Abstract

Implementation of information system quality testing is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness and efficiency of company operations. This study aims to implement an information system and conduct software quality testing based on the ISO/IEC 25010 standard at PT Snapdev Digital Indonesia. Quality testing is carried out by measuring seven main characteristics, namely Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, Usability, Reliability, Security, Maintainability, and Portability. The research methods used include observation, data collection, and analysis of test results based on indicators in each ISO/IEC 25010 characteristic. The measurement results show that the percentage value for each aspect of system quality is in the range of 79%–83%, which indicates that the system has met most of the established quality criteria. The overall average value of 80.97% places the system quality in the very good category. This indicates that the system has efficient performance, adequate levels of security and reliability, good ease of use, and can be maintained and run in various environments. However, there are still opportunities for improvement in several aspects to improve system quality to be more optimal. Overall, the implemented information system is considered suitable for use and complies with international software quality standards.

Abstract

CV. Yunarty Eka Perkasa merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi dan penjualan paving block. Proses pencatatan penjualan, pengolahan pesanan, dan pembuatan laporan masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan ketidakakuratan data, keterlambatan informasi, serta pelayanan pelanggan yang kurang optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem informasi penjualan paving block berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pengelolaan data. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Agile karena bersifat fleksibel dan adaptif terhadap perubahan kebutuhan pengguna. Tahapan penelitian meliputi analisis sistem berjalan, perancangan sistem, perancangan basis data menggunakan Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD) dan Logical Record Structure (LRS), implementasi, serta pengujian sistem. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan Black Box Testing dan Beta Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengelola data produk, pelanggan, transaksi penjualan, pengiriman barang, serta laporan penjualan secara terintegrasi sehingga meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pengambilan keputusan.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of information technology has accelerated digital transformation in various sectors, including housing community administration. Advances in information technology over the past few decades have transformed data management patterns across various sectors, including small-scale organizations such as housing management. Administrative digitization has become a crucial need to improve the speed, precision, and accuracy of information processing. Web-based information systems are a widely used solution because they integrate data recording, storage, and reporting processes in a single, easily accessible platform. The management of the Residential Property (IPL) at the Situ Indah Kedaung Sawangan Housing Complex is still carried out using conventional methods, resulting in inefficiency, data inaccuracy, and limited financial transparency. The manual recording process causes data fragmentation, complicates payment monitoring, and increases the risk of administrative errors. This study aims to design and develop a web-based IPK Payment Monitoring Information System that integrates resident data management, billing records, payment transactions, reporting, notifications, and regulatory management into a centralized platform. The system was developed using an Agile methodology, emphasizing iterative and collaborative development to ensure alignment with user needs. The results of the study show that the implemented system improves administrative efficiency, accelerates the monitoring and reporting process, and increases transparency and accountability in housing financial management through real-time access to information.

Abstract

In the comtemporary age of globalization era, the development of information technology has had a significant impact across various sectors, including education. Educational institutions have begun to integrate information technology to enhance operational efficiency, access to information, and the quality of academic services. However, PKBM Mutiara Ilmu, located in Purwosari District, Pasuruan Regency, still employs traditional methods such as manual recording and Microsoft Excel for academic and administrative data management, which are prone to recording errors and data loss. This study aims to design a web-based Academic Information System (SIAKAD) using the User Centered Design (UCD) method to replace traditional methods, integrate attendance management, daily assignments, and tuition fee payments, as well as improve security through the implementation of Cloudflare CAPTCHA during the login process. The design process involves requirements analysis, interface design, and testing with users as the central focus. The results show that the SIAKAD PKBM Mutiara Ilmu successfully accelerates the process of recording, searching, and managing data in a digital and integrated manner. Based on beta testing with 38 respondents, user satisfaction increased from 54.57% (fair category) to 97.76% (excellent category), with an increase of 43.19%. These findings demonstrate that the SIAKAD meets user needs, improves operational efficiency, and provides better data protection.
