Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; 1) Mengembangkan bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan, 2) mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan menurut ahli materi dan desain, 3) mengetahui kelayakan bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan untuk siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA) yang di kembangkan menurut guru dan siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan (Research and Development) yang menggunakan model pengembangan Borg & Gall. Data hasil penelitian ini dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan; 1) Produk yang dikembangkan berupa bahan ajar prakarya dan kewirausahaan untuk siswa kelas X Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). 2) Berdasarkan validasi ahli materi, bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan ini memiliki kelayakan dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan persentase keseluruhan sebesar (87,67). Sementara itu, berdasarkan hasil validasi kelayakan desain bahan ajar yang dikembangkan memiliki kualitas kelayakan dengan kategori “sangat layak”. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan persentase keseluruhan dari sebesar (91,66). 3) Berdasarkan penilaian guru, kelayakan produk bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan berada pada kategori “sangat layak, dengan persentase 93,03. Sementara itu berdasarkan penilaian siswa, kelayakan produk bahan ajar yang telah dikembangkan berada pada kategori “sangat layak”, dengan persentase 87,18.

Abstract

AbstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan LKPD Bahasa Indonesia Berbasis Keterampilan Proses dan efektivitas penggunaannya terhadap kemandirian belajar siswa. Model pengembangan yang digunakan ialah model Four-D yang dilakukan dengan empat tahapan yaitu Define, Design, Develop, dan Disseminate. Subjek digunakan 36 orang siswa kelas IV SDN 2 Aikmel Timur. Instrument pengumpulan data meliputi lembar validasi pengembangan LKPD, angket kemandirian belajar, dan angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, validasi LKPD yang dengan menggunakan validator media, materi, kebahasaan, dan uji coba user. Penilaian produk oleh ahli media, dengan nilai prolehan 113 dengan rata-rata 4,3 berada pada interval 91,8 < X ≤ 113,4 dengan kategori baik. Penilaian produk oleh ahli materi, dengan nilai prolehan 60 dengan rata-rata 3,5 dan berada pada interval 57,8< X ≤71,3 dengan  kategori baik. Penilaian produk oleh ahli kebahasaan, dengan nilai prolehan 53 dengan rata-rata 4,4 dan berada pada interval X> 50,4 dengan kategori sangat baik. Prolehan nilai kemandirian belajar siswa memproleh 469 dengan persentase 92%  dengan kategori kemandirian tinggi, dan prolehan nilai respon siswa dengan nili 668 dengan persentase 92,2% dengan kategori sangat merespon. Berdasarkan hal tersebut pengembangan LKPD Bahasa Indonesia berbasis keterampilan proses sangat efektif digunakan untuk membangun kemandirian berlajar siswa. Kata-kata kunci: bahasa Indonesia, LKPD, keterampilan proses

