan dengan TPACK yaitu metode pembelajaran mind mapping yang merupakan teknik mencatat efektif dan kreatif. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui péngaruh penerapanpendekatan TPACK dengan metode mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik mata pelajaran IPAS kelas V. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik probability sampling. Analisis data kedua kelas menggunakan uji-t dengan bantuan program SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian hipotesis diketahui nilai thitung sebesar 6,719 dengan Sig sebesar 0,000 dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Sehingga diketahui terdapat pengaruh signifikan pendekatan TPACK dengan mind mapping terhadap hasil belajar pada mata pelajaran IPAS kelas V di SD Negeri 1 Alue Dua Kota Langsa.AbstractThe one way to integrate technology into the classroom learning process is by using the TPACK (Technological, Pedagogical, and Content KnowIedge). One of the teaching methods that can be combined with TPACK is the Mind Mapping method, a creative and effective. he purpose of this study is to determine the extent of the influence of applying the TPACK approach combined with the Mind Mapping method on students' learning outcomes in the subject of IPAS, compared to students using conventional methods. This research employs a quantitative approach and is categorized as quasi-experimental research. The sampling was conducted using the probability sampling technique. Data analysis for the two groups was performed using a t-test with the assistance of SPSS 20. Based on the hypothesis testing results, the t-value (thitung) was found to be 6.718 with a significance value (Sig) of 0.000 at a significance level of 0.05. so (Ho) is rejected, and (Ha) is accepted. there is a significant effect of the TPACK approach combined with the Mind Mapping method on the learning grade V students in the IPAS at SDN 1 Alue Dua, Kota Langsa

Abstract

Lomba Kompetensi Siswa adalah kompetisi tahunan antar siswa pada jenjang SMK sesuai bidang keahlian yang diajarkan pada peserta SMK. LKS ini setara dengan OSN (Olimpiade Sains Nasional) yang diadakan di SMP/SMA. Kegiatan ini merupakan salah satu bagian dari seleksi rangkaian untuk mendapatkan siswa siswi terbaik dari seluruh Indonesia yang akan dibimbing lebih lanjut oleh tim bidang kompetisi masing-masing dan akan diikutsertakan masing-masing pada kompetisi keahlian tingkat internasional. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilakukan melalui kegiatan lomba LKS ini adalah Tim Pengadian berkontribusi sebagai dewan juri dalam mata lomba web teknologi dan IT software. peran dewan juri sebagai pusat penentu lomba LKS tingkat kota, sehingga hasil seleksi siswa terbaik akan mewakili kota surakarta untuk masuk lomba di tingkat provinsi jawa tengah. Hasil akhir dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah suatu keputusan dari dewan atas proses penilaian lomba dalam menentukan pemenang lomba LKS tingkat kabupaten purworejo.

Abstract

Islamic education management is an important aspect in establishing good university governance, which is integrated with the values ​​of justice, honesty, and accountability of Islamic teachings. This article analyzes the nature of Islamic education management and its relevance in university governance, using the literature study method. Islamic education management prioritizes organizing, planning, implementing, and supervising education to achieve comprehensive educational goals and focuses on character development. Amid challenges such as lack of transparency and stakeholder participation, an approach based on Islamic values ​​is expected to create a sustainable education system that is responsive to the needs of society. By implementing the principles of Islamic education management, higher education institutions can improve the quality of education and its relevance, as well as strengthen their role in developing quality human resources.

Abstract

Biopharmaceutical plants or commonly called medicinal plants are plants in which one, several or all parts of these plants contain substances or active ingredients that are useful for body health, disease healing or cosmetic ingredients. Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the production of biopharmaceutical plants varies in each region. So that in an effort to equalize the results of biopharmaceutical production in Indonesia, it is necessary to group areas that have the potential to produce biopharmaceutical plants to find out which areas produce in large or small quantities. In this research, a method is needed to facilitate the grouping of biopharmaceutical producing regions, one of which is the clustering analysis method. . One of the methods that can be used in cluster analysis is the k-means clustering algorithm. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 provinces that are included in cluster 1 (C1) with the category of low biopharmaceutical production in 2021. Meanwhile, 29 other provinces are included in the cluster. 2 (C2) with the category of high biopharmaceutical production areas in 2021.

Abstract

Workshop Inovasi Media Pembelajaran Berbasis Web di MTs N 4 Lombok Tengah diselenggarakan pada tahun 2020 dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada guru mengenai penggunaan teknologi dalam mendukung pembelajaran daring di masa transisi menuju era new normal. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah pendekatan partisipatif, dengan pemahaman teori dan praktik langsung penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis web. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 85% peserta merasa siap untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis web, sedangkan 15% masih merasa ragu-ragu. Respons peserta terhadap kegiatan ini sangat positif, dengan 90% peserta memberikan umpan balik yang sangat positif dan 10% lainnya positif. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pembelajaran daring. Meskipun demikian, masih terdapat tantangan terkait infrastruktur dan kesiapan mental pengajar yang perlu diatasi untuk memastikan kelangsungan penggunaan teknologi dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi, khususnya handphone (HP), telah menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, termasuk di kalangan santri Taman Pendidikan Al-Qur'an (TPQ). Namun, penggunaan HP yang tidak tepat dapat mengganggu proses belajar dan menyebabkan paparan konten yang tidak sesuai. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada santri TPQ yang berada di bawah binaan Biro Pengembangan Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid mengenai penggunaan HP secara produktif dan aman. Program ini dirancang untuk mengajarkan santri cara memanfaatkan HP sebagai alat bantu belajar, terutama dalam mengakses materi keislaman dan pendidikan umum yang bermanfaat, serta memberikan pemahaman mengenai etika digital dan cara menghindari konten yang tidak pantas. Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah, workshop, dan sesi tanya jawab interaktif. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan keterampilan santri dalam menggunakan teknologi secara produktif dan aman. Survei menunjukkan bahwa 85% santri merasa lebih nyaman menggunakan HP untuk kegiatan pembelajaran dalam memanfaatkan teknologi secara bijak dan aman, sehingga dapat mendukung proses belajar mereka dan memperkuat karakter serta akhlak sesuai dengan nilai-nilai pesantren. setelah mengikuti program ini. Evaluasi efektivitas program dilakukan melalui survei dan observasi.

Abstract

The performance of teachers is a crucial factor influencing educational quality, especially in elementary schools where core skills are developed. This research examines the impact of Total Quality Management (TQM), organizational culture, and work satisfaction on the performance of elementary school educators in Trienggadeng District, Pidie Jaya Regency, Indonesia. This research, rooted in organizational behaviour theory, employs a quantitative explanatory methodology. Data were gathered from primary school educators using standardized questionnaires assessing TQM implementation, organizational culture, job satisfaction, and teacher performance. The data were studied by path analysis to investigate both direct and concurrent correlations among variables. The results indicate that Total Quality Management and organizational culture significantly enhance teachers' job happiness. Moreover, Total Quality Management, organizational culture, and job happiness each have a substantial direct impact on teacher performance. The three independent factors collectively account for a significant amount of the variance in teacher performance, suggesting that quality-oriented management practices, a supportive corporate culture, and satisfied work-related requirements boost instructional efficacy. his study enhances the domain of educational management by presenting empirical evidence of a comprehensive model that connects managerial, cultural, and psychological aspects to teacher performance in primary education. The findings emphasize the necessity of reinforcing continuous quality improvement, fostering a positive school culture, and augmenting teacher job satisfaction as strategic measures to enhance educational outcomes.
