AbstrakPandemi Covid-19 yang terjadi 2 tahun lalu mengakibatkan penurunan bisnis yang signifikan pada usaha-usaha masyarakat. Sebagai upaya mengatasi penurunan bisnis tersebut, beberapa UMKM mulai merambah pemasaran produk secara digital. Hal ini juga dilakukan oleh UMKM Kripik Balado Henny yang melakukan pemasaran produk menggunakan media social untuk memperkenalkan produk ke masyarakat luas. Namun keterbatasan pengetahuan, mengakibatkan produk tidak tersampaikan secara informatif dan tepat sasaran. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, dilakukan analisis Content Digital Marketing sebagai strategi pemasaran produk yang tepat. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan analisis pasar menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan Literatur Review untuk mengetahui target dan kebutuhan konsumen. Diperoleh 50 Responden pengguna media social dengan rentang umur 17 – 45 tahun yang membutuhkan informasi produk menggunakan konten digital. Selanjutnya dilakukan Content Digital berupa Branding Product sebagai bentuk promosi produk sesuai dengan kebutuhan konsumen. Berdasarkan hasil Content Digital Marketing terhadap produk Kripik Balado Henny, diperoleh 46% konsumen sangat tertarik, 39% konsumen tertarik dan 15% konsumen tidak tertarik terhadap produk yang telah dipromosikan secara digital tersebut pada media social. Maka penggunaan Content Digital Marketing pada produk dapat meningkatkan minat beli konsumen, sehingga dapat mengatasi penurunan bisnis pasca Covid-19.Kata kunci : Content Digital Marketing, UMKM, Bisnis, Produk, Media Social

This study aims to test and analyze the effect between Service Quality and Product Quality on Customer Satisfaction at PT. USSI Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung. This research uses descriptive and verifiable methods with a quantitative or numerical approach. In this study, the authors used path analysis to see how much the relationship between variables or indirectly . The results of this study show that: Service Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. USSI Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung the magnitude of the influence of product quality on customer satisfaction 58.5%, Product Quality has a significant positive effect on Customer Satisfaction at PT. Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung. USSI Pinbuk Prima Software Bandung by 23%. The results concluded that the model formed is included in the strong category so that in this study the variables of Service Quality and Product Quality are suitable for use to measure the structure of Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to find out the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia. This study uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive analysis techniques and utilizes SWOT analysis to achieve research objectives. The results of this study include, first, the strengths of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the high population of Indonesian people and the high number of puskesmas operating in Indonesia. Second, the weakness of community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia is the low level of mental health literacy and the low number of health facilities providing mental health services. The three opportunities for community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the development of information technology and the development of communication technology. Fourth, threats to community support as a mental health management solution for adolescents in Indonesia are the high use of social media by adolescents and the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic. Then this research also formulates four strategies based on SO, ST, WO and WT.

Riset terdahulu atau riset yang relevan sangat penting dalam suatu riset atau artikel ilmiah, yang berfungsi untuk memperkuat teori dan penomena hubungan atau pengaruh antar variable. Artikel ini mereview faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan sebagai sumber daya manusia. Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur yang sangat penting bagi organisasi baik di perusahaan swasta maupun pemerintah. Pencapaian keberhasilan tujuan organisasi maupu individu memerlukan tatanan secara sistematis dan terstruktur yang diatur dalam sebuah pola manajemen organisasi. Salah satu upaya manajemen sumber daya manusia yaitu pengendalian terhadap faktor-faktor yang signifikan mempengaruhi kinerja organisasi. Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dan hasilnya bahwa; 1) Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai; 2) Pengembangan karir berpengaruh terhadap kinerja; 3) Terdapat pengaruh perencanaan SDM terhadap kinerja pegawai; 4) Lingkungan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawail; dan 5) Gaya kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Riset ini merupakan suatu studi literatur dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya yang dianggap relevan, agar dapat dijadikan bahan referensi bagi peneltian selanjutnya dibidang sumber daya manusia dalam menentukan strategi dan kebijakan sebuah organisasi.

