Abstract

This research examines the development of sustainable knowledge within the perspective of educational philosophy to support the vision of Indonesia Emas 2045. Through a literature review method, this research highlights the importance of education as a fundamental basis for shaping a superior, innovative, and globally competitive generation. The integration of educational philosophy values into the curriculum is key to creating young generations capable of addressing the challenges of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 and 5.0, leveraging technology for innovation, and contributing to sustainable development. The results of this research provide insights for policymakers and educators in designing adaptive and future-oriented educational systems. With an education approach based on sustainable knowledge, Indonesia can prepare creative, critical, and solution-oriented human resources to support the achievement of national development targets towards Indonesia Emas 2045.

Abstract

Puskesmas Management Information System (PMIS) as a modern technology that is very important in data processing procedures based on information technology and integrated with manual procedures and other procedures to produce timely and effective information to support management decision-making processes. The PMIS application is a form of innovation in the public sector that focuses on the health sector which can accommodate all activities of implementing health services at the Puskesmas whose implementation is always evaluated for the success of this modern application. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how PMIS is successfully implemented. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are vendor support, IT infrastructure and government regulation and support. It can be concluded that the Puskesmas is one of the first level of health services in an effort to provide health services. This service includes planning, implementing, evaluating, recording, and reporting as outlined in a comprehensive puskesmas management system. With the successful implementation of PMIS it is also necessary to carry out monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa di SMP Muhammadiyah 8 Bandung. Kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif diharapkan dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif, sedangkan kinerja guru yang baik akan meningkatkan proses pembelajaran yang menarik bagi siswa. Motivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, termasuk kualitas kepemimpinan dan pengajaran yang mereka terima. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei yang melibatkan 150 siswa dan 10 guru sebagai responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda untuk mengukur hubungan antar variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kinerja guru secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap motivasi belajar siswa. Variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besar terhadap motivasi siswa dibandingkan dengan kinerja guru. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya peran kepala sekolah dalam menciptakan atmosfer pendidikan yang mendukung peningkatan motivasi siswa. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlunya peningkatan kualitas kepemimpinan dan pengajaran untuk mengoptimalkan motivasi belajar siswa di sekolah.

Abstract

Abstrak Strategi pemasaran yang komprehensif adalah strategi pemasaran yang disusun secara rinci mulai dari menentukan target konsumen, merencanakan biaya pemasaran, hingga penggunaan teknologi yang mendukung kegiatan pemasaran. Strategi ini merupakan bagian dari keseluruhan usaha suatu bisnis. Strategi pemasaran bertujuan untuk menjangkau target konsumen yang dianggap prospektif dan meningkatkan penjualan. Tujuan dari tinjauan teoritis ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi manajemen pemasaran yang komprehensif dalam meningkatan penjualan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan teoritis dengan menganalisis dan membandingkan teori yang telah ada. Hasil tinjauan teoritis ini yaitu strategi manajemen pemasaran secara komprehensif dalam meingkatkan suatu penjualan yaitu meliputi product, price, place dan promotion. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi manajemen pemasaran dapat dipandang sebagai rencana yang menyeluruh dan terpadu mengenai kegiatan-kegiatan utama bisnis yang akan menentukan keberhasilannya untuk mencapai tujuan pokok dalam lingkungan yang penuh tantangan sehingga dapat meningkatkan penghasilan penjualan atau produk Bagi pengusaha tentunya senantiasa selalu menggunakan sumber-sumber yang dimiliki oleh suatu lembaga atau perusahaan disamping itu diusahakan pula untuk selalu mengatasi kesulitan-kesulitan serta tantangan yang ada dan meningkatkan usaha dalam penjualan.

Abstract

Hospital Management Information System is a computer system that processes and integrates all health service business process flows in the form of coordination networks, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain information quickly, precisely and accurately. The hospital computer-based Management Information System is a very important supporting tool, and is a means to support hospital operational management. The application of SIMRS should be able to improve the quality of service in hospitals. The research method used is Literature Review to conclude how SIMRS is generally implemented.

