Data was collected online through the distribution of Google form questionnaires to followers of the @literarybase account with a Likert scale as a measurement, and analysis was carried out descriptively. Findings: The @literarybase account has played a role in meeting the information needs and training the information literacy skills of its followers. In content gratification, the @literarybase account fulfills the needs of information sharing and information seeking. In the gratification process, the @literarybase account fulfills entertainment, pass time, escape, habit, and self-expression needs. In social gratification, the @literarybase account fulfills the information needs through social interaction. Finally, regarding technology gratification, the @literarybase account fulfills information needs in the form of relative advantage. Conclusion: The @literarybase account has played a role in meeting information needs and training information literacy skills for its account followers. However, several aspects still need to be fully met, such as the need for self-document in content gratification, the need for campaigns in process gratification, the need for status seeking in social gratification, and the need for social compliance in technology gratification.

Abstract

Background of the study: Awareness of the importance of psychological well-being and personal growth progressively leads to the use of bibliotherapy in education, libraries, and psychology in all age groups. However, the lack of understanding of how to select and determine the right reading materials for each different age group in the context of bibliotherapy remains a challenge that needs to be addressed. Purpose: This study aims to explore the method of analyzing the content of certain books or literature in personal growth and motivation through didactic bibliotherapy. Methods:  A systematic literature review (SLR) of various studies was conducted using the PRISMA framework. The review includes the selection and evaluation of bibliotherapy reading materials based on their didactic values and techniques, including character reflection, moral conflict resolution, and narrative structure. Findings: This review clarifies that didactic content analysis is essential for improving the educational and therapeutic impact of bibliotherapy. It identifies key didactic principles such as relevance to personal experiences, emotional engagement through relatable characters, and reflective narrative techniques. Conclusion: When combined with strong didactic principles, structured reflective approaches, and problem-solving techniques, bibliotherapy can make a significant contribution to psychological therapy and educational contexts by promoting self-reflection, problem-solving skills, and emotional management.

Abstract

Background of the study: User satisfaction is crucial for evaluating website design, especially for cultural and educational institutions such as museums. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to measure how the five dimensions of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness affect user satisfaction. Method: A quantitative approach was used, employing the EUCS model and the DeLone and McLean Framework, through a survey of 224 students from the Faculty of Education at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Findings: The findings of this study indicate that content, accuracy, and format are the most significant factors influencing user satisfaction, explaining nearly 93% of the variation in satisfaction. However, ease of use and timeliness show weaker effects. Conclusion: This study suggests that museum websites should prioritize content quality and accuracy while maintaining a user-friendly design. Additionally, further research with a larger, more diverse sample and longitudinal studies is recommended to examine changes in satisfaction over time.