Sumber daya manusia (SDM) merupakan salah satu faktor yang sangat penting bahkan tidak dapat dilepaskan dari sebuah organisasi, baik institusi maupun perusahaan. Dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia perlu juga melaksanakan kewajiban bagi setiap perusahaan. Karena dengan memiliki sumber daya yang berkualitas tentu perusahaan dapat mencapai tujuannya dengan lebih mudah. Tujuan dari tinjauan teoritis ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi peningkatan kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia di perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah tinjauan teoritis dengan menganalisis dan membandingkan teori yang telah ada. Hasil tinjauan teoritis ini yaitu strategi peningkatan kualitas manajemen sumber daya manusia di perusahaan yaitu dengan memberikan kesempatan pada setiap karyawan, memberikan penghargaan (reward), mengadakan program pelatihan, mengadakan forum diskusi bagi tenaga kerja dan melakukan evaluasi secara berkala. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen sumber daya manusia sangat penting serta mempunya manfaat dan peran nya yang tidak terlepas dari kegiatan ataupun membangun suatu organisasi.MSDM juga berguna dalam mengelola dan memberdayakan Individu yang ada meningkatkan performa dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan. Bagi personalia perusahanan tentunya perlu pengelolaan dengan memberikan pelatihan, pendidikan dan pengajaran dalam meningkatkan performa.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of budgetary participation and organizational commitment on managerial performance at the Pusat Penelitian Teh dan Kina. The data used in this study are primary data, namely data obtained directly from the source, namely through respondents who filled out questionnaires and used secondary data, namely in the form of supporting data whose sources are from agencies, the internet and the library. This test was carried out using the SPSS program, which included validity tests and reliability tests. The results of this study indicate that budgetary participation and organizational commitment have a positive effect on managerial performance.

PT. Pos Indonesia is one of the first companies engaged in the field of freight forwarding services in Indonesia. Companies need cash to run their business, pay off obligations and distribute dividends to investors. Therefore, maintaining cash liquidity by establishing an internal control system for cash is the most important concern for the company. The purpose of this study is to determine the supervision and control of the KCP ceiling at PT Pos Indonesia. This study used a qualitative method with primary and secondary data collection. The analysis that the researchers did was to use a Cause-Effect Diagram to map the constraints and causes of excess PAGU in KC/KCU. The results in the study found that there were still several ManKug who did not know that PT. Pos Indonesia implements a cross-subsidy system in which if the profit unit retains its funds, it will have a significant impact on units with a deficit. The conclusion from this research is cause and effect (Fish Bone) that there are 6 factors that influence the advantages of PAGU in KC/KCU namely Method, Human Resources, Internal (material), External (environment), System, and Time factors.

Performance is something that is very important and must be considered by all management, both at the level of small and large agencies. The performance of health workers is the result or level of success of a person as a whole in carrying out tasks compared to various possibilities, such as work standards, services to patients and targets or criteria that are in accordance with professional responsibilities. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how the factors that influence the performance of health workers in hospitals. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are factors that influence work performance or achievement, namely individual factors consisting of individual factors of effort (effort), abilities, and role/task perception. While environmental factors include physical condition, equipment, time, education and training. It can be concluded that the result or level of one's overall performance during a certain period is influenced by individual and environmental factors. Health workers also in carrying out their functions are not independent, but are related to job satisfaction and levels of pay, health workers also improve the quality of human resources need to continue to learn and hone skills and abilities as well as the need for Hospitals to evaluate the performance of health workers.

The hospital as a health service facility that carries out health efforts in an efficient and effective manner in healing and recovery efforts that are integrated with efforts to improve and prevent disease. In developing the hospital, it is also necessary to develop a management system service. One approach that can be taken to measure the success of an information system is to assess and develop pharmaceutical management. according to professional responsibilities. The purpose of this theoretical review is to find out how to develop a pharmaceutical management system in hospital health services. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The results of this theoretical review are data processing, innovation, information and response from a management system. A pharmaceutical information system is an organized system for collecting, processing, reporting, and using information for decision making. Information is obtained from integrated collection of pharmaceutical documents or records and continuous development. It is also necessary to develop innovation and update a more modern pharmaceutical management system to simplify and streamline the healthcare system.

Based on the Regulation of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016, a hospital is an individual health service facility that provides inpatient and outpatient care, therefore quality services that must be fulfilled by hospitals. One of the efforts to improve the quality of service to the community is to improve the performance of the hospital professionally and independently. This study uses a literature review study approach using several sources selected based on inclusion and exclusion criteria that have been set by researchers. that: 1) Leadership style affects management performance. 2) Communication affects Management performance.