Abstract

The hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive individual and group health services that provide inpatient, outpatient and emergency services. Hospital services cannot be separated from the hospital management information system (HMIS). HMIS is part of a health information system in the form of a network of coordination, reporting and administrative procedures to obtain precise and accurate information. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the role and function of the hospital information management system are. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are to support community management in order to improve health services for the whole community whose role is to improve service efficiency, finance, health facilities, inventory, staff, information and data integration. It can be concluded that HIMS is an important instrument in the operation of a hospital in modern times. So that the process of collecting, processing, and presenting data about hospitals can be done much easier. In its role and function, HIMS is integrated and systematic and improves service quality, maintains good and correct standards of medical practice and becomes a very effective coordinating tool.

Abstract

A business development strategy is a priority plan to achieve these goals or a business venture. One of the businesses in the livestock sector that has the potential to generate large profits is the chicken farming business. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the chicken farming business development strategy is. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are that in implementing a business business development strategy, product development, market development, concentrated development and innovation development are needed. It can be concluded that the livestock business development strategy is a group of policies, plans, objectives and business activities or companies that aim to identify business opportunities and maintain business continuity so as to achieve the targets desired by business actors. Business development in the livestock sector is also one of the efforts made by business owners to increase their business profitability or business ability to generate more profits. For business actors in the livestock sector, they must always develop a business that covers the scope of the entire business in order to be able to create business synergies in order to realize successful long-term business development.

Abstract

The Independent Curriculum is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia to provide freedom for teachers and students in the learning process. This study aims to explore the perception of teachers at Inpres Sahapikya Elementary School towards the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. Through a qualitative approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with 6 teachers who taught at the school. The results showed that although teachers had a positive view of the flexibility and innovation offered by the Independent Curriculum, there were a number of challenges faced, including a lack of training and support from management. This research provides valuable insights into how teachers' perceptions can affect the success of curriculum implementation in the field.

Abstract

Academic supervision has a positive influence on teacher work motivation. Effective supervision can improve teacher competence, which in turn can increase their motivation to teach. The relationship between Quality of Work Life is measured by employee participation, being given the opportunity to develop a career, being given the opportunity to resolve conflicts, having a good communication space between subordinates and superiors and fellow co-workers, a work environment that ensures health and safety and work security, getting appropriate rewards and creating pride. Teacher Quality of Work Life (QWL) refers to the pleasant or unpleasant conditions of the work environment for a teacher, which includes various aspects such as appreciation, security, working conditions, interpersonal relationships, and intrinsic meaning in work. Good QWL can improve teacher performance and contribute to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study is based on the gap in teacher work motivation so that the research problem is formulated, namely how do supervision and quality of work Life (QWL) affect the work motivation of teachers at SMPN Kota Baru, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province? This study aims to determine the effect of supervision and quality of work Life (QWL) on the work motivation of teachers at SMPN Kota Baru, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative approach using verification analysis. The study was conducted at SMPN Kota Baru, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province, namely on 37 teachers. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire which was carried out from May 23 to June 23, 2025. Work motivation of teachers of SMPN Kota Baru, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province with a good category. The results of this study explain that: the implementation of academic supervision on teachers of SMPN Kota Baru, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province has been running well. Quality of work life (QWL) on teachers of SMPN Kota Baru, North Central Timor Regency, East Nusa Tenggara Province with a good category. there is a significant influence between academic supervision on teacher work motivation, tcount 2.041> ttable. There is a significant influence between price on teacher work motivation, tcount 3.510> ttable = 1.691. Academic supervision and Quality of work life (QWL) simultaneously affect teacher work motivation, Sig.= 0.005 <0.05. When academic supervision and QWL go hand in hand, the impact on motivation can be more significant.

Abstract

HIMS is a solution for hospitals for digital transformation. HIMS is also a strategic step in improving the quality of health services. With HIMS where the data will be better organized and integrated, besides that it makes administrative processes and other data management in the hospital easier and more efficient. The purpose of this study is to find out how HIMS can improve health services. The method used is a theoretical study by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this study are that HIMS in hospitals also provides many benefits in increasing the efficiency and quality of health services. Implementation in EMR with treatment information management, statistical data research, administrative evidence, financing and service quality improvement. It can be concluded that HIMS can improve a health service. HIMS is also an indicator of good and efficient data storage and is included in the health service quality component. In the digitalization era, hospital agencies aim to avoid unwanted errors, such as incorrect data input, failed integration, human error, and slow information. So that the information system that facilitates the hospital can be a reference for the rate of business growth and the development of hospital information technology. Hospital Agencies are expected to always develop new management information systems in accordance with the times. With HIMS, hospital services will be more optimal because they are already digital-based. Digitalization exists because of increasingly advanced technological developments.
