Abstract

Syair lagu merupakan rangkaian dan tatanan kata indah yang diberi notasi dan dilagukan. Syair lagu memuat simbol-simbol pesan yang hendak disampaikan pencipta kepada pendengarnya. Simbol dalam syair lagu tidak mudah dimengerti dan perlu penafsiran. Pencipta lagu menggunakan simbol verbal pada syair lagu guna mewakili segala hal terkait dengan maksud, harapan, perasaan serta kondisi yang terjadi di lingkungan fisik  serta menerjemahkan kehidupan di dunia yang diketahuinya. Untuk memahami sistem tanda yang menggambarkan budaya kemaritiman dalam syair lagu digunakan pendekatan semiotik.  Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif  kualitatif, mengkaji bahasa berupa tanda atau simbol dalam syair lagu kemaritiman. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mendokumentasikan  lagu di Museum Musik Indonesia (MMI) di Malang serta eksplorasi di internet. Data berupa aspek kebahasaan yang mengandung sistem tanda budaya kemaritiman dari 14 lagu. Tujuan penelitian mendeskripsikan bentuk penanda dan petanda budaya kemaritiman pada syair lagu dan aspek budaya kemaritiman masyarakat Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ditemukan penanda dan petanda yang menunjukkan budaya kemaritiman pada syair lagu kemaritiman serta  empat aspek sistem budaya masyarakat maritim meliputi, sistem mata pencaharian hidup, sistem peralatan hidup dan teknologi, sistem pengetahuan, dan sistem keorganisasian sosial. Lagu-lagu kemaritiman Indonesia merepresentasikan budaya kemaritiman masyarakat pesisir melalui simbol tanda yang ada. Untuk itu, lagu merupakan rekaman budaya masyarakat di masanya.   Song verse is a series and arrangement of beautiful words that are noted and performed. The song verse contains symbols of the message that the creator wants to convey to his listener. The symbols in the verse of the song are not easy to understand and need interpretation. The songwriter uses verbal symbols in the song's verse to represent everything related to the intentions, expectations, feelings and conditions that occur in the physical environment and translate life in the world he knows. To understand the sign system that describes maritime culture in song verse, a semiotic approach is used.  This research is qualitative descriptive, studying the language in the form of signs or symbols in maritime song verse. Data collection techniques by documenting songs at the Indonesian Music Museum (MMI) in Malang as well as exploration on the internet. Data in the form of language aspects that contain a maritime cultural sign system of 14 songs. The purpose of the study describes the form of markers and signs of maritime culture in song verses and aspects of maritime culture of Indonesian society. The results of the study found markers and signs that show maritime culture in maritime song verses as well as four aspects of the maritime community cultural system including, livelihood system, living equipment system and technology, knowledge system, and social organization system. Indonesian maritime songs represent the maritime culture of coastal communities through the symbol of existing signs. For this reason, the song is a recording of the culture of the people of his time.

Abstract

Remaja identik dengan penggunaan bahasa gaul. Dalam pemakaiannya, sangat beragam dan menyesuaikan dengan komunitas serta maksud komunikasi. Saat ini penggunaan bahasa gaul oleh remaja berkembang pesat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk penggunaan bahasa gaul yang bersifat pemendekan, baik yang bersifat akronim dan singkatan di kalangan remaja milenial di media sosial. Jenis penelitian bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Data berupa kata dan kumpulan kata yang menggambarkan karakteristik sebagai bahasa remaja milenial. Teknik penumpulan data dengan mendokumentasikan penggunaan bahasa gaul di media sosial. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis konten. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat 101 kata akronim dan singkatan dalam kosakata bahasa gaul pada remaja milenial di media sosial dengan rincian 71 akronim dan 30 singkatan.

Abstract

INSTITUTIONAL FOR DAIRY CATTLE FARMING CLUSTER IN MALANG REGENCY. Institutional farmers become one of the ideal facilities to empower dairy farmers. The strategy considered effective in developing dairy cattle agribusiness is through a cluster-based regional institutional approach. This study aims to identify the institutional profile of the dairy farming cluster cluster in Malang Regency. The study was conducted in November 2019 with survey methods in Ngantang and Kasembon Subdistricts which are the centers of dairy cattle population in Malang Regency. Research respondents were dairy farmers, administrators of the Farmers Group and the Association of Farmers Groups, KUB, KUD, and institutions related to dairy cattle agribusiness in Ngantang and Kasembon Districts. The institution of dairy farming is an agribusiness industry cluster consisting of five subsystems, namely: (1) upstream institutions, namely breeding companies, feed and drug companies, equipment industries, and others; (2) farming institutions, namely Farmers Group and the Association of Farmers Groups; (3) downstream institutions, namely dairy cooperatives, KUB and KUD; and (4) marketing institutions managed by cooperatives, namely farmers, primary cooperatives, secondary cooperatives, milk processing industry (MPI), wholesalers, retailers and consumers, and non-cooperative channels, namely MPI, distributors, exporters.