Abstract

Learning arts and culture, especially dance in this digital era, really needs learning media that are appropriate to the situation and conditions. The interactive media required at this time are animation-based media because these demands are the media that are preferred by students and are considered the most fun. This study aims to analyze the development of audio-visual media animation in dance learning and its development effectiveness. The method used in developing the Borg and Gall model includes needing analysis, design planning, product development, product revision, and field trials to the results using Macromedia Flash 8 media. The instruments used to collect data in this study were questionnaires, interview guidelines, and observations at SMAN 1 Labuhan Haji, East Lombok. These findings We are in the form of learning media based on audiovisual animation using Macromedia Flash 8 through a complete process and feasibility test so that it is easy to use. The feasibility of the developed press, based on tests from media experts, obtained good criteria (GC), material experts obtained GC criteria, and user tests obtained perfect criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the structure of the form, meaning, and function of motion in the Rudat Dance of the Selaparang Anak Lembah Gunung Rinjani in Aik Dewa Village, Kec. Pringgasela. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative research form. The data in this study were observational data, documentation, and oral data from interviews. The data sources in this study were visuals of Rudat dance, videos, and informants. The technique used in this research is observation technique, documentary study, and interview. The data analysis technique was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and data conclusion. The results of this study show that the movement of the Rudat Dance in the Selaparang Anak Lembah Gunung Rinjani has 10 forms of structure ranging from the Beronjong movement to the Apologizing movement and each has a different meaning. The function of this Rudat dance is as a medium of propaganda, a means of entertainment or spectacle, and a means of education. Keywords: form, function, the meaning of motion, Rudat dance Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan struktur bentuk, makna, dan fungsi gerak pada Tari Rudat Sanggar Selaparang Anak Lembah Gunung Rinjani di Desa Aik Dewa Kec. Pringgasela. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk penelitian kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini adalah data obsevasi, dokumentasi dan data lisan hasil wawancara. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah visual tarian Rudat, video, dan informan. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi, studi dokumenter dan wawancara.  Teknik analisis data dilakukan melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa gerak Tari Rudat di Sanggar Selaparang Anak Lembah Gunung Rinjani memiliki 10 struktur bentuk mulai gerak Beronjong sampai dengan gerakan Meminta maaf dan masing-masing memiliki makna yang berbeda. Fungsi tari Rudat ini adalah sebagai media dakwah, sarana hiburan atau tontonan, dan sarana pendidikan.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of audiovisual media on learning outcomes of basic movements of Sasak traditional dance in junior high school students. This study aims to describe student learning outcomes before being given treatment (pretest) and after being given treatment (posttest) and to analyze the effect of audiovisual media on learning outcomes of basic movements of traditional Sasak dance in junior high school students. This research method is an experiment with a quantitative approach using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design. The sampling technique used a total sample with a total sample of 49 students from 2 classes. The data collection technique used a test in the form of a description. The data analysis technique used paired sample t-test for paired samples. The results of this study obtained the pretest score of students with an average value of 59.98 and post-test scores with an average of 78.73. After obtaining the student test data, the researcher then analyzed the data using a paired sample t-test for paired samples and obtained the results tcount = -17.488 and sig.(2-tailed) = 0.000 with a significance level of 5% or 0.05. Thus the value of sig.(2-tailed) < 0.05 is 0.000<0.05, which means it is rejected and accepted. Based on the results of the data analysis, it can be concluded that there is an influence of audiovisual media on the learning outcomes of the basic movements of the Sasak traditional dance in junior high school students. Keywords: audiovisual media, cultural arts, traditional dance Abstrak Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengaruh media audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar gerak dasar tari tradisional Sasak pada siswa SMP. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hasil belajar siswa sebelum diberikan perlakuan (pretest) dan setelah diberikan perlakuan (posttest) serta menganalisis pengaruh media audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar gerak dasar tari tradisional sasak pada siswa SMP. Metode penelitian ini adalah eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan design One Group Pretest-Posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel total dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 49 siswa dari 2 kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes berupa uraian. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji paired sampel t test untuk sampel berpasangan. Hasil penelitian ini, diperoleh nilai pretest siswa dengan nilai rata-rata 59.98 dan nilai posttest dengan rata-rata 78.73. Setelah memperoleh data hasil tes siswa, selanjutnya peneliti melakukan analisis data menggunakan paired sampel t test untuk sampel berpasangan dan memperoleh hasil thitung= -17.488 dan sig.(2-tailed) = 0.000 dengan taraf signifikansi 5% atau 0.05. Dengan demikian nilai sig.(2-tailed) < 0.05 yaitu 0.000<0.05 yang artinya  ditolak dan  diterima.Berdasarkan hasil analisis data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya pengaruh media audiovisual terhadap hasil belajar gerak dasar tari tradisional Sasak pada siswa SMP.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), transformational leadership on job satisfaction, job satisfaction on OCB, knowledge sharing on OCB, knowledge sharing on job satisfaction. online questionnaire via social media to respondents. The respondents of this study were 378 Islamic  teachers who were determined by simple random sampling. The questionnaire was designed using a Likert scale of 1 to 7. Analysis of research data used a structural equation model (SEM) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The stages of data processing in this research are validity test, reliability test and hypothesis test. The independent variables of this research are the culture and commitment of sustainable schools; and the dependent variable is the performance of school employees. The results of this study are transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on OCB, transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on OCB, knowledge sharing has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction Islamic  teacher.

