Abstract

Abstark. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat sistem informasi SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Timur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian dan (1) dokumentasi data; (2) pengamatan; (3) wawancara; dan (5) studi pustaka. Perancangan website yang dibuat menggunakan metode pengembangan Unified Modelling Language (UML) yang terdiri dari use case diagram, activity diagram, entity relationship dan sequence diagram. Adapun software yang digunakan dalam perancangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, xampp sebagai webserver, dan MySQL sebagai database. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah website yaitu sistem informasi sekolah. Website ini telah diuji dengan menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Dengan adanya website ini dapat membantu guru, pengunjung, siswa dan pihak sekolah untuk mengelola data-data yang ada.Abstract. The purpose of this research is to create an information system for SMA Negeri 7 Luwu Timur. The research method used in this study is the Waterfall method. This research produces a website that is a school information system. This website has been tested using the Black Box testing method. With this website it can help teachers, visitors, students and the school to manage existing data.

Abstract

Alzheimer's disease is a neurodegenerative disorder caused by acetylcholine hydrolysis that impairs cognitive brain function. This research aims to determine the interaction and dynamic of ligands from Moringa oleifera on AChE through Lipinski's Rule, ADMET properties, molecular docking calculations, and molecular dynamic simulations. Lipinski's Rule calculation provided ligand limits that adhere to druglikeness properties. ADMET results also showed that several ligands satisfy ADMET properties. Pterygospermine has lower binding energy than the ligand control (-10.28 kcal mol-1) with amino acid residues of TYR133 and GLU202. It indicates a favorable interaction between the AChE receptor and ligand in the inhibition process. Based on molecular docking calculations, pterygospermine inhibits the AChE receptor at the Long, narrow aromatic gorge active site. According to molecular dynamic simulations, the MMPBSA energy for pterygospermine is 37.377 kJ mol-1. The samples showed a total average RMSD of 2 Å, suggesting no significant conformational changes throughout the simulation. The sample's average RMSF value is around 2 Å, suggesting favorable interactions with the receptor during simulation. However, this data is different from the ligand control interaction mode. Molecular dynamic investigations of the pterygospermine ligand in the complex revealed the stability and unfolded effect on the protein. The results of this study propose a candidate anti-Alzheimer's ligand from Moringa oleifera against the AChE receptor. In practice, these results can contribute to research studies exploring natural ingredients from plants with medicinal potential in drug discovery. These results can be validated using further research in vitro and in vivo.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji peran teknologi Big Data dalam meningkatkan efektivitas manajemen pendidikan di perguruan tinggi. Metode studi literatur digunakan untuk mengumpulkan dan menganalisis informasi dari berbagai sumber terkait penerapan Big Data dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Big Data dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan administrasi perguruan tinggi, memungkinkan pengambilan keputusan yang lebih tepat waktu dan informasional, serta personalisasi pengalaman belajar mahasiswa. Namun, tantangan terkait privasi dan keamanan data perlu diperhatikan dalam implementasi teknologi ini. Oleh karena itu, rekomendasi disarankan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan yang mengatur penggunaan data secara etis dan aman, serta meningkatkan kapasitas staf dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data Big Data. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam pemahaman terhadap potensi dan tantangan teknologi Big Data dalam transformasi manajemen pendidikan di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

The integration of technology into education continues to evolve, with augmented reality (AR) emerging as a promising tool in enhancing learning experiences. In the context of history education, traditional methods often struggle to engage students and provide immersive experiences. This study investigates the implementation of augmented reality technology in history learning to assess its impact on student engagement and understanding. The research aims to determine whether AR can effectively improve students' comprehension of historical events and concepts compared to conventional teaching methods. A mixed-methods experimental design was employed, involving a sample of high school students who were divided into an experimental group using AR technology and a control group following traditional teaching methods. Data were collected through pre- and post-intervention assessments, surveys, and interviews. The analysis focused on comparing learning outcomes and engagement levels between the two groups. Results indicated that the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher scores on post-intervention assessments and reported greater engagement and interest in the subject matter compared to the control group. These findings suggest that AR technology can enhance students' understanding of historical content by providing interactive and immersive learning experiences. The study concludes that incorporating AR technology into history education can significantly improve student learning outcomes and engagement. The use of AR provides a novel approach to teaching history, offering immersive experiences that can complement traditional methods. Future research should explore the long-term effects of AR on learning and its applicability across various educational contexts.

Abstract

Voice recognition technology has become a vital component in virtual assistants, enabling more natural and efficient user interactions. However, traditional voice recognition systems face challenges in accurately interpreting diverse accents, dialects, and background noise, which can limit their usability. This study investigates the implementation of deep learning techniques to improve the accuracy and adaptability of voice recognition systems within virtual assistant applications. The research aims to enhance voice recognition performance by leveraging deep learning models that can process complex speech patterns and adapt to varied linguistic nuances. A convolutional neural network (CNN) architecture combined with recurrent neural networks (RNN) was used to train the voice recognition model on a large, diverse dataset of audio samples. The dataset included multiple languages, accents, and noisy environments to test the robustness of the model. Results indicate a 25% improvement in word error rate (WER) and a significant increase in recognition accuracy across diverse voice inputs compared to traditional voice recognition systems. The model demonstrated high adaptability, accurately interpreting speech in varying acoustic conditions, thus improving user experience with virtual assistants. These findings suggest that deep learning can significantly enhance voice recognition systems, offering more reliable performance in real-world applications. Implementing deep learning models in voice recognition systems can bridge the gap between human and machine communication, making virtual assistants more accessible and user-friendly.

Abstract

Improving Bumdes governance will always require identification of problems and solutions so that Bumdes can go to star 5. This activity carried out in 38 villages in Air Kumbang and Muara Sugihan districts, participants of each event by two Bumdes managers, the activities are divided into two days. Different, by collaborating with the sub-district government and Palembang Muhammadiyah University. The result of this activity is Bumdes has many internal problems. Furthermore, the solutions that must be immediately adopted are: fixing and strengthening, business mapping, and business selection evaluated through a business feasibility study, an evaluation of the AD / ART that has prepared, the need for a companion from the government, and universities and strengthening human resources.

Abstract

Struktur bangunan di atas lapisan tanah lunak seperti lanau kelempungan setebal lebih dari 30 meter, menyebabkan pemilihan jenis pondasi tiang lebih mengandalkan gaya gesek (total friction) dari uji sondir dibanding nilai N-SPT. Studi kasus di daerah Sidoarjo menunjukkan bahwa lapisan lanau kelempungan sampai kedalaman 30 meter hanya mempunyai tekanan konus 40 kg/cm2, total friction 1092 kg/cm dan N-SPT 2. Pada lokasi ini dibangun jembatan kelas A dengan beban BM100 sehingga pekerjaan pondasi harus memperhatikan faktor ukuran tiang, kelangsingan tiang, jarak antar tiang yang mempengaruhi efisiensi kelompok tiang, tahanan tiang terhadap gaya lateral dan daya dukung ijin kelompok tiang. Hasil simulasi memunculkan beberapa kombinasi kelompok tiang yang bisa dijadikan optimalisasi daya dukung tiang. Rancangan kombinasi kelompok tiang ini harus diuji di lapangan dengan load factor minimal 2,00 agar tiang yang dipancang mempunyai daya dukung lebih besar dari daya dukung yang diijinkan. Kata kunci : optimalisasi, daya dukung tiang, tanah lunak.