Abstract

The Science and Technology Program for the Community aims to provide assistance in implementing the school literacy movement at SMPN 25 Malang. The target of this activity is the principal and all teachers of Malang City Public Middle School 25, but the next stage is focused on the literacy team of Malang City Public Middle School. The method applied is a workshop and assistance. The results of this activity were in the form of a manual for the literacy movement of the 25th Junior High School in Malang, which consisted of (a) the School Literacy Movement in the Junior High School, (b) the Literacy Activity Program of the 25th Junior High School in Malang, (c) closing. In addition, SMPN 25 Kota Malang has implemented 3 of the 8 planned programs.

Abstract

This article will describe the form and function of illocutionary speech in Shopee ads on YouTube. This research is a type of qualitative research with the descriptive method and uses a pragmatic approach. The source of the data in this study is the Shopee ad video obtained from the Shopee YouTube account. The data were collected by using the documentation technique and taking notes freely, then the data in the research analyzed was reduced, presented the data, and concluded. The results showed that Shopee's advertising speech on YouTube was dominated by assertive function speech. In addition to these speeches, other forms of speech are directive, commissive, and expressive forms. The speech function in Shopee advertisements shows several specific purposes, namely the functions of informing, claiming, reporting, suggesting, requesting, inviting, advising, promising, offering, and thanking.ABSTRAKArtikel ini akan mendeskrispikan bentuk dan fungsi tuturan ilokusi pada iklan Shopee di YouTube. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskripstif dan menggunakan pendekatan pragmatik. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini yaitu video iklan Shopee yang didapat dari akun YouTube Shopee. Data dikumpulkan dengan teknik dokumentasi dan simak catat bebas, kemudian data pada penelitian dianalisis direduksi,disajikan data, dan disimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tuturan iklan Shopee di YouTube didominasi oleh tuturan fungsi asertif. Selain tuturan tersebut bentuk tuturan lainnya yaitu bentuk direktif, komisif, dan ekspresif. Fungsi tuturan pada iklan Shopee menunjukkan beberapa maksud tertentu yaitu fungsi menginformasikan, mengklaim, melaporkan, menyarankan, meminta, mengajak, menasihati, menjanjikan, menawarkan, dan berterima kasih.Kata kunci: ilokusi; iklan; dan pragmatik

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the learning process from offline to online. In responding to this change, innovations and the use of technology are needed so that learning process runs well and the goals set are achieved properly.  One of an important material inlearning is student worksheet. This community service program aimed at providing assistance in preparing competency-based of electoric student worksheet (e-student worksheet) using Google Form platform. The targeted participants of this activity were principals and all teachers of SMPN 25 Malang. The methods applied were workshop and mentoring. The workshop was delivered informatively with the materials that focused on student worksheet, e- student worksheet, and the use of Google Forms in preparing e-student worksheet. The results of this activity were the skills gained by participants in terms of compiling e-student worksheet. The participants have prepared student worksheet for blended learning. This e-student worksheet resulted was then implemented in the even semester of the 2020/2021 school year.

Abstract

ABSTRAK: Penamaan seringkali menjadi tempat menyimpan sejarah dan makna kultural bagi masyarakatnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk dan makna penamaan petilasan pada masa kerajaan di Kabupaten Blitar dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnolinguistik. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian studi kasus dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data penelitian ini diperoleh dari 2 informan, yaitu Bapak Handoko (44 tahun, Kepala Desa Serang Kabupaten Blitar) dan Ibu Sunarmi (61 tahun, juru kunci Candi Mleri). Data penelitian berupa tuturan informan yang berkaitan dengan fokus permasalahan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara studi pustaka, wawancara, rekam, dan catat. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan cara mengidentifikasi, mengklasifikasi, menginterpretasi, mendeskripsikan, dan menyimpulkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk penamaan petilasan pada masa kerajaan di Kabupaten Blitar terdapat dua jenis bentuk satuan bahasa yaitu, berupa (1) frasa nomina modifikatif simpleks dan (2) frasa nomina modifikatif kompleks. Pada frasa nomina modifikatif simpleks ditemukan frasa yang berstruktur nomina dan nomina,  nomina dan verba, serta nomina dan adjektiva. Sementara itu, pada frasa nomina modifikatif kompleks ditemukan frasa berstruktur kata dan frasa serta frasa dan frasa. Makna penamaan petilasan pada masa kerajaan di Kabupaten Blitar terdiri atas makna leksikal dan makna kultural. Pada makna leksikal digolongkan menjadi 4 jenis, yaitu mengacu pada suatu (1) tempat, (2) bangunan, (3) daerah, dan (4) benda. Sementara itu, pada makna kultural menggambarkan pola pemikiran masyarakat untuk menyatakan (1) konservasi alam, (2) pelestarian sejarah, (3) sarana spiritual, (4) penghormatan tokoh masyarakat, dan (5) mitos.KATA KUNCI: bentuk, etnolinguistik; Kabupaten Blitar; makna, masa kerajaan; penamaan petilasanETHNOLINGUISTIC STUDY OF THE FORM AND MEANING NAMING PETILASAN AT GOVERNMENT TIME IN BLITAR REGENCYABSTRACT: Naming is often a place to store history and cultural meaning for its people. This research describes the form and meaning of naming petilasan during the kingdom in Blitar Regency using an ethnolinguistic approach. This research includes a type of case study research with qualitative descriptive methods. We got the source of this research data from 2 informants, namely Mr Handoko (44 years old, Head of Serang Village of Blitar Regency) and Mrs Sunarmi (61 years old, caretaker of Mleri Temple). Research data as informant speech related to the focus of the problem. Library studies, interviews, records, and notes did data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques are performed by identifying, classifying, interpreting, describing, and concluding. The results showed that the form of naming petilasan during the kingdom in Blitar Regency there are two types of language unit forms as (1) simplex modification noun phrase and (2) complex modification noun phrase. In the phrase, simplex modification noun found phrases that are structured noun and noun, noun and verb, and noun and adjective. Meanwhile, in complex modification, noun phrases are found structured phrases of words and phrases, and phrases and phrases. The meaning of naming petilasan during the kingdom in Blitar Regency comprises lexical meaning and cultural meaning. It classified lexical meaning into four types, which refers to a (1) place, (2) building, (3) area, and (4) objects. Abstract