Abstract

Arranged marriages in Asia involve the consent and approval of family members. However, marriages that condone elopement are shared among the Sasak people in Lombok.  The elopement entails taking away the bride from her home without knowing her parents, close relatives, or other family members. As such, events that occur after discovering the elopement are the focus of this study. Post-elopement rituals are held to assuage both sides of the families, where the Pembayun (or adat leaders) are nominated to represent the families. The Pembayun were found to be bound by sociopragmatics in their use of politeness strategies. The analysis of sociopragmatics is based on the politeness theories of Brown and Levinson (1987). A qualitative approach that involved interviews and video recordings were used to collect data from participants and non-participant observation. The study revealed that sociopragmatics play a significant role in Pembayun’s choice of politeness strategies such as social distance, power distribution, rank, situational, and cultural parameters. These factors determine the weightiness of the act and become the basis for politeness strategies in the deliverances of specific acts during the post-elopement rituals.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a basic accounting economics e-module based on a scientific approach to increase learning motivation and understanding for students of Vocational High Schools. In addition, this study aims to analyze the feasibility and effectiveness of basic accounting e-modules based on a scientific approach developed based on the results of expert design, material, and student responses. This research applied the Thiagarajan 4-D model through the following steps: Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate. Two model instruments were implemented upon expert judgements; assessment form of content (material) expert and assessment from media expert. To display, all data collected was processed qualitatively and quantitatively. It involved student responses and numerical data (via questionnaires and validation forms) from both experts. The results showed that (1) the development of the Basic Accounting E-Module Based on the Scientific Approach in vocational high school grade X implements the 4D model up to the development stage, (2) the assessment from media design experts obtained is 91%, which means '"very feasible" and the material expert assessment obtained is 92% which means '"very feasible," (3) The results of the responses of class X students of vocational high school in limited trials obtained an average score of 84% with the category "Very Feasible" and in the field, tests obtained an average overall score of 94% with the category "Very feasible." The module can widely impact better content of teaching basic accounting as a measurable guide for prospective school teachers.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to assess the importance of the links between work strain faced by high school educators with resilience (devotion, command, and obstacles), work demands (physical demands and negative demands), and demographic characteristics (gender, years of experience, age, and job position). The research sample consisted of 217 teachers who were chosen randomly using the non-probability sampling technique of accidental sampling. Multiple regression analysis was utilized to examine the research hypothesis, while CFA (confirmatory factor analysis) was used to determine the consistency of the measuring tool. The results revealed that resilience, work demands, and demographic characteristics had a significant effect on teacher job strain. Based on the results of the minor hypothesis test, difficulties and attention had a significant impact on work strain. Work command, work demands (both physical and mental), gender, years of experience, age, and job position had no noticeable effect on work strain. The findings also indicated that only 21.6% of the variation in job strain was accounted for by all independent variables, while the remaining 78.4% was influenced by factors not addressed in this research.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangunan ekonomi regional berhasil menjelaskan bagaimana hal tersebut secara terukur menetapkan indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) di suatu daerah tertentu. Faktor-faktor termasuk harapan hidup, pendidikan, dan pengeluaran mendukung pengukuran tersebut. Namun penelitian ini menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap progresivitas indeks pembangunan manusia di Kabupaten Lombok Timur dan mencari strategi meminimalkan kendala-kendala tersebut serta menjabarkan hubungan antara IPM dengan pembangunan ekonomi regional.Kami menyebarkan survei dengan kuesioner, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumen sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Dari keterbatasan data, digunakan metode simulasi Monte Carlo untuk mengolah data dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2019.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan indeks pembangunan manusia di Lombok Timur di atas rata-rata pertumbuhan IPM di provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat kecuali Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Uji statistik dengan menggunakan data simulasi Monte Carlo menunjukkan keempat variabel ekonomi dan pembentuk IPM; Harapan Hidup (HH), harapan lama sekolah (HLS), rata-rata lama sekolah (HLS), dan Pengeluaran, berpengaruh positif terhadap human development index Lombok Timur. Selanjutnya keempat indikator tersebut menyimpulkan bahwa Harapan Tahun Sekolah dan Pengeluaran untuk kebutuhan secara ekonomi merupakan indikator kontribusi rendah terhadap progresivitas IPM. Upaya menurunkan angka putus sekolah untuk meningkatkan progresivitas HLS di Lombok Timur juga didiskusikan.
