Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan oleh Ahmad Dental Clinic di Karawang untuk meningkatkan kunjungan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, melibatkan wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan analisis dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran yang diterapkan mencakup penggunaan media sosial, program diskon, dan loyalitas pasien, serta pentingnya pelayanan ramah dan profesional. Penggunaan media sosial efektif dalam meningkatkan visibilitas klinik, sementara program diskon dan loyalitas berhasil menarik lebih banyak pasien. Namun, terdapat tantangan seperti waktu tunggu yang lama dan biaya promosi yang tinggi. Analisis SWOT menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, lokasi strategis, dan pelayanan staf yang baik merupakan kekuatan utama, sedangkan kelemahan utama adalah waktu tunggu dan persepsi harga yang tinggi. Promosi offline dan program referral yang lebih agresif diidentifikasi sebagai peluang untuk meningkatkan jumlah kunjungan pasien. Keterbatasan penelitian ini terletak pada sampel yang terbatas dan penelitian dalam satu periode waktu. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif bagi klinik gigi di Indonesia.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh dukungan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT DNP Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, dengan sampel sebanyak 50 orang karyawan yang dipilih secara acak dari berbagai divisi di perusahaan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuesioner yang terdiri dari dua bagian utama: dukungan organisasi dan kepuasan kerja. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan inferensial, termasuk regresi linear untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel-variabel tersebut. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan untuk memastikan akurasi dan konsistensi instrumen penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikan (sig) sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari α (0,05) dan nilai thitung sebesar 12.048 yang lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 0.679. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian secara parsial, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dukungan organisasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT DNP Indonesia. Penelitian ini memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pentingnya dukungan organisasi dalam meningkatkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, serta memberikan rekomendasi bagi perusahaan untuk terus memperkuat aspek dukungan organisasi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan produktivitas karyawan.

The development of digital technology has brought major changes in various aspects of life, especially in the student learning process. This study aims to examine how much influence the use of digital technology has on the learning productivity of Buana Perjuangan University Karawang students. The method used is a quantitative approach with an associative research type. Data were collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 50 active students, then analyzed using validity, reliability, classical assumption tests, and simple linear regression. The results showed that all instruments used were declared valid and reliable. Based on the regression test results, which means there is a positive and significant influence between the utilization of digital technology on student learning productivity. This finding shows that the more optimal the utilization of digital technology in the learning process, the higher the student learning productivity, especially in terms of time effectiveness, task completion, and academic achievement.

Dots Greentea has experienced fluctuations in revenue due to the COVID-19 virus, intensified competition, and shortcomings in promotional efforts and product innovation. The objective of this research is to assess the effectiveness of online promotion through Instagram in promoting Dots Greentea MSMEs in the city of Karawang. This study adopts a qualitative research approach utilizing observational data, in-depth interviews, and documentation as primary data sources. The primary data, obtained from observations and interviews with relevant stakeholders, encompass questions concerning the activities and events related to Dots Greentea promotion in Karawang. The findings indicate that online promotion significantly influences the increase in Dots Greentea sales. When this business promotes through Instagram, the revenue or income of Dots Greentea increases from 20% to 40%.

"Mie Cihuy" which is located in Karawang is one of the SMEs engaged in the restaurant sector. "Mie Cihuy" has lasted more than 20 years and is believed to have good service quality, according to the results of this study which show that buyers perceive the service as good. This study aims to determine how much influence service quality has on the sales volume of "Mie Cihuy" UMKM. This study uses validity and reliability tests to determine how valid and reliable the respondents are in assessing the variables in this study. As well as a service quality scale that aims to determine service quality with indicators of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy dimensions using quantitative methods. The data analysis technique used was simple regression analysis using SPSS version 26 software with a total of 46 respondents. Based on the results of the service quality scale, it shows that respondents agree about service quality and sales volume at Mie Cihuy UMKM. Simple regression analysis shows that service quality has a significant effect on the sales volume of Mie Cihuy UMKM. Adjust R Square results show a value of 0.653, this means that 65.3% of sales volume is influenced by service quality and as much as 34.7% is influenced by variables that are not present in this regression model. The purpose of this study is to ascertain and elucidate the relationship between after-sale support and service quality and customer happiness at OPS Garage. Multiple linear regression was used for data analysis and questionnaires were used for data collecting in this quantitative study. According to the study's findings, OPS Garage customers are positively and significantly impacted by both loyal customers and high-quality services. Customer happiness is positively and significantly impacted by service quality. The two factors under investigation customer loyalty and service quality have a favorable and substantial impact on satisfaction levels at the same time. MSMEs have a significant contribution, including: increasing employment opportunities and obtaining labor, forming Gross Domestic Product (GDP), and also becoming an option for people with low incomes to carry out productive economic activities. The object of this research is the UMKM Seblak Teh Windy which is located in Karawang Regency. This research aims to obtain information on how Seblak Teh Windy presents financial reports, analyze the accuracy of Seblak Teh Windy's financial accounting process using SAK EMKM, and reconstruct Seblak Teh Windy's financial records based on SAK EMKM. Qualitative methods were used in this research, data collection was carried out through interviews and documentation. The final results stated that Seblak Teh Windy UMKM did not keep financial records in accordance with SAK EMKM, where they only compiled daily expenses and receipts. Therefore, this research produces an analysis of Seblak Teh Windy's financial records in accordance with SAK EMKM, consisting of a financial position report, notes to financial reports and profit and loss reportss.

This study aims to analyze the influence of product design and product quality on purchasing decisions for Honda Beat motorcycles in Karawang Regency. Using a quantitative research design, this study involved 100 respondents from prospective consumers of Honda Beat motorcycles. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS 26 software. The results showed that product design had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient value of 0.322. Product quality was also shown to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, with a regression coefficient value of 0.348. Multiple linear regression tests revealed that product design and product quality simultaneously influenced purchasing decisions, with a determination coefficient value (R²) of 71.9%, indicating that 71.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions could be explained by these two variables. This study contributes to the understanding of how motorcycle product design and quality can influence consumer purchasing decisions in the Indonesian automotive market. These findings are expected to provide guidance for motorcycle manufacturers, especially Astra Honda Motor, in designing better products to meet consumer expectations and win the competition in the market.

This research aims to analyze the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance at PT Indonesia Epson Industry. By using transformational and transactional leadership theories as well as motivation theories such as Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, McGregor's Theory X and Y, and McClelland's Theory of Needs, this research examines the interaction of these factors on employee performance. The research method uses multiple regression analysis with the T test and F test. The research population consists of 30 employees with a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected through a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The research results show that leadership and work motivation have a significant effect on employee performance. An effective leadership style and appropriate work motivation improve employee performance. The T test shows a significant influence of individual variables, while the F test shows significant differences in performance based on variations in leadership style and work motivation. This research provides an understanding of the importance of the role of leadership and motivation in improving employee performance and its implications for the development of management strategies at PT Indonesia Epson Industry.

The millennial generation plays an important role in changing the dynamics of the current labor market, especially in the creative and information technology sectors such as those faced by Cipta Grafika. This study aims to identify the main factors that influence the work motivation of the millennial generation at Cipta Grafika. The research method used is qualitative analysis with a descriptive approach, involving data collection through in-depth interviews and focused observation of millennial generation employees in various company departments and Cipta Grafika. The research results show that factors such as work flexibility, recognition of contributions, opportunities for career development, and a supportive work environment significantly influence the level of work motivation of the millennial generation at Cipta Grafika.