This study aims to describe (1) the similarities and differences in the forms of idioms containing BTM elements in BV and BI and (2) the similarities and differences in the meanings of idioms containing BTM elements in BV and BI. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a contrastive analysis method. The results of this study indicate that (1) in terms of form there are, (a) idioms with the same form and meaning, (b) idioms with the same form but different meanings, and (c) idioms with different forms, but the same meaning in BV and BI ; (2) in terms of meaning, there are similarities and differences (a) full meaning and partial meaning, (b) context meaning, and (c) value meaning. The results of this study can be used as teaching materials for BIPA learning, especially for students from Vietnam.Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan (1) persamaan dan perbedaan bentuk idiom yang berunsur BTM pada BV dan BI dan (2) persamaan dan perbedaan makna idiom yang berunsur BTM pada BV dan BI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kulaitatif dengan metode analisis kontrastif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) dari segi bentuknya terdapat, (a) idiom yang sama bentuk dan makna, (b) idiom yang sama bentuk tetapi maknanya berbeda, dan (c) idiom yang beda bentuk, tetapi maknanya sama dalam BV dan BI; (2) dari segi maknanya terdapat persamaan dan perbedaan (a) makna penuh dan makna sebagian, (b) makna konteks, dan (c) makna nilai. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan ajar pembelajaran BIPA, khususnya bagi pemelajar dari Vietnam.

Abstract

BPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk [1] mendeskripsikan pendekatan komunikatif-kontekstual untuk pembelajaran BIPA, [2] menjelaskan kearifan lokal sebagai sumber bahan pembelajaran BIPA, dan [3] menjelaskan implementasi pendekatan komunikatif-kontekstual berbasis kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran BIPA. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka. Sumber data penelitian ini berupa buku dan artikel jurnal. Pengumpulan data penelitian dengan cara mengumpulkan sumber data, memperdalam pengetahuan tentang topik permasalahan dan bidang strategi pembelajaran BIPA, pendekatan komunikatif-kontekstual, dan kearifan lokal. Analisis data menggunakan analisis komparasi. Validasi keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian diperoleh simpulan bahwa pendekatan komunikatif-kontekstual dapat diterapkan dalam pembelajaran BIPA. Pengaplikasian pendekatan komunikatif-kontekstual dapat menambah bendahara kosa kata yang dimiliki oleh pemelajar BIPA. Selain itu, pengenalan kearifan lokal kepada pemelajar asing juga mendapatkan poin tersendiri yang mampu membangun suasana kelas menjadi lebih menyenangkan dan pemelajar BIPA juga mendapatkan wawasan dan ilmu yang bermanfaat.

Abstract

Different languages have different phonetic systems, this is the distinguishing feature of a foreign learner in learning a second language. This paper describes the phonological errors of Vietnamese students after surveying Indonesian by recording pronunciation based on the distribution of phonemes to several students from The Open University. The data was then reduced based on the consistency of students' pronunciation errors in the three participants. Every word that was successfully pronounced correctly by the three participants was considered to have been represented and was able to be pronounced by Vietnamese students. Data reduction is based on the possibility of errors that occur continuously in Indonesian foreign speakers. The results showed that students had pronunciation errors, especially the phonemes /sy/ and /r/. Based on the Vietnamese phonetic system, the author observes that students can improve their Indonesian language skills through practice with several applications on the Internet, for example, the writing application of phonetics.glideapp.io
